18 Best Boutique Hotels in Mexico City

"Steps from Polanco’s iconic Lincoln Park and within easy reach of the verdant gardens of Republica Del Líbano, this boutique hotel offers apartment-style suites for travelers interested in long stays where comfort and convenience are paramount. Managed by the hospitality company Mosaic Hotel Group and designed by a trifecta of collaborators—All-Arquitectura, Amass & G, and AvroKO Hospitality Group—the 12 suites of this property range from expansive apartments with chef’s kitchens and outdoor balconies to cozy studios with open layouts and claw-foot bathtubs that overlook the gardens. Regardless of the suite guests choose, each comes with bespoke art pieces by some of the city’s top talent. As for dining, breakfast is included, and comes with its own artistic appeal: a delicious menu of traditional specialties like chilaquiles and enchiladas created by chef Diego Isunza Kahlo, the great-grand-nephew of the beloved Mexican artist Frida Kahlo." - Susannah Rigg

A truly exceptional boutique hotel experience in the heart of Polanco. The attentive staff, especially Fernando and the chef, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The daily breakfast is outstanding, featuring a special dish each morning alongside fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages. The happy hour in the lounge is a delightful bonus. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated with stylish touches throughout. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to museums, parks, restaurants, and bars in one of Mexico City's safest neighborhoods. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking a personalized experience. Would absolutely stay here again - 10/10!

Let me start by saying when we return to CDMX we will not even consider another hotel. We spent hours narrowing down what we thought looked like the best hotel and did we pick the right place for our visit! Campos Polanco is incredible! The staff is genuine and friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. The hospitality was unbelievable. Fernando and team really made it special and went above and beyond to ensure not only did we have a great stay but trip. Chef took care of us every morning with delicious local flavors and great coffee. The hotel is stunning. Afternoon happy hour in the gorgeous lounge sipping on mezcal while relaxing to great music. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Beautifully designed and again the staff made sure it was immaculate while we were out exploring. The location is excellent. Quiet, away from the busiest parts of the city yet so close to the best restaurants. Just a short 5 minute walk through a lovely park puts you in the best spot for incredible food and drink. Also near by is the main Masaryk shopping area. We absolutely will return on our next visit. This place is special!!

This was my second stay at Campos polanco and I don’t know how it was even more amazing than the first time. Every attention to detail is beyond. First location -it sits In the beautiful area of Polanco, and this place is as incredible as they come. Overlooking the park, each space inside is curated with exclusive Mexican design and culture. I have truly never seen such a stunning collaborative space with a bespoke design down to the detail. The rooms are incredible, with modern mexican flare around every corner. The beds are the ONLY ones I can sleep in outside of my home and I actually need that bed. Then you go to the daily breakfast curated by the in-house chef. It’s incredible!! Even their bread is made from a self starter yeast that the chef created. It’s Mexican farm to table with the highest of class. |They also have these flex spaces on each floor are perfect for doing a little work when needed, or just reading a book. Finally one of my favorite parts is the rooftop lounge, spending the early evening there with some custom selected Mexican wines with my friends was the cherry on top. Campos polanco is my home away from home and I cannot wait to go back!!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Campos Polanco!!! The entire staff was so kind, friendly and always going out of their way to make sure we had the BEST experience!! The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal!! They have a special plate every morning and every day it just kept getting better. They also have a nice selection of fruit, juice, coffee, tea, pastries.. The location is right in Polanco and walking distance to everything in the area. If you’re a walker like us, it’s a great walk to the museum, the parks, etc. the beds/room were spacious and so comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated, spotless and cozy!! Thank you to chef and Fernando for being so sweet and making us feel right at home! We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere but here in a future visit! 10/10!

This hotel is simply amazing. Beautifully decorated, lots of cozy spaces that can be used by all of the guests, including a beautiful rooftop space, a nice gym, a good location in Polanco and most importantly the friendliest staff who went out of their way every day to make us feel at home. We did not want to leave…
