Amazing food! The service was amazing. Sara was helpful and very professional. Highly recommend that you show up early if you want the tasting menu.

A hidden gem tucked away in Dalt Vila area of Ibiza town. The food is exceptional. All the dishes that we tried were beautifully curated with unique tastes, presentations and high quality.

The experience was very strange. When we entered the restaurant, it was almost as if it was closed; no music, no people inside. The waiter gave us two bottles of water that we had to serve ourselves. We chose the special menu in advance, and overall it was not at the level of a 5-star hotel standing. The plates were cold, and there was nothing special about the food, except that the fish was totally overcooked. Finally, it is overpriced compared to other restaurant in the neighbourhood and the quality does not follow. However, the waiters were very nice and attentive !

The exterior location consists in some tables placed on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, close to cars and traffic. Unlike others, no tasting menu was proposed to me, so I cannot judge. But I noticed that the menu I received did not include plates that people next to me had. This was clear with the desserts. Another client had a soufflé au chocolat, which was not present in my menu. Service correct, but not adequate to a luxury restaurant. The doubt is that I asked to use a couple of gift cards issued by relais&château and maybe this was the reason for a kind of downgraded treatment. Lastly, the chef passed to say hello to a large table of people, apparently friends, and totally ignored other clients. quality of food which was average. Plates "to share" were extremely small, even for one person only.

I’ve been here to try a new spot in the island, and it was astonishing, the food is very tasty and fresh, and the location is great!

No es un lugar barato, pero cada euro que he gastado ha merecido la pena. Sitio tranquilo, comida buenísima y típica de Ibiza. Juan y Andoni han hecho un buen trabajo para conseguirlo, incluso han cocinado los cambios a medida de mis hijos. Y en especial querría destacar la atención de Enrique, súper atento con todos los detalles y muy amable con nosotros y con nuestras necesidades. En general, un 10.

Una experiencia sorprendente, todo un viaje gastronómico y cultural a través de la historia de Ibiza. David Reartes y su equipo han concebido un menú inspirado en los ingredientes más habituales en nuestras islas desde que residían aquí los fenicios hasta consolidación de los cartagineses que acabaron formando la sociedad púnica de Ibiza. Platos donde el protagonista es el mimo con el que tratan sus ingredientes de máxima calidad, una combinación de sabores cuidadosamente elegida, un maridaje perfecto en cada etapa, un ambiente íntimo y agradable y el trato inmejorable de todo el equipo. Una experiencia en la que recomiendo escuchar atentamente la historia de cada plato, el nexo entre ellos y disfrutar al máximo con todos los sentidos. Volveré pronto, sin duda.
