We don’t have a car, so we walked about one kilometer from the nearest train station to reach this lovely restaurant perched on a small hill.
This time, we didn’t have a reservation, but we were kindly informed that if we book in advance, we can request a window seat. They also explained politely that it might not always be possible depending on the day’s reservation situation, which we appreciated.
The staff members we interacted with were all very warm and attentive, making our visit feel relaxed and welcoming.
The tripe was slightly salty, but in a good way—the flavor gradually unfolded in the mouth and really whetted the appetite. The steak was cooked exactly to our liking, simply seasoned with salt to highlight the meat’s natural flavor.
With its scenic hilltop location and thoughtful service, we’re already looking forward to coming back—and next time, we’ll be sure to make a reservation and try for a window seat.
