Thanks to the wonders of technology finding an excellent place to stay is usually quite straight forward these days. Finding somewhere extraordinary is more challenging. The criteria for giving a property such an accolade will of course vary between individuals. So I hope readers of this review will indulge me!||For us, Can Simoneta’s excellence is primarily justified because of its stunning location by the sea and its tranquillity. In our view room selection is critical because it’s the kind of place where most people will be happy just to watch the world go by. We went for a sea facing room in the boat house located around 100 metres from the main building - a pleasant walk though maybe a bit far if u have mobility problems (a buggy is available). Going to sleep and waking up listening to the sound of the sea will be a memory we will treasure for a long time. ||In our view it’s staff that can make a hotel stand out. Here everyone from the manager to the bellboy was charming and spoke excellent English. We also found the guests (it’s adults only) very affable. ||Food and wine are excellent in all areas. We especially enjoyed the excellent Majorcan wines well chosen by a knowledgeable sommelier. A glass or 2 of cava gets the evening off to a great start.||To burn off the calories there are 2 decent sized infinity pools both with stunning views. If you fancy stretching ur legs there are interesting caves and the Canyamel tower within walking distance (1-2 km). but care needed as some sections of the road don’t have pavements. If u don’t have a car Taxi Cab Mallorca provided us with excellent service (see my separate review).||All in all a delightful oasis of tranquillity - we hope to return soon!

I simply cannot say enough about our experience at Hotel Can Simoneta. Perched on the cliffs overlooking the Balearic Sea, this property is nothing short of breathtaking. The setting is serene and spectacular, offering panoramic views (I called it an infinity lawn) and a sense of peace that is hard to describe but impossible to forget.||From the moment we arrived, every detail was flawlessly executed. The food was exceptional. The service was equally outstanding. To help celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, we were graciously upgraded in accommodations, which elevated the entire experience to something truly unforgettable.||This is a place to disconnect, to breathe, and to soak in the beauty of Mallorca. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxed, with an effortless elegance that defines what a five-star escape should feel like. We left feeling deeply refreshed and incredibly grateful.||None of this would have been possible without the help of Henrik at Rural Hotels Mallorca. His guidance and expertise were invaluable. He provided accurate, honest descriptions of the property, helped us select the perfect hotel, and even arranged a fantastic car rental and curated recommendations that made our trip extra special. I would absolutely recommend working with Henrik and Rural Hotels Mallorca for anyone planning a visit to the island.||We can only hope to return one day. To me, this hotel is perfect. The service, food, and rooms were incredible. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the fact that the hotel provided free bottled water throughout the property. Stayed for 4 nights and never tired of the property and onsite restaurant. Also appreciated that there is access to the sister property's restaurants, and that they will shuttle you over there in a golf cart. Location is a little remote so definitely plan on staying on property if you don't have a car.

A great location. Great view of the sea. Great ensemble of different buildings. I liked the Beach House. Everything well maintained. Overall very service orientated. Breakfast at a very good level. Room service not so thorough and a bit clumsy and the dishes a bit too basic. Suites simple but well designed. What is missing is a middle ground between the gourmet restaurant and the rudimentary lunch and room service.

This is one of the best Michelin restaurants I have been to, and I've been to a lot.. 1, 2 and 3 stars. (Not bragging, just writing an honest review). The Chef, David Moreno, #davidmorenochef, born in Mexico is exceptional.. He takes you back to Mexico, with Michelin style plates, I can't say exactly what was my fav. Oysters to start with a paired Champagne from their excellent sommelier, a play on chilaquiles, the corn panacota was a 10/10. the lamb, I absolutely loved with a pigs foot jus, exceptional. Salmonete pastor, WOW!! Red gambas de soller "camerones". Exquisite! Our host, 10/10.. true true.. Our Mexican waiter from Puebla, one of the nicest guys you could meet and very knowlegable and profesional. From entering the grounds, driving throught the tree lined drive way, then walking into the reception of the hotel, the ladies at the desk were very nice. EVRYTHING WAS ABSOLUTLY AMZING AND PERFECT.. I can wait till spring/summer when it opens again. I don't want to compare, we'll, I do and I will, Jordi Cruz, 3 stars, watch out, this place smashed your restraunt, I don't mean offensive, I'm just saying, this will only have a Michelin star for a small amount of time, it WILL HAVE 2* very soon!! Congratulations @davidmorenochef And your team. AMAZING AND PERFECT IN EVERY WAY.

As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of working at many beautiful venues – and Can Simoneta is truly one of a kind. The views over the Mediterranean are absolutely breathtaking. The staff is exceptionally professional and attentive, which makes a huge difference not only for the couple and their guests but also for vendors like myself. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and intimate. I am looking forward to returning to this stunning location.

Hotel Can Simoneta is a perfect hotel for a beautiful, relaxing, luxury vacation in Mallorca. The location is absolutely stunning, quiet, and relaxing. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. The daily breakfast is delicious, quiet, and a lovely start to each day. The staff are incredibly helpful and truly provide a 5 star experience top to bottom. Anything I asked for was made possible by their staff. For example, we went to golf early and they sent us with a takeaway breakfast. The location is separated from busy areas of Mallorca which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The food offerings are unique and delicious between La Terraza and Gastronomic. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean, and have great air conditioning. The boat tour is an absolute must as well!! It was private and took us through some absolutely gorgeous coastline. And the captain was a pleasure, he was a joy to ride along with! The pools here are both beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The spa was a pleasure as well. Our 6 night stay here was a true 10/10 experience. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!

This is a true 5 star hotel. I can't express enough how pleased I was with our stay. When we were pulling up to the gate, I could tell this was going to be an amazing hotel. This secluded hotel is located right on a cliff overlooking the sea. The rooms are spread out among two buildings. The beach house which sits right in front of the water and another building which is more towards the pool. There is a heated pool, a non heated pool, jacuzzis, sauna, Turkish bath and plenty of lounge chairs in many locations among the property. Also, there are stairs leading down to the sea if you'd like to go for a dip in the Mediterranean! The whole property is very tranquil and relaxing. Just walking around the hotel grounds I found enjoyable, specially with the breathtaking views of the sea. From the moment we checked in the staff here was exceptional. Time to time they would check in and make sure everything was ok with our stay. The breakfast that's included is one of the best breakfast I've had at any hotel. You have to option to order hot dishes cooked to your preference. Omelettes, eggs Benedict, poached, scrambled, crepes etc. There is also a buffet style assortment of fresh fruits, meats, bread and more on the inside. Seating is outside where a server tends to you. Taking your orders for coffee and anything you'd like off the hot menu. I chose to get an hour massage during my stay and it did not disappoint. The therapist, who I wish I could name, did a tremendous job. She really was a professional in her trade. Prices are a little high but it's at a 5 star hotel what can you expect? I found it to be worth it because it made my stay even more relaxing. Now on to the rooms. We stayed in a double deluxe in the beach house. The interior is very nice and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable too. I'll include some attached pics later. I feel like the pictures on the hotels website don't do the rooms justice. Our room was facing the sea. View was incredible. The sound of the waves so soothing we chose to leave the windows down throughout a majority of our stay. Overall, I highly suggest a stay at this hotel whether it's for one night or a whole week. Thank you so much to the whole staff. I'll definitely be back someday

Stunning and gorgeous place to rest and relax. Top shelf service. Rooms are bright and airy. Food is exquisite. Two salt water pools overlook the sea. Olive trees line the property. Small complaint is an exercise room in need of updating. But that is small compared to how lovely the place and people are.
