Loved the food at MosaCana! The roasted cauliflower and ribs were some of the best dishes we ate all trip - truly outstanding! The steak tacos were okay, could have skipped those. The lava cake for dessert was delicious! Service and ambiance was also great. Looking forward to coming back

Friendly service, nice vibe. They tell you about their sharing concept but in reality it’s the same as most small/large dishes menu. Many NYC places make similar announcements so we felt right at home. Much of the flavors come from their Asian inspired sauces. Fried cauliflower with sweet chili soy glaze was expertly cooked. Fried calamari, no flavor on its own but chili sauce does the job. Succulent, tender ribs, akin to a nice Thai style glaze. The grilled tuna was prob my favorite. Fresh, brightened with an acidic sauce and pico de gallo. Jerk fries weren’t very jerky. Strawberry desserts usually don’t do it for me but this was excellent. Superb drinks as well. Republic Banana, more like an excellent Paloma, and a nice Johnny Colada. No complaints. Best meal so far (3 days in)

The cocktails were well made and remain the primary reason I would return. That said, this is not a place to visit if you’re in a hurry—expect to spend at least an hour, even for drinks and dessert. We stopped in after dinner at Soi 95 for cocktails and something sweet, but ultimately ordered oysters, a chocolate lava cake, and three drinks. Unfortunately, the value did not match the experience. The total cost was comparable to what we had just paid for a four-course dinner, two drinks, and a side at Soi 95. The oysters were particularly disappointing. At $50 for six, they were among the weakest we’ve had anywhere, especially given the premium pricing and that honestly is the most i’ve ever paid anywhere in the world for 6 it’s almost comical. While the chocolate lava cake was fine, it wasn’t enough to justify the overall cost. In summary, this is a solid spot for cocktails if you’re willing to overlook the pricing. However, the food—especially at these prices—falls well short of expectations. Great for drinks, but difficult to recommend for dining.

Great dining experience here. Heard from a local to try it and so glad we listened. They may have the best tasting ribs I’ve ever had. Nice dinner music playing, fun vibe, friendly and helpful wait staff. Cocktails were legit.

This place is amazing. Just go. *edit* just for more context. This is an Asian carribean fusion with larger than tapas style dishes. The ribs were amazing. Pretty much everything we ordered was good…even the bread.

We were in the area for 9 days, we went here 3 times! Best restaurant for miles! Fantastic staff, awesome drinks, fabulous food, wonderful vibe! Very good about asking re dietary restrictions as well. Totally impressed!

Amazing meal! Went there for the picanha and ended up loving that but also the burrata for an appetizer and then a really fun take on mango sticky rice for dessert, mango sticky creme brulee style!

Dined at Mosacaña after a hot day strolling around Willemstad. We were thinking about skipping the dinner reservation because we were quite tired and we were SO GLAD we didn’t. This was a lovely restaurant with great atmosphere. The staff were exceptional and the food was fantastic. The Rum Ribs in particular were so good we’re considering coming back before our vacation ends. Absolutely delicious.
