Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower (Osaka, Osaka Prefecture) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Rooftop pools are a relatively common feature at luxury hotels, and plenty of Japanese inns have onsen baths. But Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower merges the two concepts, setting a new standard in Japan and abroad: its 31st-floor Sky Spa earned the Guinness World Record for the highest open-air infinity-edge public bath in existence. With panoramic views over Osaka, it’s the hotel’s main selling point, but there’s plenty more to like here: the riverfront location beside Dojima Park, a generous Japanese breakfast served in the airy 17th-floor restaurant, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in sofas overlooking the city skyline, and sleek wood-paneled bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers." - Tablet Hotels

Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower quickly became one of my all-time favorite stays. Our room was incredibly comfortable with an unforgettable view of the city, waking up to that skyline was such a treat. The highlight for me was the rooftop spa. It’s a traditional Japanese-style experience with separate spaces for men and women, and the outdoor bath overlooking the city was simply breathtaking. A true moment of calm and beauty in the heart of Osaka. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities: laundry facilities, a restaurant, a generous buffet, and even a small gym with stunning views. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. I absolutely loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I don’t really understand the bad reviews. I had an amazing time here. I loved the executive lounge access with complimentary coffee, wine and cocktails (must pay extra for access). The rooms are small, but comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket because the duvet is relatively thin. I slept great with the extra blanket and the air conditioning works well, too. The lighting is pretty bad, though. Great bidet and awesome view!! The top floor spa was incredible. Super relaxing. They have a small fitness center as well as laundry on the top floor, too. The staff was so friendly. Definitely recommend!

During my browse in acquiring a hotel for my visit to Osaka, my eyes couldn't help but select Candeo Hotel considering the views that come with it. Although I was skeptical at first due to the negative reviews, nonetheless I give the establishment a chance since i'm a sucker for a great city views. What a pleasant surprise by my experience. My encounter was the contrary to what the previous reviews indicated, and i may suggest those who wrote such reviews may have been under dangerous amounts of sake whilst writing up their experiences. ||Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower is frankly an extinguished establishment that deserves a visit. From spectacular panoramic views to spacious and clean rooms, attentive detail enhances comfort. Additionally, the online photograph does not adequately capture the grandeur, it's essential to behold with your own eyes. ||Nonetheless, what truly sets this hotel apart is that the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite extensive travelling, the hospitality illustrated by this hotel compelled me to take the leap share my first ever review on trip advisor. During my stay, I lost some valuable work-related items and the MVP, Ms ZIng Z. went above and beyond to assist me on this troubling matter. Her Professionalism, empathy and sense of urgency were catalyst in retrieving my belongs as someone who doesn't speak the Japanese language.|| Ms Zing Z. retrieved my misplaced belongings, which held both monetary and sentimental value. Her warmth and hospitality significantly positively reinforced my perception of the Japanese culture. I sincerely thank Ms. Zing Z. for her marvellous service, which was one of my Japan trip highlights.||Kanpai Candeo Hotels Osaka the Tower and Ms MVP, in particular, for enhancing my memorable Japan experience.

Saw some negative reviews just before checking into this hotel so I was kind of concerned. However, it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious. Actually more spacious than what I'm used to getting while in Japan. I saw complaints about people saying the staff didn't clean their room. However, it's clearly noted when you check in that you have to select whether or not you want your room cleaned via the television inside of your room. Each day I requested a full room clean and each day the maid staff fully cleaned the room. So I'm willing to bet at those that did not get the room clean is because they did not actually follow the directions. The lounge was very nice and I also love the gym + there were a lot of great views of the City since we were on the higher floor. Also, the breakfast was totally fine. There were a lot of people but it wasn't overcrowded as some comments made it seem and also the food was very good and they had a lot of options. So if you want to be healthier you could easily do so. I definitely recommend staying here if you're in Osaka.

If you need a hotel with a wonderful view, this is definitely the one you should go for. We got a room on a high floor with an amazing view over the city. We had a room with executive lounge access, which allowed us to get free drinks. One small downside was that it closes quite early, from what I remember at 21:30 or 22:30, which is a bit inconvenient since after dinner you would be mostly exploring the city and wouldn't have time to get back to make use of the lounge in the late-evenings. The bathing area is something I haven't seen before and is a must-try for everyone. What is very convenient is that it is open till late in the evening and also opens quite early. I also read the reviews before the stay about rude staff, but my girlfriend and I thought the staff was great and professional. We would overall highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered really comfortable and clean rooms with great views. The staff is helpful and speaks great English. I really enjoyed sitting by the windows in the evening and looking down at the hustle and bustle below ☺️ There's also a spa on the top floor - it's textile-free only and separated by gender. All the pools are shallow, so you can't really swim in them, but you can take in the amazing view in the serene warm water - or go to the sauna for a bit to relax after a long day. Bonus points for the really comfortable pyjamas they give to guests ☺️

Our room is in the corner. We had a beautiful view of the city. Clean and space is adequate. Toilet and shower face directly to the entrance door. Pajama set is provided which you may also wear at breakfast 😆. Sturdy slippers. Breakfast is chaotic if you come down at 8:30 and upwards. They serve same food everyday, no variations. İf you are lucky you can have the table near the window looking at the buildings and the street.

Very good location. Decent sized and very clean rooms, the hotel feels modern and more luxury than I expected. The gym is nice and large but mostly treadmills, but the view is amazing. The washing machines are easily accessible and you can even check the status of your machine from the TV in your bedroom which was incredibly convenient. The indoor bath is huge and has a very clean and modern changing room, large shower area and an absolutely amazing view. The sauna is extremely hot so I advise sitting at the bottom bear the large windows as it can be a bit hot coming down from the higher levels, once again the view is amazing. The outdoor bath was very large and of all the views I've mentioned, this one is by far the best. Both male and female baths are on the corner of the hotel, giving you views from 2 different directions. The price was also very reasonable for the location, room and services available. Unfortunately the cafe/coffee bar was under construction while we were there but I am sure it will be lovely.
