When we approach the register to pay, cashier was not customer service oriented. Never greeted us or made attempt to have any comunicación. My total was $10.81.
I inserted my card to pay. Notice it was processing too slow.. The pad was just spinning in circles. I asked the cashier if it was normal. She reply no.. so I pulled my card out. I told her " so what do you do in this case" she said nothing.. you wait till it stops. She asked me if it was my card that had the problem. I told her No ... it looks like it your WiFi. Her remark was.... my wifi is perfectly fine. With a rude tone.
She had us waiting for 5 min
Then she decided to reboot the computer... insert my card again and transaction was completed in 3 seconds. She was rude and made it appear that it was my card that had a problem. Like if I didn't have funds. Not to mention she was in the back room while we where waiting to be checked out.
I will never be taking my business there again.
