We had such a great experience at Candy N Crave in The Parks Mall! The store itself is fun, colorful, and full of so many unique candy options that it’s hard not to leave with a bag full of treats. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who helped us during our visit. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the shopping experience even better. Stephanie went above and beyond to answer questions and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend stopping by—great candy, great atmosphere, and fantastic service!

On 5-23-25 @ 7:11 pm Took my granddaughter for some candy @ candy crave and more. When we approach the register to pay, cashier was not customer service oriented. Never greeted us or made attempt to have any comunicación. My total was $10.81. I inserted my card to pay. Notice it was processing too slow.. The pad was just spinning in circles. I asked the cashier if it was normal. She reply no.. so I pulled my card out. I told her " so what do you do in this case" she said nothing.. you wait till it stops. She asked me if it was my card that had the problem. I told her No ... it looks like it your WiFi. Her remark was.... my wifi is perfectly fine. With a rude tone. She had us waiting for 5 min Then she decided to reboot the computer... insert my card again and transaction was completed in 3 seconds. She was rude and made it appear that it was my card that had a problem. Like if I didn't have funds. Not to mention she was in the back room while we where waiting to be checked out. I will never be taking my business there again.

Stephanie was very kind and helpful showing me products my son would like as I was shopping for a birthday goody bag for him! Great candy and great service.

came in to buy some chocolates and the old man at the register was RUDE. I'm not sure if he's just a bitter old man or if he's not used to seeing brown people and is racist. The truffles are ok at best. Only worth the stop for the 50 cent water bottles

Still my favorite! The candy buffet at my daughters wedding was awesome thanks to the great people at the Chocolate Box!!!
