Thursday afternoon my friends and I were exploring Canmore and then we decided to pop into the Brewery!! We were greeted by Reid at the bar and another server with a smile and they were very friendly and welcoming. We were the first ones there so we asked to play darts and it was nice to play for a while. When we left Reid suggested us some other places to visit and we had a great time! Thank you for making our experience great

Canmore Brewing is more than a brewery—it’s a local experience. I stumbled upon it during their Friday night grand finale concert and found a vibrant mix of locals and travelers. The band, The Brews, was a blast to discover, and I even got a backstage peek. Turns out the drummer is the brewmaster! Friendly crowd, good music, and a cozy, safe walk from downtown hotels. I’m not big on beer, but the vibe here is unforgettable. If you're hungry, there’s a food truck on-site—worth checking if it's a regular. Come for the community spirit, stay for the memories.

I went 30 mins before close on a Sunday to take advantage of there happy hour specials. They have pints on for $6. I tried the cider. I can’t say that I loved it but I will definitely visit again to try another beer or two. The guy who served me was very friendly and very knowledgeable! The brewery has a patio that is pet friendly.

We come here often for their creative beer selection, but we always missed something substantial to munch on with our drinks. But surprise: now they also serve a big plate of gourmet nachos with really fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream…oh my, the perfect base for our Baha lime lager! There was also a food truck outside serving burgers and grilled cheeses…So nice!

Susan was very freindly. She explained the process in a way it was easy to understand. The beer was very good and the environment, very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Google
Such a cool, spacious brewery! Dogs welcome in patio. Good choice of beer (we had a flight) great view of the Rockies from the patio and some indoor seats. Must visit when traveling through Canmore.

Google
Highly recommended at the Canmore Visitor Centre where several other micro breweries in the Canmore area were pointed out. We chose this family owned microbrewery that served excellent libations and and even a Moscow mule which was prepared with precision and unlike any others I have consumed in other establishments even if not served in a copper mug!! Flights are available for beers and tasters too for beer drinkers.. Breo served us with flair and friendliness!! Seating outside is perfect when weather permits and plenty of seating area inside with bathroom!!

We hosted an after-work Happy Hour at Canmore Brewing back in May and the staff really went above and beyond! We brought in some painting supplies and not only did the staff accommodate our group, they provided us tickets for ease of keeping track of drinks bought, helped us set up, ensured we had a proper space blocked off, made a sign to advertise where we were set up and overall made everything so special! The staff were friendly, helpful and truly exceeded our expectations. As a local Social Club, this meant so much to us to see how much they supported us. Not only that, the beer was awesome and I know my coworkers appreciated they had non-alcoholic and cocktail options! 10/10!

Yelp
Nice bartenders. Nice tap room and patio. Good options but only 1 sour on tap. Lots of merchandise to pick from

Yelp
We walked over on a snowy night to try some local beer and cider. There were two young ladies working and they were delightful. So friendly and kind. As the only person in my group that doesn't actually like the taste of beer, they allowed me to taste a sip of the two sour beers to see if I would like them. The Mountain Dude actually tasted pretty good to me. I ended up getting a pint of the Pink Panther. The nice thing is that the juice is added so you can make it as sweet or crisp as you would like. I enjoyed it. There are several tables and picnic tables to sit at. There are even a few dart boards to add to the fun. It was a fun way to check out a local place.

Yelp
We absolutely loved the beers at Canmore Brewing! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, the beers were great, and everything was reasonably priced. They had games to play which was tons of fun as well!

Yelp
Pink panther cider Pretzel Chips Inside and outside seating Parking onsite We grabbed a cider here after a day of hiking. We showed up about an hour before they closed. We tasted a few of their beers before we decided on a cider. I got the pink Panther. We did have a soft pretzel too. I discovered the yummiest chips there. Miss Vickies spicy dill pickle chips. Try them out. I loved them so much that I ordered them off Amazon since they don't sell them in Texas. The pretzel wasn't great. To be fair, we didn't expect to be. The place is big. They have inside and outside seating. There's plenty of space.. Parking is on site. It is shared with the other businesses. The staff is friendly.

Yelp
After trying one of their beers at Graze, we popped over to their store to try some others. Had two flights Tried: Ten Peaks Pale Ale Highline Blonde Railway IPA Outsider Cider and some others. Can't remember them all as the server didn't write their specific names on the boards. The beer was good. We took some home with us. We ordered a pretzel which just needed warming - took them 20 mins to get it to us even with reminders. Service was okay. (the second server who came to help was awesome, the first terrible) Location is easy to get to, lots of parking. Bathrooms were clean. Come for the beer but take it to go.

Yelp
If you are a craft brew fan you will like this place for sure. Everyone does IPAs these days, but here you can get the Georgetown Brown, a super tasty and not too sweet mix of caramel and chocolate malts at 6% ABV. Also check out the Mineside Stout. Lot's and lots of flavor. Food wise they have these hand pies by a place called Pie Junkie. They are amazing. We had one that was steak made with Canmore's stout. Perfect pairing with the beer. Service was excellent. Prices reasonable. Vibe was what one would expect from a craft brewery.

Yelp
Weather was perfect. Ordered a flight and some pies from Pie Junkies. They had Aussie beef pie and Jamaica beef pie on Friday... both were out of this world fantastic! Those pies are a must here!

Yelp
Ambience was chill. Two young dudes behind the counter were awesome. Beer was just ok. Lacked flavor and body. Sat outside under one if the not turned on (because it was already warm) overhead heaters. It nearly choked us with the off gassing it produced. Probably the pilot. We didn't say anything cause we were in a hurry, drank one a piece and rolled.

Yelp
The hibiscus Radler was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice! We ordered a flight and all the beers were delicious!

Yelp
We stood a 3min away from this brewery and it literally was so good! We traveled from Los Angeles to visit Banff but stayed in Canmore. We always visit local breweries wherever we stay. This brewery has to be on my top 3 breweries of places we have visited. I'm so glad we stopped by here. All the workers are so welcoming and friendly. And the cherry on top was the beer. All the beers my group tired were delicious!! Sours were delicious and double ipas delicious! Noah, you are an awesome host!! I will definitely be recommending all my friends who are traveling to Canada here to this brewery!

Yelp
New cider concept that I love for being unique but also hope will catch on as a trend: adjustable sweetness in your cider! The pink panther on the menu is a blend of their dry cider and the hibiscus soda used for their radlers. So they can adjust the sweetness based on your preference. Our bartender was so kind and helpful, she did not rush us AT ALL but rather encouraged us to chat about what to do around town during our visit, what other spots to check out, and taste test before committing to our drink. It felt like a very genuine conversation between locals despite the fact we're tourists in town. The layout is fun, a good blend of mountain town vibes with wood tables, but also small brewery vibe with the stainless machinery lit up in purple lighting. We'll likely be back in our short trip here!!

Yelp
This spot is easily one of the "hidden gems" in all of Alberta (or Albeerta as they say). We trekked here from our hotel room and were glad we did so as we were welcomed into a warm comfy atmosphere. The beertender that was working here was very friendly and very nice. He knew we were locals and he let us sample as a much as we wanted before settling down on a pint. The indoor taproom let out to additional seating by the actual humongous fermentation vessels. Additionally they also provide some board games and there was a billiards table so that you could hustle your friends for a pint in 9-ball. We ended up enjoying two pints each. I enjoyed the Ten Peaks Pale Ale was had no business whatsoever being as delicious as it was for a sessionable ale. On the beertender's recommendation, I followed it up with a Misty Mountain Hops NE IPA which was refreshing. Definitely give this one a shot if you are in the area!

Yelp
Really fun place and a great patio. The staff even let us order after the official "closing time", since we got there a bit late. Great beer and great people.

Yelp
Spacious opening with great service and high quality beers. No shortage in selection. One of the top spots in Canmore and would recommend checking it out to have a beer.

Yelp
My friends this is a FANTASTIC choice for all your desires of an OUTSTANDING brewery! Great BEER and MAGNIFICENT service~ Grace really went ABOVE and BEYOND to make everyone HAPPY : D I had a few tasters and decided on a growler of Mountain IPA and two DELECTABLE savory pies which was exquisite-please enjoy my friends and travel safely :))

Yelp
Our entire group got different drinks and not a single person liked their drink. It was cool however that the brewery was right in the sitting area.

Yelp
Their peach sour is so good, if you like sour beers you will want to buy all their cans of this one and take it home with you. It's a nice brewery, they've branded themselves quite well and it's a nice environment and definitely a must do if you love craft beer and are in Canmore.

Yelp
I give this place 4 stars for the location. The New England IPA was refreshing with dry finish, not very fragrant. The Rye IPA has a slight bitter aftertaste and dry smooth finish, with a bourbonesk nose. Must be the rye. Service great!!! Highly recommend since kids are welcome here.

Yelp
Canmore now has a second craft brewery! Unlike Grizzly Paw, these guys are a little off the beaten path located in a light industrial building (as light industrial as Canmore gets) off Railway Ave. You have to go all the way to the back side of the complex to find them as they face the train tracks, not the street, a couple hundred meters north west of the Safeway if that's a little more familiar for you. Their tap room is a decent size with 6 or so tables that can seat up to 8 people. There's no seating at the bar, but its wide enough that a few people could help hold it up if the place was crowded and you wanted to stand. There's no outdoor seating. I first tried CBC's beers about a month ago when I grabbed a couple cans at the Beer Vault in Calgary and I was impressed. I figured I'd stop by this afternoon on my way out to BC to grab a few more, but ended up staying for a flight to give a bunch a try. A flight here is 4 x 4 oz. samples for $10 +tax. I believe they had 6 beers to choose from of which I went with: Rye IPA (3.5/5) Trail Hopper Amber (3.75/5) Georgetown Brown (2.5/5) Stout (3.0/5) Also in the tap room there's a fridge filled with their 4-packs of tallboys, a wall of merch that includes the usual stuff like t-shirts, hats, and pint glasses. They also, of course, have growlers or you can bring your own to be filled.

Yelp
Canmore Brewing was my favorite brewery on our time in the area. I thought they had the best tasting craft beers. Their tap room is by and industrial area, and well worth going to. I did a flight here and loved what they had. The people working here were very nice and friendly, fun to talk with. They have a inside taproom and an area to sit with doors more open to the outside as well. They also have some great merchandise too, got a stocking hat here. They can a lot of there beers so you can find them in most places in the area.

William O.

Yelp
Personally, I was disappointed. Off the beaten path and food selection and non-beer drink choices were limited. Beers were terrific but there was zero activity going on. I won't rush back.

Ian C.

Yelp
Cool brewery in downtown Canmore. They have some good beers and a fun tasting house. Go try the sampler of beers and checkout the swag. You can buy offsales here to go as well.

Yelp
We had an absolutely amazing time at Canmore Brewing Co! We hosted our wedding welcome party here along with grilled cheese from Canmore Organic Chef and it could not have been more perfect. Canmore Brewing is an absolute pleasure to work with (both their management team and the bartenders we had during our event). Our guests loved the space - especially the Brew Hall - and everyone enjoyed the delicious beers! I can't recommend this enough as a great place to host fun, low-key, event!

Yelp
Rye IPA was a surprisingly nice beer. Stout was also very solid. Nice brewery vibe and pleasant staff. Family friendly and a repeat place for those in town.

Yelp
Great beers, fun atmosphere, and friendly staff! Wish I could have taken some back to the states with me!

Yelp
I had to check out the namesake local brewery and was not disappointed. I'm more of a dark beer can and they have quite a few ales, but the Georgetown Brown ale was an excellent fit for me. The service, however, was phenomenal! The two folks behind the bar were not only helpful in serving me a beer but telling me about local events/weather and just some of the cheeriest folks I had seen in days. It's was a wonderful experience!

Yelp
I discovered the great craft beer of Canmore Brewing several months ago but was fortunate enough to visit the brewery on a recent trip to Canmore. The brewery is in a great location downtown but not noticeable from the main street. It actually faces the tracks but it is well worth looking for. There are a lot of good craft beers out there and Canmore Brewing ranks up there with the very best! Great service, great location and great beer!!
