My fiancé and I went here for a breakfast date, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, attentive, friendly, and warm without being overbearing. We sat at the gazebo, which offered a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful morning together. The breakfast treats were absolutely tantalizing, each bite was delicious and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a spot that gets both the food and the ambiance just right, but this place delivered on all fronts. We’ll definitely be coming back for another special morning soon!

I ordered the chicken fritters they were average, I'd give them a 5/10 as they lacked seasoning and were a bit dry. However, the fries were excellent (9/10) crispy, well-seasoned, and served hot. The sauce that came with the meal was also impressive, definitely a 9/10 for flavor and consistency. The ambience of the place is top-notch cozy, stylish, and very inviting (10/10). . Service was extremely friendly, I'd rate it a solid 9/10. Overall, a great experience with a few improvements needed on the main dish the place is quite friendly to wheelchair users

Everything was very good. The presentation on all the food is great. The tiramisu pancakes we're more like a three layer cake then really pancakes they were very thick. I would probably try for the French toast version next time. The crispy chicken tacos were very good in the samosas were filled with ground beef mince meat. The cloud coffee is an iced coffee that I thought was outstanding.

This cafe was way below my expectations! From the advertising the reality I saw on the ground was disappointing. Right from the gate I waited a few minutes. The guard was standing at the small gate for pedestrians and he just ignored me till another guard came. The waiter just looked confused. I ordered tacos and ice tea and she told me later the ice machine had broken down. I told her to cancel the order and she said it cant be removed as it was punched in already. So I got it without the ice. The amount on the menu and the receipt were different! The prices probably had something added on top. I did not see any value for my money here! & to top it all had food poisoning and it’s the only place I ate at yesterday.

It was lovely having breakfast here. We had the chicken and waffles and the french toast. A friend wanted the full English breakfast but they did not have sausages at the time which was weird. The waffles were too soft and kept crumbling as we ate. Other than that, the service was really speedy too. It was really quiet but eventually as the day went, more people came in. I guess it’d be a suitable restaurant to work from, have meetings etc however when more people come in, it gets a little loud from the echos in the room.

The food was extremely underwhelming. My friend and I shared the crispy chicken with waffles plus the tiramisu french toast.The waffles were delicious but the chicken was not fresh,when we inquired about it we were told that it was a fresh batch.The french toast was aesthetically pleasing but too dense and dry. For drinks we had the caramel and vanilla latte which were okay.Overall I was disappointed by the food.I dont think I'll be back again.

Really liked the place. It was quiet and relaxing. The fresh toast were delightful really. Unfortunatly there’s a lot of things on their menu that they didn’t had, like nothing with avocado, some flavors of French toast and no waffle. Besides that the service was excellent and quick.

The girls and I were looking for an ambient place to dine and Canopy was exactly what we needed. We got in at around 8:45pm hence we had less than an hour to enjoy the food and the space but It was worthwhile. I got the crispy chicken and waffles with coconut honey. 7/10 - the chicken was just a little dry however the flavor was impeccable. I quite liked the sesame honey, it really complemented the spices used on the chicken. The waffles were fluffy and well done but not the best I’ve had 🥹 My drink of choice was the strawberry lemonade and boy was I taken aback, it was so good and I’ll even go as far as saying it was by far the best I’ve had in Nairobi 😭definitely a 10/10 for me. The service was also really good, our waiter was super friendly and very warm. The space is larger than I’d expected however and falls a little short of being cosy because it felt empty (but that could also be because the only people in the restaurant were me and my girls 😂) I’ve yet to visit it in the daytime and compare, but it was a wonderful experience 🤞🏾
