We dined at the Ristorante Canova for our Christmas dinner, 2021. The menu was dictated by the chef, and it was exquisite. Each and every bite we had was delicious, and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The service matched the exceptional quality of the food. Special credit to Antonella for creating such a magical evening. We are still talking about it!

Beautiful ambiance, the food was amazing too and tye staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and would definitely come back to again

Food is fine although I won't say it is super amazing. Especially I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by my second course (the white fish in my photo). Furthermore, they advertise about an amex 20% off campaign and that is one of the reason that I choose to dine here. However, in the end they told us it won't be applied to the set menu we had. This is fine but it would be much better if they remind us in the beginning, while we order. Despite the above issues, I still think it is a generally positive experience though. Especially if you stay in the hotel, it is very convenient to give it a try.

My husband and I just finished the best meal of our 2 week Italy/Switzerland trip. Canova in the Luna Baglionia Hotel in Venice was superb! The staff was very attentive, gracious and helpful. The ambiance from the place settings to the cozy atmosphere was just what we wanted. Our food selections included the ravioli which had the best Parmesan cream sauce we have ever tasted, the beef filet which had a superb sauce and was extremely tender and the sea bass which was delicious. The lemon dessert was equally wonderful. I loved everything about this meal!

Was in Venice with my new fiance and stopped here for lunch. Was greeted by an unfriendly elderly woman who immediately told us that we couldn't order drinks without food. With all intention of ordering lunch we found this an odd greeting. Left and went elsewhere. Do not recommend.

We stayed this hotel and tried some foods at the restaurant in the ground floor. The food wasn't super fantastic but good enough. Especially my daughter loved fried fishes in my photo. She alway wants back to Venice because of that:)
