Canteen

Machines don't work. They take your money and their customer service is nonexistent. It's just a scam. They probably make more money ripping off customers than selling to them. Wish it was possible to give zero stars. Picture attached. This happens twice a week.

Hopefully this motivates this business in changing its handling of inbound calls. Attempted several numbers listed on their site in hopes of reaching someone in sales. As a motivated potential new customer, response time and ease of service is extremely important. One should not have to jump through hoops just to get a live person on the phone when wanting to bring you new business. Being told on 3 occassions that no one was available at 10a on a Monday? If this is how it is at the very beginning, I shudder at how it would be once an actual customer. Hard pass.

This vending company is a bunch or crooks!!! Machines always steal money or not give you what you pay for. I've been using my applepay and it's taking $5 for 1 bag of chips. They aren't very helpful when you call and they aren't very willing to reimburse!!

Machines only work 50% of the time. When it does work, they overcharge you, and I’ve seen a few micro transactions happen on my bank statements as well. Steer clear from these machines!

Not good. I went to their vending machine and my snack got stuck! No contact info on the machine at all!
