Hopefully this motivates this business in changing its handling of inbound calls. Attempted several numbers listed on their site in hopes of reaching someone in sales. As a motivated potential new customer, response time and ease of service is extremely important. One should not have to jump through hoops just to get a live person on the phone when wanting to bring you new business. Being told on 3 occassions that no one was available at 10a on a Monday? If this is how it is at the very beginning, I shudder at how it would be once an actual customer. Hard pass.
