DONT PURCHASE FROM CANTEEN!!!! MAJOR RIP OFF!!!! Majority of the snacks this place puts out is over priced and then the food tastes stale and old even though the expiration dates show still good. You complain and tell them that you've purchased several times(7 TIMES 2.98 PER ITEM) and the food was bad they want to refund you for just one purchase as the electronic check they issue deducts 4.99 to be cashed what a rip off seriously don't buy from this thieving over pricing company when you can purchase majority of their products at Walmart for half the cost of what they're selling the same items for real talk Canteen SUCKS!!!!

Way over priced , If you get a bad product refund is unlikely. Yes its convenient but expect 3X or more mark up at least.Not good at mixing up items or removing old stock , check the dates.

Only because I had to leave one Star because if it was up to me, I wouldn’t give them a Star at all. I had a bad experience with one of their vending machines. I called and they tell me that they were refund my money on a check. I don’t recommend these machines to nobody. If y’all could stop buying from them or even be better. Bad experience with her. I bought 2 items (cheeseits) @ 21 Spurs Lane today 5/27/25 and charged twice $5 each time, each item was $1.70 ...... SO WHY THE HELL WHY I CHARGED $5 each! What the hell!!!!! I then called the # on the machine twice and never rec'd a call back. They better or I will show up at the place of business. And I'm not kidding. THAT IS MY MONEY UR MESSING WITH

I guess i'm never getting my $1.95 back. These machine always require exact change. I perfer paying in change rather than credit card percisely for the this reason. Half the time it doesnt even want ro take my credit card, but last time i tried using it all it did was take my money. My donettes didnt get stuck, the spinning coil just never moved and then it told me thanks for the purchase. Theres a sticker on the machine saying a sensor can tell if you got yr snack or youd me refunded. Well over 3 weeks later and an email with no reply im still waiting for my refund. Canteen...you suck! Never again. I rather starve then risk using your services again.

At VIA, everything is overpriced, and Canteen may have given my personal info to Farmers Fridge.

I brought a small bag of chips $1.50 from Canteen Vending machine located at a local Elementary school on Feb 20, 2024 around 11:20 am My debit card was charged for $5.00. There is $3.50 still pending on my account. I contracted my bank to debut the transaction.

The vending machines has a QR code to scan for submitting a refund request . It’s been 2 almost 3 months that I have not received my refund . I have spoken to 2 lady’s I get the same excuse every time. They claim that corporate is in charge of refunds and sometimes they drop the ball on giving out refunds. That’s not something a consumer wants to hear. Don’t bother buying from these vending machines.
