Cantine Primeur

Had such a deliciouse and quick lunch here at my lunchbreak! They have menu options (like everywhere in paris) but you can also just order a plate. For the foreigners: they have an englisch menu and the restaurant is 100% vegan. I had the curry of the day which was amazing and very tasty, got some slices of bread with it and water. For 12€ I was very satisfied and really want to come back! The service is super fast I sat down, ordered and got my lunch in about 5minutes! They do make their own cashew milk, which I recomend to try out!

Great vegan food, nice and chill atmosphere.

So delicious!! This is the place for a really nice sit down vegan meal - it’s not too expensive (48 euros for 2 people with wine, 2 mains, a shared starter and dessert) it’s lovely inside, and the immediate area had a really good atmosphere on the evening we visited.

Menu is limited relative to other restaurants. There are three starters and three desserts to choose from and maybe 6 mains. But they all looked interesting and after much deliberation I ordered a basic Penne Arabiatta (?) which is filling and really tasty with a delicious tomato based sauce, eggplants and crunchy bits replicating lardons I assume, but when I saw what was brought out for other customers I wished I had been more adventurous. They also make a really nice warm lemonade (American style not soda) and ginger drink which I found very soothing on my parched and sore throat. I would go back just for that drink because I have never seen it before. The waitress was really nice and let me try some before I ordered it.

The food was amazing and it was a nice place to enjoy the food and the weather. The waitress was kind too and I didn’t feel forced to leave once I was done with my food. Overall amazing experience!

Poor and disappointing experience. Service was rushed and rude, bill was very expensive and food was quite average. We decided to go due to the positive reviews, but there are definitely plenty of nicer restaurants in the area

We arrived late but despite kitchen being closed we were served delicious hummus and great tasting Pinot noir for a very modest price. Really recommended!
