The Spring 2018 Restaurant Opening Guide: South Shore, South Coast, and Southeastern Massachusetts - Eater Boston
"Avi Shemtov is transforming Canton Junction Sports Pub into Salt & Sickle, expected to open around mid-July 2018. It will include a casual bar, quieter dining room, and function space, featuring new versions of pub classics like bar pizza and wings, alongside dishes like fresh pasta and duck Wellington." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
I live across the street from this establishment so I’m there often. This place is AMAZING!! The food, and drinks will never disappoint you. Most of all the service is outstanding. This will always be my go to spot. After my daughter’s graduation 13 of my family members went here for dinner. Everyone of them loved every part of our night. Thank you for being the kind of establishment that I didn’t think any longer existed.

We love this place. The restaurant is great for sports oriented families and groups. There is a nice pub area for adults. The "grill" features plenty of television coverage to watch multiple games. Menu is large and has something for everyone. Service is friendly and quick! Really nice, very accommodating game room so the kids can pass the time while the adults catch up. "Come as you are" atmosphere is very inclusive and comfortable.

Wow!! I have always loved this place but this is the third time in 2 months the experience was horrid l. enough is enough!! Came in with friends our drinks were served in dirty glasses, food took over 50 minutes the place was empty!! No silverware no napkins No one came to check on us and the staff was on their phones taking pictures of god knows what!!!!! I don’t know who’s managing this place but they need to be let go. It makes sense now why everyone goes else where!!!!! Never coming here again hopefully someone buys this place and makes it back to what it was I’ve never seen a place crumble so bad within 2 MONTHS!!!! Step it up canton junction!!!

Yo, we got takeout and it was wayyyy better than I expected. I had only had drinks here, so I was hesitant to order food. But there's not a whole lot of takeout options on a Monday in Canton. My girlfriends and I were all pleasantly surprised. We all loved our meals, we will definitely be back!

This place ROCKS! Service is great, food is great, the drinks are amazing! The best place in Canton to chow down some grub while watching the game. To top it off, they have a HUGE PROJECTOR SCREEN! Also once in awhile they have Beer Pong competitions! Overall great placeď

It's a good place for groups and the food is decent. Has a game room the kids can play in, although they recently raised the game prices. We always end up with a really large bill and have had a number of occasions with terrible service where you have a very difficult time getting a server.

A great hidden gem! Good service, cold drinks, great food! Definitely recommend the place to go to watch a ball game. My recommendation to have is their Pterodactyl Wings! The only flaw is their game room has busted, out of order arcades that haven't been repaired for years.
