Canvas Home

I ordered two items from Canvas Home's online store: the Canvas Pitcher in Blue and the Morandi Large Bud Vase. The shipping was $12 for each item. Both pieces were of very low quality. They do not appear to be handmade, even though the company claims they are. There is no attention to detail in these pieces. As I was so disappointed in the quality of these items, I emailed the company asking for prepaid shipping labels. Canvas Home must know that customers will be displeased with the product, as they clearly state that their return policy is for the customer to pay the shipping fees. I have had an email exchange with their customer service team and they refuse to pay for return shipping, claiming that the perceived flaws are signs of a unique handcrafted item. I have several handmade pieces from other shops and genuinely appreciate their unique qualities. The flaws in Canvas Home's pieces make them appear cheap. I cannot imagine gifting these items to anyone and so unfortunately will be getting rid of them another way. I refuse to pay another $24 to ship these items. I caution everyone to steer clear of Canvas Home. They do not put out a quality product, and they must know it, because they also do not stand behind their products. I'd also like to point out that they make it impossible to review items on their website.

Incredibly poor service!! My wife ordered a 700$ table from their website. This was over 16 weeks ago. We were told we would get an update in 8-10. After 11 weeks we called and asked about an update, were told we would get an email. As no email was forthcoming we called again after 13 weeks. Wife spoke with the manager "Keith". At this point we asked for a refund. We were told we would get a call back with another update. Never got a call. Wife has now been calling daily but the manager is never in and the other employees "can't do anything". We have yet to receive any update and certainly have not had our refund yet. Last two calls she got hung up on. Be careful with this company!

I went to the store to replace some pieces of tableware that I had damaged. I was not asking for a refund, just going to pay for new pieces. The clerk could not have been less helpful and could not have cared less if I was there or not. I used to go to the store at their old location. I never experienced this. They were out of stock on one piece. He didn't offer to let me know when it would be back in stock. Every question I asked was met with the feeling that you were bothering him. I won't return.

I wholeheartedly love the aesthetic here. It beautifully blends industrial with rustic countryside with lofty modern. Things are quite upscale pricey but they turn out Exquisite metal tables and this long tufted chaise that I have lusted over forever.

The housewares here are so stunning. They have so many functional choices and you can mix and match to make a perfect table. The staff are helpful and polite. It's my go to place for my home.

Beautiful designs, amazing store and phenomenal staff! I am constantly shopping for my home here, there's always something to make my home have the perfect and minimal aesthetic I'm searching for!

I am really disappointed with how the dishes held up. I emailed the company about the poor quality and they were unhelpful.

Dauville bud vases are amazing!!! Buying two more for my girls.
