There were so many unique vendors and items. We spent a while browsing and found so many interesting items. There was a nice selection of food trucks with a variety of foods. The crepe truck was a personal favorite, the best crepes I’ve had since visiting France. There was a hummus stall that has the best hummus I’ve had in a while. We can’t wait to go back to the market!

5 stars! This farmers market serves up the best burger around—perfect for starting your day right. The live background music by Yard Dog Charlie adds a great vibe to the experience.

The Cape Coral Farmers Market, run by the wonderful Claudia, is hands down one of the best weekend experiences around! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the friendly, welcoming vibe she has helped create. A must-stop is Gina’s Food Stand, where Frank and Cesar serve up absolutely terrific tacos — seriously, they are next level. Fresh, flavorful, and packed with love, it’s impossible to eat just one (trust me, I tried). Then there’s the cold brew at Jimmy’s Java — wow. It’s perfectly bold, smooth, and insanely refreshing, just what you need to keep the market stroll going strong. Plus, the barista, Reed, is not only super cute but also an absolute pleasure to talk to — friendly, funny, and full of great coffee recommendations! I couldn’t leave without picking up something for my fur babies — Top Dog Kitchen had the perfect find: chicken breast chips dog treats. Mylo, Bailey, and Jack went crazy for them! They’re clearly made with high-quality ingredients and lots of care. Claudia and all the vendors create such a special, vibrant atmosphere — it’s a can’t-miss Saturday adventure. Cape Coral Farmers Market truly feels like a little slice of paradise!

Google
Very cute farmers market!!! I got the best passionfruit juice of my life!!! And a cute tumbler/koozie for the remainder of the trip. Seemed like it was missing a few booths due to it being off season

Google
I'm posting this because I recommend checking out the wicked dolphin tent and getting some rumshine. It is a good deal and a good product. Wicked dolphin is a great local producer of good Alcohol. Avoid the jewelry tent at all costs. Not the permanent Jewelry they are awesome, and my wife love hers, the one with the $20 watches. My brothers band came apart 10 minutes into wearing it.

Yelp
We visited in the middle of June and it was still very busy with lots of vendors. They have everything from fresh veggies to fresh baked breads and all kinds of food. They also have a good array of other products. It was a nice place to visit and see some things that you won't find other places.

Jeffrey

Yelp
Massive selection in all categories, seafood, meat, produce, bakery, deli, etc. Everything looks fresh "BUT" prices have become INSANE. No attractive specials. Examples: Swordfish was $22 / pound. Walmart "fresh steak" is $9.99. All produce is equal to or more than Publix. No Deals We shopped the entire store, found nothing worth buying......unlike before. Store had few customers, those there had almost nothing in shopping carts. Checkouts were empty. Not worth shopping there. Deli Roast Beef was $15.99 per pound, cooked rack of ribs were $21. Cauliflower was $4.99. There are NO DEALS like before.

Yelp
Cape Coral Farmers Market had a lot of interesting food, art, and clothing. I bought a sea grass hat for boating; guaranteed to not fall off up to 40mph and a blue hair clasp. Love my purchases!

Yelp
Nice market with a variety of vendors. Attended 2 times in the month we stayed there & purchased our fruit & organic veggies there. And of couse we had to buy our cake from the Cake Lady! Such yummy treats. Lively atmosphere with music, fresh coffee & lots of pastries to choose from & empanadas too.
google avatar

Pat R.

Yelp
This is one of the best farmers markets I have been to. About 2 blocks long. And full of quite a variety of items. We love the fresh fish, the empanadas and there is even an Irish soda bread stand. Lots of fresh veggies and local food stalls. This is a must if you are in the area!

Yelp
We've been so many times and each time we're finding something new and exciting. Truly such a great place to find delicious ethnic foods in Fort Myers/Cape Coral. Today we ventured into the world of polish foods. The dill pickle soup and stuffed cabbage were absolutely amazing. Also started adding Bee Pollen for the health benefits. So many yummy, delicious and local options.

Maureen N.

Yelp
Most vendors there are honest and provide good service. But stay away from the watch repair guys...they're crooks! They overcharged me on watch batteries .....no warranty given. I paid over $15 a piece to replace batteries on 3 watches. The batteries died after 2 weeks!!

Denise B.

Yelp
Good selection of fruits and veg Lots of stalls selling cakes coffee local honey etc the stall holders were all really friendly and didn't hassle for you to buy It's open air so everything is outside nice to walk around

Yelp
Today we decided to go to Cape Coral Farmer's Market instead of going to Punta Gorda. I was excited to see that there were a lot of vendors open. They have everything from fruit and vegetables, guacamole, a few food trucks, baked goods, cheeses, sauces, and some dry goods. We choose to shop outdoors during this pandemic when there are almost one half million cases in our state. I was very dismayed at the fact that at least half the vendors and customers were unmasked. I am not making a political statement, everyone is free to do what they want. We choose to do our part, as seniors by wearing masks. We have children and grandchildren, and lots of friends who we care about. We don't want businesses to close, people out of work etc. so that's why we choose to wear masks. We will not be returning to this particular green market until this is over. By the way, we had a lovely omelet cooked by the gentleman who was selling Artisan bread. He was masked and cared about his customers. We love to support our local businesses and hope you all stay safe!

Yelp
Located off 47th in the downtown area on Saturdays during season. In Cape Harbor the remainder of the year. Also, on Tuesday located in parking lot for shops at Surfside. The Tuesday one is much smaller. The Saturday one has more vendors. They sell many things from fruits, veggies and guacamole to soaps, candles and dog treats. Meats, seafood, bread, bagels and donuts are also available. There are some food trucks and vendors selling donuts, kettle corn etc. I did note that there were some good jewelry vendors but I thought prices to high. There were also some that were selling things that appeared to be of lesser quality. Loved the hats made of hemp!
google avatar

Stacey V.

Yelp
Very fun and a lot of different types of vendors. There was also free parking. This is worth a Saturday morning.
google avatar

Yelp
The Cape Coral Farmers Market is wonderful! So many vendors here like flowers, plants, food, cheese, coffee, sun hats, produce and fruits, and food vendors! The cheese vendor (can't remember name!!) is fantastic! Wow!! And there's a vendor selling pork egg roles which are outstanding. Always fresh and super hot! Live music, good food, great produce and fruit options here. Ample parking, and friendly folks.

Yelp
A must-do on Saturday when in Cape Coral. This is such a great farmer's market with a ton of booths. Something for everyone from delicious food trucks to veggie/fruit vendors and even some craft vendors. It is also a great place to people watch or dog watch! Really glad I visited during my stay. Side note: Parking can be a bit rough, check the side streets.
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
Pretty good farmers market in Cape Harbour. It is nicely shaded for the summer. One can find local farm produce, honey, dog treats, guacamole. There were a few food trucks and some crafts and gifts as well. There's a nice shaded parking garage or lot parking under the trees.

Alison M.

Yelp
Great selection of food and touristy stuff. Nice layout. Easy to pay for stuff. Went in the winter and must be amazing in the summer
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
We enjoyed this farmers market with a wide range of offerings. Cheeses, cookies, veggies, herbs.
google avatar

Jill W.

Yelp
Much smaller then I expected. It had a variety of booths and one food truck. I wouldn't go again but if I lived (Cape Coral) local I'd probably go once in awhile.
google avatar

Judie N.

Yelp
Why do people need to drag dogs into the middle of a market.? Big dogs. One got wrapped around my husbands leg because it's human wasn't paying attention. When someone gets bit, they'll be hell to pay.
google avatar

Nancy P.

Yelp
We really enjoyed it. There was a lot of variety. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Yelp
This place has too way limits and unfriendly hours for customers who would like to come shop at this unique farmer market! Unbelievable they only opens in one day and short hours it isn't enough fro anyone to able have enough time to shop by here! Very disappointment and bad outstanding customer service!
google avatar

Cailyn S.

Yelp
My favorite farmers market I'll probably find anywhere. All people and vendors are SUPER friendly and only want to talk to you!! Great way to support the local farmers and businesses in the area! My favorite are the pickles from the Happy Pickle stand. They will for sure make you laugh or smile. Dog friendly, people friendly, and supporting local businesses, what's better?
google avatar

Rich M.

Yelp
First time here and it was much more than expected, lots of vegetables, fruits and anything else you might want. We've been coming to North Fort Myers 4 years now and this Farmers Market is by far the best we've been to in Lee and Charlotte counties.
google avatar

Heidi B.

Yelp
I realize its off season but when you purchase what you think are fresh fruits and vegetables only to get hone and find stickers on them from retailers...could've gone to Walmart and picked them up there
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Fun Farmers Market on Saturday's in Cape Coral. Everything from vegetables to crafts, including ethic foods (German and Croatian) for sale. Made our second visit this past Saturday. The perishable items were all fresh and reasonably priced. Hours are 8-1.
google avatar

Mike K.

Yelp
This "farmers market" is no longer a true farmers market. More than 1/2 of the vegtables and fruits are sold by vendors not farmers. They buy the produce and unload the boxes that it came in and set up their booth. TRUE farmers markets were intended to support the local farmers. This is more of a small carnival than a farmers market. It's something to do on a Saturday morning, but......

Yelp
I apologize I do not know the exact address of where this is located, but it is easy to find. Traveling on Cape Coral Parkway into the dowtown area, you turn Right on SE 10th....and you run straight into it. This market runs Oct-May and is spectacular! Tons of locally grown fruits, veggies, herbs, trees, jams, honey, seafood..... There is one stall located next to where they have the live band set up. They sell all kinds of herbs, wonderful lettuces, and a great selection of root veggies. It is my favorite! I bought lettuce from this stand that was a little wilted from the sun. I took it home and gave it a good soak in cold water and a run through the salad spinner, wrapped it in paper towel and stored in ziploc baggies and it lasted (NO LIE) 3 weeks without going bad! One head of green leaf lettuce filled 2 gallon size zipper bags FULL! The price 1.50$ a head! You can not beat it. Other vendors have amazing deals on peppers (4 for 1$, even red ones!), tomatoes, florida sweet onions, squash. ALL SUPER CHEAP!! Plus, everything lasts so much longer than what you get in the grocery store. There is an amazing vendor that sells Wisconsin cheese and locally made breads. The calamata olive bread and the sesame seed loaf are spectacular. No artificial ingredients and at 3$ a loaf,,,,,amazing! They are open on Saturdays from 8-1 from October to May. This is must!! I am saving about 100$ per month by doing all of my produce shopping here instead of the grocery. Plus, most of the food is grown locally--not being shipped from another country and coated with wax to keep it fresher longer. It saves money and is better for the environment. A win win shoportunity! I will be sooo sad over the summer months when they are gone!

Yelp
Located in the parking lot of the Surfside Shops (Belk, HomeGoods...) on Tuesday afternoons into the evenings. Uses the regular parking lot for the shops. Tents are set up in the far corner. Wares range from fresh vegetables and fruits, pickles, watch and battery repair, cupcake truck, kettle corn, bath rubs and salts, candles, and other homemade foods and items. The watch guy is very reasonable but a line forms quickly. The pickle lady also provides yummy pickles for a decent price. Prices overall are very reasonable. No cover to get in. Tuesdays starting at 3pm.
google avatar

Stephanie K.

Yelp
One of the best Farmers' Markets in the area. I go every Saturday morning. It's located in a parking lot -- with lots of vendors, booths, fresh produce and food trucks. Make sure to get there early to get the best produce! I park across the street in the parking lot across from Iguana Mia and walk over, during season that will be your best bet for parking (or if you get there late).

Yelp
We just moved here from San Diego and have become accustomed to buying most of our produce from the local organic farms, so I was happy to see that we had a weekly market right down the road...with good reviews too :-) Going in, I'd already read that there was only one organic farm that I could expect to be there. That's okay...at least there's one, right? Turns out, their produce was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, and they also had a huge selection of potted herbs. Huge win. As for the other produce stands...I actually watched people at 2 different stands take berries and other produce out of plastic clamshells and dump them into the baskets. They're buying the produce and then reselling it at the market? Who does that? Seriously. Isn't this stuff regulated? They're just scamming on customers who assume that by shopping a farmers market, they are supporting a local farm. There were a few stands that had actual local produce, so it's not all bad...but just be aware and ask before you buy. We also picked up some fresh pickles and local honey - both delicious! So, just be aware of what you're buying. Support the local growers.

Yelp
Pleasant family outing.....chimi lady has awesome sauce. I wasnt impressed with any fish stands. Plus, cost as much a stores. Fresh perogies, looked very good, authentic for sure but i havent eaten them yet.....

Yelp
Love it, love it, love it. Any type of fresh fruit and veggies you want. Also, honey, homemade doggie treats, plants and trees, fresh baked breads and homemade quacamole....So very much more to find and very reasonably priced. I want to respond to a couple reviews where it seems like people are confused by a few things: 1. Produce vendors using clam shell containers. These containers are cheap, and can be bought in bulk online, and most every farm I have ever did a 'you pick; at had them for customer use. It is not that unusual to see a vendor use them. They use their baskets to display their product, so dumping a clam shell into one is not a scam. If you ask, they would tell you. 2. The lady who was curious about where the produce was grown, ask them. There does not need to be a sigh for everything. Just ask. They will tell you.

Mark W.

Yelp
Went there this morning. Did not stay long some of the vendors were not wearing mask. So I skipped buying at those stalls. Bought from fruits and vegetables but after get back home and eating some not sure if it worth the hassle over a grocery stores produce.
google avatar

Will H.

Yelp
A mix of different vegetable venders selling fresh fruit & vegetables. I suspect some aren't local or even from a mom & pop garden, but at least it all looks fresh. There's also homemade pastas and cheeses. A few vendors sell ready to eat meals such as gyros, fish tacos, kettle corn, & pastries. Dogs are welcome if they're on a leash. If you don't like dogs or don't care for dogs walking up next to you & rubbing their nose on your bare leg, I wouldn't go to this market.
google avatar

Richard D.

Yelp
It Was Awesome, great produce , food and all sorts of goodies.

Lauren M.

Yelp
What a wonderful farmer's market!!!! Oodles of fresh fruit and veges, fresh bread, baked goods. Everything we purchased was wonderful. There's even a dog treat vendor. Such a treat for northerners in the winter time!
google avatar

Justin W.

Yelp
This market is a treasure chest of great finds! Anything from organic veggies from Venus Veggies, to fresh daily baked bagels from the Bagel Factory in Cape Coral! I went this past December 2012 weekend and was so caught off guard with all of the wonderful local items that I will be sure to visit again and again. I wish we had these types of markets back home!

Yelp
As winter residents of Cape Coral we are happy to have this resource nearby. We don't go every week but do make it a couple times per month. If you go later in the morning you may find reduced prices at some of the stands. Pluses - We always stop for mini donuts which are a delight to munch on as we stroll, and the people who make them are pleasant. We like Smoke Signals for meats (their burgers grill really nicely) but that's about the only stand we actually seek out. Otherwise we browse for produce to see what looks really good or to find something we haven't had in a while. One stand sells tomatoes from Immokalee and these have been great - they always last much longer than supermarket tomatoes so we don't have to rush to use them up. It's nice when we find big bunches of fresh herbs, such as cilantro, for $1, and today we bought a large bunch of chives with flowers for $2 which we'll use for Christmas dinner. You may find some unusual things, for example today we saw 3 kinds of fresh turmeric (I'd never seen it "raw" before). You can't necessarily find everything on your regular grocery list but if you like to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients or build your menus around what's in season you would probably be successful in planning a few meals. There are always many craft-type vendors and there is usually live entertainment of some sort. Minuses - There is quite a bit of redundancy. Today's market had at least 3 honey stands and we always see several jam/jelly vendors. While it's nice to give everyone a fair shot it makes it a bit harder for shoppers to select especially if the pricing is even. On the other hand, there could be more choices for meats and fish. There are 2 fish stands but they are both Andy's Seafood (the truck itself is one "stand" and they also have a booth). Same fish at both, and very expensive. How about another fishmonger with some competitive pricing and variety? Also, it's always nice to know where the food is coming from so you can support the local farms as much as possible, and so you know the food is fresher than something shipped from elsewhere, but many of the stands don't say where most of the produce originated. We also go to the Tuesday Surfside Sunset Market on occasion which is very similar although smaller in scale. It is outdoors in the winter and indoors earlier in the year (not sure if it's year-round since we're not!).

Yelp
Every Saturday from Nov 9th to May 10th....great way to start the day! Always friendly vendors, good selection and prices! Great place to grab a beverage and select from the many homemade food items and find some cool art too!! Always live music and pet friendly. It's a good time :)

Yelp
Very nice Farmer's market. We love to visit farmer's markets wherever we go. We found this market on Yelp and decided to try it. Great produce, coffee, baked goods. We tried some Italian food from one of the vendors. Stromboli, baked ziti, sausage and peppers. We took it home and reheated it. Awesome! They had some wonderful looking sauteed veggies but it had eggplant in it and my husband is allergic. We also tried two different cakes from another vendor. White cake with coconut and a four layer brownie with peanut butter filling. Both were out of this world. Would definitely go again.

Viktorija T.

Yelp
Love this farmer's market. This isn't just a veggie/fruit market, they usually have a live music, vendor stands that serve ready food for breakfast or lunch and specialties like fried cheese curds--mmMmmm, and mini doughnuts. There's schools doing bake sales for fundraisers, floral plants, seafood, nut butters, baked goods, handmade crafts, and homemade dog treats! The variety of fruits and veggies is wonderful, too! There's an Asian stand that we always get our bok choy and bean sprouts from, fresh herbs in the back, the 'Mater Lady in her cowgirl hat that we always get our tomatoes from. It's usually the same vendors so you get to know them :) Once October rolls around and this one ends, some of the vendors move to the Cape Harbour farmer's market that goes May-Oct. It's a smaller market with less vendors and variety but great for those that love fresh produce all year round!
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Love this farmers market! Lots of fresh delicious produce, and herbs. They also sell local made honey, meat, bread, eggs. Cheaper and better quality than the grocery store(aside from the honey which is a bit pricey). It lasts twice as long in the fridge as well.

Joseph K.

Yelp
This Farmers Mkt. is just ok , but about 1/3 the size of Saturday's Mkt. And it has more street vendors than farmers. If you want a large selection of fruits and produce , go to the one on SW 47 & SW 10 place on Sat. Am. It' s good to have competition at the farmers market, which results in better pricing and more quality offerings.

Phyllis B.

Yelp
Don't forget to check out the fresh produce and eggs. The prices are good too. They start at 2PM on Tuesday in the parking lot at the Belk's shopping center. See you there.

Suzanne F.

Yelp
The Downtown Cape Coral Farmers' Market at Club Square is not just your average Farmers' Market! It's an admirable mix of Vendors that will satisfy anyone's fancy. What a fun way to start the weekend by taking a leisurely stroll on a cool Saturday morning, through the rows of market tents featuring our areas best goods, produce, merchandise and wares. The huge array of colorful fruits and vegetables is truly a feast for the eyes; it's also the biggest bang for your hard earned buck! As you meander threw the happy crowd of people enjoying the festive sounds of music from local musicians, you will be savoring the smells of enticing foods and fresh baked goods. To bring even more excitement to an already fun event, the 1st and 3rd Saturday boast an Antique and Craft extravaganza. So should you miss a Saturday morning, don't fret! You can be sure to catch many of your favorite Vendors at the Cape's lovely Surfside Sunset Market on Tuesdays and remember support our area Farmers' and local businesses, they count on us as much as we count on them! Have a great one and enjoy!
