Cape Panwa Hotel

This place is definetely out of this world. First I visited 8 years ago and fell so in love with it that I had to come back and spend a part of our honeymoon at this stunning Hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, everyone has a big smile on their face. The room was always clean and we had an amazing view to the sea. The breakfast is amazing you have a plenty of choice to eat. For dinner I highly recommend Panwa house on the beach it is very romantic. The hotel has its own private beach so it is very good that you don't have to share the place with tousands of tourists. Overall Cape Panwa Hotel is still one of my favourite places I've ever been.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Cape Panwa Hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable, safe, and very well looked after throughout my visit. Birthday celebrations , 60 years young.||The staff are what really make this hotel special. Dol by the pool was always friendly, polite, and attentive. He remembered small details and made every day feel relaxed and welcoming.||At Top of the Reef Restaurant and Otter Bar, James was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Dining alone can sometimes feel awkward, but James made it feel easy and enjoyable every time. Supatra and the rest of the restaurant team were also lovely and very attentive.||A special mention to Ice, the pianist and singer. Her choice of music was beautiful and really added something special to the evenings.||At reception, Umi, Ben, and Beatrice provided excellent service. Umi in particular was calm, thoughtful, and really listened, which I appreciated a lot. William from senior management was also approachable and took the time to listen to feedback in a professional and respectful way.||Cape Panwa is not just a beautiful hotel, it’s a place where people genuinely care. I would highly recommend it, especially to anyone travelling alone.||Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable.

Staff are incredibly nice and friendly like you wouldn’t believe. They go above and beyond for you with no hesitation. Tucked away in a quiet part of Phuket with awesome locals and their amazing food which is easily the best in Phuket, so fresh and authentic. Tourists here though are miserable and look depressed 24/7 which I don’t understand since you’re on holiday? They don’t treat the staff the way they should be treated. The tourists can make you feel miserable for no reason at all. But the locals you cannot beat and is what made this place amazing. Thank you Cape Panwa for the incredible 7 days, we will be back. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at the Cafe Andaman at Cape Panwa Hotel in Phuket, made truly special by the exceptional service from Sampong and Nuch. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming with big smiles on their faces. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel relaxed and well cared for throughout our visit, offering great recommendations, and always checking in with a smile. It’s rare to encounter staff who are so passionate about their work and guest experience. Thank you, Sampong and Nuch for making our time at the resort/dining so memorable. You are real credit to the resort, and we look forward to returning to the Cape Panwa Hotel because of you!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We were thoroughly spoilt during our stay. I had a brilliant massage at the spa from Pimpam. Yuwadee and the ladies at the spa are very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend a visit to the spa and the Thai cookery class was excellent.

Lovely 5 night stay in this hotel, although we'd rate it more 4 star than the 5 advertised. Great clean rooms but lacking enough tea (no English breakfast tea) and coffee in the room. Bring your own if you're staying here or go to the 7/11. Surely 5 star would supply enough? The cost of the drinks is a problem if you're looking at Thailand prices for comparison. Every drink is charged a 10% service charge plus vat on top so we made a point of going out in the evenings. We missed the fact that it's a VERY steep hill into and back from the seafront area. We like walking but even we struggled with this. The courtesy bus is a godsend but we came to refer to it as the "old bone shaker"!! The staff were brilliant and friendly and the Top of the Reef restaurant was exceptional. We'll worth a visit for a special occasion meal. The hotel beach is stunning and one of the best and cleanest we've ever been to and would possibly return for this alone. Again, though, the Bamboo Bar is run by the hotel so do watch the prices!! The hotel is just lacking those final touches for what should be expected from a 5 star hotel. Having said that, we had a lovely stay and had some great experiences whilst there so would say it's worth a visit.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. As a wheel chair user my wife was waited on marvellously by the two pool guys Seim and Dol who kept an eye on her while I went down to the sea. Its the people at the hotel that makes the stay so wonderful and relaxed , and a special thank you to Hazel, Lisa, Aum, On on and the chef who was always ready to help my wife up and down the restaurant steps. Cannot wait to return.|A big thank you to all.

What a fantastic resort! Honestly, I didn’t expect to have such an amazing experience here. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, and the room size was excellent for a family of four. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely choose the same hotel again on our next visit.
