Cape Point Nature Reserve

What an breathtaking 😍 place with stunning view 😍 ✨️ 💕 of South of this Earth 🌎 where the two Ocean meets 😀 each other... its fantastic 👏 👌 😀 and memories for life long. Its worth to see what we paid for (Entrance fee + Funicular fee Optional if We travel). The view from the lights house and near the surrounding towards to all the 360⁰ of the way its outstanding ✨️. There are twe restaurants are next to each other which are 1. The Food Shop & 2. Two Ocean Restaurant. The brief review of this restaurant you can see on their Google page review that i wrote. There is Souvenir shop on top of the Mountain under the Lighthouse. The prices are too high and very very over priced for the tourist. The prices are too high bcz they targeted the price the people who those are traveling from western countries like Europeans, UK and USA... but the same items you can get in Cpt city 3 to 4 times cheaper than this price if you waited patiently. The toilets 🚻 are ok very neat and clean but smells very bad. The Urine smell everywhere near the toilets also so can't even breathe inside the restroom while we using.

Cape Point is insanely beautiful. No exaggeration. The kind of beauty that literally makes your jaw drop. What a remarkable place. There is so much to do there. It certainly requires several trips to see and do all the activities. Going to the point is only one. Its worth doing the short hike to the end right on the ridge of the peninsula, even more so than going up to the lighthouse. There are queues for the cart but walking is much easier and more fun.

This was my second visit to Cape Point, and it's always a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. However, the steps leading up to the lighthouse really need to be revamped or rethought, as several people almost slipped or fell. That said, the area is clean, absolutely beautiful, and truly lives up to the hype everytime.

Breath taking 💗💓 We did the beach hike, some of the most spectacular views I have been privileged to see. We started at 7am and the trail was very quiet, a bit chilly but warmed up. Easy hike but lots of stairs. We wanted to buy a t-shirt at the courier shop and thought it was strange as it was 859 staff would not serve us. They said they were still having their breakfast so we would need to come back. Store is meant to open at 9am. Literally just chasing business out the door. Toilets were ok , a few broken and no soap overall needs attention. Still a spectacular place to go 😍

When we got there we saw the sign posted with the prices (unaware these for prices for the locals). We pulled up to pay and I paid roughly 1050R or more which is like $80CAD to enter. Cool experience if you like hiking, tidal pool and/or just want to be able to say you’ve been to the most souther western point of Africa but otherwise was pretty boring and definitely not worth $80CAD. Cool experience and views but not quite for the moneys worth in my opinion. They should add more stuff to do!

This nature reserve is truly a little gem. Strolling through trails next to the sea with the sound of the ocean, birds singing and the chance to spot some wild lifealong the way. It’s peaceful, it’s beautiful and it’s absolutely worth a visit if you love nature. Definitely give it a try!"
