Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas

This review is based on a 10 night B&B holiday.||On arrival.||A warm greeting with a hassle free and quick check-in. The view as you exit the lift on the reception floor is spectacular.||Room.||The room was a good size with a large bed, separate shower and toilet. The wardrobes were large enough to hang mine and my wife’s clothes in, and were also plenty of shelves and drawers. Good air conditioning is fitted. The sea view is excellent.||The room is equipped with tea, coffee making facility’s and a safe. It also has a minibar,however, we found this to be a little expensive.||10/10||Food.||The dining hall is large with plenty of seating and attended by very helpful staff. ||Breakfast.||A good selection of cereal and fresh fruits. There’s the usual cooked option and to be honest it was all very good. |We didn’t eat lunch or evening meal, so I cannot comment on those.|9/10||Drink.||Good selection of spirits and lagers, however I did find them to be a bit pricey, nearly 3 times more than the bars and restaurants in Kamala. All the waiters and bar staff were polite and efficient. |Staff 10/10|Price 6/10||Pool and sun bathing area||The pool is clean and a good size. There are ample sun loungers and space with a relaxing ambiance. We didnt use the pool near the beach|8/10||Staff.||All very polite and friendly, hard working and assets to this hotel. |10/10||Entertainment.||The sky bar had some good singers on a couple of nights.|9/10||WiFi.||The hotels WiFi is free and ok with coverage throughout the entire hotel. I did however tend to use my own data due to the slow download speed at times.||8/10.||Summary.||Great location great hotel. Food and drink good, Staff are fantastic.||Overall score 9/10. Only negative is the price of the drinks.

What can I say that probably hasn't been said. For someone that has travelled to Thailand for 30 years now, whether this is your first trip or a repeat visitor, I would highly recommend this Hotel as the perfect experience. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful, in particular Yuth, who manages the breakfast / operations seamlessly, and Doe (who literally saved a child from drowning while serving drinks with no concern for his iPhone that was in his pocket) as well as the magnificent room service menu (try the humus with lamb) as well as one of the best receptions, pool area that I've experienced. The fact that they are elevated makes the cool breeze set the scene for your stay as well as good vibes that run through the hotel. I've re-booked already and was really blessed to have managed to stay here. Bravo to all the team !!!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family in July 2025 and were impressed from the moment we checked in.||The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning sea view from the balcony—perfect for a relaxing getaway.||Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Thai and Western options. The freshly baked croissants were a real highlight—warm, buttery, and flaky.||One minor area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi signal, which was a bit weak in certain areas, particularly near the pool. However, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.||Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Our family had a great time and we definitely plan to return!||The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Toto, who took care of us with great attention to detail and made us feel truly at home.

This was the start of our Thailand holiday and wow it was everything we could've wished for. Our room was spacious comfortable and with the most beautiful view. Couldn't find fault with anything. The food was amazing and the staff were so attentive. We absolutely loved the pool just over the road. We had a lovely massage at the spa. It is not far to Kamala beach and the shuttle was very good. Thankyou to everyone who looked after us we loved every minute of our stay.amazin

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and we will definitely be retuning. The staff are so friendly and rooms are clean and tidy with amazing views from every area in the hotel. The pool area is so tranquil and offers table service for amazing food and drinks. The breakfast and cafe is great. The highlight of our trip in the hotel were our evening visits to the rooftop bar and the steak restaurant. The views are absolutely spectacular and they served some of the best cocktails we’d ever had. It was the perfect end to our trip.

A Wonderful Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The pool was lovely, and my room was really nice with a beautiful view that made every morning special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed. Just a great overall experience. I would definitely come back!

Our experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. The service on reception from Yuth was second to none, he couldn’t do enough. When getting transport, You on concierge would either get us a taxi straight away or take us himself. The staff at the pool side bar were so friendly and attentive, special mentions to Lily, Pong and Su. The food by the pool was of unbelievable quality, and so delicious, although the prices aren’t inline with what you would find in the town or on the beach, still a lot cheaper than other hotels of this quality. The hotel was extremely clean, and well maintained. |The views from our balcony was stunning, but sometimes a bit noisy as the road runs between the hotel and the beach. Location is good and a short walk from the town and the beach where there is more than enough bars and restaurants to try, and getting a tuk tuk back couldn’t be easier. Don’t worry about getting ripped off as they are a fixed price||I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family, and will come back here myself.

The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were crafted with care and creativity—so refreshing and delicious! ||Our room was immaculate, serviced to the highest standard each day with fresh linen and thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the eco-friendly glass water bottles provided daily—such a wonderful sustainability effort.
