Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas

This was our first time visiting Thailand and wow did Cape Sienna make our trip memorable. From the staff to the room, the cleanliness, the views, the food, the amenities the area it really did exceed all expectations! The staff go above and beyond for you, room service every day fresh sheets, water, towels also everyday, room service till 10pm! The staff go out of their way to address you by name I’ve never seen politeness and customer service like it. Me and my fiance upgraded to the deluxe junior suite with jacuzzi and wow was that the best decision we made! We are already looking at coming back next year and we only arrived home yesterday! Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Our ac broke and they upgraded us to better room for free. Overall nice experience. Rooftop bar is 10/10 and prices are not too high. Only minus is breakfast, not a lot of variety. Check the sienna rock cafe if you are hotel guest. Nice quiet infinite pool 👍

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is exceptionally well managed, and the staff are both professional and genuinely friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed — I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to choose our preferred room scent upon arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, offering beautiful views. The food was consistently excellent, and we really enjoyed the happy hour. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

I stayed in a suite at Cape Sienna Phuket and everything was truly perfect. The room was spacious, modern, and had an incredible view of the ocean – waking up to that view was unforgettable. The private balcony and bathtub made it feel extra luxurious. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and dinner at Vanilla Sky was a highlight – delicious food and a beautiful sunset view. The pool area is gorgeous, especially at night with the lights reflecting on the water. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic stay in Phuket.

By far, the best hotel in Kamala Beach. Absolute luxury. Conveniently located 1km from the main strip. Beautifully designed hotel. Gorgeous pool area over looking the ocean and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Staff are friendly and attentive. A special mention to Lilly, and especially to Dhem, who have made our stay fun and who have both catered to our every whim. You are both assets to the hotel. We booked our stay through Luxury Escapes that included daily buffet breakfast, 3 x hotel lunch or dinners, 30 minute massage and free cocktail hour. I highly recommend Cape Sienna Gourmet Hotel & Villas.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was incredible. Whirlpool on the balcony was amazing, especially with the heat and a lovely view to go with it. Room was well air conditioned and clean and no issues with wifi. Breakfast was included with our booking and they had plenty of variety and would change food options daily and evening food is also good. Staff memebers were all so lovely and any questions or issues we had they were able to help with. Helped us pick days out and excursions gave us advice around how to make the most of our holiday. We got sick because of a street vendor and they arrange medical help for us and made sure we were well looked after. Hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from 7/11 if you need any groceries and always have taxis available to go down to kamala and the beach. Overall had a lovely experience with this hotel and would definitely go back again.

Excellent pool, and beautiful view from balcony the room. Enjoyed the roar of the waves throughout the day from your own balcony. The service is friendly, fast and good. Love the smoothies and milk shakes in the cafe. Enjoyed the infinity pool views.Lovely and romantic hotel for couples. We decided to stay a full day inside the hotel enjoying our balcony jacuzzi as well.I will definitely return again just for the relaxing views !

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family in July 2025 and were impressed from the moment we checked in.||The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning sea view from the balcony—perfect for a relaxing getaway.||Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Thai and Western options. The freshly baked croissants were a real highlight—warm, buttery, and flaky.||One minor area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi signal, which was a bit weak in certain areas, particularly near the pool. However, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.||Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Our family had a great time and we definitely plan to return!||The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Toto, who took care of us with great attention to detail and made us feel truly at home.
