The location is breath taking from the time you arrive the lobby blew my mind!!! Yuth who greeted me was 5 stars and he was 5 stars the whole time of my visit for 3 nights. He got me the best table at breakfast beside the pool, arranged the best seat in their restaurant (best dinner experience of my life). His service was impeccable. I felt like a queen especially travelling solo he made me feel so welcome and safe. All the staff are amazing from the pool staff to the restaurant and sky roof bar to the house keeping all so kind and friendly. I have even booked an extra night before I leave for Australia, after I come back from Phi Phi Island that’s how great my experience was. The pool is heavenly, the rooms are divine and you instantly feel relaxed especially after 17 hour flight. Can’t stop raving ha ha you have to experience this hotel!!

This was our first time visiting Thailand and wow did Cape Sienna make our trip memorable. From the staff to the room, the cleanliness, the views, the food, the amenities the area it really did exceed all expectations! The staff go above and beyond for you, room service every day fresh sheets, water, towels also everyday, room service till 10pm! The staff go out of their way to address you by name I’ve never seen politeness and customer service like it. Me and my fiance upgraded to the deluxe junior suite with jacuzzi and wow was that the best decision we made! We are already looking at coming back next year and we only arrived home yesterday! My wife and I stayed here last week on a B&B basis. The hotel was very nice and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The room was good and cleaned to a good standard.|Breakfast choice was vast. Salad options, meats, smoked salmon & cheeses. Hot food too, both European and Thai. The pool area was nice.|The sky bar and restaurant was quiet but lovely.|We moved on after a week and forgot a bag but the hotel kindly forwarded it on for us.|It was just a short down hill walk into Kamala beach where there were lots of local restaurants and good food at decent prices.|Nice Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is exceptionally well managed, and the staff are both professional and genuinely friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed — I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to choose our preferred room scent upon arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, offering beautiful views. The food was consistently excellent, and we really enjoyed the happy hour. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

This place is very peaceful with a beautiful view that makes the stay truly relaxing. The spa and massage services were excellent—definitely worth the price. The breakfast was also delicious with good variety. It’s not far from Café Del Mar Phuket at Kamala Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Our ac broke and they upgraded us to better room for free. Overall nice experience. Rooftop bar is 10/10 and prices are not too high. Only minus is breakfast, not a lot of variety. Check the sienna rock cafe if you are hotel guest. Nice quiet infinite pool 👍

Cape Sienna in Phuket has amazing hillside views over Kamala Beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, and the private pools are a nice touch. The infinity pool and spa are great, and the staff are friendly. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

The staff, the vibes, the views, hotel food and drinks, short commute to the beach - I was very pleased. Cape Sienna exceeded my expectations actually. Thank you to the staff for mailing my wallet that I left behind. Really appreciate that. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, and 7/11 but a 20-25 min. ride into the main patong area. My only issue was the small ants possibly coming in from all the rain - not sure but it was a nuisance. Other than that we were very relaxed and comfortable. Please note: This hotel sits on a steep hill. It's ok to walk down but I would highly advise getting a ride back if you walk to the 7/11 or to the beach. Just food for thought.
