Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas

I stayed in a suite at Cape Sienna Phuket and everything was truly perfect. The room was spacious, modern, and had an incredible view of the ocean – waking up to that view was unforgettable. The private balcony and bathtub made it feel extra luxurious. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and dinner at Vanilla Sky was a highlight – delicious food and a beautiful sunset view. The pool area is gorgeous, especially at night with the lights reflecting on the water. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic stay in Phuket.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was incredible. Whirlpool on the balcony was amazing, especially with the heat and a lovely view to go with it. Room was well air conditioned and clean and no issues with wifi. Breakfast was included with our booking and they had plenty of variety and would change food options daily and evening food is also good. Staff memebers were all so lovely and any questions or issues we had they were able to help with. Helped us pick days out and excursions gave us advice around how to make the most of our holiday. We got sick because of a street vendor and they arrange medical help for us and made sure we were well looked after. Hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from 7/11 if you need any groceries and always have taxis available to go down to kamala and the beach. Overall had a lovely experience with this hotel and would definitely go back again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family in July 2025 and were impressed from the moment we checked in.||The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning sea view from the balcony—perfect for a relaxing getaway.||Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Thai and Western options. The freshly baked croissants were a real highlight—warm, buttery, and flaky.||One minor area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi signal, which was a bit weak in certain areas, particularly near the pool. However, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.||Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Our family had a great time and we definitely plan to return!||The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Toto, who took care of us with great attention to detail and made us feel truly at home.

Excellent pool, and beautiful view from balcony the room. Enjoyed the roar of the waves throughout the day from your own balcony. The service is friendly, fast and good. Love the smoothies and milk shakes in the cafe. Enjoyed the infinity pool views.Lovely and romantic hotel for couples. We decided to stay a full day inside the hotel enjoying our balcony jacuzzi as well.I will definitely return again just for the relaxing views !

This review is based on a 10 night B&B holiday.||On arrival.||A warm greeting with a hassle free and quick check-in. The view as you exit the lift on the reception floor is spectacular.||Room.||The room was a good size with a large bed, separate shower and toilet. The wardrobes were large enough to hang mine and my wife’s clothes in, and were also plenty of shelves and drawers. Good air conditioning is fitted. The sea view is excellent.||The room is equipped with tea, coffee making facility’s and a safe. It also has a minibar,however, we found this to be a little expensive.||10/10||Food.||The dining hall is large with plenty of seating and attended by very helpful staff. ||Breakfast.||A good selection of cereal and fresh fruits. There’s the usual cooked option and to be honest it was all very good. |We didn’t eat lunch or evening meal, so I cannot comment on those.|9/10||Drink.||Good selection of spirits and lagers, however I did find them to be a bit pricey, nearly 3 times more than the bars and restaurants in Kamala. All the waiters and bar staff were polite and efficient. |Staff 10/10|Price 6/10||Pool and sun bathing area||The pool is clean and a good size. There are ample sun loungers and space with a relaxing ambiance. We didnt use the pool near the beach|8/10||Staff.||All very polite and friendly, hard working and assets to this hotel. |10/10||Entertainment.||The sky bar had some good singers on a couple of nights.|9/10||WiFi.||The hotels WiFi is free and ok with coverage throughout the entire hotel. I did however tend to use my own data due to the slow download speed at times.||8/10.||Summary.||Great location great hotel. Food and drink good, Staff are fantastic.||Overall score 9/10. Only negative is the price of the drinks.

We stayed at cape sienna for 10 nights and I can honestly say it was the best hotel I’ve Eva stayed in, ||it was absolutely stunning hotel, with the best views lovely rooms, very clean, the staff was all so friendly and helpful, all always smiling ||we got the wrong travel plug and they happily put travel adapters in our room, i had a fall one night and the reception staff was very helpful and cleaned up my cuts very quickly and thoroughly. ||We upgraded our room to with the whirlpool best decision we made, My son had a free upgraded room right next door to us. ||Buffet breakfast was lovely a really good verity of food stunning cappuccinos freshly made omelettes, ||We honestly had the best time at the hotel, our room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and fresh towels, ||The check in/check out was so fast, there was always sunbeds around the pool it was a very calm and relaxing environment. |I would book again in a heartbeat

The view is splendidn. The hotel is far from old town. Drive carefully as part of the road is under construction. The service is great. Breakfast is OK. Vanilla sky bar provide lots of must-try cocktails.

Although I don’t normally like to write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience at Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas because what my family and I went through there is too important not to share. To celebrate our daughter’s birthday, we booked our rooms at this hotel through Agoda at a rate that included breakfast. Upon check-in, the hotel manager, Tony, informed us that breakfast was not included and that we would have to pay THB 600 per person. He insisted we contact Agoda directly to resolve the issue. We showed him a message from Agoda confirming that our booking did include breakfast. However, he refused to accept this and demanded a revised booking confirmation from Agoda. This necessitated a joint call with hotel staff to Agoda to clarify the situation. During the call, the Agoda CS representative confirmed that breakfast was included and stated they would immediately email the hotel. Despite receiving this email, which clearly instructed the hotel to either provide breakfast or offer compensation, the manager still refused, with the perplexing excuse that Agoda had not provided an “official revised confirmation.” To add insult to injury, he then presented us with a bill for THB 2,300 to cover the cost of the phone calls made to the local Agoda office. Regardless of the cause of the confusion, the manager knew it was not our fault and that we were not trying to cheat. He could have easily resolved the issue by honoring the breakfast, which would have cost the hotel nothing extra since it was a buffet. Instead, he chose to ruin our birthday celebration by making us jump through hoops and suffer further financial losses. This experience speaks volumes about how much they value their customers.
