This place blew us away. It’s a small, cozy spot, but the food is unbelievable. The smell of fresh bread hit us the second we walked in, and it only got better from there. The bruschetta was incredible – the onions and cheese together were unforgettable – and the focaccia was just as good. Their menu changes often, but every pasta is paired perfectly with the sauce made for it. My husband’s strozzapreti with sausage was amazing, and my bucatini carbonara-style was rich, creamy, and perfect. We even skipped the birthday cake at home because the olive oil cake here was too good to pass up. Small restaurant, huge flavor. Absolutely worth trying.

Google
First time having dinner here. Let me break this down in few categories below: Atmosphere: Cozy. It's a comfortable small restaurant with a lot of charm. It's well spaced out and it doesn't feel cramped. The best seats would be closest to the action where both the Chef and Sous Chef is cooking your meal. It's a great vibe. It is a well oiled machine. The key here is team work. Service: Was good. We were greeted by the Sous Chef, the Chef, and our waitress. Our waitress was attentive to the best of her ability as her sections were busy. Food: This is the center piece of this place. The food is excellent. We ordered the Leek Soup, Meatballs, Rigatoni, and Paccheri. Each of these were excellent. Let's focus on the Rigatoni and Paccheri, the pasta was cooked to perfection for both of these dishes. It was slightly al dente. The sauce for the Paccheri was pure perfection. The Rigatoni was exceptional. Each dish had such depth and flavor. You won’t get tired after the first bite. Though you may visually think these dishes are small but they are truly filling. It is worth the visit. Highly recommend this location. Reservations are a must. Just a side note: the restaurant lighting is a touch dim. Could use a bit more brightness.

Nayeli D.

Google
Best pasta I’ve had! My girlfriend and I had the Meatballs to start, entrees- I had the Bucatini and my friend had the Rigatoni. We watched the chefs make our meal from the table. It was quite an enjoyable experience. Must stop when I’m back in town!

Google
Parking can be tricky. Restaurant is small so it fills up fast; calling first or takeout would be best. The chicken had great flavor. Friendly service. I felt portions were small for price but the food quality and staff were great. Located on Colby in downtown Everett. I did have to park on a side street and walking to my car I noticed a few homeless next to the restaurant and around the corner. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Google
The chef is hands down one talented man! The menu changes seasonally I believe so we will be back for sure! There is an open kitchen concept so that was nice to watch food being prepared. Highly recommend making a reservation so you don’t chance having to wait for a table. Trust that whatever you get will be amazingly delicious

Google
capers + olives is a gem in downtown Everett. We had a great experience dinning here for dinner. Alexandra, our waitress, was very helpful working with someone in my party with dietary restrictions. She partnered with the chef to accommodate their needs. I recommend the srozzapreti!

Stephan S.

Google
I have been to this spot a few times and they have been very consistent on good food. I've tried almost all of the pastas and I also tried the chicken and I can honestly say I haven't had a bad dish from here. When people come visit me in Everett and they ask if it's any good spots in to eat here this is the number 1 place I recommend. It's a intimate setting not a huge place to dine but it's a cool atmosphere. Honorable mention goes to the server I forgot her name but she has blonde hair I believe she been great every time. Must try!

Melinda T.

Google
Hands down best pasta in Everett! When we first moved to North Everett 5 years ago, this was the most recommended restaurant for date nights... and it is now our most recommended spot to others! The pasta is delicious and fresh, and the portions are the perfect normal human sized. Very reasonably priced, I like to say it has a Seattle vibe but Everett prices ;)

Yelp
Fantastic. Maybe the best bolognese and dinner ambiance I've ever had. I would give it 10/5 stars if I could. Service was phenomenal.

Laura L.

Yelp
Perfectly cooked pasta, cozy ambiance, and lovely open kitchen where we could watch the team prepare meals.

Yelp
Great Italian food in downtown Everett. We try to hit this place up 3-4 times a year prior to hockey games. Small interior with only 8-10 tables. Open kitchen in back where you can watch cooks work. Owner is frequently on hand and loves to welcome diners and chat! Full bar and some great custom drinks. Menu has plenty of pasta, seafood and protein options. Sauces and sides are well crafted and so rich! Service is top notch and servers are well educated on menu , recommendations and options! Be sure to get reservations, this place is packed on weekends!

Yelp
Came here before a concert at the Everett Historic Theater, a 2 min walk away. It's very small and seemed like there wasn't enough staff. Took awhile to get seated, and then to have our drink order taken. After that it was great! We shared a Charred Broccoli, which was delicious! Also Focaccia, because everyone raves about it. And it was noteworthy, yummy! Then Bucatini with pancetta, and that was really good. Husband thought too al dente, I was OK with it. Nice Montepulciano, a good pour, after my dirty martini. Husband liked his Reubens Pilsner. I wish we were closer, as I'd like to try other things, especially if we can eat closer to our normal time, not 6pm!

Cynthia D.

Yelp
I don't often write reviews, but this place was truly phenomenal. It has a charming little-shop feel--small, simple, and spotless--but the food is some of the tastiest I've experienced in a very long time. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredible smell of freshly baked bread, and I knew we were in for something special. We started with the bruschetta, and I was completely blown away. I'm still not sure how the onions were prepared--caramelized, fermented, or maybe something in between--but the combination with the cheese was unforgettable. It was so good that we immediately decided we had to try both the bruschetta and the focaccia bread with our meal. Their menu rotates often, but every dish is built around the style of the pasta, matched thoughtfully with the perfect sauce. My husband ordered the strozzapreti with a rich red sauce and sausage, which was absolutely wonderful. I had the bucatini in a carbonara-style sauce, and it was cooked perfectly--creamy, flavorful, and comforting. We rarely order dessert, but we couldn't resist--even though we had a birthday cake waiting at home! We finished with the olive oil cake, which was fluffy, soft, and the perfect end to an exceptional meal. This restaurant may be small, but the quality is unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend.

Yelp
This place is super delicious! It's definitely Italian meets trendy, the menu has tons of veggie apps and it changes seasonally. All the dishes are so good and it's cool to have an open layout so the kitchen is right there in front of the dining area. It's definitely loud but it feels homey also. The staff are super sweet and it's an intimate setting. All the pasta I've had has been great and the apps are fun to try and the focaccia bread is to die for.

Yelp
A good upscale Italian spot for the north-end if you are looking for a casual dinner that makes everything from scratch. The menu changes every season. The ambiance is definitely dim, casual vibes. The restaurant isn't that big, seats able 10-15 tables and gets really loud in there. It is an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs cook. Service was good - only had two waiters but they did a good job waiting on all of the tables. For 2 people, we ordered the following (portion size - small to decent size. Would order couple dishes if you are doing family style.): Drinks Cecchi Sangiovese Appetizers burrata - pear mostarda, pistachio, crostini. Perfect, no complaints. Would recommend. Entrees Strozzapreti - spicy fennel sausage, tomato, fried sage, and ricotta. Would highly recommend this dish, it was flavorful. Cavatelli - bolognese, mascarpone, mint. Wasn't my favorite dish out of the 3. The noodles didn't go well with the sauce and it was somewhat bland. Bucatini - pancetta, red onion, chili flakes, cured egg. Would highly recommend this dish, it was flavorful, peppery. Dessert Chocolate Cremeux - new item on the dessert menu. I'd skip it, wasn't a fan.

Yelp
Excellent food (hanger steak & risotto), charming service, amazing smell upon entry, nice wine list. Chocolate Panna Cotta serving could have been a tab larger but overall- great choice.

Cindy J.

Yelp
First time here. The food was amazing! Fresh home made pasta and the staff were so friendly. A little loud but the food drew you in for an amazing experience. Will definitely come back!

Lina Q.

Yelp
The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. We ordered the Paccheri and it was so soo good, the red sauce was flavorful and the right kick of chili flakes. We also got the upside down pear cake, didn't get the chance to get a picture because it was absolutely devoured. Will be back.

Yelp
This is my second time at this restaurant and it's always a treat. The restaurant is situated in a brick building with beautiful bay windows that remain open during warmer weather. The space is a more intimate setting so larger parties can make It quite noisy. Tessa was wonderful and very patient as our group reviewed the drinks and entree options. The food is always presented beautifully and tastes so fresh. The open kitchen format allows you to watch as your plate is created! The burrata with berries on top was AMAZING. Capers+Olives makes for a wonderful date night or celebration spot. Enjoy this wonderful restaurant nestled in downtown Everett and you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Great location on Colby. Thanks for the reminder I don't live very close and usually drive south rather than north. I'll be back soon.

Dan S.

Yelp
First time to this litl establishment, dinner area is cozy yet has the public house feel of literally being in the kitchen. Original brick walls and retro lighting has a nice feel to it! I happened onto HH and found the portions and prices very reasonable! The Bruschetta on Starters is incredibly tasty and well thought out. I also ordered the Spaghetti with Meat ball very tasty! The Meatball was on point with flavors and doneness. Spaghetti was a lilt undercooked for me but very flavorful with accompanying sauce. Only slight I have on this establishment is for the Clean Freaks out there! Skylight is filthy and broken...should do "something" about it?!?!? Everything that's painted white from the dinning area to the bathroom to the T-stat on the wall is varying shades of grey. Dirt, smoke from kitchen, idk but it's unappealing and could use a good cleaning!!! Staff is very friendly....

Marijo R.

Yelp
Amazing food, atmosphere and service. A little pricey but worth it. The waitress explained everything and the food, including all the pasta, is freshly prepared by chefs that work within the restaurant area so it's fun to watch their craft and art of meal preparation. Definitely returning!
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
We started with the meatball appetizer, they were just ok, a little hard and not that tasty. There were four of us eating, both men gave 2 stars. They cut up the pieces of shrimp in the prawns meal and the noodles were a bit chalky. The tag meal was delicious. The other two meals were just ok at best. Service was fine. Ambiance was lacking as well, open room with not a lot of room or privacy to speak without disturbing the people next to you. They were out of ice tea. I think this may be the first Italian place that doesn't offer bread with your meal. Both men left hungry, the portions are very small.

Dina O.

Yelp
Lovely Italian bistro in downtown Everett. My dining companion and I shared a selection of appetizers and desserts. The asparagus, meatballs, Biratnagar, and pear salad were all delicious and just a little different than expected. Panna cotta was good, chocolate terrine delicious. Only possible food complaint was I would have loved more of everything! Waitress was delightful. Hostess...was maybe having a bad day.

Yelp
Friends and I decided to visit Monday night for dinner. The restaurant had 1/3 full at the time of arriving which is just after happy hour. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, burrata, beets for appetizers, paccheri and bucatini pasta then steak dish. Beets and Burrata were pretty good though the cheese was hard that I expected softer as I have had really soft burrata in the past. Toasted French bread were burned.. Bucatini pasta dish was extremely salty I couldn't have a second bite. Not sure why it was that salty. I ended up telling the server about and she said it's supposed to be salty due to pancetta and cured egg in it. We wonder if the chef tried it before serving. Pasta was fresh and had good texture I thought would have been much better with simple sauce. Another miss was the focaccia bread we added to our order because of saltiness of the dishes. It was burned black on the bottom. We told the server and she took it off of the receipt. I remember having lunch and dinner here in the past and I've never had this type of experience. So hopefully this is just one incident.

Yelp
Came here last night for my sister's birthday dinner with a large top, our server Ruby was incredibly helpful and attentive. I ordered the bucatini & felt some noodles were a touch undercooked but everything else was lovely. I had a bite of the strozzapreti and will definitely order that next time I come in. Cute little date night spot!
google avatar

Kat N.

Yelp
The restaurant is small and unassuming. Cute vibe but a little loud. Service is mediocre - it took a long beat for the server to take our order. Food is very good. Everything tasted fresh and clean. I wish the portion sizes were a tad larger but it's farm to table so definitely quality over quantity. I would come back to try the pasta next time. Pear Salad - simple and light. It was tasty Chioggia beet - I'm not a fan of beets but this was good Burrata - best appetizer tonight. The garlic toast paired so well with the creamy cheese and slight sweetness of the balsamico sauce Duck Breast - delicious! A little crispy on the outside and so warm inside. Sauce was amazing Prime hanger steak - beef is a tad chewy but flavor was good. They only had one dessert choice for the day - Butter nut squash panna cotta. It tasted more like a yogurt. Light dessert. I wouldn't get it again though.

Anna Y.

Yelp
This was "hyped up" way more than it should have been, IMO. The food was "MID" and the service was a notch below that. I'll let you decide for yourself, but for the price..not worth it at all. Not going back tells the story.

Liz N.

Yelp
Our server (bartender) was soooo slow. She brought 2 out of the 3 drinks. We asked after the third drink which she said she hadn't made yet because it was "so packed." There was only 3 tables total (us being one of them) with only 2 people each. The other one had been there for a while already and the third table came 20 minutes after us. Drinks were ok. Not great, not terrible. Just basic. The cook served our food- she was much friendlier and the food came out faster than the drinks. The food was decent and fairly priced. Not large servings, but since it's pasta it's just filling enough. Cute ambiance.

Chase H.

Yelp
Wonderful evening, great food. I love that they cook right in the restaurant- open kitchen.

Yelp
We love Capers + Olives! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. Definite recommend.

Yelp
This place is adorable and relaxing. Our waitress Heather was prompt and excellent at helping us choose which dishes she thought we'd like best. The menu changes with seasonal ingredients. The martinis were great. The burrata! Have that for sure. There were 4 of us and we were all very satisfied with the dishes we chose. Especially the duck which is hard to ever find on a menu.

Megan D.

Yelp
This is THE place to go in downtown Everett. The food is AMAZING and you can tell they put work into each dish. The staff is attentive and friendly, even offered us a small sample of wine that would pair well with our entree (she was right, it was great). The chef came out and shook our hand and asked how the meal was and shared a small blurb about how they made something. You walk into this restaurant and you feel like you're among friends but then get served this Michelin worthy food! Best. Experience. Ever. P.s. order the Focaccia!

Tony S.

Yelp
The pork chop was delicious. The coffee was very good. The pasta was on the upside ok.
google avatar

Lena S.

Yelp
Friends highly recommended this restaurant. However, the website menu is way larger than the tiny menu paper we were given. I wanted the duck which was on the website but not available. Very few items on menu. I felt they were somewhat overpriced as well. We both expected to get hot bread for a starter, nope! Very loud in there too, it's in one room. You have to order starters and pay for each one. Maybe I am spoiled by other restaurants, the steak I ordered was tasty but on the smaller side. For $49, felt it should have been larger, and without fat and gristle in it as well. The waitress was very nice, and she was efficient, but overall, have decided I will not be coming back.

Norina R.

Yelp
Flavor...flavor....and more delicious flavor!!! This quaint Italian restaurant is a must try! And according to our waitress EVERYTHING is made in house. WHAAAAAT??!!! We started off with the bruschetta with caramelized onions with an amazing cheese spread that elevated the flavor. But was even better was their focaccia. HOLY CRAP!! That was GOOD...we ordered 2 orders. The focaccia was soft, with a hint of saltiness, and is accompanied by a yummy butter spread. We coated our focaccia with it. Hubby had the Bucatini. He loved the crispy prosciutto in a nice creamy sauce. "It was beautiful" he said. I had their prawn pasta with a creamy mint sauce that had a slight tanginess what was delicious. If I was to compare the two pasta dishes, my favorite was the Bucatini by a slight margin. The service was attentive and amazing. The place is small, so I recommend calling for reservations. But definitely worth trying for Italian food with LOTS of flavor.

Yelp
We had the best meal we've ever had in Snohomish County tonight. Our gym was hosting a pizza and pool party for kids, so my husband and I had the rare opportunity to have a solo date night. I've been wanting to try this place forever after reading an article about the chef who used to work another local restaurant that we like, and interned at the five diamond restaurant The Herb Farm. I was getting a little nervous because it appeared that they had lost our reservation. Alas, it was only 5 o'clock, and they got us seated anyway without letting us in on their little secret. They set a table for two, and our server was Christine. She reassured us that everything we ordered was great, she was very prompt, and very sweet. Please keep in mind that this is a small place, with just a handful of chefs preparing everything. You absolutely must get yourself a reservation for a weekend, as we saw multiple parties, small and large, being turned away due to not having one in just over an hour of being there. It opens at 4 PM, and when we got there at 5, several people were already dining. By 6 o'clock, there wasn't an empty seat left. We decided to go big and shared multiple appetizers, including the kale salad with walnut pesto and pear, the bruschetta with goat cheese, nduja (finely ground sausage) and pickled shallot, Brussel sprouts with black garlic and Parmesan, and the focaccia. For entrées, I ordered the Pancherri with gulf prawns, and Swiss chard, and my husband had the Bucatini with pancetta and cured egg. For dessert, we had housemade puff pastries, filled with salted caramel ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Everything was terrific. Five stars all the way around. If I was forced to pick my favorite things, I would say do not sleep on the Brussel sprouts, and the Pancherri was amazing. Do yourself a favor and order the focaccia, as you'll need it to sop up the extra sauce from your pasta dishes. Your pasta will come out piping hot and delicious. As a matter fact, when ours was ready, the chef saw that our server was busy with other customers, so she personally delivered our dish to us so that we could get it quickly and while it was still hot. Another thing I'd like to mention is that it is very clean there. I noticed that one of the servers was setting a table and she dropped the silverware that was wrapped in a napkin onto the floor. She picked it up, and I watch to see if she would put those utensils into service anyhow. However, she did not. Instead, she brought it back to the kitchen to be washed. That is the level of integrity and service that I love, I.e. doing the right thing when you don't know someone is watching. I can only assume they are that way in the kitchen, too. Bravo, Capers + Olives. I'm a BIG fan.

Yelp
Tonight we dined at our friend Chef Jimmy's Caper and Olives. We have known Jimmy for many years, from his time at Terracotta Red, a Chinese Fusion restaurant.. His background includes "The Herb Farm" a Five Diamond Restaurant in Woodinville. The restaurant has an open exhibition kitchen where you can observe the chef in action. He makes his own pastas and his food is comparable to the finest dining places in Seattle. It had been a while since we visited Jimmy. He saw us walking in the door and came from behind the kitchen to hug me and welcome us. The restaurant is quaint and eclectic and oozes warmth and is very welcoming. We started with Focaccia bread, served with herb butter and sea salt. Next, we had a Pear Salad with truffle salt, thyme and pine nuts and a Baby Kale Salad with apple slices, chopped hazelnuts, parmesan and burnt vinaigrette dressing. Our first entree choice was the Paccheri Pasta with gulf prawns, fennel, sofritto, tomatoes and chili. For the second entree, we chose Halal Mary's Chicken served with polenta, radicchio, and au jus. For dessert, Chef Jimmy surprised us with a complimentary buttermilk Panna Cotta with rhubarb and shortbread crumble. As always, everything was delicious and the taste was out of this world. I would encourage you to visit this excellent restaurant. Support our local restaurants.

Yelp
What a beautiful surprise. Took my daughter here for her birthday. I called to make reservations, and mentioned her birthday. I also mentioned my special needs and they advised me I would have no problems. My daughter was gregreeted with a Happy birthday twice. The server had wonderful recommendations. Loved the Olives for starters! I had Mary's chicken! Yum!!! Daughter had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. Please try them

Yelp
This cute homey restaurant is located in downtown Everett off of Colby. When you walk in you will feel right at home. The menu is small but has the perfect amount of options. From starters, to pastas or just a few protein options. Then the dessert. My wife told me about how good their ice cream was but unfortunately they had changed the dessert menu. Come to find out, it changes often for what's in season. The plating had a very nice presentation and the taste was outstanding. The staff seem to love what they are doing and are having a great time doing it. Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with refilling waters and getting our order taken. We highly recommend this quaint little restaurant and will definitely be going back again.

Yelp
Fresh pasta is my love language! This wonderful cozy place serves up some great pasta dish! I love the Tagliatelle. I tried the spicy lamb sausage with some pillowy pasta (forgot the name) it was very yummy and interesting. Service was super friendly and you can see the chefs just hustling in the open kitchen. Very fun and cool place to end our Labor Day weekend! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this spot, fantastic customer service. It's a little loud inside the restaurant so we opted to sit outside, the only drawback was an adjacent sports bar had frequent smokers we sat downwind to but not too bothersome. The food and wine were spectacular, it's challenging to find good Italian food on the west coast and this would make a great business dinner or date night spot!
google avatar

Derrick G.

Yelp
Capers + Olives is a very good Italian Restaurant, with outstanding service and good food. The Focaccia Bread and Rigatoni were exceptional dishes. The meatballs had good flavor, but were chewy in the center. The chefs cook in the open, so you can see your meals being prepared. This is a great choice, if you enjoy Italian Food.

Nadya T.

Yelp
Older waitress was very unpleasant. Seemed angry to wait on our group of 6 ladies. Food was just ok. My pasta was way too Al dente. I've been to Italy so I've experienced perfect pasta. Olive oil cake was terrible. Wouldn't come back.
google avatar

Cathy M.

Yelp
Service is attentive. Food is incredible...been there 4-5 times and have NEVER had a bad meal. If I was ding then for anything, it would be the sound. It gets harder to hear the more crowded it gets. Wonder if sound dampening panels would gelp.
google avatar

Yelp
I like Capers + Olives for happy hour. Cons: I wish happy hour wasn't so early, hard to enjoy it while still at work. I wish they had more for alcoholic drinks. I do not like that they reserve tables and then won't seat people all night. On numerous occasions, I have been with a table of four, without reservations. We get asked if we made them, no, we are given a guilt trip and then seated. While we are there the "reserved" tables sit open for hours. It has never been packed when I have been to eat, however, I have watched them turn people away. Not a business practice I understand, but, not my business. Pros: We typically get the Focaccia, meatballs, Buratta, and the bruschetta. The menu changes seasonally? This last visit we got the Bucatini and Rigatoni. They were very good. The food is always great. The service is good. They just seem more excited to chat in the open kitchen with each other rather than help customers. The restaurant is very small. The kitchen is open and they cook near the tables. It can get smoky but they have a rustic storefront leaving the windows and door open as part of the ambience. We continue to return, maybe 1 time a year. It is not our go to but a back up. The food is what keeps us coming back.

Yelp
We tried almost everything on the menu and it was all amazing. Great place to experience

Yelp
We went here for the first time a couple of nights ago and were impressed by the food and the service. It's a small, cozy restaurant serving Bistro style gourmet dishes that are as pleasing on the eye as they are to the taste buds. We had a pasta dish with shrimp and ground sausage in a buttery sauce and a grilled chicken dish with zucchini, and both were absolutely amazing! The only negatives were that the portions were not big, but that's typical for a Bistro and were actually the right size portion compared to the monster sized platters served elsewhere and we had no leftovers to take home. But other than that, well worth the experience, and I definitely want to go back to try their other dishes!

Yelp
The food is incredible. Would love to go back soon. Our son in law treated us to an amazing experience.

Mindy L.

Yelp
The food and service is amazing!! Best Italian I've had at a restaurant The risotto with the black shaved truffles were my favorite. Every tasting we had offered a wine pairing.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dining experience. The food was incredible. Fresh savory ingredients made extremely flavorful dishes. I highly recommend enjoy a meal here.

Yelp
Everything was fantastic I think it has the best food in Snohomish county Very nice selection of wine Our waitress was great

Sam G.

Yelp
Made a reservation for my anniversary with my girlfriend. Arrived five minutes early and we waited to be seated. Nobody came to speak to us so we found a table ourselves since there were plenty available. We were unsure if we were supposed to seat ourselves but we thought it was better than awkwardly standing by the door. Some more time went by and nobody came over to us so I went to the counter and before I said anything, they said they were coming to our table. I went back and sat down. After some more time went by and nobody came over even with water, we decided to leave. Very disappointing experience.

Bradley B.

Yelp
The Starters of Bruschetta of Focaccia Bread were O.K. a bit soaked in oil. My pasta was Paccheri with calms, several of the clams were not open, which means they were undercooked or bad. When I mentioned it to the waitress they did bring me replacement clams, but did not apologize for the dish not being prepared correctly. This dish was not very tasty for the cost and we had no bread served at table. Also, the waitress was late coming to the table and was not very attentive to our needs, I do not recommend this restaurant at the high cost, poor service and pasta being sub par.

Yelp
I've been here a few times now and the quality is so consistent that I had to leave a review. The location is perfect with an old brick facade located in downtown Everett. It's an open kitchen, you can watch your dish being made from anywhere in the restaurant. It books up quick so call to reserve. We started with the pear salad. It's so good it will Make your eyes roll back...perfect balance of sweet, crunchy, and salty from the Parmesan on top. Next we're the meatballs. Juicy, saucy, and savory as hell. We also ordered the focaccia bread. Do not skip on this! The main dish was the rigatoni. It's my absolute favorite dish there. The pasta is so delicate and soft. The sauce is savory which comes from the house made fennel sausage. I order mine with extra! ! I have had other dishes there as well and none have disappointed. Service is good, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only opportunity for the restaurant on the last visit were the dirty glasses we were served water and beverages in. They actually ran out of clean glasses so the waitress had to go back and wash them herself. We decided not to drink from them due to the debri in the water. I will say that after about 5 visits to the restaurant, this was the only time this had happened. I highly encourage a visit ...support the local business community!

Yelp
Pre-concert dinner at Capers and Olives! Wife and I had tickets to Chris Tomlin at Angel of the Winds arena and decided on dinner in downtown Everett. WOW. We are foodies for sure, but I can't remember the last time we ate literally everything. Ordered Parmesan asparagus and then peppers off the appie list, then split the duck entire. Everything was timely, fast and hot - most of all it was delish. Great drinks too. Delaney was our server and she was fantastic! We'll be back!
