Caper's Pizza Bar - Toledo, OH

Fast, friendly service at the bar from Angel and Gabby on a Friday night! Fresh, hot delicious pizza at a decent value for the price. A lot of the tables were full, but it wasn't too crowded and our food came out fast. Nice atmosphere to bring the kids for a family dinner,a date night, or to just sit with a drink and play Keno at the bar. This place is a neighborhood gem!

I had a dinner out with a friend. I chose the Sicilian pizza but opted to leave off the bleu cheese. The pizza was tasty. My mountain dew is a bit off.

This was by far the worst experience I had at any restaurant. When we arrived on Friday, we were told by the hostess to have a seat anywhere and our waitress would be right with us. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us until a woman asked if we had been helped and we ordered 2 waters. This woman looked like she was either drunk or on drugs or something with the way her eyes were bloodshot and she couldn’t stand straight up. Another 20 minutes go by before we had to flag her down to ask for our waters. In this 20 minutes there were multiple other tables who had arrived after us and were served by other wait staff. When she brought our waters, we had decided to just order our pizzas as we had looked at the menu on our phones since we did not receive menus. We ordered 2 large pizzas. We waited about another 40 minutes until our pizza arrived and in that 40 minutes, our waitress stopped over probably 4 times to verify our order. When our pizza arrived, we had asked for boxes because we knew it was going to take a while and we were almost done eating before we got those boxes. We were there a total of almost 2 hours and had maybe taken 20 minutes to eat. We will not be returning and will be telling everyone we know to not even bother since the pizza was mediocre as well.

We started with potato skins they were actually really good. The bacon was delicious. We got the Italian sub as well, lots of flavors, one of the better ones in town. Got the ultimate pepperoni pizza. we were not disappointed. The sauce and crust and cheese all go great together, and the pepperoni was nice and crisp.

This unassuming strip mall bar serves great pizza. Hot and fresh from the oven, it was fully loaded pizza. The crust had a crunch and chew, and held up to the heavy handed toppings. They didn't skimp on the sauce or cheese. It was good pie. I was just passing through, but I'd stop again!

Great food staff was good. The pizza was definitely the highlight. The inside was a little dated and could use an update. But other than that, it was a nice pizzeria.

My $20 pesto pizza with extra cheese without the extra cheese was pretty lame.. I assume you have knives in the kitchen might be a good idea to dice up your, my sun-dried tomatoes kind of hard to eat a 2" long dried tomato boys. No value here Nor Love.. And I'm still hungry for a pizza
