I’ve been a Capital One client for many years and it’s reassuring that we have a physical location for our banking needs. The space has nice layout, friendly staff, and ample space to sit and relax. There are ATM in the back room where you can make a cash payment on Capital One credit card account and the funds are available within minutes. We stopped by the Capital One Lounge in Las Vegas on our way home, and honestly, it turned a travel delay into one of the highlights of our trip! The food was absolutely fantastic — from delicious salmon on toast to a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options. There were plenty of drinks to choose from, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and everything was beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some quality time before our flight. Our only complaint? We almost wished our flight had been delayed longer — that’s how enjoyable the experience was! If you’re flying through Las Vegas and have access, the Capital One Lounge is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Love the vibes of this cafe. There's very few places in the town just chill in the Fashion Show. I know it's half bank / half cafe but they have really comfy chairs and even meeting areas. Spacious and the drinks are pretty good! Tables are clean. They have a cute capital one themed connect 4 game. I actually ordered the honey lavender iced tea and, I guess, I didn't expect a bank to have great drinks but it's pretty good! Drinks half off if you bank with Capital One. It's a pretty neat perk. My drink makers name was Johnathan. Definitely stopping by next time I'm in Fashion Show!

This is a very unique concept of having a bank branch within a cafe! Granted, many of the banking services require an ambassador to call the bank and walk the customer through steps of doing things, but they are still very nice about it and I had no difficulty opening a checking account. Being able to take care of my banking needs in a relaxed coffee shop environment is a refreshing experience that makes me never want to go to a traditional bank again. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The cafe has great vibes, interesting art and delicious drinks. The honey lavender drink I would describe as kind of strange but very good. Plus, drinks are 50% off when you pay with a Capital One card, which is an amazing deal. I'll admit this place is a pretty far drive from my house, but if I happen to be down by the strip I'll definitely find an excuse to come back!

One of my new favorite airport lounges and I am a long time Centurion lounge fan and this one completely embarrassed that lounge in LAS. Amazingly well done food in single servings, great bar program and tap non alcoholic selections. Light bright and airy - love the whole to go setup, true value. If they had a bigger network there would be no reason to hold an Amex platinum which has far worse value point wise - much less the annual fee comparatively. Also the Centurion lounge bathroom situation was a joke at least for men, two stalls and one urinal. Capital One had 6 gender neutral restrooms very well appointed and clean. Capital One - please open a lounge in SFO so I can drop by platinum - if all your lounges are to this quality bravo to you - and the team there was very warm and hospitable, I felt valued as a card member.

Latte was really good. Ordered the vanilla rose latte and was not overly sweet nor too bitter. Staff is very helpful and had a very pleasant experience. Also if you have a capital one card all drinks and food are half off.

Why would anyone line up for Starbucks over this place is beyond me. =P This place is amazing. Good coffee (better than Starbucks for sure), friendly staffs, and comfortable space. Our family was here after we check out our hotel around 11am, and our flight is 7pm. We took our luggage here and relax with drink and great wifi. Because I got Capital One card, I was able to reserve a nook for my family, we get to sit inside and relax with 50% off drinks. This is the best place to relax and wait for a flight!

A delightful find -- a spacious cafe with coffee and pastries, plenty of comfortable seating and tables, not to mention a couple private rooms for co-working or conference calls! Super staff, too; Rebecca was really nice and chock-full of helpfulness. Bonus, if you have a CapitalOne card you get 1/2 off coffee drinks!

This was my first time in any capital one cafe and they set the bar high. Bank employees greeted me at the door and helped me deposit my check. They comped me a latte since it was my first time in the branch. Customers must have been happy because everyone was smiling and networking. Great space to work remotely as well or plan a business meet up.

Nice and spacious inside. 50% off everyday if you are capital one credit card holder and you can reserve the private room for work or study. If you're not a capital one CC holder, every Tuesday, it's 50% off for everyone. We had lavender latte and the seasonal cinnamon ginger latte, both are delicious but on the sweet side.

Honestly a really great place to sit and work, chill or just grab a coffee. Much better styling than a Starbucks. They even have little offices if you need to take calls or block out the noise. Definitely a fan of these. Cafe has al the basics, coffee, snacks, and healthy treats.

A whole day of shopping at the Fashion show mall is a rigorous activity. Thanks for places like this, my weary feet can take a break and enjoy a cold drink at half the price (if you use your Capital One card). I had an iced Honey lavender latte. I have heard of these cafes but this was my first time to visit one. It's like an airport lounge where you get a respite from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. A quiet place for your weary feet or even a relaxing spot to meet friends. Will definitely keep this in mind.

Updating my review as Capital One Cafes switched nationally from Peet's to Verve, which is a big bummer to me. Verve seems to have a decent following online so this is all personal preference for sure, but Peet's just seemed to hit on every drink whether it was a core drink or seasonal rotation, and I've yet to try something with Verve I'd want to order again. I've now tried their holiday blend, pumpkin pie latte, and peppermint mocha, and none were too noteworthy. Otherwise, nothing has fundamentally changed with this location, as service remains awesome, with clean spaces and quick wait times every time I've come. Getting drinks half off with a Capital One card is still a great deal.

Lounge-tastic!! At Fashion Show Mall, a cafe for everyone (not just capital one cardholders). Great wifing/bring laptop to wifi, wfh, study, rest and lounge spot, etc. Plenty of space with outlet plug access. Peet's coffee drinks are 50%off for capital one cardholders, snacks are full price. Free parking. Wifi isn't fast but the space, and amenities make up for it. Amazing host service. They can give you a tour. Located nearest to Red parking. There's also: - Two private rooms are 1st come 1st seat. - ATM - All Gendar Restrooms are in the back - Self serve water - Plenty of outlets/plug access and seating everywhere. - Free parking during mall hours - Limited on food, but they do offer small healthy snacks like protein bars, almond and nut bags. - Strong AC, so bring a sweater if you're planning to stay long. Con: Okay wifi compared to many cafes. But good enough. The rest of the mall area has really slow wifi though.

Awesome place!!! I felt kinda bad I bought a Starbucks next door and brought it inside but it ain't my fault they don't open til 11AM.... Anyhow spacious and free to use work areas and you can buy coffee and snacks there. I ended up buying a snack to munch on but mainly went to do some work as I had a lot of time to kill before meeting up with my friend who was there for a convention. Overall, clean and friendly staff... I am a Capital One customer so I guess I can feel less guilty... I actually took one of the nooks and it has a lot of space if you want to do a small meeting in there as well you can close the sliding door if you wanted to. Coming back here again next time I have time to kill and need to do some work when in town....

In the Fashion Show Mall and saw it. Lorenzo was so pleasant. We are going on Alaska cruise soon and Lorenzo being from Seattle knows about them and sharing with my wife. Got some drinks so good.

As we walked to go to our brazilian restaurant for dinner we saw the Capital One Cafe so we checked it out.. We were greeted by Amanda who was the reason why I gave 5 stars! Amanda is so welcoming and very polite. She welcomed us and offered to give us a tour of the cafe. Amada showed us that they have different areas to use either for personal or charity events. They offer wifi so it's nice to have an area where you can do your homework or just chill. And of course you can order coffee or tea or pastry. Thank you Amanda for your warm welcome! The cafe is very clean and organized. I would recommend this place is open to everyone even if you don't have a capital one account. We didn't order anything this time because we were on our way to our dinner but we will definitely go back and try some drinks

VIBES: Suuuuper chill spot, nice and quiet. You could easily come here to study, work, have a meeting, or just relax. You honestly forget it's in Fashion Show Mall lol. VALUE: Drinks are well priced and considering the amenities of the mall it's actually perfect haha. Also every now and again they will do drink specials and you can get any drink for a dollar, not sure if that's still happening but it has been a thing which is great haha. THEY ALSO PROVIDE BANK SERVICES. SERVICE: The staff here is courteous, respectful and they are easy to talk to. Drinks are made in short time. The bank employees are also cool, if you have Chase Bank you can come here to do stuff. PRODUCT(S): Banking services are good and coffee is cheap and also very good. What else can you really ask for haha

The capital one clerk Hannah was doing way too much. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I recommend the staff to give people space and breathing room. This is the only capital one in town and so sometimes that' calls for multiple atm transactions and paying multiple credit cards. No need to keep popping up asking if customers need help, just let people breathe. No one should be walking up on anyone at an atm machine, allow them space and privacy.

The only in-person branch in Las Vegas fails to deliver customer service to its clients. As a current bank and credit account holder with Capital One, I was disappointed with the customer service at this location. As an online type of banking, knowing that they have a physical store, I thought coming in, I would be able to sit down and have an agent/clerk assist me with my questions and concerns. Instead, I was told that Capital One is an online type of banking and that I can go online and open an account at home. I rephrased my questions and asked if I could get help opening a joint account, the agent restated again that these services can be done online. What is the point of having these Capital One café agents/clerks in store if none of them can assist clients at all? They were just standing at the front of the stores with iPads and greeting people who came in. Capital One Café, should put up a sign stating no banking or client services are offered, only ATMs inside.

Great place to get a little work done, with friendly people making good specialty coffees. Park underground for free in the red section & come up that escalator, you'll be close to the Cafe. It gets pretty chilly with the A/C blasting, so bring a sweater or a wrap even if it's scorching out.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone's so nice, Peet's coffee is half off (for capital one card holders), and lots of places to sit, relax, or study. Definitely a win in my eyes! There are ATM machines and Capital One employees so if you need to come here for capital one business you can. But honestly, I suggest coming here to study -- it's right next to the escalators -- but also honestly, I hope you don't come here because then it'll just be my best-kept secret. The ambiance is cute with lots of open tables and chairs for you to take a break from shopping or read a book. You honestly wouldn't even know you're in the mall. The only downside for me is how far it is to get here from my house. So, we only come when we know we're gonna be in the area. But, hands down, LOVE this place! Shout out to the super nice barista behind the bar, she's so sweet and makes some delicious and tasty drinks!! I see her in action! We've actually been here quite a few times with different coffee enthusiasts and we've all enjoyed the different types of drinks. From matcha to mocha, to the chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie, to the brown sugar cold brew oat latte, to the blue fizz.. my fave fave is the strawberry lemon black tea fruit tea shaker (say that five times). Can you tell we love this cafe? Ps, I highly recommend the capital one savor card! If you love to eat out or purchase entertainment tickets (from theme parks to concerts to bowling) they're my go-to card.

This the 2nd capital one cafe I've been to~ it's great! Even better than the NYC cafe on Union square. Dig the quiet 'Nook' rooms for getting work done. Great lighting, great snacks, and easy to find bathroom :) only issue is that the internet gets a bit laggy when lots of folks are connected...hard to upload big files for work...but that's expected I suppose! Overall great experience, everyone is super friendly and it's super clean!

Food is mid. But, if you're looking for a place to work from, there's free WiFi and isolated meeting rooms. I got the chocolate croissant and an iced caramel latte. I did not love either of them.

Another returning customer. Another lovely day spent here at this beautiful cafe. The music is great. Not too loud and a great selection. I seem to always get work done here. The chairs are always comfy and I never want to get up and leave. A big thank you to Amanda for always making me feel welcomed with a big smile and for always being very helpful. She truly cares about every customer. I always feel valued every time I come here and It's always great to see her. She is absolutely lovely, dedicated and always working very hard. And thank you to the Baristas for always making the drinks delicious and with lots of love!

Looking for a place to work while in Vegas?! Look no further and go here! Capital one cafe is like a free wework space and has amazing features just like one. The location of the store is conveniently close to Forever21, where they have a rideshare pickup and drop off. My friend came to Vegas for a conference and I was just tagging along. We stayed for one day at a hotel before checking into the reserved conference hotel and we needed to find a place to work in the meantime. They had lots of booth seating with plugs nearby and in the center of the cafe, was the barista section! Their drinks were fairly priced compared to all the Starbucks on the strip. I was able to get my drink for the average $4-$5 and they also gave me a free juice to try! PROTIP: if you are a capital one card holder, you can get your drinks for half off at any location. I was able to work here for about 5 hours with no issues. Lots of people came in and out of the cafe but it never got too loud. The best part is that they have very clean bathrooms and always have the ac going, so if you get cold easily, definitely bring a jacket. I'm so glad I found out what capital one cafes are really about! They have meeting nooks where you can privately take a call and also an area where nonprofits or school organizations can book to gather. I do have one back at home at my local mall and will definitely consider going back to work there and possibly get a capital one card just for half off drinks :)

My first time visiting but certainly not the last. I was happy to learn that Capital One decided to finally put a cafe here in Vegas giving me more reasons to utilize my card. PROs: - Convenient location in the Fashion Show Mall - Plenty of seats and the seating area is clean - No pushy sales reps when you enter, just walk straight to the bar and order a drink - Crafted (non bottle) drinks get a 50% off discount when you use your Capital One card (debit or credit) - An ATM is available to pay your credit card bill or deposit money to your savings account CONs: - Please add more food options and include them as part of the 50% discount - I wish there was special bonus points for using your card in the cafe - There was only one barista on duty and the line got super long after I ordered my drink. Please hire another person. Overall, this is a great spot to grab coffee if you want to avoid the long line at Starbucks. Staff is super friendly and overall a clean, quiet spot after a long day of shopping.

Very impressed. I like lounges, cafe that are a type of benefit of a membership. I'm happy with Capital one credit card. Happy with alerts, fraud security and customer service support and disputes. So far so good. Excellent place to hand out and sit while friends and family shopping at Fashion Show Mall. One downside .. bathroom should keep cleaned at all time, no matter what. Big disappointment! Back to the concept .. great idea!

I have never heard of a Capital One Cafe, but I'm lovinggggg it! I was sitting at a seat in the mall and noticed the name. Sounded interesting because the front clear windows said "sip coffee, cozy up, get inspired, everyone welcome". Came in holding two drinks from starbucks and felt horrible, but they were so nice inside letting me know it was okay, and now I know there's a cafe in here! As for Capital One in general, there were ATM's towards to the outside, and some private meeting cubicles towards the back. Toward the front there was a "Questions?"/Explore station and towards the middle is a coffee shop! It really is cozy and well decorated inside! Very cozy cafe setting with beautiful furniture! The baristas behind the coffee shop inside were very friendly and the ambassador walking around was helpful & kind making me feel welcome! He explained a little bit about what the place was & explained the perks of being a capital one member At the cafe *WITHOUT being pushy! That's a big thing. He didn't push me to be a card member, which actually made me think of being one because of how welcoming he made the company seem. *One of the perks being card members get 50% off beverages at the cafe! **before you think, NO not everyone is welcome, I'm telling you they are! I saw families coming in from a day of shopping with Auntie Ann's & Starbucks in hand as well as card members that wanted to use the ATM and chill at the tables inside! ***currently writing this FROM INSIDE the cafe haha. So you know the vibe is chill! ****they serve Peet's coffee inside! Pretty good!

I dig this Cafe at Fashion Show Mall! It's open to the public, but if you're a Capital One credit/debit cardholder there are a few perks: fee-free ATM and 50% off Peet's handcrafted beverages. You can find the cafe next to Forever 21 and across from Crocs. Instead of bank tellers, they have Ambassadors to assist with questions about the Cafe or Capital One products. This is banking reimagined and I like it!! The interior is designed with natural wood furniture, soft pastel colors, cozy nooks, community spaces, free WiFi, power outlets and inspiring quotes. At the coffee counter, Customer Service was super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed a large Iced Matcha Latte and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. OMG! The cookie was yummylicious! They also serve Peet's nitro cold brew and root beer on tap. Looking forward to a return visit!!

There are just not enough places like this where you can really lounge around and relax, so I really like this place and hope that they will be more ubiquitous. The interior is so clean and roomy and all of the employees are so friendly. They work with Peet's Coffee to provide coffee and snacks. They have 2 private and spacious bathrooms that are well-kept. There's a Capital One ATM machine that they personally sanitize after every use. As a Capital One cardholder like myself, you can get 50% off hand crafted drinks and also one on one counseling with a Money and Life Mentor whom you can discuss your financial life goals with in one of the private rooms.

What a great place to have in such a busy mall. Perfect for catching your breath after showing up and down this huge selection of stores. Absolutely loved the horchata, and my kids enjoyed the berry hibiscus tea and strawberry tea. Amanda was so friendly and helped with getting our menu selections. The main cafe was super-clean, so I truly wasn't expecting the bathroom to be the disaster that it was. Yikes.

Nice alternative to Starbucks and it's right next door to it at the mall. The edge goes to this spot as it has seating. Came in handy as they have outlets everywhere to recharge your phones, laptops, etc. Good option for coffee as they serve Peet's branded coffee here.

If you are looking for a place to relax while shopping and are a CapitalOne holder then this is a good place to check out. This spot is the first of its kind. I believe it is the first and only lounge from CapitalOne so far. They offer plenty of spots to relax and hang out. There are tables and chairs, booths, and a small coffee shop inside you can buy a drink from. They also have their own bathroom in there if you prefer not to use the one in the mall. There is free WiFi and lots of places to charge your electronics. The people inside are pretty nice and are there to welcome you, answer any questions, and talk to you are about their CapitalOne offers. I am also an AmEx holder and have been to several AmEx lounges all over the world and comparatively this CapitalOne lounge is meh. It's pretty basic and their amenities is pretty simple. It's worth checking out if you need place to relax or need a place to use the bathroom to freshen up.

This cafe was right across the street from our hotel in fashion show mall, was not expecting it to be as good as it was but it was delicious! Got an iced honey lavender latte and loved it! Also if you use your capitol one card you get your drinks for half off! You will definitely not find a better deal any where else!

I am another one who always the commercials for the Capital One Cafe and thought that they can't be for real. Well, while visiting the Fashion Show Mall we came across one! I had to look twice to make sure this for real and I had to walk in to be sure. We were greeted by Giselle who was very welcoming and explained all the services at this location, such as make a payment, use the ATM, and other banking services, but this place looks more like an airport airline lounge. She explained to us that yes, they are for real and this location had been open since November '21. There are many tables for you just kick back and take a break from shopping or bring your laptop to work on a project. They have meeting rooms and their own restroom. Everything was super clean and inviting. The coffee is a Peet's Coffee and we were lucky to get some compliments of Giselle!

I've been curious about the Capital One Cafe and finally stopped in last weekend. I loved it! It's bright, clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect spot to get off your feet and take a break from shopping. There are a number of booths and cafe tables with outlets nearby if you need to charge your phone. The Peet's coffee shop has a variety of coffee and tea beverages as well as snack foods. Capital One customers receive 50% off beverages when using your card, but the cafe is open to everyone (whether you have a Cap One card or not). It's located on the ground floor, near Forever 21. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed in my visit to the capital one Café. I had really been looking forward to them opening and finally made my way to try out their café. Took a few minutes for them to acknowledge me even though there were no other customers. I ordered two drinks and it seems like I was charged about $.50 more than what was listed on the menu or they charged me for the large size instead of asking which size I would like. Not a big deal, I don't treat myself for coffee that often. However, what I got was a very substandard product. Overly sweet and lukewarm. Ended up throwing most of it away. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because up front, there was a very nice young man who was friendly and chatted with me while I waited for my order, and the space itself was clean and inviting. Definitely not returning to the café part of capital one.

Quite possibly the only place on the face of the Earth that sells both hot and iced tea that doesn't have some form of lemon juice to add. What a joke!

Still my favorite spot to study! They have new jelly lattes on their menu. Ordered the brown sugar jelly.. it had a good amount of sweetness that was not too rich with jelly. The kind you would get from a boba cafe. I'll try the matcha jelly next time to compare as I thought to order that one as well.

A very comfortable Peet's cafe with lots of study spots or working areas. Yes, very modern, open to visitors, and you will have a pleasure here. Surprisingly, it's inside the Fashion Show Shopping Mall on The Strip, located between the Trump Hotel and Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Beautifully decorated interior with good modern bright lights. High end feeling inside the lovely shopping mall surrounded by beautiful retail stores. Quiet too. Cute areas to sit and enjoy a moment of peace or just relax or go to work remotely. Not many customers or visitors inside after 3 pm - 4 pm Tuesday. Capital One ATM is available inside. Capital One Bank staff was standing in front greeting customers. They do offer banking assistance/services. Great way to promote the cafe or have the cafe promote the bank or recruit more customers. You can get 50% off Peet's cafe items if you use a Capital One debit/credit card to make the purchase. Latte and coffee beverages around $5-$6 or $7 average, but with 50% off, that's a very good deal. Typical Peet's coffee spot. You can certainly have a tasty piece of sweet or savory item (breads, cakes, etc.) to go with your drinks. Good Internet connectivity. It's a very unique place, sparkling clean & home life feeling. Come lounge around or just chill! This is worth checking out. Love it. Great ambiance and excellent customer service.

Always my Go-to cafe when I'm on the strip with comfy seats, space, and area to do your own work. Shoutout to Sergio up front and the whole barista staff for the excellent hospitality. Drinks always come out fast and in a friendly manner. Overall a staple cafe if you're out an about on the Las Vegas Strip, highly recommend!

Well that was pleasant! Not that I would expect anything less but, came in to ask questions about taking $ outta my son's savings; and ended up opening an account for myself hahah Ugh. Hate myself but the girl that helped me was so nice and patient (bcuz I forgot my password log ins) with me. Free Wi-Fi / COFFEE BAR!!!!! A place to kinda relax in the mall. If there was food, I would've stayed for lunch :)

This place is so beautiful!!! Such a great place to come to do some work or to have a meeting or just to have some peaceful alone time. The tea was amazingly delicious! Also Karen was AMAZING and SOOO SWEET! She made us feel right at home! We definitely will be coming here a ton! Love this place so much

This review is for the coffee served there. They use to have Peets coffee there, which is absolutely delicious. That is the main reason why I would always come here.. they stop serving Pete's coffee and now, so if something called verve coffee. If you'd like Maxwell House or Folgers, then You will love this coffee. It's not good at all. That new coffee is so bad that I feel ripped off even with the 50% off beverage deal. Peets was MUCH better. Hope they bring it back.

When looking to reset from school; my escape is always VEGAS. While most people come to Vegas for a night out with friends, burning stress, and to enjoy life and forget worries. That to me is the Cafe and the amazing team in Las Vegas Immediately was greeted by the sweetest Ambassador, Amanda. Props to this Ambassador for immediately brightening my day and engaging with my husband and I. In addition; I've had the pleasure of visiting other Capital One Cafes- but this one has PINS. We were told to scan the barcode and enjoy the little messages. It was such a cool and unique experience. Finally, not only did I get to chat with the Ambassador(s), but their coach- Denise! What place has a leader who is so open to greeting customers and making their space feel like home? Denise is super down to earth, gave some recommendations for food in the area, and had a conversation with us in the middle of a busy day. I appreciated the Capital One team and the Peet's team for not only getting to know my name, but for taking the time to chat with me. BIG SHOUTOUT TO THIS TEAM! Can't wait to visit again from Portland

This Capital One Cafe really surprised me, Claudia and Sulemy are great Baristas! I ha E a Capital one card so all purchases are 50% off when I use it. If you need financial advice there are people here to help, which is great if online help is not enough.
