On the way to Brazil, I did not know this lounge existed.  I went to a Priority Pass lounge and that was a major disappointment.  My brother told me about this lounge so on my way back home I stopped by to check it out in the morning of 4/27/2025.  I showed the receptionist my Capital One Venture X card and I gained access to the lounge. The place was spacious and clean.  Staff were caring and friendly. It offered a variety of delicious food and even let you take food for your flight.  Staff constantly clean up the tables and replenish the food. The restrooms were individual ones.  I think there were 6 of them.  I was going to have a quick stop before I left to go to my boarding gate.  But there were several people waiting to use it so I gave up!  This is the only issue I found.

The lounge itself is great, good views, nice bar and the drinks fresh beer on the tap. The choice of food is amazing and small portions making it easy to try out at the same time now over eat. The lounge checks all the boxes however it is too small and cannot accommodate big groups. Travelling in business and having lounge access and needing to wait 30-45 min is crazy. Even after being on waitlist you need come back up and still queue another time to enter. This is annoying and could be better if they are bigger. I hope they work on the expansion of the lounge maintaining the facilities.

Google
One of my favorite lounges. I have been many times. So many food options and even small counter for to-go boxes. Very clean. Their staff are so friendly and very helpful. They have a small workout room with peloton, nice bathrooms, a bar that makes any drinks you want.

Google
Capital One Lounge is one of the best places to relax while waiting at the airport. If you travel often, applying for a Capital One card and becoming a member is truly worth it. The lounge offers a wide variety of food and drink options for everyone, and the bar is open throughout the day. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is excellent, and their vegetarian sandwiches are a personal favorite. Don’t miss out—treat yourself to a comfortable and premium airport experience.

Google
They have a solid variety of hot dishes, all fresh and really tasty. The chocolate-filled donut? So good! They also have grab-and-go options like packaged sandwiches and yogurt parfaits, plus they even give you a to-go bag if you need to take food with you. Super convenient. It’s a nice spot to take a break and recharge before your next flight. Just a heads-up—if you’re taking the Dallas airport shuttle, there are both clockwise and counterclockwise routes between terminals, so make sure you’re hopping on the right one!

Google
This is one of our favorite lounges. They have big windows with a view of the runway, lots of seating, and a great variety of food and drinks. We love all the hot and fresh options and the to-go options. They had chai tea and cold brew on tap. I personally love the overnight oats. And the pastry selection is amazing. Highly recommend!

Google
Consistently our favorite airport lounge! We used to have a membership to the American Airlines lounges, but let it expire after visiting a Capital One lounge. Much better food, and mixed drink options. The decor is very up to date, and the service is impeccable. Also, the restrooms are on another level!! Oh, and you can take snacks to go for your plane ride 😀

Alexander Mallari

Google
First time visitor here and I was blown away with the pleasing decor, spacious layout, delicious food, and different drinks (alcohol/non-alcohol drinks this lounge offers). Staff are caring and friendly (special mention to Eva, James and Janet) who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! 😊 And unlike most lounges where you are mostly discouraged to take with you some items for your flight, they even have goodie bags for you to do that! Amazing!! Thank you Capital One - very happy Venture X cardholder here 😊

Yelp
The best lounge in DFW. It is located in Terminal D right by the escalators that lead to Skylink. Even for my non-Terminal D flights, I make sure to take the Skylink here to grab some food/drink. The hot food options, snacks, bar, baked goods, and grab & go section have great selection. Fun place to wait for your flight with a good view too. It does get very busy, so expect to be on the waitlist for some time during peak hours. Be aware that starting Feb 2026, complimentary lounge access will be for Venture X holders ONLY, meaning no more guests/authorized users can enter without either paying an additional annual fee ($125) or one-time pass ($45 for adults or $25 for kids). This should help with the crowding, especially with how generous the Venture X lounge access was (yourself + 2 guests, up to 4 free AUs and 2 guests for each of them). Unfortunately, the Priority Pass guest access was also taken away, but that's another story.

Yelp
Will return. This is the first of CO lounge. When we first got here a little after 11am, it was a ZOO. People are everywhere, from the entrance to the checking in counter. We left for the centurion lounge. Before boarding, we came in, because the entrance was empty. We even found a cozy corner. It's facing a runway - learnt a lot for the short few minutes that smaller jet takes off earlier - duh ha ha ha. Food is better than Amex's - hope this comment won't get me in trouble, to have my post removed.

Yelp
Had a good time again both to my destination and returning a few days later to my home airport. the takeout section is a lifesaver as you don't have to scarf down your food. Little tapas style helps with cleanliness. My only gripe continues to be the way the bathrooms are designed. There's constantly a long line along the wall because 4 stalls are lined along the wall.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm quite annoyed that this lounge has always become so crowded that the wait during the normal da time has been 2hrs. It's a little crazy in my opinion and the normal layover time is no longer sufficient to make it to the lounge and to my gate that I often grind myself skipping this lounge instead. Honestly, I cannot wait til the new policies are implemented in Feb 2026 so the crowd management can be a little better.

Yelp
I am really happy to be a Capital One Venture X card holder. In addition to the ability to use Capital One Lounges where available, we can use Priority Pass Lounges around the world. This Capital One Lounge is near Gate D22. At the Dallas Fort Worth airport, there's a good Skylink system so my flight is from E gates and I can still use the lounge without going through security again. This visit they had a wait and they were well organized about texting us. I had to wait only 5 minutes. Food is bite sized and a lot of variety. They encourage carry out which I think is awesome. Good service and a nice bar. My fav is the Tailwind lager. They have other local brews as well. Comfortable seating and power points. I think DFW was the first one, so it looks a bit older than the fresh look of the lounge at Washington Dulles. Of course I will be back.

Yelp
It's pathetic. The wait times are ridiculous. They made me wait for 1 hr for a single person entry. ..... and still no place. It's not worth it anymore. I am planning to cancel this card and switch next time to chase ....

Yelp
If you know, you know. A nice lounge will compel you to show up extra early to the airport. I recently had the lucky opportunity of tagging along as a guest with my friend. It truly is an experience and yes, it is that nice! You can access it through terminal D after passing the duty free shops. The lounge contains no shortage of delicious food options, many of which are health-conscious. The matcha chia pudding parfait was my favorite out of all the breakfast items. They have them in to-go packages if needed. For a fiber-heavy option, the quinoa bowls have a touch of sweetness which makes it go down easy. You can't go wrong with the sausage egg sandwich, goat cheese + chutney crackers, or the buttermilk skillet either. I'm not a huge fan of the fiesta fruit cup; the (chamoy?) seasoning did not complement the fruit well. Lastly, the facilities look very nice. There are an abundance of lounge seats, but also an abundance of visitors depending on the time of day. You'll still find a place to sit, but finding a spot of your choice may prove challenging on a Sunday morning. They even have a yoga studio and a shower area... talk about going above and beyond. If you want to elevate your airport experience, this is the place to be!

Yelp
The lounge is usually great, but you can barely get in anymore. They have way too many people, are poorly organized at getting people on a waitlist and it's lost a lot of value of having the Venture X card. And the bathrooms are probably one of the worst designs for a space with that occupancy. Though they are lovely after your 30 minute wait for one.

Yelp
Best airport lounge I've ever been to. Ambiance service and seating were perfect. They had the best food options out there. My favorites were the lemon white chocolate chip cookies, brownie, lox bagel and bruschetta Mac and cheese. Espresso martini was also delicious and they have tea, chai latte, water and so many things on tap too. But the best part was the to go food options. The matcha chia seed pudding and chicken sandwich were my fave. They also had water and fruits to go. We didn't have a lot of time but would have loved to check out the wellness area. I would recommend putting your name in the waitlist while you're in the security line because it can be a 30-60 min wait!

Yelp
I had a layover in Dallas and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to finally check out the Capital One lounge! It's located at Gate D, right outside of customs if you're are flying internationally. When we entered the lounge we had to put our name on a waitlist. They estimated 15-20 minute wait but honestly we got in pretty quick within ~10 minutes. This has been by far the best lounge experience I've been to! I've been to other lounges with the priority pass which had a decent amount of food. The capital one lounge blew me away! There were lots of different meals like mango shrimp ceviche, chicken Marsala, bruschetta Mac and cheese, various salads, pastry bar, and soda and coffee on tap. My favorite dish was the mango shrimp ceviche! They consistently refilled food. They also had lots of grab and go sandwiches, salads, matcha chia pudding, smoothie bowls, and yogurt bowls. It's perfect if you want to bring food with you during your flight! We ended up grabbing a few of the smoked beef sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. My family said the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious. There was coffee on tap that I took to go too. If I had more time, I would've liked to check out the yoga studio and other amenities they have there. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would love to come back if I'm ever flying from Dallas again!

Yelp
I paid $375 for an annual membership for the Capital One Venture X. I understand that the this airport lounge usually gets packed and there is a waitlist. I signed up for the waitlist (~2 hrs) and they only gave me 10 minutes to go in my gate. Unfortunately, the security line was very long since this is a busy airport and there were delays; I was late by about 10 mins. They didn't let me in which I was fine with but I wanted to get food from the Grab&Go since it is one of the benefits. They don't let you "grab and go" even though you are part of the waitlist. My sugar was going down and I was about to faint since I was at the airport waiting for so long but they couldn't even offer any food. Since I pay almost $400 for this benefit, I am disappointed that we can't even get food and enjoy outside of the lounge while we are on the waitlist. The IAD location has a better flow since you can get food before check-in.

Yelp
I have been looking forward to checking out the Capital One Lounge in DFW. I heard great things and they live up to my expectations. If you have Capital One Venture X, you get in for free. The entrance is located near gate D21. The wait was about 15 minutes to get in. By far, this is one of the best lounge I have been to. Although, they do not have a big spread like other fancy lounge but it's efficient! I like it that the portions are smaller and served individually and not buffet style. If you like the dish, go back for second. I had this chicken marsala that was excellent. The chicken and corn dish was amazing. If I didn't just ate on the plane, I would have tried everything! What I like the most is the "to-go" section. If you don't have time to sit and eat, there are salads, mini sandwiches, parfaits and water that you can take. Since I had another 4 hour flight from Dallas to Sacramento, I grab a couple of things to eat on the plane. It was perfect! Staff was really nice and courteous. I felt very welcome.
google avatar

Emmanuella M.

Yelp
Greeted very warmly upon arrival. Overall, the spaces were clean and neat. I had the chicken Marsala which was seasoned. The Mac and cheese could use a bit more salt. The drinks choices were great and the bartender was lovely. I would love to come back!

Yelp
I am so happy I got to visit another Capital One Lounge! My partner and I had a 2 hour layover in Dallas, so I knew we would have time to stop by. As soon as we landed, I joined the lounge waitlist on the Capital One app. It took about 20 minutes to get off the waitlist, which was thankfully the right time it took for us to get to the right terminal. I'd highly recommend joining the waitlist while en route to the lounge; tons of people were waiting outside who didn't even know there was a waitlist. The lounge was pretty great! We explored the whole thing, other than the showers since they weren't operating. We didn't order any drinks at the bar, but they had some cool options. I love that the food is buffet style but in individual servings so you can just pick up a plate and go. There is a to-go bar as well as a dessert area and a snack area. My favorite thing is that they have to-go baggies for cookies and snacks. I took a bag of the neopolitan snack mix and have been enjoying it ever since! This is one of my favorite lounges to visit. I don't think it's as big as Denver but it feels homey and nice, I'd be happy to come again. Standouts: - Nutella and Strawberry Sandwich - Neopolitan snack mix (yogurt covered pretzel, chocolate covered brownie, and strawberry chocolate covered raisins) - All cookies!! - Appetizers (hummus, goat cheese)

Yelp
First time at the lounge and we loved it. It made all the difference for me! I came in at 8PM on a Sunday, and there wasn't a wait at all. I tried to jump on the waitlist but I think you don't have to if the lounge isn't too busy. Food service there is absolutely spot on. So many choices of both hot, and cold savory foods and appetizers. AND of course, the huge selection of pastries! We grabbed some sandwiches and wraps to go as well from their grab n go portion and it was still pretty good the next day. Also not to mention, the bar and the coffee bar! Plenty of options, and the bar is so gorgeous. The seats we had were super comfy, and made our hour and a half wait til the next flight great. We loved it and can't wait to be back.

Yelp
Wow! This was our first visit to a Capital One lounge and I sure hope it's not our last. Heck, when you consider the $300 travel credit on the venture X card, if you visit the lounge once or twice a year, you're definitely ahead of the annual fee. We had just come in on a redeye. We disembarked our ship at 9am the previous morning. We were exhausted and I was coming down with what turned out to be a very serious upper respiratory illness that brought me to my knees. We were basically pretty miserable. We jumped on the tram and held on for dear life as we were whisked from terminal B to terminal D - give yourself 15 minutes and you can access the club from nearly anywhere in the airport. We headed upstairs and were only the second visitors of the day, yet everything was already set out - all we had to do was park our luggage, grab a cup of coffee (me, cold brew on tap, hubs, a cappuccino from the bar). The bar doesn't serve alcohol until 7am which, considering we just came off a 16 day cruise, our livers were thankful. There was a huge variety of food available - it wasn't really set up buffet style - walk around and see what's available first. The overnight oats were amazing as was the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. What really sets this lounge apart is its grab and go section. We weren't going to be home until after lunch so I grabbed a couple of salads (strawberry spinach - delicious), some fruit and a couple of croissants and cookies that I tucked into the little to go bags that were abundantly available. I didn't actually get to my salad until the drive home but it was a blessing as there wasn't a speck of food in the house. Even at the early hour of 5, all of the employees warmly greeted us and treated us as valuable patrons - unlike some experiences we've had with other vanity card lounges. Being honest, I often schedule our layovers based on what clubs are available. I am DEFINITELY going to route us through Capital One lounge airports. These guys hit it out of the park! Great job!

Yelp
I had a great experience here - after joining the waitlist for an hour and then getting lucky with signing up for a shower at check in and getting it right away. The staff were excellent at being speedy and thorough. The facilities are very clean and you can shower, exercise, or book a relaxation room. There's a large selection of food items, non alcoholic drinks, and a full bar.
google avatar

Beth A.

Yelp
This is a very nice and well decorated lounge within Terminal D. We came in the morning on a Sunday, and had to take the SkyLink to get here from a different terminal. To get to the lounge you have to take the elevator up. From the elevators the Capital One lounge is on the left. Staff is there to check you in and give info if needed on the amenities and the Wi-Fi. For breakfast they had a nice selection of hot foods, pastries. There's the coffee station just behind the entrance area with the water station. There's a good amount of seating and tables available, but by the time we left around 6am on a Sunday it was starting to get full. The lounge opened at 5am. If you have time before your flight, add in whatever time it takes to get here from your gate and going back, but it's a great place to have some food, drinks, and relax before being in the craziness of your gate.
google avatar

Kristen M.

Yelp
I love this place. 1000x yes! I don't want to tell anyone because I don't want to be on a stupid waitlist, but it's only fair to write this review because they are killing it here. We travel a lot and DFW is our home airport. I will keep my Venture X card just for this lounge, but luckily CapOne has a few more that we will use: Denver & Las Vegas. We don't get out to DC much. When you walk in they scan your boarding pass and your credit card, names need to match. You can bring 2 guests. Location: terminal D, after going through security, walk past all that Duty Free booze & handbags and enter the sliding doors to the right with the CapOne sign. Take the elevator up, turn left. Here's the thing with lounges, you've got to be at the airport an hour+ before your flight. Then you'll be on a plane 3+ hours in which the food situation is stark, then on landing it'll probably be at least 30-60 minutes before you get unloaded-luggage & transportation to a location to eat. So you NEED to eat before your flight. However, airport food is expensive and often mediocre. This is where the lounge has been a game changer. I get to the airport a little earlier, cruise through TSA pre-check line, get to the lounge and have a relaxing cocktail & meal before boarding. They even have little cartons of water I can grab to-go in case I sleep through drink service on my flight. Once you're in, find some seats & park your luggage. At the bar they have a menu of craft cocktails, wines and beers, these are free. You can get a few high end liquors for a surcharge but the regular drinks are great. The bar also has an espresso machine. Be sure to tip. In the center of the lounge is four walls that you can take food from. There are self serve soda and water machines on one wall. Walk around it and see all the options. Some are in packages to go in case you don't have time to sit. Grab a silver tray from the lower shelf and take a few little plate & pots to try (mango shrimp ceviche and the Chicken Tikka Masala are my faves) as well as a napkin and flatware. Enjoy at your table and repeat. On recent visit I had an hour before my flight to Seattle. My two (always hungry) teenage boys were with me. Our flight was delayed an additional 2 hours. This place was a life (and sanity) saver. The boys hooked up to the WiFi, I got a window view of the runway and a second cocktail. They visited the food walls again and again. All was right in the world. There are little paper bags by the cookies & brownies so you can take it to go. Also, on your way out of the lounge TAKE the little chocolate bar that they hand you. It's so good. By the time you get to your hotel you'll think "I wish I had a little chocolate" and boom. They've thought of everything. The staff is outstanding. Every time we visit they are friendly and keeping the place spotless and the bartenders are making fantastic drinks. I'm getting my husband a card so he can visit when he's travelling without me.

Yelp
Capital One lounges have quickly become some of my favorite places to spend a layover. There may be a wait to get in at peak times, but this ensures that there is always plenty of food, seating, and an overall pleasant environment on the interior once you are admitted. There are so many good options for food, truly a cut above most other airport lounges. DFW also has a better than DEN, though it is nice that DEN has a grab and go section outside the lounge. The staff is always extremely polite and friendly, and the DFW location even has a relaxation room where you can take a short nap. If direct flights are not possible, I will preferentially book a layover in DFW so that I can relax here.

Yelp
I think one of the biggest perks of the Capital One Venture X card is being able to visit any of the Capital One lounges for unlimited visits per year! This was my first time visiting the one in DFW since I normally don't transit through here. I made it a priority to check it out, even though my flight was going out of Terminal C, and the lounge is located in Terminal D. Checking in was not too bad. I didn't have to wait too long, even though there were plenty of people shuffling in and out on a Saturday afternoon. Once inside, the set-up was similar to what I saw in Denver and DC, however I think this particular lounge looks most similar to DC's. Of the three, my favorite is the one in Denver, even though the bar can get pretty crowded. Hot food options were limited for vegetarians, but there was at least one salad, one bread item, and one pasta dish available. There were a TON of different cookies, puddings, cheesecakes, and cakes available. They didn't have bubby "sodas" available in the to-go section like they do in Denver, but they had the same to-go wraps and sandwiches. This time around, I was fixated on the Neapolitan chocolate covered pretzel balls and raisins mix. If you transit through DFW quite a bit and are a Capital One card holder, definitely do NOT miss out on this perk. Whenever I have the luxury of transiting through an airport with a Capital One lounge, I take pride in not paying for food at the airport ;)

Yelp
Had an absolute incredible experience at the capital one lounge. One of the best lounges I've been apart of! The food was great and the staff were so so so friendly and helpful. Their nursing room was top tier as well! They offered complimentary diapers which was an absolute life saver while traveling. Makes me want to arrive to the airport early to just have enough time to be in this lounge!
google avatar

Khiem N.

Yelp
The mango ceviche here is crack cocaine. I could eat pounds of it, it's that good. Sweet, spicy, savory, it hits everything just right. The service here is spectacular. They always make sure all the food options are in stock and the tables are readily cleared. The bartenders are nice but they do rate-limit you on the drinks here. Of course, everything is kept pristine and the whole place looks amazing. Honestly, the only troubling thing is the bathroom situation where there are only three bathrooms. You can grab togo bags to pack up the grab and go food.

Yelp
This was my first time at this lounge and it was really enjoyable. As soon I landed I checked the app to see what the wait time was. To my knowledge if there is a wait you can put yourself on the waiting list. I made my way down there and ended up waiting about 15 minutes. We were greeted and they have a hostess actually take you to your seats. It was beautiful and spacious. So many different food choices and they have coffee and chai on tap. I tried a sample of the butter pecan old fashion but it was too strong for me so I ended up getting a mimosa. I wish this was my home airport so I could come here more. I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
I've been to many airport lounges and this by far has been the best domestic lounge I've visited. It's clean, spacious and the food is actually very delicious and everything is fresh. No pre-packed food or chips. No stale salad bar or stale soup. And the bar is really good too. They actually make craft cocktails and have a good wine selection. The showers and bathrooms are really nice too. This is what I expect when I go to other lounges and have been consistently let down.

Yelp
I have to say, I am very impressed by this lounge. Excellent service, clean lounge, and clean bathroom. The food here is good. They got all kinds of food including matcha chai, coffee, drinks, vegetarian food, and dessert. My brain and belly are so happy being here that I don't wanna leave to go to my flight. The lounge itself is very spacious, comfortable, and lots of table to do work. They have individual bathroom and resting areas. I highly recommend this lounge to anyone.

Yelp
This was my first lounge experience and it set the bar high! We were flying out around 8pm on a Monday and so I was tracking the lounge status and it was busy. I joined the waitlist at 20-25 minutes when we returned our rental car and it went faster than that. I got a text about 15 minute later when we were getting off the rental car bus at the terminal, so we had 10 minutes to check in at the lounge. Luckily, we have TSA pre-check so were there right on time. The proximity to the air train allows you to get to other Terminals quickly. The lounge is in the D terminal and you check in at the bottom floor. Once through the elevator (there is another lounge upstairs), go left and check in again. From here they told us to grab any table with a reserved sign on it. There were little dishes of different foods, breads, and desserts. They even gave out bags for you to take one thing for the grab and go for your flight, including water. The rest of the drinks there were all on tap or at the bar. They had some great craft cocktails and I tried the bluebonnet drink, which was fancy and good. They also have lockers here to store your luggage, a yoga area, exercise bike, and showers. The bathrooms were clean and modern.

Yelp
Getting off a 12+ hour flight back from New Zealand and heading right to the DFW Capital One Lounge for the first time has to be one of the biggest sighs of relief I've ever had. This lounge is simply immaculate: updated current design, awesome food options, great seating, beverages galore and wonderful service. I wish we had more time to stick around and enjoy! SPACE: The space is centered around a pillar in the middle: the hub for food. There is a variety of seating options, with most being tables and chairs, and a few larger/comfier chairs. AMENITIES: They offer a shower suite you can schedule, nursing room, cycling and yoga room, relaxation room and faith practice room as well. FOOD: I love how the food is categorized and displayed around the center pillar! Everything we tried was delicious. I love the pre-portioned variety of options and options for on the go. I'd love to see a few more hot options - or served even hotter. DRINK: We arrived in the morning, so bee-lined for the draft chai, draft latte, draft cold brew and teas. They had a full bar and other beverages as well, but the serve yourself draft was the highlight! The photos speak for itself - flying through DFW or another Capital One Lounge spot whenever we can to enjoy!

Yelp
Pros: "free" meal, shower facilities, a grab and go meal option for those with tight connections, and great local art Cons: lower quality than other credit card lounges via weaker branding and lagging food options, departure boards only for D gates, and loooong wait times Generally, not my favorite upscale lounge, but surely a step up from the general priority pass level lounges. I was quoted a 45 minute wait and admitted an hour later. This lounge would have done me no good if my layover was less than 2 hours. Like the Chase Sapphire lounge network, Capital One is trying to build their lounges out with an eye to unique experiences tailored to their locations. Usually this comes out in food choices, art, interior design, and local drinks. This effort is much weaker than the one put forward by the Chase lounge network. The food in no way screams Texas but the drinks are much more tailored (See themed drinks menu). Most of the food is forgettable. I recommend the Cucumber canapés and the Fontina Fondue Mac & Cheese. After two visits, I have found the salads small and wilted. The art choices are great. This really doesn't make up for lackluster auxiliary services when compared to their competition; their shower and exercise/wellness facilities are cramped and functional with no eye to design. In the arms race for strong lounge networks and brands, I think Capital One is losing. My last gripe is the lack of information about departures out of any of the other terminals. I stopped here before a flight out of the nearby E terminal but I have no quick way of checking the departure board because all of the digital boards in the lounge only focus on the D gates.

Yelp
This is probably one of the best airport lounges I have been too. The food is gourmet with plenty of great options presented well.

Yelp
The service is definitely 5 stars here. Everyone is very pleasant. The vibe is like a very modern Internet cafe that is very easy on the eyes. The food isn't bad but nothing to scream about so that is the only downside and hence the 4 stars

Yelp
I remember when it first opened.. amazing grab and go section with so many delicious hot foods to choose from.. everything was single portioned and delicious.. and a few years later... it remained the same! I will say this visit did not have any juices and the selection has went down. They have premixed signature drinks now.. Other than that. Still above and beyond! This lounge is great! Service, amenities and the view is beautiful.

Yelp
Can't believe I'm writing about an airport lounge but DFW C1 Lounge is just too good to not talk about. There's a wide variety of food that's always being replenished. It's not bad either, definitely very good quality and tasty. Brunch, lunch, and dinner all feature different menus, and if you're in a rush, you can just grab any of the pre-packaged to-go foods (which are pretty good). Bar is all you can drink and bartenders are exceptionally friendly and kind. Lots of amenities like showers, meeting rooms, yoga, etc. are offered. Great wifi and you can drop off your luggage. Ambiance is really great; I love the design of the lounge. Also, the bathrooms are really peaceful lol and there's like some rainforest sounds playing. Typically, there is a line for the bathrooms but hopefully people don't take too long. I've been to two out of three C1 lounges and this is definitely the one I prefer more. Worth getting the VentureX card, especially since they offer so many more perks. I have Priority Pass as well so I've been to a handful of lounges and this is definitely at the top overall.

Yelp
Capital one lounges never disappoint! You can join the waitlist online and you'll get a notification when the lounge is ready for you! Super convenient getting the process started before physically getting to the lounge. It is always very clean and not typically packed to the point where you can't find somewhere to sit. There are outlets EVERYWHERE so you're all set wherever you sit! They always have a wide selection of sweet, savory and healthy options. They also have a lot of to go options if you're in a rush! The bar has a variety of cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, champagne! If you have the opportunity to visit a capital one lounge, I highly recommend it!

Yelp
Nothing but good things to say about the Capital One Lounge in Dallas. It was my first time being in an airport lounge, ever so I had no clue what to expect. Upon initially entering, I see food and coffee thinking I'm just going to get a discount but no! The very friendly and respectful attendant, after swiping, my card said everything was complementary, and after a long flight with a long layover, that was music to my ears. There was plenty of space to sit in plenty of things to eat and comfortable seating. Both savory and sweet. Plus complementary alcoholic beverages, which was the icing on top of the cake. Upon leaving they have small bags to take a couple to go items, and a piece of chocolate. My only complaint is that I didn't have more time to spend here.

Yelp
On a Monday afternoon there's an hour and a half wait. I didn't pay for the venture X card to not be able to get into a lounge. This will be why I cancel my card and go back to a competitors product.

Yelp
Impressed is an understatement. I've been wanting to do a layover in DFW for so long just to check out this lounge. I had 20 minutes to explore and eat and I was very impressed. The aesthetics, service, quality of food was unmatched. I tried all of the different dishes they had and they were all top-notch quality. Staff were continuously walking around making sure everything was tidy and organized. They were also constantly refilling the food stations. I cannot wait to come back in a few weeks and try some drinks and really enjoy the lounge some more!! Please open one in IAH houston airport and AUS austin airport!!!

Yelp
Excellent team service here. All the staff were amazing. They were so attentive. Phenomenal customer service. Everything is complimentary including their Togo items. You get your Togo bag from the front desk. Drinks were also free and they make your espresso at the bar. Their chocolate croissants and fudge brownies were delicious. There's many places to sit and enjoy the view of planes taking off and landing. They have big tables for larger groups. Bathroom was sparkling clean. I took advantage of their work bar station with plenty of plugins to charge my phones and laptop. I managed get work done at the lounge during my few hours layover in Dallas. Well worth being a Capital One member. I highly recommend and will be coming here during my layover. Cheers!

Yelp
If you're looking for a nice relaxing lounge to sit at, highly recommend coming to Capital One Lounge (if you have the card!) Overall, been here twice and both times have been awesome. Here are some things to note: Wait Times: During peak hours, there can be a waiting list. Just check your Cap One app ahead of time and if there is a wait, you can put yourself on there. A text will be sent to you when it's your turn :) Capacity: Even at peak hours, this lounge didn't feel overly crowded. So kudos to Capital One in crowd control. Food: Love the selection of hot and cold food here!! :D Honestly, I was very surprised at how tasty the food was. For those who are in a rush and can't stay long, there are to go options you can grab! Definitely get the yummy pre made sandwiches, salads, desserts and even drinks (tea/coffee/water) to go. Amenities: If you're here, take full advantage of the amenities! Do note that you'll have to put in a reservation with the front desk to use: 1. Shower ~ super nice and clean 2. Relaxation room ~ there's a cool machine pod you can lay in and listen to peaceful music for 20 min 3. Yoga / Exercise room ~ get your stretch / bike on! 4. Free lockers ~ no need to worry about luggage! Pretty spacious for carry on + personal item. Staff: Very welcoming and nice! Overall, I'll try to make Dallas or any other airport with Capital One lounge be a layover stop since it's totally worth it.

Yelp
Why doesn't Seattle have a capital one lounge -cries- This lounge is huge and beautiful. The food is great. the bar drinks are great. The people working here are friendly and quick and wonderful. The only downside was that when I was here too many people wanted to go in at the same time due to the storms delaying flights, and it meant there was an hour wait just to get in. But omfg was everything excellent once inside.

Yelp
We absolutely love this Capital One lounge and wish there were more across the US! We fly frequently and always try to book flights with layovers in Dallas now so we can enjoy the food and drinks here in between flights. Pro tip: look for American Airlines flights since they stop through DFW often. Right now, I think they have locations at the airports in Dallas, Denver, and in DC. The lounge is open daily from 6am-9pm. We get free access to Capital One Lounges for being Venture X cardholders (let me know if you want a referral lol). The lounge has a cycling room, showers, and a relaxation room - though I've never tried any of them! They have a great cocktail list and selections of beer and wines, but we always order martinis or manhattans which are off menu. The bartenders can make pretty much any drink you'd like. They have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, draft cold brew, drip coffees, juice, milk, water, etc. they also have an espresso machine at the bar! The food is also pretty solid and they even have a to-go cooler stocked with sandwiches, salads, drinks, and other food items prepared to be taken on the go. Everything is free but we do like to tip the staff and bartenders since they're always so great. It definitely beats sitting around in the airport or paying for overpriced, mediocre food you'd find elsewhere in the airport. Couldn't recommend more!

Yelp
Cap One Lounge has been an experience that I look forward to ever since the first time I got to try it 2 years ago. I have even recommended it to another friend who I suggested to switch from AmEx 2 years ago to sign up for a Venture Rewards card, based on the premium benefits I have experienced. We have been to Cap One Lounge in DFW twice now. The lounge is super clean, food is amazing with a chef-inspired menu that rivals some of the top fine dining fusion restaurants, service and overall experience is way superior than other travel lounges we have experienced so far. They have 2 relaxation rooms, a fitness room, and shower room that are available for longer layovers. Huge shout out to Joel and Anthony for providing excellent, friendliest service and overall experience that made us feel special! Thank you so much for going the extra mile in providing excellent service to me and my husband. And not just to us, the rest of the guests as well so keep that up! We look forward to being back so see you again later this year.

Yelp
I'll probably be an outlier here, but I came here a lot when it first opened. I have food allergies, and whenever I was allergic to something, the menu's regular rotation would mean I could probably get something else the next time. When the menu froze 6 or so months ago, I asked for a modified version of their Chicken Tinga (no cheese) and I received it. It was delicious. The next few times I was refused. I was pregnant, and the free booze was not an incentive. I usually love Capital One products, so this the first time I've felt a little baited and switched. The lounge went from incredible food and the ability to pop in and out before a flight to unchanging menus and long waits. This might be fine for a casual flyer who comes in once or twice a year, but it's hard for me not to compare it to what it was even a year ago.

Yelp
Very excited to visit the Capital One Lounge at DFW - it's the best lounge I've visited in the US for sure. (London's British Airways Lounges are my favorite overall.) We lucked into no wait on our two stops here this week. The first time, we found seating right away but the second visit was much busier, so it took more time. As you enter, there's a display of food packaged up for you to take on the way out for your next flight. There were four sandwiches, including almond butter and jelly, turkey pastrami, chicken salad and a veggie option. There were also two salads, a banana tiramisu, a coconut chia pudding and another yogurt parfait. Boxes of water, plus four different snack mixes and three types of whole fresh fruit were also set up there. Walking around to the side, you find a big display of cookies, gluten-free brownies, scones, baklava, croissants, and cream-filled profiteroles. Not only are there little plates here, but also small bags to take some with you on your next flight! YUM. Everything was delicious here! Turn around, and you'll see heated individually plates dishes - there was a bimbibap, spicy cauliflower rice with mushrooms, mac and cheese, mac and cheese with bacon, a spicy soup, and maybe something else. On the other side, there were chilled items like french onion deviled eggs, flatbread with jam and gorgonzola, two salads, crudite with a spicy hummus, and I'm sure I'm forgetting another item or two. The food items apparently stay the same for a month or two - oh how I wish they were changed on a daily rotation, so we could've tried other dishes on our return trip! Overall, the dishes were just too much - too spicy or some un-kid-friendly ingredients. My kid didn't even like the mac and cheese (claimed it was spicy?!), and only wanted the cookies. Oy. ;) We had a very long layover on our return, and we were allowed to enter this lounge at the 3 hour mark before our departure. I asked to use one of the shower rooms and was given one quickly. It looked beautiful, but I could not figure out how to get hot water - it was hot for mere seconds and then the hot water was gooooooooone. Thankfully I hadn't put the shampoo in my hair yet! I mentioned this at the front desk when checking out of the shower room, and the guy just shrugged at me. Fooey. CapOne, I hope you open at SFO or SJC!

Yelp
Always a wait, poor customer service. Dales states he doesn't work for Capital one he works for PPG. The staff says the Capital one app doesn't sync well and basically said they "don't care" in a nutshell

Yelp
It's giving high end restaurant and relaxing atmosphere. This DFW location is one of the best lounges around. Food is presented beautifully in individual small plates just like fine dining restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and something for everyone. They have an espresso bar, dessert section, a to-go area of delicious sandwiches and salads. And best of all amazing bartenders with cocktails on tap and some of the best espresso martinis around! Service is friendly and food is constantly replenished. This location makes a great international layover. You can refresh in a shower room, hop on a bike or do some yoga, in the specialty rooms. You may have to take the Sky Link to this place if you are not in terminal D. If you have the access via credit card or other means, this place is definitely worth it. I would even adjust my travel plans to make sure our layover is long enough to enjoy our time here!

Yelp
The coolest airport lounge that exists. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and you even get to take food to go if you're running short on time! Definitely worth the $395 annual fee for the capital one venture x card. They did an exceptional job with this lounge.

Yelp
I was looking forward to finally trying a Capital One Lounge! I was thoroughly impressed. They had a wait, but I got in the virtual queue a little early so when I finally made it to the lounge I was able to go in. There was so much space, service was fast, bar was fast and made great drinks. The front desk was friendly and made me feel like I was a VIP member. Going in a week and excited to check it out again at a different time frame
