Had a good experience at Capital One Lounge at Dulles. We had had an early flight and yet to wait about 20 minutes before being let in. Good options for food. Definitely enjoyed the vanilla lattes. The place does get busy pretty quick, however, atmosphere stayed relaxed, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I recently stopped by this lounge before my departing flight out of this airport. This is the first airport lounge that I have ever visited. I enjoyed my time here as I found the space to be very clean. The breakfast food was good as well I enjoyed the french toast casserole and the cocktails were immaculate at this lounge. It was busy upon entrance but even with that I was able to enter no problem when I entered around 7 am. I would highly recommend this lounge as it is a game changer to the airport experience as I enjoyed my time here as the lounge had both good drinks and food that far exceeded my expectations before I had went to this lounge.

We loved our visit to the Capital One Lounge. 👍 Clean 👍 Relaxing Sitting Areas 👍 Delicious Food 👍 Amazing Coffee ☕️ 👍 Large Clean Restrooms 👍 To Go food, coffee and snacks 👍 Lots of outlets to charge 👍 Bar 👍 Sodas & Speciality iced teas like hibiscus & blue pineapple 🍍 👍 Home made pop tarts are delicious From what I had read online, they said you could not enter till three hours before departure time, but when I asked the friendly staff at check in they said it was 3 hours from boarding time. When we arrived it was around 1:30 pm and not very busy. By 3:30 is was extremely busy , but the staff was helping visitors find room to sit.

Espresso martinis by Tarek makes traveling suck less. Don’t review very often so you know this means that this was an exceptional experience. Tarek took care of us not once but twice since our overnight flight to Paris was canceled. He was back in working the bar again on Saturday after our canceled flight on Friday. He made, what I would say, was the most exquisite espresso martini (looks better than the Mona Lisa). It is something that should not be missed. If you’re not a Capital One Venture X card holder pay the $90 visit to visit the bar. That alone is worth the cost of admission.

Had a fantastic experience at the Capital One Lounge. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—staff were friendly and the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort. There was plenty of room to unwind, even during busy hours, which made it easy to relax before my flight. The food was a standout—lots of delicious options with great variety, far better than most airport lounges I’ve visited. Overall, this lounge sets a high bar. Comfortable, spacious, and truly hospitable—exactly what you want in a travel break.

After traveling Dulles many times and missing this lounge, I decide to stop in and it was sure to please! Came at a great time, not busy, food was plentiful, drinks were excellent and staff were amazing and helpful! Grab and go options were delicious and the homemade poptarts were excellent! Highly recommend if traveling!

Great environment for relaxing while you are waiting for your flight. Awesome people around. Ghander, Sushil, Santosh and everyone around were really awesome!!! Can’t wait to come back again.

Google
We love the Capital One Lounge at Dulles. The food and drinks are consistently great, and the space is relaxing. It’s a great spot to unwind before a flight. Wait times have increased a bit recently, but the overall experience is still worth it. Capital One is also changing their guest policy starting in February 2026, so be sure to check the latest updates if you’re planning a visit. And make sure to see Tarek at the bar. He makes one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had.

Yelp
This lounge is located near the entrance to Z gates. Coming from another flight follow the signs to Z gates, look for the Dunkin and walk past it. There will be an elevator to your left, go up and the lounge is there. I was impressed by this lounge, even preferring it to the bigger Denver one! The grab and go is substantial and AMAZING. Full service coffee shop with made to order drinks and pastries, to-go sandwiches and salads, plus bagged snacks (get as many of the blueberry yogurt pretzels as you can legally fit in your carry-on, trust me. I dream of them.). And don't forget a cherry blossom dark chocolate bar! The interior is nice, a very relaxed feel. The food buffet is still extensive and includes some classics like mac & cheese or meatballs, as well as some interesting and seasonal foods (there was a great spring veggie flatbread in May). The bar is great, fast and really cool drinks. Of course you HAVE to try the bee drink, I mean come on its served in a bee. However, I preferred another cocktail with a bit of iced chai in it! Can't recall the name, but look for chai on the menu and you'll see it. Great lounge, great way to rest before a flight. Or great way to eat on a flight if you're in a rush.

Yelp
Such a great lounge! Super easy to find if you have tsa precheck but even if you dont u just go up two escalators/elevators and there are a ton of signs! When you walk in they swipe your venturex card and check your boarding pass to make sure u are truly flying out and within 3 hrs of departing. To your left there is a coffee bar with a huge plethora of options and some pastries including local poptarts which are *amazing*. If you walk to the back theres an open bar with a ton of cocktails, beer, wine, and non alcoholic drinks. Theres also some tapas/ smaller dishes. I went during breakfast time so there was your typical offerings: french toast casserole, parfait, sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and more! I have been told there arent a ton of dairy/gluten free options. I always look forward to coming to the airport early to relax here! Highly recommend getting the venturex but starting feb 2025, you will not be able to bring any guests. Still think it is one of the best lounges esp in dulles. Check it out!

Yelp
An amazing lounge that not only has food available at the lounge, but also offers takeout/to-go service if you are short on time to catch your flight! Tip: if you have both capital one lounge access and a priority pass, get something to-go first and then proceed to priority pass lounge. Reason being the capital one lounge is located at the very beginning of terminal after TSA while other lounges are after it.

Yelp
What a fantastic lounge. Grab and go bags, a coffee bar, a full bar, hot food. Best lounge I've been too.
google avatar

Thuha N.

Yelp
This one is with fewer seats than other lounges, but the bars are great. Yes, bars - a bar bar with cute ice spheres, and a coffee bar. The food selection is much smaller, but it's ok. So glad to have crossed this last one off :)
google avatar

Yelp
This continues to be one of the best lounges at Dulles. The food and convenience is not only good but the service is awesome. Steven at the front desk and Lauren at the coffee bar are awesome. There service and friendliness are a breath of fresh air at this busy airport. Big kudos to them. Thank you!
google avatar

Lyn L.

Yelp
Stop and get your goodies once you cross TSA Precheck. If you have the Cap One app, you can check on status of admittance. It's usually not busy but if it's busy they will take your cell and text you when you can enter. It's worth the 5-10 min wait. There are lots of comfy seats. The bar is big and their staff is awesome. They work hard so I always give a nice tip. The food area has tapas like treats. The variety is good and I noticed most people use it as a full dinner. The bathrooms are not gender specific and they are usually clean. My favorite thing about this lounge is the grab and go area. They have the best banana chips and sandwiches. There is also a nice coffee bar.
google avatar

Yelp
This alone makes the Venture X card worth it. One of the best airport lounge experiences ever. I can't wait for them to open more locations. The food and drink emphasized local inspiration, so there's a connection beyond regular airport filler. The coffee art is on point and refreshing. And the absolute best part is the to go section, when connecting is tight or you want extra fuel for the plane its an absolute life saver.

Yelp
Visited lounge 6-7 times this year. The Capital One Lounge is outstanding! The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing before a flight. The food and drink options are top-notch, with a variety of fresh, delicious choices to suit any taste. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. Compare to other lounges from Chase this is way better.

Yelp
Wow! This is pretty fantastic! A relaxing but still kind of lively space with a complimentary bar, coffee bar (and a draft latte tap), a hot buffet, and grab and go food options. Plus, it's just a nice place to sit and relax, while not feeling like you are in the teeming throng of humanity that is Concourse C at Dulles. I really don't want to go to my gate when I could sit here a little longer.

Yelp
Uhmmmm Loved, loved, loved it! My first time in an airport lounge and man what have I been missing! Lol We were greeted so sweetly, and immediately headed to the full coffee bar for a delicious cappuccino. They have a nice grab and go section, sandwiches, fruit, salads, drinks if your in a hurry. But walking around the back they have a nice sitting area with a hot bar with small plates, fancy soda section, pastry/ dessert section. We grabbed a few things sat down and dug in, really loved the small bites, love to eat that way! Full bar in the middle of the room, who cares if it's 7am, I'm on vacation! Lol I went easy and got a mimosa type drink, prosecco on tap! Omg love it here! Lol Wish we had one in Jax! :)

Yelp
I've flown over 1.7 million miles and have been to 46 countries. So, I've seen a lot of airports and a lot of lounges. This is truly one of the best. Yea, it has a weird layout, and the temp is a little warm, but the lighting, music, and the food is great. Shrimp Bain mi? Yes! Mac and cheese? Yes! Loved the coconut tahini dessert and the smores. And the strawberry pop tarts are worth taking a few! The bar was open and airy. Clean and sleek. Loved it. Sadly they did not have Sauvignon blanc so I had an expertly crafted dirty martini. Loved the little touches like the tray being warm. The service was off the charts. A dirty plate or dish did not sit long.

Yelp
I've been to other capital one lounges before and this lounge definitely lived up to the standard, if not surpassed it! I'm used to having to wait such a long time to even get in the lounge. But I was able to just walk in and find a seat immediately. The food choices were amazing and delicious. (especially the mac and cheese! It's usually dry and the cheese isn't really melted at other locations, but it was so creamy here) I love the little cafe coffee bar. And as always, I love the to go options and how easy it is to pack up the non to go items too!

Yelp
I got to use my Capital one venture card to access their lounge finally. We were on our way to San Diego. We stopped at this lounge to have brunch. One of the best spreads of food I have seen. Bao buns with pork, lamb meatballs, cheese, eggs, fried rice, lots of desserts and lots of drinks options. It's an open bar and unlimited food. Take advantage of this lounge if you have the venture X card. Toilets are very clean and nicely maintained. Plenty of seating options with charging stations. Service was great!

Yelp
I absolutely love the capital one lounge. It makes having to be at Dulles significantly less painful. They're so friendly and the drinks and snacks are always great. I love to stock up on the blueberry yogurt pretzels to snack on during my flight. Also the grab and go sandwiches come in clutch as well.
google avatar

Ameena A.

Yelp
One of the nicest (if not the nicest) lounges I have ever been to! I found it to be: - Spacious - Clean - Luxurious - Friendly and fast with regard to service - Delicious with regard to food and drink offerings It seems like they always have an open coffee bar, an open liquor bar, and rotating food/buffet options depending on the time of day. My partner and I loooved the quality of the buffet food and took some snacks to go. I am seeing some other reviews state that it is busy; this was not my experience, so I wonder about the time of day? Cannot wait to return whenever I am at IAD!

Yelp
Awesome food and drink options! Enjoy your favorite cocktail and feel like a royalty in this lounge. Set a timer so that you don't miss your flight. Don't forget excellent carry out options for your plane ride.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been to this lounge multiple times now and enjoy it every time. This time it was the first time that I was turned away because the lounge was at capacity. When there is physically no space there is not much you can do, but what I think is unacceptable is that we couldn't even take one of the grab and go items that are right by the door. We were told there is a waitlist for that as well. Absolutely ridiculous to me.
google avatar

Sara R.

Yelp
Great lounge at Dulles with plenty of small bites to enjoy and excellent drinks. I especially love their Old Fashioned. There's ample seating, food to-go options, a bar, and a café bar. The lounge is consistently clean, the staff is very nice, the food keeps coming, and the restrooms are well-maintained.

Yelp
The Capital One Lounge at Dulles International airport is a well thought out, clean and very spacious club room. I think this airport club is so much better than all other clubs that I've been lucky enough to visit.

M M.

Yelp
3/17/2025 Everything was perfect. They have a grab and go section, a coffee bar, a parent room, conference room. I heard buffet so i hightailed it there even with just less than an hour layover. Presentation was perfect, portion size just right to see if I like it, clean and quiet. Food was sooo good, you can see the chefs walking around in their chefs hat and uniform. I loved the hash and surprising also loved the breakfast sandwich. Have to try it just once to see what it's like.
google avatar

Neil W.

Yelp
This lounge is frequently busy, so make sure to join the wait-list from the capital one app before you get to the airport. Not the largest lounge, there can be a bit of a flow issue around the food. It's difficult to fit a lot of food on your tray, as all the food comes in small plates or non-plate containers such as mini pans, so be prepared to take multiple trips to the food bar to try everything. Be warned that it may take a while for staff to come remove your finished tray when it's busy. Great decor, great food, but it's popularity is it's weakness, as the home airport of Capital One's headquarters.
google avatar

Yelp
Two check ins and I'm already a regular lol. This is my second time, I've been. It's a tad hidden. Once you get through pre-check, stay on the same level and hang right. Follow the wall and you can't miss it. If you're coming from regular security, I'm sure it's more of a trek. It's such a great lounge and a nice addition to DCA for those that aren't able to go to the other PP lounges. Simply give the VX card, they may ask for your boarding pass, you'll get a wifi password card, then you're all set. It's set up basically like a loop, when facing the back wall from the front: - The right hand wall has seating areas - Back wall is the bar, more seating, food and drink - Left has bathrooms and more seating - Front has the check in desk and the grab-and-go items. Solid, differing food items and there is plenty of space

Yelp
For travelers with a long layover at Dulles International Airport , the fairly new Capital One Lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating, a variety of delicious small plates, a full bar and a barista coffee booth. The best airport lounge we've been to so far (other than the ones we've visited in Asia) ! The staff is very attentive and the ambiance is very relaxing...Glad we got to visit this place, definitely we'll be coming back again on our next layover!

Yelp
Having been to the Denver capital one lounge earlier this month, I think IAD's is a lot more chill. The set-up is a bit weird and inconvenient, but I felt like I could relax as it didn't feel as crowded as the lounge in Denver. I was able to get a white chocolate latte (which tasted delicious!) and help myself to bites from the hot bar. The jam-filled pancake in a skillet was the most intriguing, and a sticky granola bowl with yogurt helped to balance it out! I was also able to get lunch to go! They have an ample amount of to-go foods, drinks, and snacks. I helped myself to a veggie wrap, a deconstructed key lime pie cup, and blueberry pretzels! I will need to fly through IAD more often---this lounge definitely ranks up at the top!
google avatar

Tzarina W.

Yelp
After feeling like a herd of cows in this airport it was a little refreshing to be in a lounge with less crowds of people. Service was nice as far as sitting us down to our table area and foods being refilled. This lounge was nicer than other lounges I've been to. There were ample outlets for recharging your devices. This is well worth going to but it was hard to find for sure. Ask where it is so you're not hunting for it.

Yelp
I love this lounge. I've been here twice now. Once in the morning in December and once in the afternoon in November. I have experienced both their afternoon service and their morning service. Both their breakfast service and their afternoon service was excellent. The first time I went the staff was nice, this was in the afternoon. The second time I went in the morning they were extremely friendly and amicable. I love how there are seven sections: a spirits bar, a coffee bar, a to-go section, a sweet section, a drinks section, a hot food section, and a quiet section to work. What I particularly like about this lounge from other lounges is the to-go food. The to-go feature with pre-made meals if you're in a time crunch is particularly great. Also, I get hungry on flights longer than 5 hours and the food from this lounge is better than the airlines these days. Their signature Cherry-Blossom chocolate is also a stunner . The only piece of critique I have for this lounge is there is an obvious lack of hearty meals which is a draw of some other lounges. I will not name the one I am thinking of but if I was hungry for a true meal rather than grazing on tapas I would choose that lounge over this one. So on the preferences side, if you are looking for a true meal before your flight this is not the lounge for you. But it definitely caters towards those who like little bites and cute drinks!

Yelp
Located right after TSA Precheck before gate transportation, the Capital One Venture X Lounge is the nicest lounge in IAD right now since it's the newest and has a good amount of the bells and whistles that you can think of for a lounge. The food and beverage selection here is hands down the best that I've ever had at any airport lounge (so far). The food is fresh and there's a wide variety for different dietary restrictions and/or preferences. There's a self-serve craft soda machine as well as a to-go station filled with fresh fruits, sandwiches, salads, and beverages. There's also a coffee bar where they can create a custom latte or you can also self-serve cold brew. I haven't partaken in the alcoholic beverages but there's a full service bar as well. The overall lounge is a U-shape space with different types of seating and plenty of outlets for your charging needs. There are also plenty of spacious bathrooms as well as family bathrooms for those with little ones which is always appreciated for a parent like myself. Plates and trash are picked up frequently from staff. The customer service was exceptional from check-in to leaving. The staff is friendly, engaging, and accommodating to ensure that you have a good experience in the lounge. When I was taking a few items from the to-go station, the staff restocking the station offered me a bag to put everything in! As our little family was leaving, we were offered cherry blossom chocolates (which also feature a QR code so you can submit a review for them!).

Yelp
Unbelievable. 35 minute wait to get in. Absolute disgrace. I JUST got this card due to my extensive travel and got screwed. Totally unacceptable. Could not try the food. Place looked jam packed. Lots of people and lined at food and bar. Messy.

Yelp
I haven't been to too many lounges, but the Capital One Venture X Lounge is definitely the best I've been to so far. It's located right past security (TSA pre-check), which was very convenient. The people working this past Christmas Eve were extremely pleasant. I only had to wait about 20 minutes in the afternoon before I was able to enter. After checking in, to your left, there is a pretty extensive coffee bar. There are a couple baristas who will craft any of their espresso drinks for you and pastries you can get to go along with your coffee. On the side, there are self-serving coffee options (cold brew, oatmilk draft latte from La Colombe -- sadly they were out) if you aren't feeling an espresso drink or don't feel like waiting in line. There is a big cafeteria/seating area in the back with lots of food and a whole bar if you want drinks. They had a lot of small plates, bite-sized options, which is great for sampling every option as well as reducing food waste. I got to try everything, but my personal favorites were the double chocolate brownies, prosciutto toast (slightly spicy, with some goat cheese and fruity sweetness), the cheese & salami sampler and the corn/cheese grits. I thought the tater tots with cheese and chicken sausage with mashed potatoes were quite solid, but they were a bit stale from sitting out too long. My favorite part about this lounge is that you can grab food (sandwiches, parfaits, acai bowls, etc.) and drinks (water, sparkling, soda, etc.) to go. You can ask the staff for a to-go back and pack some food for your flight. I brought back some sandwiches for my mom, who really enjoyed the turkey sandwich. Extremely generous, and the food is good. I'll never have to spend money for food on flight if I continue to fly out of IAD. Solid experience.

Yelp
Decent Lounge. Tasty food. Great service. Good coffee baristas. Lots of two-steps up and down so makes it interesting for roller cases. Half the size of the one in DFW.

Yelp
We had trouble finding the place. The signs were not clear and we had to asked airport staff. It offered a selection of complimentary amenities throughout the lounge, including the working room, parents room and a children's play area. There were plenty of sofas that were equipped within charging stations. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt like i was sipping tea in my own living room with soft music in the background. The service was outstanding, especially the bartender who was cheerful and efficient. It had a refresh drink station and a refuel snack food/tapas station. It also had a limited selection of desserts. Some of them were quite tasty. Highly recommend to stop by for a quick charge before your flight.

Yelp
This is like the Ritz Carlton of all lounges. I'm happy that I am a Capital One Venture X card holder for whom these lounges are targeted. Welcome experience was like a hotel check-in, extremely courteous. The decor is like a 5 star hotel lobby with artwork and extremely large space for seating. The bar is the size of a restaurant bar with excellent cocktails and local beer. Good food in a airport lounge is rare. This place had world class food. Spicy Thai shrimp bao, deviled eggs, crostini spiced and more. A great fountain of excellent sodas. The staff is extremely courteous. They have a coffee bar and a to-go for counter, right at the entrance. We even got chocolate on our way out. This was a world class experience, everything we would expect from Capital One.

Yelp
The newly opened lounge at IAD is conveniently located for those with TSA Precheck or Clear just past the checkpoint and one floor up. People at the counter were friendly and quickly checked your card and flight tickets. There is a pre-packaged food and drink to-go area at the front with a variety of options if you are in a rush. The seating area includes a mix of bar, booth, and tables with some more secluded options next to power outlets for those who need to get some work done. The buffet has a good a wide range from soups, appetizers, and some entrees. Small portion sizes but it's a buffet, just go back again! The quality of food pleasantly surprised us for a lounge. The bar had plenty of cocktails, local beers, tea, and coffee options. Lastly, there were plenty of bathrooms throughout the lounge which were nicely stocked and very clean which is nice to have compared to the older bathrooms scattered throughout the terminals.

Yelp
Excellent experience at the new Capital One Lounge in IAD! Tarek, Millie, Shanese were incredible bartenders, I got the espresso martini & the bees knees and they knocked my socks off. Will be getting the Rickey next - wanted to write this review before The food was delicious and so diverse, especially for a vegetarian like myself . The desserts were sooo yummy too. The cookies are to die for especially with the draft La Columbe. Cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
The Capital One airport lounge at Dulles is a haven for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The ambiance exudes relaxation, boasting ample space equipped with plentiful outlets, ensuring a stress-free charging experience. The culinary offerings are a standout, with delectable options like the guacamole and deviled eggs. The bar doesn't disappoint either, especially with the must-try Bee's Knees cocktail, complemented by the friendly bartenders who add to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The only downside might be the limited access window, allowing entry only 3 hours prior to your flight. However, its strategic location right across the TSA Precheck entrance makes it easily accessible. You can also gather some grab-and-go's sandwiches and snacks and a coffee/drink made by their barista. Overall, a great lounge and will be returning soon.

Yelp
Such a unique experience visiting here. The beef short rib was so tender and the cherry compote was super delicious. Never passing up an opportunity for complimentary food and drinks. The visit to the lounge alone was worth the 45 minute drive from Dulles to DC. Clean and modern space and it was nice that the Capital One cafe was incorporated for those who need a grab and go before their flight!

Yelp
The Capital One Venture X Lounge recently opened up at Dulles, right inside the main terminal past the security checkpoint. Currently, they're in their soft opening phase in which the hours are reduced, which will soon transition into their standard hours. There are lockers where you can store your belongings, gender-neutral restrooms, a work area with plenty of access to power/USB outlets, and even a children's area with appropriate seating. The grab-and-go section has various beverages, granola bowls, salads, sandwiches, pastries, and even cold brew on tap (Colombe!). There's even a nice bar area, where it features the Bee's Knees, that some may recognize from trying at Bresca! I also liked that they had multiple flight boards throughout the lounge area so you're always in the loop of all updates on flights. There are no shower stations here. Staff are friendly! Note that you must hold a Capital One Venture Rewards card to access. +Colombe on tap! +located in Dulles' main terminal +friendly staff

Yelp
Very friendly front desk staff... Food: - they have a to-go area which is nice. The sandwich bread is kind of hard but otherwise, ok. - The food is better than at the United Club. There are more options. - They have a good selection of beverages. Nothing name brand which is ok. - they did run out of food a lot. So you had to jump at it as they put it out. Space: - nice and clean. No ramps so for those with wheel chairs. Not a big deal, I had rolling luggage but it wasn't hard to carry them up two steps. - it's a smaller lounge but it wasn't too packed when we went.

Yelp
Just past the TSA precheck, this lounge is hidden behind a large column. You show your boarding pass and a Capital One Venture X credit card. It's pretty nice here. They have a full bar setup and a self serve small bites section. They also offer a to-go station where food is already packaged for your takeout. With only a short time before our flight, we did imbibe in a couple of mimosas and Bloody Mary's, all generous pours. The bar server was very attentive.

Yelp
Hot finger foods were very tasty and the drinks were phenomenal. The standout for me was the Thai shrimp bao. The bartenders are so friendly and accommodating. I really was in a quandary. i really wanted the non alcoholic Rock Creek refresher which had green tea, cucumber and bubbling yuzu. but also wanted a splash of alcohol to help relax me for the upcoming 14 hour flight to Doha and another 9 and half hour to the Philippines. The bartender realized my indecision and just offered to add Tito's or Kettle one vodka. It was a no brainer. I had one and it was epic! This is very nice chill lounge. Nice views and at the time of our visit it was half empty. So relaxing and It's right outside TSA pre.

Yelp
Had a 3 hour delay for my fly through but this lounge made the time go by much faster. Everyone was friendly and I ate so much food. Also got coffee and a cocktail for free. I hope I can hit this lounge on the way back too hopefully no delay. Only issue is that it's kind of hidden. Basically you have to look for an elevator with minimal Signage near a Dunkin' Donuts in the main terminal. Also the bathroom are very clean!

Yelp
I've been to Centurion lounges, American, United, Delta, and a few other Priority pass lounges and I definitely loved this one!! As a capital one member with a Venture card I only get two visits a year but to try it while it's still new, it was quite worth it. The lounge has some nice views but no TVs which was kind of a nice change to not have news or sports blaring. The bartender was top notch- she took care of us, making great cocktails and stopping in and topping off our beers before we left. Usually the bartenders are so busy your just another number but this particular bartender went above and beyond. Food choices were good and hot! We enjoyed the breakfast, with the breakfast sandwiches, potato kugel, strawberry pop tarts, and cheesy grits as the main star of the show. The special Lost Rhino beer was nice and so was the sunset spritz. No showers but nice bathrooms and working spaces. The grab and go area was the coolest thing- I personally hate airline food but knowing I could take a pre packaged sandwich, trail mix or a drink was awesome!

Yelp
Exciting to see another CapOne lounge pop up at a home airport. I have spent significant frequency at the DFW location. Of course brand spanking new is always great. Food, drink, and snack selections are the high quality tapas style as expected, with grab and go options, currently still unique to CapOne. One downside is the staff here. Perhaps more training is needed, but the staff is nowhere near as pleasant and welcoming as the DFW staff is. Even the barista who made my latte..it didn't taste as good as DFW's. Work to be done but great to see a quality lounge at IAD that isn't overrun with priority pass guests!!

Yelp
This is an excellent lounge and right outside of TSA security checkpoint. I came in October and it was clean and not too crowded. They had great food. The coffee bar was great too with great staff and cute drinks. They also have to-go food, drinks, utensils, and bags for you to take for an onboard meal. There was plenty of outlets and the seats were pretty comfy too. This really tempts me to go and get the Venture X card so I can get into the lounges myself!

Yelp
My friend took me to the Capital One Venture X Lounge at Dulles last week on our way to Dublin. It was my first airport lounge, and it probably spoiled me for any others! Full bar (cocktails, wine, beer), bites to go (sandwiches, hummus, fruit), coffee bar, a hot food bar (lots of small plates to choose from) - all free if you have access to enter. The seating was comfortable and spacious, and it had cool vibes. The bartender was exceptionally grumpy, and some of the small plates weren't great (but overall, the food was quite good) are my only complaints. If you have access to the lounge, I definitely recommend checking it out if you have access.

Yelp
The lounge provides a comfortable and relaxing experience with its ample amenities and thoughtfully designed space. The food menu changes throughout the day and is decent for the most part. I did enjoy the plethora of options for bites & libations. Every staff is accommodating, so there's no issue. If you have the privilege & time, I'd recommend you stopping by here before your next destination!

Yelp
The one in Dallas is a step up from this, but over-all this was not a bad place to spend some time. I recently upgraded to Venture X, so I am lounge-hopping to my heart's content. I've been there twice. Once alone and once I took two friends. We found the food to be plentiful and good. Everyone who works there is very nice, except for one of the coffee baristas. He was a little weird with me- I won't get into the details, but he seemed unusually angry or upset about something. Maybe just a bad day. Everyone else was awesome. We had to wait about 15 minutes for clearance and we were given a specific table, which was actually great, because we didn't have to search for space ourselves. It is a bit crowded with not enough bathrooms and no showers available like some of its counterparts. I can't wait to try the one in Denver.

Yelp
What a lovely place to kill some time at the airport. I saw this place after going through TSA Pre security. Lots of seating with power. Lots of little snacks. Espresso coffee drinks, orange juice, etc., and all complimentary. So glad I found this little oasis. I'll definitely stop here on my way out on my next trip.
