Capital One Lounge at Dulles

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and hosted me to perfection. The front desk assistant, Fatima, was kind, welcoming and genuine. I have travelled all around the world and been to the best lounges in Dubai, Qatar, and multiple European countries. But the ambience, hospitality and quality of food in the Capital One Lounge at Dulles beats them all. Kudos to the management team who have kept the place clean, well organized, and really cozy.

I love coming to this lounge! The staff members are always nice and the food comes out fresh and flavorful. I like how hot food is placed in smaller plates; it's less wasteful and ensures the food you get was prepared recently. Their to-go options are plentiful and their coffee bar is unique. They even offer pastries from local bakeries! By far the best lounge I've been to when it comes to food and drink offerings!

A great stop before the flight for both businesses and personal travel. The food is always superb and the staff are always so friendly. As a mom, I really appreciate the parent’s room which is a peaceful place to feed a baby or change the diaper, which is hard to find. The lounge is stroller friendly. The grab and go option before the flight is clutch. Passing by the lounge makes for a very pleasant travel experience out of Dulles. Highly recommend for those considering.

May I say this is the best lounge in the US? The services, the foods, the drinks, the snacks. Last but not least, The Staffs 🩷🩷 this lounge is everything I could ask for!! I forgot to try their bar but will surely try next time.

My favorite lounge! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I love that the food is served on small platters instead of buffet style like other lounges. It’s always fresh and many different delicious options. The bar is great too with an extensive cocktail menu. LOVE the takeaway already packaged food for the plane- the chicken salad sandwich is my fav. I come earlier than I normally would to to airport to enjoy this lounge!

Food wise, this is one of the best lounges available at Dulles and the food quality is top notch. Especially for breakfast, they absolutely ace the breakfast offering. Tons of good variety from the buffet. The to-go offering is super unique as well.

While the lounge offers a commendable selection of fresh small platters, the overall food quality is solid but falls short compared to the more refined offerings at the Sapphire Lounge. Though the variety is pleasing, the execution lacks the elevated finesse that some travelers may expect. Nonetheless, the atmosphere, excellent service, and standout bar selection still make this lounge a worthwhile experience, particularly for its convenience and pre-packaged takeaway options.

As Capital One Venture X holders , we are beyond PLEASED with the Lounge at IAD. The staff is so accommodating & welcoming . The cocktails they offer are an “experience” 🍸 and the bartenders are so friendly!!! Tarek was amazing during our visit today. We came back from Paris and this experience matched the whole trip. Thank you Tarek for making the end of our Europe trip great, with your excellent customer service and experience!!
