Outstanding service is what I come to expect at Capital One lounges and the new Las Vegas location exceeds expectations. Excellent hot plate selection. More than ample sweets and desserts. A few differences from the DFW lounge are that this one lacks a prayer room, showers and fitness center but has more quiet rooms and more gender neutral restrooms. I think they're the same as unisex restrooms found elsewhere. I forgot the managers name but want to give her kudos regardless for running such an exemplary lounge with polite and efficient staff ONE SUGGESTION: tone down the music, otherwise the ambience is on point

Google
A solid lounge with an incredibly large grab-and-go section. The grab-and-go section had an extensive selection of breakfast options, light lunch, snacks and a coffee area. Compared to the AmEx Centurion Lounge this is a great lounge, especially if you need something quick. The interior space is smaller than the AmEx lounge but very beautiful. In terms of food, AmEx offers a self-serve buffet but nothing to go, while the Capital One lounge features pre-portioned dishes, but a huge grab-and-go section.

Located near Concourse D, Gate 50. I got there around 5 AM, right when they opened, so it was pretty empty. The lounge's design is stunning, offering a panoramic view of the airport and the aircraft outside. I had seen online that they offer Suzuya macarons in the afternoon as part of their tea service, but since I was there so early, I didn't expect to get any. Luckily, the staff was super kind and went out of their way to track some down for us! I especially love the grab-and-go options, it’s perfect if you need something quick before rushing to your flight and they’re the only lounge that offers this. I always grab some water & a chocolate chip cookie! Best part of it all, everything is complimentary when you have the Capital One Venture X card but it’s a huge bummer they’re removing the complimentary 2 guests option beginning next February.

The Capital One Lounge at LAS is a fantastic addition to the airport. From the moment you walk in, it feels upscale and thoughtfully designed. The space is sleek and modern, with plenty of comfortable seating that makes waiting for your flight actually enjoyable. One standout feature: the spacious private bathrooms. Not only are they pristine, but they add a level of luxury you don’t often find in airport lounges. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was genuinely great—fresh, flavorful, and far beyond typical airport fare. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this lounge is a game-changer. Highly recommend stopping by if you have access—it’s a classy, comfortable oasis in the middle of the travel hustle.

First time at the Capital One Lounge Las Vegas — and wow, what an experience! ✨ From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and quickly checked in. They even offered me a work room — perfect since I had a bit of admin work to finish (and of course, wanted a drink 🍸). The bartenders were amazing and had great recommendations! The food and drinks were, as always, top-notch. And when I was heading out, everyone wished me safe travels — such a nice touch! Thank you, Capital One Lounge Vegas, for making my visit such a relaxing and memorable one. 💙✈️

Google
Nice lounge located in D gates at Terminal 3 Harry Reid, Las Vegas. I've grown to prefer this lounge over the AMEX Centurion Lounge located nearby. The food is above standard for an airport lounge, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service staff always seem to want to go above and beyond for you. I'm not a fan of the restroom layouts, they have transitioned to all gender mini suites so there is always a wait if the lounge is busy, but the staff does a great job at keeping them clean. There is also a take away selection if you just have a few minutes to drop in before your flight departs.

Google
Capital One Lounge is one of the best lounges. The decor and ambiance is one of sophistication and on trend. The bar is absolutely beautiful and the seating is stylish. The floor to ceiling windows look into the terminal and out onto tarmac. When you check in, you will also pass the to-go set of food and water, which on your way out, self serve what you want to take with you. I always suggest taking at least the carton of water to stay hydrated on the plane. Walking into the main lounge, the bar is on your right and the food the private workrooms are on the left. The food is always good from southern home cooking to ethnic tastes with lots of variety. For breakfast there were hot choices, cold, and room temp foods. Food choices change out with seasons so coming on a different day could have different choices. Seating all has access to outlets including the tables with wingback chairs, and outlets at the booths. The seating is comfortable and the lounge was clean. The lounge is conveniently located a few stores to the right after you get up the escalators.

Google
Modern, spacious and upscale. Restaurant quality food, Top notch service too. When it’s busy, you may need to wait though. We arrived at noon time and got 22 in waiting list. We waited about 30 minutes. The moment I stepped in, I felt it’s worth the wait. They limit the number of guests to guarantee the high quality experience. We went to the Club lounge near E gates while waiting where only limited cold food available.

Yelp
A really great and upscale CC lounge. Bathrooms are so clean and very well maintained. Food options are so nice and well crafted. The bar does decent pours and doesn't skimp out. Everyone there is so nice and gracious. I've never had a bad experience with any of them. Gratuitous take out options from sandwiches to quick parfaits and snacks. I highly recommend the Venture X credit card!

Yelp
Capital One Lounge is one of the premiere lounges with fun little perks that are worth checking out! Over the several visits to Vegas, I had the opportunity to take myself and guests to the Capital One Lounge and it has always been a good time! They have a limited selection of hot foods, desserts, and pre-made salads. They also have a bar for a nice cocktail or drinks (anything top shelf is extra). For non-drinkers, they have a selection of craft sodas and specialty teas. What really sets this lounge apart is the take-away area where they have a few sandwiches, salads, and snacks to pack and get to go! Very nice if you have a super long flight ahead. Sadly, Captial One Lounge is getting rid of their free guests starting February 1, 2026... It was definitely one of the draws of having the card! If you have the card, definitely make it a point to visit!

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Capital One Lounge Harry Reid, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing evening. The food was a standout, showcasing a delightful range of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. Service at Capital One Lounge Harry Reid was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They made us feel genuinely welcomed, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Capital One Lounge Harry Reid offers an excellent combination of great food, superb service, and a cozy atmosphere. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return for another wonderful meal. Highly recommended!

Yelp
I finally had the chance to check out the Las Vegas lounge after a rough experience the first time I tried to visit. This time, I was in Las Vegas for work and arrived at a decent time. Even though there were sixteen parties ahead of me on the waitlist, I was able to get in within about 20 minutes, which was a relief. I only stayed in the lounge for around 20 minutes because of timing -- my flight was in a different terminal, so I had to make this a quick visit. Even so, I was able to enjoy a cappuccino and some snacks. Since it was the afternoon and I was in the mood for something sweet, I grabbed a few cookies along with my cappuccino. Of course, one of the main reasons I use the lounge is for the to-go food options. The selections were essentially the same as other Capital One lounges I've visited. I ended up taking a falafel wrap, which I've had before, but it would be nice if they expanded their vegetarian to-go options in the future. Overall, when you're treated well and get the chance to access the lounge, it's a solid experience. There are plenty of food and drink options, and with how busy Las Vegas airport can get, being one of the lucky travelers who gets to relax in the lounge before a flight is definitely a nice perk.

Yelp
Wonderful kind service from the moment I walked in. The person who checked me in also walked me to a table inside this large lounge. Plenty of drinks on tap! Fun. Cream soda, raspberry soda, cola, sparkling water, more. Food was in little plates, nice presentation There is a bar with festive garnish on top of the cocktails. There's beer, wine, non abv choices too On you way out grab some things from the to go station out front: yogurt pretzels, salad, fruit cups, falafel wrap, sandwich, teas.

Yelp
10/10 lounge I've been to soo many lounges globally in my life and wow this is 10/10 lounge experience. This is an intentionally curated space for the frequent traveler in ways I've not seen before. It's not just the big elements it's the small touches that makes it next level. Most lounges say you can't take anything out, this one has to go and little gift bags you can make yourself on the way out a grab and go. The food is exceptional, the drinks even better. This is a 10/10 experience and I hope I come back

Yelp
Wow thoroughly impressed by this lounge. Prolly one of the best lounge experience in the states. Their food, drinks and libation selection is top notch and customer service inside is also elevated. Everyone was so nice. I'm impressed by the libation selection as it is from Herbs and Rye which is one of our favorite spots to dine outside the strip. Also impressed that they have a grab and go selection for those who have minimum layover time but still get to use this perk. As of right now, they allow 2 guests with your membership and kids under 2 are free

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a Capital One Lounge, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. I arrived around 2 p.m. and was checked in right away. I found the space to be beautiful! It was modern, clean, and relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and layout. The staff were friendly, and everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The food and drink selection was way better than I expected for an airport lounge. I really enjoyed the Bruschetta, and my partner hasn't stopped talking about how the short rib was perfectly fatty, tender, and flavorful. One of my favorite parts was the Grab-and-Go section. Super convenient! I grabbed a bottled water and a small salad to take with me before boarding. Overall, this lounge sets the bar high. Great food, friendly service, and a comfortable space to relax before my flight. I'll definitely be back next time I fly through LAS!

Yelp
Very fortunate to have one of the first Capital One lounges at LAS. It's always better to try things earlier as you know Capital One wants to make a good early impression as they continue to build out their lounge network. At LAS, they've claimed a very convenient location right by the central atrium of the D gates. This means that although they're officially listed in Terminal 1, it's in the satellite Terminal 1 building and you will be very close to tram access to both the primary Terminal 1 building as well as Terminal 3. Thus, access to this lounge won't really be affected by what gate your flight is at, provided you can budget enough time for a potential tram ride. This lounge has never been too packed even at busier hours, although their private workspaces may be harder to reserve during those times. Food has always been great, and there is a wide variety of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as snacks. Their grab-and-go counter by the entry counter is super clutch if you don't have time to stick around. Capital One lounges also offer chocolates with local themes, so make sure to try the Desert Flower flavor unique to LAS when you're at the entry counter. An excellent lounge objectively, and an elite lounge for US standards.

Yelp
Wow, this is hands down the best airport lounge I've been to. The staff here are so nice and make you feel so welcomed. The lounge is high end and impeccably cleaned. It is so spacious. If you are on a tight schedule, near the entrance is a grab-n-go area with provided bags so you can bring sandwiches and snacks to your flight. Beyond that is a hallway that leads to a row of single room, large bathrooms. They are so tasteful, they even have artwork inside. The main area has a full service bar and hot food. The hot food area reminds me of the Las Vegas buffets. Everything is plated in single portion sizes so you just grab the dish and put it on your tray - you don't have to worry about people picking through the food. By the way, the food is delicious with a great variety of options. They even had caviar to go with the champagne being served. The drinks here are also nothing to sneeze at. They have unique carbonated flavors, as well as delicious coffee and tea offerings. I'm not going to lie, I'm considering flying out of LAS more often because of this lounge.

Yelp
I came here last week and spent about half an hour here. I had about an hour and a half before my flight was going to depart, so I came straight to the Cap1 Lounge to be put on the waitlist. The gal in front wasn't very nice. I asked her how long the wait list would take, but all she responded in an almost annoying way, that she doesn't know and only said that there's 12 people in front of me and to figure it out myself (eg wait for the text to arrive). I've only been at the Cap1 Lounge at IAD (where folks were friendlier and more helpful), so the initial rude attitude of the front line staff didn't sit well with me. Fortunately I had about a half hour wait, so I was able to get my fill of food and coffee before my flight. Food was pretty tasty, and comparable to my previous Cap1 lounge experience at IAD. I enjoyed the easily accessible cold brew on tap, which was nice because I helped myself to a few cups. I was traveling on a holiday weekend, and despite being on a busy travel day, the lounge wasn't too packed or noisy. So definitely some positives here. I would go give this lounge an 4 star rating due to its food and beverage offerings, but I dropped down 0.5 stars for its rating due to the rudeness of the front line staff. So overall a 3.5 star rating, rounded down to 3 stars. I hope that they can address the customer service skills of the folks registering folks in. They are the first people that customers interact with, and ideally should promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Yelp
Having a Capital One credit card allowed me to spend 3 hours before my flight. The food selections were amazing. There were small plates of salads, entrees and desserts. There is also a full bar as well. There are only 4 other locations that has a Capital One lounge at the airport. Ambiance is beautiful and have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable helpful.
google avatar

Yelp
Another Capital One lounge worth visiting if you're fortunate to have your departure gate at this terminal. They have a decent selection of food and the amenities are very comfortable. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Located at the D Gates, the Capital One Lounge is my current go to lounge to pre-game in before my flight. This lounge has a very contemporary high end feel with a full bar ready to serve some tasty cocktails. The food offerings are served in mini-dishes or bowls to help offset food waste. I enjoy this and the presentation works for IG postings. Everything I've had there has been tasty and pretty healthy as well. The coffee is always freshly brewed and i love the hot tea offerings. The sodas are not pepsi or coke but their own lighter soda flavors. I love the view of the lounge overlooking the D gates as I enjoy my food. There's free wifi and plenty of charging ports to keep you productive. The bathrooms were always spotless on each visit. The staff is so friendly. They clear tables quickly so patrons are never waiting for a table to be cleared. Great work. My favorite section by far is the grab n go section out in the lounge. Every time I leave grab: boxed water, a wrap and blueberry dipped pretzels in a to go snack bag. Fantastic. I'll continue to visit hours before my flights in the near future. Safe Travels!

Yelp
It's a great lounge for sure. It's modern and new. They stock the buffet table frequently, enough food to go around and the food are presented well too. However, I think there are just too many sweets and not enough greens/veggies and protein. Maybe for the 2 times I'm there are all before 12 pm? With that note, I did find salad in acupuncture in the grab & go section. The service is good. They come pick up your plates frequently. I look forward to come in here and get a nice refuel when I fly.
google avatar

Yelp
Really love this lounge. Lots of food for you to take away if you just want to stop by and grab some drink and food if you are in a rush. Note to myself.. For the baked goods, their chocolate chip cookie, brownie and tiramisu cake was good. I'd avoid the coconut cookie and ginger bread cookie next time.

Yelp
This lounge is an absolute gem tucked into the Las Vegas airport -- modern, calm, and shockingly delicious. The staff here are pros: attentive, friendly, and fast. You're not just "waiting for a flight" here -- you're being taken care of. Let's get into the food, because that's where this place really shines. I tried a little of everything: the chilled wedge salad was fresh and crunchy with just the right hit of creamy dressing and crumbled blue cheese. The steak? Rich and tender, with a deep red wine reduction that made it feel like a fine dining bite. The chicken was juicy and came on a bed of Israeli couscous with grilled zucchini -- hearty without being heavy. The turkey meatball in marinara was surprisingly great, packed with flavor and topped with melty cheese. And the mushrooms -- perfectly sautéed and earthy, almost like something you'd get at a trendy bistro. Dishes are easy to grab and replenished rapidly. Top it off with bottomless drinks, sleek decor, and views of the terminal below, and this place makes a very strong case for showing up to the airport early. Pro tip: don't skip the takeaway area. They've got a full spread of ready-made sandwiches, snacks, chips, cookies, fruit -- all beautifully packaged and perfect to grab for your flight. Capital One raised the bar. This is the future of airport lounges.
google avatar

Nil G.

Yelp
A sleek and modern Capital One lounge at LAS. While it doesn't boast extravagant amenities, the space is comfortable, well-designed, and a welcome retreat from the bustle of the airport. The real standout is the wine selection--surprisingly high quality for an airport lounge and definitely a notch above the usual offerings.

Yelp
In my opinion, this is one of the better lounges. Cocktails and food here are very good. This location does not have a QR code for ordering food, just a buffet but that is fine with me. I was here around 6:30pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all, actually relatively empty. I chose a seat at the bar because I saw a bunch of drinks I wanted to try and I had to finish some work so the bar fit my laptop, food, and drinks better. Also I saw that all the tables had outlets at the tables as well which is great! If you like plane watching, there is a very good view past the buffet area. I got the following items to eat: -blini with caviar - caviar in true Vegas fashion. Honestly, doesn't taste like much; I expected the caviar to be saltier. -grilled chicken thigh with lemon butter and pearl couscous - pretty tasty, I would've personally preferred more lemon but I also like things super lemony so can't judge by my tastes. -steakhouse truffle short rib with pea puree - tasty, but was a little dry probably because it was sitting in the buffet for a bit. -truffle mushroom "steak" with pea puree - pretty tasty but needed more salt and pepper which you can find by the utensils behind you. -esquites - pretty good but wish the corn was sweeter; needed more seasoning with salt and pepper behind the buffet. -peach panzanella salad - soooo good! I loved how tangy and sweet the peaches and tomatoes were in this dish. -tiramisu - didn't seem like much on first impressions but I loved the taste of this. I got the following drinks to try (was definitely buzzed by the end of the night but made my flight!). The bartenders were super friendly here! -Cop in a Raincoat - very tasty first drink -High Roller - like a sparkling mint mojito which is mixed with a hydration booster; if you like mojitos, 100% get this -White Lion - like a white russian; that spiced brown sugar foam is delicious, I can totally just drink the foam. Mixed in with the drink was very good as well. -Lost Creek Spritz - if you like citrusy drinks, this one is for you! It's a lighter and sparkling limoncello drink and I loved it. -Good Luck Charm - like an old fashioned, but honestly didn't like this much. -Green Goblin (Frozen) - strong drink but delicious because I love Ford's Gin. You can ask for a smaller sample of this drink since it's a frozen drink and I only wanted to try as much of the menu as possible. Because I didn't like the Good Luck Charm much, the bartender made me another drink. But since I don't like to waste, I finished both drinks and somehow made my flight. I also grabbed the following from the to go section on my way out to my flight: -ham and swiss pretzel sandwich -stuffed doughnut - loved this dessert as well, as it wasn't terribly sweet -mini croissant - a little dry by the time I had it but still pretty good. Overall, I would definitely come back to specifically go to this lounge (maybe for another layover somehow).

Yelp
Clean location, attentive staff, not overcrowded. Everything people look for in an airport lounge. It's the newest Capital One lounge and I believe the newest airport lounge at LAS, so all of these are to be expected. Foods great, bathrooms are some of the nicest and most sanitary public bathrooms I've been in anywhere...ever. Plenty of food options and full service complimentary bar. Capital one is currently leading the way in terms of luxury when it comes to airport lounges, I'm interested in seeing if they can continue to hold that title.

Yelp
Love coming in here as an alternative to Centurion. They offer small plates which js great - just hoping for more GF options! Bartenders are very nice and they also make lattes etc which is a nice offering!

Yelp
Located at Terminal D. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The staff is excellent. The lounge is super spacious and clean. All the items are pre portioned into individual portions. I came for breakfast and they had items like salmon avocado toast, shashuka, potato hash. They had pastry items too. Full bar and coffee and tea. The best part is all the Togo items you can take with you on your flight such as fruit cups, salads, sandwiches, fruit. You can pack snack like banana chips and trail mix. They also have Togo cups for coffee. Overall a great experience and so much better than the priority pass lounge in the airport.

Yelp
Recently visited this lounge on our way out of Las Vegas. The food was great with great presentation for a lounge. The decor was very modern, minimal, and relaxing - a great place to relax before your flight. There were plenty of staff who constantly cleaned the tables. My only complaint is how small the lounge was in comparison to the C1 lounge in Denver.

Yelp
The facilities and gorgeously designed and staff were all very polite, fast and attentive. Loved the clean private bathrooms, closed door workspaces and even private resting/zen room with massage chair and twinkling star ceiling lights. The custom lighting above the bar area was beautiful, and the overall ambiance looking over the windows to the airport is stunning. I loved the custom artwork featured around the area as well. That being said, the food and drinks were disappointing. I've been to 2 other Capital One lounges, and both had better food than this one. I'm not sure if it was because I was at this location so late (flight was at midnight so the earliest I could get into the lounge was 9 PM), but all the food looked visually appealing but tasted very bland. The turkey meatball in the pasta was tasteless, the couscous in multiple dishes (I tried the to-go caprese salad that had couscous and the chicken couscous dish) had no flavoring at all, just plain pasta. The beef short rib and tomato bruschetta were ok. The dressing was way too sharp for the blue cheese wedge salad. The majority of desserts and sweets were a let down, a lot were very dried out like they had been sitting out for hours. The only ones I liked were the fruity pebbles mini scones, olive oil cake, and fresh baked cookies in the grab and go section. The white bean salad in the grab and go section was SO BLAND, literally unflavored mushed white bean paste topped with sad shredded salad. I did like the pretzel roll ham and cheese sandwiches. The drinks were a similar story, although they did have coffee and mixed drink selections, they were not as tasty or fancy as other Capital One lounges'. Pretty, but bland. Lastly, this is more overall policy-related but they should really post at the doors or make more clear their policy of only allowing guests in 3 hrs before the flight. My family didn't know until we showed up with all our luggage only to be told we had to wait 10 more minutes in order to be let in, and so awkwardly just stood outside the lounge waiting for them to let us in. Email or push notifications of when we can arrive would have been helpful or a little more flexibility on the timing for entry.
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Don't believe the wait time. It indicated 30 min on the app. I have been waiting for almost an hour but get kicked off if don't return for checkin within 10 minutes smh
google avatar

Luke H.

Yelp
Really it's a 4.5 since there weren't that many high protein or meat options on the breakfast Buffett but the service from the staff took it to 5. Also, the grab and go egg and bacon croissant breakfast sandwich saved the day as well. I typically go to the Amex centurion lounge at LAS but I'll be going here from now on. Capital one lounge is way less crowded and the staff are at the top of their game. Well done, Capital one!
google avatar

Ashley L.

Yelp
I've been to IAD capital one lounge and thought that one was top notch. But this lounge by far is top tier! The space is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Love that there are chairs overlooking a view of the hustle and bustle inside LAS airport. The staff is very friendly, constantly cleaning tables and ensuring food is stocked. I came for lunch and the food was phenomenal. The chocolate chip cookies are served on a hot plate warmer and they are sooo good, I had to take some to go. I love that capital one lounges encourage you to take food to go. Definitely try to come to the airport early (at most 3 hours before your flight) to make sure you stop in here because it does fill up quickly! We were initially put on a waitlist, so we stopped by The Club lounge prior to, which definitely does not hold a candle to this lounge.
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
The lounge had pretty good food. It was a little crowded when we first arrived but eventually cleared up. The drinks weren't anything to rave about, but the food is definitely much better than most other lounges. The grab and go was also a great part of the lounge since I had a connection also so having a sandwich in the back pocket was a great thing to have. Overall the lounge was comfortable.
google avatar

Ahmed H.

Yelp
Great lounge. Well managed. The staff was nice. The food menu wasn't as great as the IAD lounge imo but still 5/5. The quiet room was great to unwind. Thankfully they require you to book 30 minute sessions instead of allowing one person to camp out in it the whole time
google avatar

Justine A.

Yelp
It's a very nice place to relax before your flight. All the food are small plates and there's plenty of different items to choose from. The food and drinks are free. You can even take some of the snacks at the front to go and take with you on the plane. Good way to spend time waiting for your plane
google avatar

Rexie S.

Yelp
If you are a Capital One Venture X member I highly recommend coming to this lounge ! Our flight was delayed 3x but staying here was so worth it. Friendly staff. Very clean. They have a bar, Buffett and Togo stations. My favorite was the chocolate chip cookies & they had caviar!

Jaemin K.

Yelp
It's a clean lounge with nice ambiance. But for me, lounge is about food. I feel like this place doesn't make good food on purpose? This is just a nice area for you to rest. Service is excellent.

Yelp
On our way to the airport, the Capital One app told me there was a 35-45 minute wait to get into the lounge, so I added us to the waitlist in the cab on the way there. Right as we got through security I got a text that said we could get into the lounge, so it was perfect timing. Our gate was in the C's and the lounge is on the D's, but the train takes you there quickly without leaving the secure area. They were metering the entrance to the lounge all night, and it never even remotely felt full or busy. I felt like they could have let a few more people in at a time. The selection of food and desserts wasn't as tasty as what I've had in the Denver lounge, but it was varied. They play music in this lounge which makes it have a more "Vegas" feel than the other lounges. It's comfortable and the employees are friendly and quick to clear empty plates. All in all, a great place to spend a few hours waiting for a flight.

Yelp
As a paying annual fee for their credit card, I am upset on the service . It was my second time visiting this lounge. I was told the first time i visited, I can use the to go area to grab quick snacks upon arrival and landing. I did not enter the lounge for arrival. However, this time around I was denied to grab any snacks upon arrival . To me this says that there are inconsistencies that need to be rectified.

Yelp
Such a fantastic lounge! Traveled recently out of terminal 3 and planned to visit the Priority Lounge but saw this lounge just opened. I have a venture x card and we stopped in. They had only been open for a few weeks and it was beautiful. So clean, spacious, very friendly and helpful staff. The manager, I believe her name was Casey, came over and introduced herself. They had all kinds of hot food, snacks, drinks, coffee bar, plentiful bathrooms and meeting spaces. They also have plenty of grab and go items by the door, to take with you on your flight. I wish we'd had more time to spend there. I'm looking forward to going back the next time I fly out of terminal 3

Yelp
Newly opened two months ago and it shows. This was our second visit to any lounge, previously a guest to the Amex Centurion Lounge on way to Reno. First rule, do not arrive more than 3 hrs prior to departure because they time your entrance. We passed the time wandering around Terminal C until it was time for us to enter. The lounge is beautiful with maroon and navy furnishings set against maple colored backdrop. The entree offerings this afternoon were : roasted heirloom carrots; caviar belini; shortrib; steak and truffle; chicken with rice; and falafel with hummus. All was served tapas-style. It was all very tasty. We enjoyed complimentary drinks: red blend wine, fruity margaritas(chefs kiss); lemonchello spritzer; old fashion; and cappuccinos. They did not skimp on the liquor either. Service was impeccable and table was continually bussed. We sat at one of many benches but there were many comfy loungers to sit and enjoy either tarmac views or Terminal C. Original art covered the walls and added variety to the views. We were able to pick up a coffee, hot tea, chocolate chip cookies, a croissant , and water to go as we exited as staff sent us off with chocolates to boot. When we first arrived, they proffered relaxation rooms and work rooms to schedule if we were interested. I really enjoyed this lounge and look forward to enjoying others during my travels.
