Capital Poultry

One of my favorite stores at the Eastern Market. I've been dealing with them for over 30 years. When I was giving cabarets, I went from buying 1 case to 6 cases of chicken wings. Always fresh! Even their wild game fowl is good. A DETROIT ASSET FOR SURE

I like this place because I trust their supply and the owner is very nice and polite good place to buy your poultry from .If you need organic and hand slaughter chicken you will get it from them .Very reliable source of supply.

Been shopping with my mother since I was a baby. Up to 2 weeks ago...it's closed and no one answers the phone. Does anyone know what has ?? happened

I have been shopping at Capital Poultry for over 20 years. Three weeks ago, I went to the business twice and the door was locked and nobody answered the telephone. I called again and nobody answered the telephone. I pray that all is well!

I love capital poultry been shopping for years under our church name people were always friendly, and helpful, but I cannot get in contact with them. The chicken was always fresh. I love you capital poultry, highlyrerecommended.

We make our own pet food. We get our raw meat ingredients from Capital Poultry. They come in a 40-pound box. You can park outside on the street for a little while, but we intentionally park over on the service drive near the highway, and let the dog use her cart to tow the box back to the car. She loves having a job, and she is a big help. Call the day ahead to order. They'll have it waiting for you in the morning. Then show up as early as possible, because Eastern Market gets very busy, especially on a Saturday. The prices fluctuate with market conditions. They occasionally (near the end of the month) have rabbit.

I give this place five stars they are professional friendly, very effective and efficient the young man and his family that runs this business, cares about there customers also the quality of the food is impeccable it keeps me coming back time after time!

Went here a few weeks ago. It's mainly a warehouse with a window but they have Amish chicken for half the price of the stores. Been in business since the 1920's can't go wrong.
