Capo Crudo

We had a lovely family meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the staff were polite and nice, the views were amazing. It was very quiet when we arrived, but the restaurant slowly filled in as the night progressed. I had the most amazing grouper with pistachio crust ever! I absolutely loved it! They have a good selection of single malt whisky and a decent selection of gin. The cocktail presentation was beautiful. The only issue was people smoking on the terrace as the restaurant opened the roof in the evening. It was just unpleasant to eat my dessert, smelling cigarettes. I personally think smoking should not be permitted in the places where the food is served.

A beautiful lunchtime view! Highly recommend. Featured in 2020’s Michelin guide but the chef has since changed. The carbonara is no longer served in the cheese wheel - a shame but delicious none the less. The Genovese Shellfish pot was a star! Juicy, fat mussels are the highlight. Fresh, warm bread to dunk in the sauce was moreish. House Prosecco was crisp and went down a bit too easily! I can’t remember the name of my cocktail but it was a cherry, lime, sour, sweet, refreshing libation. Service was polite and friendly. The views are incredible! Restaurant ia large, airy and has interesting art mannequins. Recommend!

Amazing restaurant in Valletta, right on the coast. It has an amazing view of the sea and the most attentive staff a restaurant could ask for. Every staff member made it feel like a VIP experience. Daram made the dining experience feel extremely special and we did not want or wait for a single thing. The food and drinks were phenomenal. By far my favorite dining experience in Malta!

We had an amazing time at Capo Crudo. Great cocktails (they have a lot of amazing Gin’s) and the food recommendation from our waiter Inuka was great. We had some oysters and beef tartare for starters and the catch of the day as a main which was incredibile.

Very interesting, nice, classy restaurant with a unique location over the bay. An experience in any weather. Good food and extremely friendly service. The impression is somewhat spoiled by unnecessarily loud music with very poor quality reproduction.

We had the most incredible lunch here. It was in winter so a bit quiet but very impressed by the service and food. I had the pork cheeks for starter and risotto verde for main - both were delicious!! We look forward to coming back soon.

Had a nice time at Capo Crudo by Valletta marina. Milan took great care of me with lots of enthusiasm. The food and drinks were good, and the ambience was nice. Music was a bit loud at first, but it balanced out as the place got busier. The host was too casual, but I get the technique to connect with guests. Would definitely come back
