Reem’s hospitality and expertise on cigars are truly exceptional—she’s a sweet woman with a warm, familiar presence that makes every visit feel welcoming. As a new member, I’ve been impressed not only by her knowledge but also by the sense of community in the lounge; the members are kind, courteous, and make you feel right at home. The location itself is prime, making it an easy and enjoyable spot to visit. I’m looking forward to many more visits and hope to remain a member for a long time!

Feels like a total scam. The cigar box said $24.99, so I picked a cigar. The woman wrong it up and I tapped my card. Looked at the receipt and was charged $54.59, when I questioned it, she said sometimes the cigars get moved to different boxes. She scanned another and said yup the price is 54 something dollars. They say, I will change the price on the box. No offers to refund or make me whole. Cigars are sized and will not readily fit in another box, even by the same brand. Yes, the cigar and box were both the same brand and it was half full of cigars like I had purchased. I feel thoughtfully scammed and would not recommend this place unless you ask about the actual price of each item before purchasing as per the woman working, they just randomly put them in other priced boxes.

Went and had a gathering for my bday. Invited a few friends and Reem was hosting us. Had a great time. She was so attentive and very nice. Her service was so appreciated and accommodating to our group. I know my friends will be back to relax and have nice cigars and hookah.

What a delightful surprise! This is one of the most well appointed cigar lounges I have ever experienced. Reem was the perfect hostess. Classy, calm, knowledgeable and attentive. The interior design is stunning and comfortable and fits perfectly in the Capistrano community. Great selection and fair prices. Leaned back in a plush leather chair, smoked a great cigar and had an enjoyable conversation with another friendly cigar enthusiast. If I lived closer, I'd be there all the time. Can't wait to stop in again!

The room and the chairs are very comfortable for a smoke and long talks. They have applied for a liquor license and I hope they get it. Would be so nice to be able to have a drink there, too. The hostess was very helpful and unobtrusive. All the doors were open to help with smoke, so bring a jacket.

I bought two cigars. Absolutely enjoyed the game with some wonderful gentleman who also smoked cigars there in the lounge. The lady (bless her soul, I forgot her name) sat me down and handed me the remote. The ambiance was absolutely wonderful, thank you for your hospitality!!!!

Really nice place, love the seating and decor. Good selection of cigars and sodas available. TVs and music and a really pretty lady works here and is very helpful and nice. Will definitely be coming back.

My friends and I stopped by Capo a couple of days ago. We loved the ambiance, the service and the music Esther was playing for us. We had fun!

Great service, great ambiance, and a great time. They have a wide selection of cigars, cable tv which you can pick the channel and coffee and soda. No alcohol however you can bring your own and they have ice and glass. Allison was great!!!

I was in town on vacation and stopped by for a cigar. Absolutely beautiful store and terrific customer service. The leather lounge chairs are the best looking and most comfortable I have ever experienced in any cigar lounge. Such a relaxing experience. Thank you.

Capo Cigar Lounge was great! The lady was super nice and hospitable to us. The ambiance is great, and it's a great spot to watch sports as the have big TV screens. Their fee is $15 to smoke your own cigar or buy 2 of their cigars. Not terrible. They have a solid selection of cigars as well. They don't have alcohol, but they allow you to bring your own without any fee. They even have glasses and ice there for your drinks. Overall a great experience. I will be coming back!

Rajaa is the most helpful when picking cigars and it is a beautiful lounge area for relaxing

Had a great experience here tonight. Went in for a few cigars and they had exactly what I needed. Low key spot, with good vibes. Couldn't hang long but I will definitely be back!

They were super helpful. We stopped to charge our Tesla across the street and my wifes laptop was about to die and she needed to be on a work zoom meeting. They set her up with an outlet, good WiFi and a us with a wonderful cup of coffee each in such a lovely comfortable environment. Patrons came in to use the lounge and enjoy the variety of channels on their many flat screen TV's and it was always well ventilated and peaceful. The restrooms were excellent as well. highly recommend stopping.

Capo is nicely decorated and comfortable. They have a decent humidor, but the cigars are fairly expensive. They charge a fee of $15 to smoke there unless you spend $50. The other downside is the only have soft drinks. No beer or wine. Don't get me wrong, they were very friendly and the lounge is very nice. It's just there are more down sides for me than up sides.

Staff is friendly and helpful. You meet a lot of interesting people with different life stories. Good selection and lounge.

Great ambiance. Great people. Good vibes and good smoke selections. Catch the games on the big screens and enjoy a good stick. From Epernay to the Liga Brivada collection, there's lots to choose. Rajaa is an awesome hostess. Definitely will be back.
