Flawless service, elegant setting, and creative dishes that tell a story. A place where fine dining meets heart. Highly recommended. We came back to Capogiro after two years and were amazed by how much the experience has evolved. Everything felt more refined, curated, and special. As a couple, we chose the Sartorial tasting menu and kindly asked the chef to swap one dish for something that had a personal meaning to us. He graciously accepted — a beautiful gesture that made the night even more memorable.

We had dinner here on August 28 for my boyfriends birthday and it was absolutely incredible. We got welcomed when we parked our car and were brought to the restaurant in a caddy. The waiters were very friendly and the sommelier gave us an excellent recommendation for wine pairing (the Faula). From amuse to dessert each dish was executed flawlessly. Bonus: all ingredients were locally sourced. If I would have to make one remark, it would be that the table was sometimes quite full with bread and breadsticks - I would suggest to offer a tiny piece of bread with each dish to maintain the full focus on the course. Would 10/10 recommend!

Very nice restaurant in 7Pines Hotel, service is amazing and food was really good. Great place for a romantic dinner or birthday. We had the tasting menu.

Incredible experience. The meal was perfect, the service and attention to detail, first class. Such a great variety of flavours on the tasting menu. Additional effort to appease my wife who does not eat fish. One of my all time favourite meals

The other reviews were true, definitely skip! The only perk of this place is the view and service was good but dinner was still over 3 hours long. As someone who loves all kinds of food and is generally not a picky eater, the food here was really not good. Easily the worst meal I’ve had at a fine dining restaurant. I appreciated the effort, but the taste did not deliver. Not sure how you can make caviar taste bad, but my appetite was ruined for the full next day. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Disappointed.

The restaurant has gorgeous views and the setting is stunning! The service started out as a 10 and ended up as a 2. The food was creative and tasty. Two incidents that motivated us to post the review: 1. The main dish was undercooked and not edible and the server did not offer a substitute. The server just moved on to dessert. 2. My husband ordered a glass of white wine, the serving was very little and they charged $38.

Dishes with authentic and refined flavors cooked with love by the talented Chef Pasquale D'Ambrosio. Genuine raw materials from land and sea that recall the Campania and Sardinian tradition. All accompanied by a submariner white wine whose vinification follows the ancient Roman tradition of immersing the freshly harvested grapes in sea water to give the bunches the brackish component of the sea water. The result is an excellent dinner that we will remember forever.
