I had a few issues with this order. The main issue is that I found a plastic bag tie in my sandwich. Thankfully I noticed it before eating it! In addition to this, the order took a lot longer than the cook said it would. I ordered online through GrubHub, and it listed it at 15-25 minutes until it was going to be ready. I came in at 30 minutes and they hadn't started on it. I was told 5 minutes by the person at the counter (6 by the cook behind her) and had no problem waiting. My wife and baby were waiting outside, which I didn't think would be an issue for 5 minutes. The food didn't actually come up until 30 minutes after I arrived. I understand they may be behind, but please be honest with how long it will actually take to make the food. Food was fine, but a bit overpriced for what you're getting. I've lived here for two years and never got around to going here. Now I know I wasn't missing much but a waste of time.

I went in there on a whim since they are located across the street from my dermatologists. I was pleasantly surprised with my cheesesteak that I ordered. Tasted good and the service was great. I will be going again, many times. Well done, Capriotti’s!!

Google
Great food and they have various types & sizes of sub for all types of hungry stomach. All the non pork subs I've tried have been great but the capistrami....is my favorite. I try to make it here once or twice a week either by UberEats or personal travels to Capriotti's since my mom 1st brought me here in 2005 so that tells you food is great leaving another great review of their food 16yrs later they still don't disappoint 😊

Ordered via Uber Eats. Got a roast beef sandwich and the lettuce on the sub was wilted, brown and slimy. Ordered a salad too and asked for salami. Got ham when it was delivered. The ham had a weird medicine smell to it. Didn’t eat it at all.

A total waste of my $24 dollars. My friend says she is lucky lunch was on me so that she could trash her disgusting Italian sub. As for my sub, today I ordered a Veggie Chicken Steak and not only was it flavorless but toppings were missing from my sub. Using the special instructions( when making an online pick up order) I requested that Hot Cherry Pepper Relish and Raw Onions be added however, those toppings were missing along with the basic Fried Onions that are suppose to come on the sandwich, Tomatoes, and Fried Hot Peppers. Terrible customer service. Place was not busy and I see why. I will not be returning to the location and I would recommend that you visit the other Capriotti locations in Annapolis and/or Deleware.

One of the best sandwich shops is hidden in Rosslyn, VA. There is metered parking on the streets surrounding the restaurant. The entrance is a bit hidden and non descript but you can't miss the Capriotti's sign on the side. If you go I recommene the "Bobbie". The restaurant is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It is handicapped accessible and restrooms are located at the rear of the side seating area.

My first time visiting Capriotti's and probably my last. Terrible overall experience. First of all the wait took over 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a sandwich shop even for rush hour. The cashier shouted out a scripted message consisting of basically "how are you may I take your order". I picked the "capture 2 deal" which included a deplorable watered down crab soup and a cheesesteak sandwich which consisted mainly of bread and hardly no cheesesteak. The half sandwich was double-wrapped in thick paper, apparently to conceal how small it is. I would certainly prefer a simple subway sandwich over this.

I ordered from this location via Grubhub. Ordered a Medium Impossible Cheese Steak Sub, Medium Dr. Pepper, and chips. The driver got to me before the estimated time of delivery, so that was good, and I did get it at a discount, which is always good. The Medium sub turned out to be pretty big but bland and the chips were the normal delivery chips. The Medium Dr. Pepper kind of looked big till I realized it was half ice. So it was good and kind of cheap after the discounts. But still have to take a star away for the lame chips, large but forgettable sub, and the Medium Dr. Pepper that looked large and turned out to be half ice. So it ended up being more like a small Dr. Pepper. Not bad but not worth five stars.
