Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Stopped here in a rush a few weekends ago. The service was friendly and pretty fast. I got a Homemade turkey and balsamic chicken salad as a combo. The sandwich was a little dry. I wasn’t able to eat the salad until later but it was still good. Still one of my favorite sandwich places; probably just an off day

This is my second attempt to get a cheese steak. I was a walk in. The first time I waited behind a gentleman for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the 1 staff member. The gentleman in front of me said he'd already been waiting 5 minutes so I left. Today when I came in the employee was sitting at the table talking on her phone did not greet me and continue to talk on her phone while she took my order and cooked my food. I haven't tried my food yet but I'm sure I will not return again due to the lack of customer service.

Capriotti’s has opened another location on S Las Vegas Blvd . In front of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. ( next to Chevron gas station). We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years. We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Our favorite is: “American Wagyu cheese steak “ and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy! They even have vegetarian options like : Impossible Cheese Steak , Veggie Chicken cheese steak, Veggie Turkey. They have a new menu item: a cheesesteak fries- a must try! Their sub sandwiches are flavorful, made with award-winning traditional recipes, and fresh ingredients. Always fresh sandwiches at reasonable pricing. The staff at this location is friendly and welcoming. The place is very small ( only few tables) , but very clean and inviting. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back!!

NEW location on south strip just south of Premium Outlet Mall. I received a coupon for a free sub. Just ate less than half so big. Got steak loaded fries with it, too. (Reasonable cost) Both the Bobbie sandwich and loaded fries are the best from this new sandwich chain restaurant location. Flat fries seasoned perfectly, and steak is lean with mushrooms and cheese. ThrBobbie sandwich is their own history making creation that really satifies! Easy to find, park, and order. A bit of a wait for food, because they make each ordered item fresh. I highly recommend this sandwich + shop!

First time trying it and it was a delicious sandwich! I got the turkey club and it was well made and they are generous with the ingredients so you have a well made sandwich!! Friendly staff.

The person who took my order was great but the cook was rude she messed up our food,It was extremely cold I asked for extra sweet peppers and and she didn’t even put hardly any on there also my sandwich was sloppy and she act as if she didn’t even want to talk to me when I all did was ask for extra mayo cause she didn’t put any on my sandwich like I requested.On top of everything my stomach has been upset all night and this morning

Really enjoyed the French Dip sandwich, really fresh and a good jus. Close to the South Outlet Mall (less than 2 minutes drive), nice and quiet with plenty of seating, nice and clean inside and nice friendly staff.

This place absolutely slap ngl. Shouts out fasho. Ordered on the interweb. Ish was rdy stat and hella dank fam. A+ imho

Brian took excellent care of my sister and I with our order. He even provided a sample of the coleslaw which I ended up ordering. The sandwich was delicious and I topped it off with a side of the fresh, sweet coleslaw, and a brookie. Highly recommend if you're looking for quick, fresh, tasty food.

Good location and good food. I usually get the medium capastrami. One thing I suggest is that you guys invest in an open sign because the windows are tinted so I always doubt myself and think you guys might be closed. Since the holiday season is coming up, think about this. That will bring in more customers.

The capastrami really hit the spot on a cold day like today. It was really enjoyable to stay and eat it while it was still warm.

Cute sandwiches. The portions are very generous. Our favorite is the Bobbie. It's a thanksgiving dinner sandwich. Ask for extra cranberry.

The Host, Leah was very helpful and the food was amazing! I've never been here but I will definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful service!!! I ordered a large cheesesteak sandwich it was delicious, a large fry (it was actually large!) and a side of gravy and Au'jus dip....we were so full and had leftovers :)

I have gotten the Bobby sandwich in Vegas, Highland Ranch Co and SLC it was delicious at all restaurants. The customer service was excellent also. The restaurant in Vegas didn't have a lot of seating but the restaurant was clean and the workers were very friendly.

We love the Bobbie (the turkey holiday sandwich) and it was barely edible tonight. Thank goodness I asked for extra cranberry sauce because it was so dry even with the extra it was barely edible. The bread tasted old, the turkey was SO DRY and SUPER salty. We were super disappointed!

Bobbie was dry and unimpressive. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted or an option of gravy would have been nice! Not worth half what I paid for it. Never again.

Came here on a Tuesday morning on my break to pick up two sandwiches for me and my coworker. Placed the order for two Bobbie's online and although the name on the bag was correct, along with the chips and drinks, we received two cheesesteaks for David instead. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have enough time on my break to return and can't eat beef due to dietary restrictions. This resulted in a disappointing lack of a lunch for me.

Sandwich made pretty decently. Service was far below what should be standard. I tried calling for pick up 2-3 times and there was no answer. So I called as I walked in they were openly ignoring the phone calls. Ambiance is average.

This location has been around for about a year, and I just found it. The employees here are very friendly. My food came out pretty quick, and the place looks very clean inside. I have a Capriotti's right around from my house, but this one blows it away! You will be by go to shop from now on!

Whenever I am in Vegas this is my go to spot before the long drive home. I love the Italian sandwich from there so much. I order the 18" sandwich because it's plenty of food for the 5 hour drive. The staff is always friendly and make your sandwich with a smile. Ambience is ok, it's just a sub shop so get it to go. No reason to really eat inside.

I gotta give them there flowers I've ordered here with with company and a young woman manager did and amazing job which made me come tonight 10/4//24 I had a an amazing experience with Johnny Dromel these men were extremely polite and incentive. I will definitely be back. They're doing an amazing job.... Also the building was supper clean I have ocd. The vibes were extremely chill.

I moved out of state 3 years ago. Capriotti's is one of my favorite places. It's the first place I came to eat at. It did not disappoint. This location is new to me but it is amazing. The food is excellent and the people working here are very friendly. It's clean and a great place to grab the best sandwich you can get

The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered my Bobby and it was done within three minutes super fast.

Awesome food and the staff was amazing!! They also sell amazing wings! Very clean and great atmosphere.

Hope this is the right location. My husband and I came here on 1/2/25 at 4:15pm PST to try the hot Bobbie. Please check the camera. We were from out of town on vacation and have never been to this location. The sole employee was a beautiful young lady (African American) working by herself. The restaurant was spotless, clean, the smell coming from the back was delicious, and I was extremely impressed at the cleanliness of the tables and chairs, there wasn't any trash anywhere. The young lady greeted us warmly upon arrival. My husband didn't know what to order at first, the young lady described the store's menu with enthusiasm. She made my husband feel at ease. I'm not used to young people taking such pride in their work, she was on register, cleaning and in the back cooking with gloves. We placed our order and she thanked US for giving her something to do. Whoa!!! She introduced us to menu items we didn't know about. My husband and I exchanged surprised looks, she is no ordinary employee. Not even three minutes after us, a family of seven walk in, she has time to cook our food, offer us water, hold a light conversation and take their order. I left immediately to find an ATM because we had no cash on hand and wanted to give her a proper tip, she made our day with her professionalism. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one walking distance. My husband and I made a note to write a review to single her out for extraordinary service. If I had a business, I would hire this young woman as a manager immediately. Only in Vegas!!! We hope this review reaches her, she deserves a raise and promotion. I'm grown and am not sure I could cook, clean, count and be as friendly without getting stressed. She did not! Totally outstanding!!! I love Capriotti's sandwiches and I treasure the staff. So far each time I have eaten here, dreams were made by the employees and that damn HOT BOBBIE!!!! Five stars Young lady, you are awesome

The service on Las Vegas Blvd Capriottis was awesome. The food was outstanding. I would definitely go there again. The staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions.

Besides being Very expensive! This was the worse. I've been here for 38 years and I've tried and liked so many places. Decided to to try Capriotti's and never again wood I go or tell anyone to experience this place. TG.

Don't know which Capriotti's provided the box lunchboxs for the LVMPD Volunteer lunch at police headquarters today. The Bobbie I had was great. Greatly appreciated by all.

Johnny had A1 service. Helped me with my order and told me about new things on the menu. Definitely gonna come back soon!

So disappointed. I haven't been for a couple years but they used to put actual turkey on the sandwiches, what I got was an entire sandwich made with what looks like the sawdust from the turkey, the crumbs you give to you dog or throw away. What happened to the chunks of turkey? Never again

Shout out to the staff there last night they were really sweet and we got the wagyu french dip and that was the most delicious sandwich I've ever had!

I ordered a soup/sandwich combo for delivery. They did not have the chicken noodle soup I ordered. When I received only half a sandwich, they denied a refund for the soup I did not receive. $15 plus delivery fees for half a sandwich and poor service. Do not order for delivery, the staff do not care since you're not there.
