Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I place an order then leave for a few. I come back to locked doors and my food sitting on the counter with my name on them, but no employee in the store. It's the next day and I'm still trying to get my food 😂 Emailed corporate to get a $48 refund… Because these goobers just literally stole my cash moneyyyyy and went home.

Grear service. Friendly staff. Clean store. My food was made perfectly! If you are looking for a keto meal, they will put it on a bed of lettuce or just the meat and cheese in a container

Well from the web page I thought I was going to a nice place. First of all I am a proponent of hair nets when preparing food. The two young men who served us were polite, professional and expident. The sandwiches were great, well packaged and warm. The environment was, hmm just bad. Sticky counters, dust accumulation on the vents above the cooking area, soda machine was leaking water, had rust on it and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Bread was stacked on the floor in plain sight. This place could be better.

This was a really good Capriotti's. We always love their food, but we felt that the service was exceptional at this location. The cashier was super friendly and she took the time to make sure our orders were perfect. The orders came fast and correct. The store was clean and the location was perfect after having drinks. I would absolutely go here again not only for the sandwiches but the salads and the friendly staff.

I used to go to this location a lot and it was fine, but it's gone downhill. Very dirty, boxes of inventory in the middle of the dining area, served expired food (it was just craisins from the kids meal and she switched it out for me, but eww). There was only one person working, and she was hustling. Maybe they are chronically understaffed now or something, but it looked rough and did not inspire me to want to return.

I love Capriottis but this place sucked. I order early in the morning. The bread tasted as if it was 4 days old, and the inner portions were small on a couple of the sandwichs we ordered. I'm also trying not to remember that the guy preparing the sandwiches sneezed into his hand and then continue to make the sandwiches....

I showed up and was not greeted, stood and waited at the front for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us. They were extremely unprofessional taking our order as well. When I went to the soda machine it was turned off. I asked the lady to turn it on politely and she didn't even respond, went over and turned it on with an attitude. Then all of the soda doesn't have any flavoring, and the tea option is straight water. The soda machine began to overflow onto the floor, clearly not maintained properly. My two friends got their sandwich after a 30 minute wait when we were the only in store customers at the time. My sandwich I ordered at the same time took nearly 45 minutes to make a single small Bobbie. They gave us a voucher to come back in and get a free sub, but I can promise you I won't be going back even if you paid me to eat there.

The sandwiches were good here and the staff enthusiastic. Though friendly, the employees didn't seem too know what went on any of their signature sandwiches besides the written description. This was a problem because one of the ten dollar sandwiches was a cold roast beef sandwich when we thought it would be warm. Cold, it was really dry, we couldn't eat it, they wouldn't let us get another... Id just warn you to order what you already know... Buyer beware!
