Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

This location is directly across the street from the CCSN community college campus on west Charleston and was very clean with quick friendly service. As a local I know that not all Capriottis are this diligent so this location is a great find! The Bobbie is their signature sandwich it’s like Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich roll. I like the hot Bobbie but it’s super good cold also. I’ve had their cheese steaks before and those are also a great choice. I love that they have “Wise” brand potato chips from the east coast. I forgot to take a photo of my hot Bobbie until I’d already eaten half the sandwich because it’s so good but you get the picture lol. Definitely check this spot out!

Excellent recommendation from my son who lives in Las Vegas. We picked up three sandwiches from capriottis. A Philadelphia cheese sandwich and two Bobbi's. A Bobbi is a sandwich with thanksgiving style dressing, roasted turkey, and cranberry sauce. We got one cold and one hot. They were delicious. I split one sandwich with my son and was sooooo full I couldn't eat dinner. The cranberry sauce was a little tart and I am not a fan but never the less it was great. I would order it again without cranberry and add gravy. I had no idea it was a chain restaurant. I would recommend this place and the Bobbi sandwich!

They have changed the bread and I am not happy. The bread is skinnier then ever before. The cost of the sandwich is expensive but was always worth it because of the size, well they have shrunk the bread, and it is a shame! Same inches in length but skinnier in girth! We noticed the bread size difference right away! It also does not taste as good as the other bread they used! Please go back to what has always worked!

At the last minute we decided to give it a shot. It was very tasty and fulfilling Actually enjoyed my email I have the Philly steak combo.

Very good tasting pastrami sandwich. Friendly atmosphere and service. I will be coming back when I'm in the area.

Smelled a little funky in there, been there a few times for lunch and always enjoyed the food. Staff is great and apologized for the smell.

Too salty, French dip feels like I am dipping in salt besides to the sandwich being salty already. I stopped buying sandwiches from them. Tried it again thinking it would be better but for me they got worse.

We split a medium Bobbie combo with their side salad. The salad had spring mix, tomatoes and cheese; very good. The Bobbie was tasty and filling. Small indoor dining with a handful of tables, fountain drink machine. They close too early!

The service is great here the food is consistent. But the store is not busy. I've come twice now it's been great all the time

Tried them a few times. Tried the following: A cold cut turkey sandwich (very dry like no condiments were placed on the bread and bread very thick), chicken cheesesteak (had a funny taste to it, lacking condiments/seasoning) and each time I was not impressed. It really must be just one of those places that works for some and not for others. Service was good. Ambiance is a typical sandwich shop.

I decided to go to Capriotti's to pickup a sandwich for lunch. Normally, I love Capriotti's. The service was good but the sandwich I ordered was a little bit disappointing. I ordered the Capistrano, the pastrami was fine but the coleslaw was so salty which kind of ruined the sandwich. Maybe, I might try something else next time. But the Capistrano is one of my favorites from Capriotti's. Hopefully, the coleslaw part will not be so salty next time.

I have been eating Capriotti's my whole life starting in my hometown in Delaware and love it. The sandwich's I received today were terrible. I asked for extra mayo and American cheese. There was no mayo at all on our sandwiches and provolone cheese. I paid for double cheese and did not receive that either. It was clearly typed in bold on the receipt stapled on my food bag and the requests were just straight up ignored. Sandwiches are advertised to come with salt pepper and oregano. There was none on my sandwich. Lastly there is a free grilled cheese available on the add on menu where it states you can order up to 3 per order? I ordered one and it was also clearly on the receipt and did not receive it. Why offer it at all if the order is ignored? I WOULD NOT recommend this Capriotti's and would give zero stars if I could.

I was greeted by two team members with a joyous and friendly greeting. Something you don't see often especially in a service oriented city like Las Vegas. I stopped by to get a small turkey sub with all the fixings. Capriotti's is my favorite place to get real turkey and not pressed luncheon meat.

Always excellent food. Service is spot on. It's next to my nail salon and the ambience is a sandwich shop.

This girl Annie took our order and was sucking on a spoon the entire time she took our order and continued to suck on the spoon as she was making our food. Very unsanitary.

This is the best Capriotti's in Las Vegas. I have the worst Capriotti's 1/2 block from where I live on Novat. Today the service was ggreat the food was great the place was spotless. I wish this was in my neighborhood. The ownwe /manager was the niciest and very friendly alone with the crew. I will definately go out of my way to come to this store at 6340 W. Charleston. Hats off to this location.

I do like going to this place and will order when time permits... they are always fresh and quick. I was recently in the store to pick up my @ubereats and buy their cookies. Instead i left my phone and furor to buy the cookies. SMH... But when my husband was calling my phone.. they kindly answered "honeybabe's" call and let him know they will keep it safe until I could go pick it up. Thank you to the staff...I picked up my phone and bought my cookies

100 Place and order for 1 LG Bobbie, 1 Italian sandwich, and 4 chicken soups. The turkey was old and dry. The chicken soup they send me a cup that was half full. We paid $84.95 for bad food yesterday. I would not order from this place again.

I needed to find out what Capriotti's was about and ehhh nothing special. I ordered a half homemade turkey sub and it was very dry. It's simple : bread pulled turkey lettuce tomato cheese and Mayo. It was ok for a quick lunch but won't try again.

Karishma needs an award for best sandwich making skills! Tried the classic Phillies cheese. She went out of her way to recommend other toppings to make my sandwich experience amazing! Hands down, best sandwich I have ever had in a long time. Karishma and the staff made my sandwhich in recorded time, and I know I'll be back in the future. Great job Karishma!

Well, I come to this cappriottis a lot since I live across the street and it is normally pretty spot on. I do not know what happened today, but this was just not it. Of course my favorite is The Bobbie which I get about 90% of the time I eat there, so I can definitely say I know how this sandwich is supposed to look and taste.. and this was neither.. there was sooooo much cranberry on this thing (and no I did not ask for extra cranberry). My boyfriends sandwich was the same way. I tried to take some off myself but all of the stuffing was soaked up with it as well so in the end I was basically left with dry Turkey.. I am bummed this was the quality I got today because the employees there are so dang nice and that's why I put 2 stars at least.. so many restaurants have turned to crap since Covid hit, please cappriottis do not follow suit!

I ordered on line,capastrami the big size and I pay extra meat on it ,when'd I got it at home barely have any meat on it And I told them cut it to 4slices day don't even cut it , I call them day just say sorry We just going to reimburse u the charge , Just simple order day can't even do it right Management don't even do nothing with there employees,is just bad for the Capriotti's ..I give them one star ....

My family got sandwiches here last week and the meet was so dry that it crunched. It was the worst Bobbie I had ever had. The turkey must have been left out all day. Absolutely awful. Do not go here.

I ordered the Bobbie sandwich... it was dry and put together sloppy! I paid a lot of money for this sorry sandwich and will never do that again!!

Ordered some subs through the app for my best friend's birthday. The food delivered promptly by Door Dash with limited contact. The food was amazing & fresh as always. I had my usual cheesesteak & my bestie had the other classic, the Bobby. I trust them to make my food during this lockdown so we will definitely order again. The app was super easy to use & gives rewards & perks. I wish they would add a way to tip the delivery person through the Cap's app though. I'm not a Door Dash customer so I had no way to digitally tip my driver.

Just try them. You won't regret it. I've only had their hot sandwiches, but everything I've eaten there is delicious. So far I've visited three different locations in two states and had a wonderful experience every time. Also, their customer service is so good. Well done, guys.

It's for sure good but it's not like the best sandwich shop In the world. I do like the different kinds of sandwiches that you can get here and the grill part makes things a lot better.

I have eaten here 2-3 times a month for years and never disappointed. They used to have a bunch of college guys working here and now I noticed there was new staff. This week my Philly Steak sandwich tasted just fine but was skimpy on the meat. For a $19 sandwich I expect more but it didn't even fill me up. I don't mind they are the most expensive sandwich shop in town but earn it.

I been getting the same Bobbie for over 10 years. Medium Bobbie Swiss Cheese Chopped up Cherry peppers Sloppy Extra Mayo. Today I got the worst version of this sandwich Ever. Made by maybe a first timer. Cheese in the middle of sandwich, separating cranberry sauce from turkey. I think they took away mayo.... Just stay far away from this one

Don't bother no capastrami can't be ordered off yelp. So the sandwich it's jacked up to $20+ a sandwich

I've been forced to come here because the one 2mins from my house on Flamingo is an abomination. It has better reviews than this place, which is inconceivable. If this place had problems before then it got fixed. Super friendly staff and the 2 times I've come here have been constantly outstanding. The Flamingo store I should sue for fraud. Can't believe it's same company.

Been to several Capriottis locations and this is by far the best location. Starting with customer service, being greeted upon entering every time makes my experiences memorable with my 7 year old daughter. She recognizes the team welcoming us even if they are occupied with a customer, letting us know we are noticed. I explained to her they treat us like friends here that's why we keep coming back! She even says; well that's nice:). The manager Juan always makes sure we're satisfied with everything and I appreciate the fact that he cares about his customers. This particular location is always kept clean and welcoming. We will be back!

I am extremely disappointed in this location I am a huge fan of Capriotti's, ordered the usual classic italian, only to discover mold all on my bread after taking my first bite! Sadly, they are closed now but they will definitely be hearing from me tomorrow. Shame on them.

Doesn't look like much when you walk in because not much is going on. Women who work the store don't look like they want to be there. Plus the grill looked like it hasn't been cleaned all day ewww. Risking my health eating this sandwich.

They messed up my order so now I paid $20 for crappy sandwiches that I had to add on my own ingredients when I got home... ordering over the phone was a nightmare. I don't wanna sound like an over-privileged person, but how hard is it to make a damn sandwich.. super aggravating! TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

One of the all time worst roast beef sandwiches. The sandwich was almost frozen because all the veggies were so cold. The roast beef was shredded (???) And dry and just nasty. Wouldn't eat here again, threw it all out. My kid had a grilled cheese sandwich that was OK, So two stars.

We ordered "The Bobby" sandwiches, when we got home to eat them they were ice cold, the stuffing and cranberry sauce literally still partially frozen and freezer burned tasting. We were expecting hot sandwiches. This was our first time coming here after always hearing rave reviews but I wouldn't go back.

12/11/15 Came this way to grab food on the boyfriend's lunch break. This Capriotti's is located on Charleston Blvd next to the Walmart Neighborhood Market. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly employee behind the counter, who had a hilarious sense of humor. I ordered my sub that was a medium Philly Cheese Steak! Great sub, it wasn't super greasy, and the best part was that it's a really flavorful sandwich. Now I wasn't thinking when I ordered the medium, it was too big, but oh well- I ended up bringing the other half home.

This location STANKS. I honestly feel like I shouldn't have even paid for this sandwich because I was nauseated just standing inside. There is clearly a serious plumbing issue, and I KNOW plumbing companies are still open despite covid. I also recall this location smelling bad my last visit months ago.... I wish I could stop there, but when I expressed my concerns to the cashier she was the opposite of delightful or apologetic..... when I asked who is the manager she got even more upset, because surprise surprise, she was management. So rude!!! The other two girls were in the back agreeing and seemed glad somebody was sticking up for them. Shame on the owner and management for running a restaurant and making there employees work while smelling literal feces all day long!!!

The place is good. They provide the best sandwiches Karishma and staff is great I would definitely recommend this place and come back again. There impossible sandwiches are yummy. And I like the grilled onions and mushrooms in my sandwich too.

Went here based upon a friends STRONG recommendation and he was NOT wrong. The turkey with stuffing sandwich was excellent and my son thoroughly enjoyed the cheesesteak sandwich.

Thanksgiving sandwich, AKA the Bobbie, is amazing: turkey day leftovers on a bun, taste totally hits the spot even when the holiday is months off. Service is quick and friendly, sandwich is made where you can see it. They seem to thrive in the location due to the nearby college. Add in that their sandwiches are well-priced: the small clocks in at just under $7.50. Criticisms: This location closes at 8PM, which makes sense if their only business is the college crowd but living nearby, I can't go nearly as often as I would if they were open a bit later. Chain's sandwiches start at a small, clocking in at 9". For the Bobbie, that's nearly 1000 calories, total overkill. Wish they had a size smaller than small, like a half-size called a mini. I only eat half at a time, anyway.

This is a nearest location of them to my work place. I always ordering cheese steak from them with extra cheese and mayo . Always getting this with potato chips and drink. So that's my favorite item in their menu and I am customizing it so try it ...

Bro and I each got the cheese steak with xtra mushrooms and xtra sweet n' hot peppers. If this is even possible, I think this was the best Capriotti's that I've had. The cheese was melty, bread soft and warm, peppers were hotter here! Our sammies were perfect. Medium is plenty big enough for lunch and will keep you full most of the day. Note to Capriotti's corporate: Keep your current meat supplier! Do not change! (Little birdie told me you're wanting the franchisees (?) to change...) Look at Toyota - that's what happens when you change what works in favor of trying to save a buck. You change your meat supplier to corporate meat, quality declines, customers Yelp that your sammies start sucking. How many times do you need to see it in other industries, let alone with food we inges?! Just don't do it. Keep serving us the same high quality meat you're known for.

They have many locations in Vegas and some in other states. I've never dined in and always get food to-go or delivered. I've had the Capastrami, Bobbie, Cheesesteak, tuna, homemade roastbeef, Italian, meatball sub and veggie cheesesteak (just out of curiosity). I also get their grilled cheese sandwich which has at least 4 slices of cheese. At the counter, they have Tastykakes - if you're from the East, you know the yummy goodness I'm talking about. There are 2 things I used to dislike: tuna sub and salt & vinegar chips. But for some odd reason, when I tried eating these together, I was pleasantly surprised. Their tuna isn't fishy, the mayo isn't overpowering and the onions are not overwhelming. Then you have salty tangy chips...mmmmmm... But what really makes this place a must-try is their BOBBIE which is Thanksgiving in a sub sandwich. It has stuffing, cranberry sauce and of course, turkey. It sounds a bit strange when all eaten together but believe me, it is delish! So, if you like Thanksgiving, you will like the Bobbie.

Walked in to see menu for catering, lady tells me I can place the order today and be charged day of. After looking over the menu i went to place my order and she told me she doesn't have time because they are behind and she can't punch in the credit care information to call tomorrow. WTH!! if you don't have time because you are under staff then speak to management giving people miss information will not make costumers happy. I don't have time, who says that at a business.

Cappriotti's is my go to place when in doubt. They have so many choices, even with their simple set up. It's a lot more unique than other sub places, just because of their meat. You can sense the difference after one bite. I feel like it's just better quality, it's either that or the "shreddedness" of it making it easier to munch on. Either way I can't go wrong when I come here. My personal favorites are their turkey, steak and cheese (I love it with onions and peppers, real spicy!), the Bobbie (when I really want to let it all go lol) and their sandwiches instead of their subs. Be careful when you order, a small is quite enough to feed one person. Medium can feed two. And a large can feed a small family! This particular store is good, I really feel the family vibe and the workers are really laid back. I always give them a tip since it goes to their "beer money", and I respect the honesty. Keep in mid though, their subs are a little bit more pricey than other places but I classify then as "quality over quantity". Overall, whether your driving by or planning on going out of your way.. Cappriotti's is a good place to choose for a sub other than the 'robotic' subway or quizno's.

Good customer service is important to me, Ifeel it is a concept that has nearly died where most businesses are concerned. The crew at this Cap's has got it together!!! Donald, Paula, Karishma. David, Nick, and the rest of the employees always have a smile when I walk in the door. They are patient with my indecisiveness. My sandwiches are always hot, fresh and delicious. I have been visiting this shop at least twice per week for the past few months, NEVER once have I experienced any issues at this store and that says a lot. There is a Cap's closer to my apartment but I prefer this location because of the people who operate it. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I came here last Tuesday to buy my mom one of Capriotti's signature BOBBIEs. It honestly couldn't get any better than it already is. For $6.60 + tax, you get a 7" sub of pure goodness. My friend first introduced it to me a couple of years ago "It's basically a thanksgiving meal!" she said and I have been hooked on the Bobbie ever since. The staff in this branch was friendly and the cashier saw to it that everyone was given personal treatment. He was very polite and courteous, definitely a personality that would keep customers. I liked the idea of black and white checks to surround the walls and floor tiles, It gave the place more character and made it feel more authentic.

The place is right opposite to CSN so if you are tired after your classes you can always go and chill with your group. Owner is really kind, she asked me how my sandwich was when i went for dine-in. She gave me a free cookie too. I like the ambiance its a chilled hang out place specially when you are with your. Best i like about this place is that they have wise honey bbq which is the best amongts any other chips brand which i have never found in any other store.

Literally waited 25 minutes for them to make a simple sandwich.... I'll take my money elsewhere, this happens every single time. Don't recommend it
