The workers are always so kind here. I don't go often, but they always remember us! We got the bacon Bobbi today since it's November and wanted some early Thanksgiving yumminess. I typically get the capastromi.

I hate when I spend my money on something and don’t get what you payed for. I ordered a small Bobbi and ask for extra mayonnaise. I get a Bobbie with literally just dressing, barely any turkey and no cranberry. I overheard the workers talking about how they made a sandwich wrong and then said oh somebody ordered a Bobbi anyway so it’s OK and than they told me mines was ready. It is no way it could be ready literally 3 sec from me ordering so I’m assume they gave me the one they messed up on. The customer was not welcoming at all. It is very sad customer service is not the same no more let alone you can’t get what you payed for. I would returned but I already made it to work and could not return back. I just wasted $10 and some change for it to go in the trash.

Food was excellent had the Wagu beef French dip and Tomato Bisque. Shop was clean and inviting. Will definitely return!

Decent sandwich shop. Great location and great parking. Portion sizes are very good for the price. My Italian sandwich was very good. The picture shows a "small" but enough for a lunch for an adult.

I have always ordered here and I always have the classics cheese steak sandwich, this time it was not good at all.. no flavor, very bland.. very disappointed especially the price of the sandwich... plus I paid for extra cheese and there wasn't extra..

-Wagyu Roast Beef good classic sandwich -Turkey Sandwich kind of taste like tuna but it don’t bother me but the bread empowers the rest so have a drink near by. -Cheese Steak Sandwich is the best here straight delicious it’s a BANGER 💥 with the sweet and hot peppers. Only one I recommend. -Balsamic Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese was good and fresh love the blue cheese and dressing. -The soups clam chowder and chicken noodle soup No Bueno, No flavor at all complete waste of money pricey and small portion -Restroom were clean The subs are pricey for a Large but it can feed two people or 3 children. Cheesesteak is worth it Everything was $70+ with no drinks

Our large Italian sub was soooo sloppy made….One bite and everything falls out. Underneath this mess of lettuce, tomato, and absurd amount of pickles was an extreme amount of mayo and more mustard than one person can consume. I have officially given up on Capriottis. This was so unappetizing the way it was made. The picture doesn’t depict how messy this was made. The lady at the pick up window was very pleasant so I give stars for that only.

Sandwiches were great to the pallet!! Service was fast and outstanding! And the place was spick and span!!

Came in earlier this month for their Barbecue sandwich. BEST BBQ sandwich I've tried in years ! The crispy cheddar onions are heaven sent. The Restaurant was very clean and had no issues ! The guys there are awesome ! Will be coming back SOON !

This Capriotti's location has yet to fail me. The inside is clean, the location is convenient to the 215, and the service is kind and quick. I truly enjoy a good Capriotti's sandwich, and this is my go-to spot.

I come to this location almost every night. I get a small cheesesteak or capistrami and it's nearly perfect every time. Hats off to the chef ‍ . I enjoy chatting up with the employees at night, they are very funny and make me feel extra special . Can't wait to come back tomorrow!

Soggy below par sandwich. I waited extra 10 minutes for my sandwich after they forgot it. The sandwich was super soggy and lacking flavor.

Was told that the manager doesn't allow a switch on cheese for the capastrami fries. We wanted provolone not Swiss??? Weird and a definitely demonstrates lack of awareness regarding customer service satisfaction. If it is a company policy even more ridiculous!

I can understand why there are so many bad reviews. We ordered a sandwich with no Mayo. Got it hone and realized there was Mayo and drove all the way back. Maryann refunded the sandwich, didn't offer to remake it and had the nerve to keep the tip. I wish I could say this was the first time we've gotten bad service at this location but it's not. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Again last night I order a $22 cheese steak sandwich they always want a 20% tip at the drive thru I ask if my pepper relish I clearly noted I wanted on the side I ask is it in the bag. They assure me it is I get home. Nope not in the bag that's the 3rd time in a row they lied. Not only am I done tipping im done spending my money there. How hard is it to look if your not sure but if you say trust me it's there I tend to what to believe you. But again you ruined my meal

Lots of choices. Had better tasting sandwich in Reno store but not in Las Vegas. Easy to order for takeout. Staff nice.

This is our go to for a fast pick up lunch. We have never had a bad sandwich. And the lady that takes the order has been doing this with a smile for as long as I can remember. I think that says something about the place. Keeping the same servers. We seem to order the tuna fish with black olives and pickles. Don't forget the sweet peppers!!! I have enjoyed the turkey and grandkids like the steak.

Today I ordered a couple 5" subs. The Cheese Steak was great as always. The Bobbie was a dark meat- mayo drenched mess. Unable to eat. Very SURPRISED as I always receive great sandwiches from this location

We ordered takeout wagyu and the grilled Italian subs. Service was normal and food was good. They did forget pickles on one of our subs even after they repeated that one sub was supposed to have them, and it wasn't made quite evenly with toppings by the time it was cut in half either. Don't forget to leave them "Beer $$".

Ordered the large cold Waygu roast beef sandwich with extra lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Also got some Italian dressing to drizzle on the sandwich. The bread they use is delicious and the portion size seemed fair. I would try another sandwich down the road.

Took advantage of the 2X Wagyu French Dip special. We both had a their so-called French Dip but really it's a dialed down version of their Philly. While it was obviously very good, I'm not a mayonnaise guy when it comes to french Dip sandwiches, nor cheese. I'm an old fashioned beef and bread dude but like I said it was very good. I'll adapt it on next visit. Used the Capriotti's Yelp deal and got a free medium drink, SCORE!! So don't forget to check in first!

This is a fairly new Capriotti's, and I love it. I came across it just as the COVID-19 Pandemic was starting. The first time I stopped by, they were running business as usual. The next time I went in, they were wiping down everything as people used them. Now, it's pick up and delivery only. Each time I've visited this location, the service has been great. Food is up to standard. I highly recommended the Bobbie! It's Thanksgiving all year long! I'll definitely go back!

As soon as we walked to the counter there was a old white lady that was giving an attitude right when we ordered. She couldn't hear anything we were saying even when we repeated it multiple times. I do not recommend this spot this is the third time they messed up my food I love capriotti's but this is unacceptable.

I moved to California from Vegas and this is one place I always try to eat at when I'm in town. I normally would order the turkey sandwich, but wanted to try something different this time. My mom mentioned the Capastrami and I decided to try it. It was sooooo good! It was raining when we went in so I decided to try the chicken noodle soup as well and it was a great pairing on a rainy day. Would highly recommend this sandwhich shop!

We love Capriotti's but this location is regularly disappointing. They've gotten our 1-2 sandwich order wrong at least a dozen times. We live super close, which is why we always end up going back to see if they've improved. I recommend going to a diff Cap's location. The Bobby and the grilled Italian are some of our favorites.

Steak was dried out...terrible. I don't remember that with the last one. I hope this is not the norm.

The app for the place makes it so easy to order, and I pick drive through for pick up so I never have to get out of the car. No pesky getting dressed just order, hop in the car in my sweats ( or get the wife to go) and boom, lunch! I've been stuck on the American wagyu and cheese sub. Got that the last 5 times or so and it is so good. Wife gets one too. We both get the large, I eat mine all at once, she will eat half then finish other half later. Nice tender shaved wagyu smothered in cheese with onion and mushrooms. So yummy Drive thru pick up is sweet, you pull up to window, they hand you the goodie bag and you're gone!

What a huge disappointment. Never again. The quality has declined tremendously. We frequent Capriotti's and not only did they change the bread, the changed the portion sizes and quality of their menu items. I always order a Cole Turkey (small) and never can I finish it since it's always packed with delicious turkey, coleslaw and cheese and Russian dressing. This time, it was like a kids sandwich, like not even a teaspoon of Russian dressing, I was choking on the dry turkey, the coleslaw had zero taste or flavor, the bread was so little, I am honestly shocked, needless to say, it will be my last order.

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES! The food was great but they charged us for delivery AND passed the actual 3rd party delivery fee on to us. There was a "OLO Dispatch 4.99", "OLO Dispatch fee 5.00", and "Service fee 3.99" on our itemized receipt. When I went back to the app, the service fee was lumped in with the tax and difficult to see. When I called, they were not sure what the fees were and couldn't explain them. It was then determined the $5.00 was the tip- fine. The $4.99 went to Grub Hub. The $3.99 was for them to notify Grub Hub there was a pick up!! That is getting a little greedy. They need to be transparent on what is charged. Our $43.00 order ended up costing $61.00.

Unfortunately today was a sad one. I eat the Capastrami sandwiches once a week and they have sauce, meat; cheese, and the best part coleslaw. I picked up my order and came home after ordering a capastrami with onions and peppers. And when I got home the sandwich has no sauce or coleslaw. Supper saddening because this sandwich's was $12 and didn't have all the ingredients. I called the restaurant they were nice and said asked the chef if he put coleslaw and he said he did. I have taken a photo here of what the sandwich looks like right as o open. I am posting this for proof. They restaurant did offer to remake or hold a sandwich so that was nice but still very upsetting.

Discovered this sandwich shop near a tournament we were playing in. Hit it two days in a row it was so good. The "Thanksgiving" sandwich was quite good. The other sandwiches we tried were also very good.

It's nice to know some things haven't changed. I started eating Capriotti's years ago when I moved here 15 years ago, and recently moved back. The Bobbie is still as great as ever. Also tried the Grilled Italian, and it was so good. The vinaigrette is definitely what makes that one awesome. I can't wait to come back and try even more sandwiches!

We eat here a few times a month and they make great sandwiches. We order on line and pickup thru drive up. They have it ready so quickly and it's so delicious. The lady who helps us is so nice. We highly recommend this sandwich shop. All always get the classic Turkey with sweet peppers and my daughter gets the Italian sub vegetarian style. So delicious and a very nice staff.

As a Vegas local this sub spot is one of the best! This is the Italian 8 inch with Salt and Vinegar chips and Pepsi meal. I have it a high rating for the fresh ingredients, large portions (enough for two people) and having the meal ready for drive through pick as I ordered from my phone.

Ordered a Bob and got a stuffing sandwich! Where's the turkey? Seriously, worst Capriotti's experience of my life.

The sandwiches are really just okay and definitely not worth the price. I grew up in Delaware with OG Capriotti's and this ain't it.

The best sandwich in Las Vegas, the food is always hot, taste amazing and excellent customer service. Always a friendly staff eager to make your day happy!! If your new in town you will LOVE all the Capriotti's. Thank you, Summer

Location is in a prime area in my opinion,right off the 215...just hit that quick right and bam Sandwich TIME BOY! friendly staff,answered every question to the "T" and made sure both sandwiches were 100% Vegan Great Capriotti's experience. This location is fantastic for many reasons. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered through the app but accidentally ordered at a different location (Cheyenne instead of Novat). The very efficient staff member called the other location for me and cancelled the order. She quickly had my order made again and on my way. I am super thankful for that efficiency. As always, the Bobbie sandwich is so delicious. As an added perk, they have a drive thru for pick ups which is so wonderful if you have kids with you (especially during the Vegas summer heat). Thank you Capriotti's!

I went into this location to order a slaw be joe. It has always been one of my favorite sandwiches. To my disappointment I found out they don't use the real roast beef anymore they use a lunch meat type of roast beef it's not even remotely the same flavor or anything and they charge $15 for the sandwich I'm sorry but this is what happens when corporations decide to change something that's not broke it was so gross I couldn't even eat it. Took it back to get my money back. I talk to the girl behind the counter she said it was something like waggu meat??? For all I know it's horsemeat I don't know capriottis do better!

This place unfortunately has become a constant disappointment. I went in today to use my last "capture 2" voucher given to us the first time they bombed everything. I ordered a black and blue salad and small bobby. I was given Italian dressing instead of the gorgonzola dressing, no big deal. Then the sandwich.. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why this store cannot get this sandwich correct?! My sandwhich was on 6in bread but cut at an extreme angle. You get 6in of bread and barely 3in of actual sandwich! Seriously?! I waited almost 15mins for my order, the woman who ordered ahead of me was still waiting for her sandwich when I left! The store only had 2 customers in it, myself and the other woman. I'm done! I keep wanting to give you guys the benefit of the doubt since you are representing the capriotti's name but its just not there. I'm done!

Capriotti's over is great but this store is horrible. Online orders never ready when supposed to, bunch of kids working and standing around doing nothing. I would drive past to the next one.

I ordered two homemade turkey sandwhiches and there was mold in the turkey. Complaint already sent up to the health department. They have to be careful and mindful of this. Hope my daughter & I don't get sick.

Food has been very good every time I go & the girls working there have been very friendly, they try hard to please with a smile. The place is perfect for a business meeting or meet & greet date. They even have a NY Favorite -Wise Potato Chips! Real Rock playing in the background is a major plus, another reason I choose to go to this brand new establishment that is nicly built.

50min. Stuck in pickup window drive thru. Tried telling me the guy in front of me wouldn't leave, the guy in front of me wouldn't leave because he waited 35 of the same minutes I was waiting before getting to window only to be given the wrong order. Hot day, no water and stuck 50 min, in a pick-up line.... NOT AN ORDER line a pick up line, if the order isn't ready they should tell the car to park and then bring it out to them..... NO EXCUSE! You are given a time online and should get in the pick up line accordingly, if the order is not ready and the cars won't leave then bring out everyone else's orders and then we could've backed up out of the line. TOTALLY inexcusable I will never go to this place again. To top it off we got the order home to see that they did not follow the order as ordered, this is the second time this has happened (we've only been twice). I know we should all be nice with everything going on right now, I tried to be patient after the first thirty minutes I lost it, and not being able to get out of line I was not too pleased when I finally got to window, I was not nice, the receipt says they did not charge me which should pay for my gas since it was so hot inside car that my 87 yr. old mother and I were In I couldn't turn it off. NO EXCUSE! 50 min.

Had a Doordash order. Talked to one of the employees, then waited 25 minutes at the drive through. I ended up canceling the order. It was 1 sandwich. They only had 1 other customer.

Ordered a large hot italian sub from Capriotti's on Novat St tonight. This is the only sub we ever order from Capriotti's, so we know exactly what they should look like. Got it home and unwrapped it and it was the most pathetic sub sandwich I've ever seen. Half of the bun was bare and the meat was all chopped up. You wouldn't have even recognized this as one of their hot italian subs. Returned it to Capriotti's and showed the manager. Told her I wouldn't pay $5 for this sandwich, let alone the $17 we paid. Subs from Subway have more on them and look better than this crappy sub we got tonight. The manager asked me of I wanted them to remake the sandwich. Ummmmm....NO!!! Not if that's how the 2nd one is gonna look. I'll never go to this Capriotti's again.

Their sandwiches are good and vegan options are great but man, literally every single time we go here they mess up an order or forget something. We get it to go and now always have to check before we leave and at least one sandwich is always missing something or wrong. So always check your order from here!!

This outlet has rapidly gone downhill. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I got was a dry French roll with meat so sparse I could see the bread under it and it was 17.00! I felt like I was a number at the register... no smile and they barely looked at me. I was also the only person in line. Not coming back.

Their sandwiches are no different from any other Capriotti's I have been to, which is a godo thing because that way there aren't any variations depending on which Capriotti's location we go to. The thing I hated about the location of this place was that the parking sucked. IDK if the employees parked near the building but there were like 2 other guest and for whatever reason that day, they both decided to be going in their cars to get something with their doors wide open so I couldnt even park in the stalls next to them near Capriotti's. I had to turn around, park in the neighboring Pizza place's restaurant, and I felt bad because they literally have like 2 parking stalls. IDK if I was being anxious since the dude was waiting for me to give him my order, the menu threw me off. I'm used to seeing the one's at the Casino's where it is more simplified. I mistook their classic subs (I was looking for a Capastrami but I couldn't remember the name at the time I was ordering it) highlighted in gray as one of their their title headings for each categories. So, I ended up ordering a Cold Turkey. It was the driest sub ever. My husband got what he normally orders - a Slaw Be Joe since I could plainly see it under the classic subs. His sub was good... as always. I would come back to this locaton after this experience... and knowing that you can download an app and pick-up your order through their drive-thru instead of having to park in their very few parking stalls.

Bobbie sub is the bomb ,the guy at the shop Was super nice I've had this sandwich many Times cold but this time he told me to order It hot and boy was he right making it hot Was twice as good I will be ordering hot from Now on tks for the tip

The subs are tastey! I only wish that they got the simple Order correct. Got the wrong subs and really wanted the one that they did not deliver. Hit and miss. UPDATE: The owner quickly responded, inquiring about the mishap and apologizing. That was really nice. She offered to send coupons. So this review is now 4 stars.

What a waste of money. Don't order extra meat because it's not going to show up in your sandwich. The last two times, our sandwiches look like half of what we would get inside of other Capriottis locations. Plus, they look like someone sat on them to smash them down. They need to fire the managers and start all over.

Although my family has utilized this establishment in the past and had no grievances, recently we had an issue which was inexcusable. My wife had gone in and ordered two sandwiches at 8:10 pm. She did not receive the sandwiches until around 9 pm. A wait this long is not warranted for subs and she was never told the status or as to why it was taking so long. A final "sorry about the wait" at the end when handing off the food was mentioned. As we are new to Las Vegas and the whole Capriotti's chain I foresee us possibly ordering from here again due to the fact that the food was still delicious. But, if this type of customer service continues my rating will continue to plummet and we will ensure any friends or family that visit are not recommended this establishment.

How many times can a restaurant mess up on an order before you decide to no longer patronize them? For me, this has been an ongoing problem at the Novat location (at least 6 times this year) where they consistently forgot to add 4 toppings to my vegetarian cheesesteak sandwich. Cole, the manager, blamed a new hire for tonight's mistake. 1) It's not cool to throw your employee under the bus 2) So, there must be a new employee working every time my order is incorrect *highly unlikely. Clearly, these instances have been opportunities to learn and grow from your mistakes. Like most people, I love a good comeback story and truly want this Capriotti's to thrive. They have delicious sub sandwiches, but are lacking in paying attention to detail.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with my order today. I put in an online catering order for 3 party trays and 3 cookie trays. I called a couple times speaking with store manager Mary Ann to verify the order was received and we were good to go. Mary Ann went above and beyond our expectations and the sandwiches were excellent and made with the freshest ingredients. Thank you Mary Ann and your staff for making our little party a hit.
