Excellent vegetarian sandwiches. Most of the season I come here though is they've got one of the only gender neutral restrooms in the downtown area.

He quickly and efficiently produced the Best Sandwich Ever from the spreading of mayo to the technique of pressing the ingredients into the bun he rocked and excelled in every manner. Capastrami is insanely delicious! Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. I love that they have several different sizes of sandwich and chip options.

The turkey was dry! And shredded! Some pieces were hard! Meat taste gamey! Couldn't wait to eat but I wouldn't give this to my dog! Landfill Make that both bobbies were terrible! Bought 2 and my friends was just as bad. Was this leftover turkey from yesterday?

Capriotti's is now a "hit n miss" dining experience depending on the location. The staff seem uninterested. Sandwiches are not as good as they once were. Stores are becoming sad, dirty. There is no pride or hospitality.

I do not have a Caps near my house, so when I travel, Caps is on the list. For Thanksgiving I made a rib roast. That decision was made knowing I could get turkey at Caps all year. I ordered my Bobbie and it was just the way it should be. You can trust this store to hit the mark.

Order an Italian meat sandwich with extra meat. It was prepared exactly the way I needed it and wanted it. Everything was delicious and the service was good. The restaurant was clean. Tables were nice and neat. Every time we're in Las Vegas this is where we get our sandwiches.

Slow as hell!! Ordered 1233 and didnt get my classic cheesesteak sandwich until 1306. Terrible and very unhappy. No idea what management is doing about this store...

The two that worked today were super sweet and really awesome . Capps for the win when it comes to customer service and my sandwhich was flavorful and perfectly proportioned . Good music chill vibes no pressure to order !

Found 4 bones in one 4 inch Bobby. Like wtf!? Never really had an issue with Capriotti's so would have to assume the people hired an working at this spot are below average IW or just don't give a **** about their job.

Well, I was out and was getting hungry and found this Capriotti's. What a difference from the last one. This one I was greeted as I came in, they took my order and were friendly. Not sure how long it was, but it didn't take long and they handed me my sandwich. The restaurant was clean and both of the employees that I talked to were very nice. The sandwich looked and tasted great. Check out this location if you're in the area.

This location is so clean! This was my first time at this location. There is plenty of seats both inside and outside as well. They also were practicing social distancing and all the staff were wearing masks. There also signs for customers to wear masks and alerting them of which tables have been sanitized. I left comfortable, but decided to take the order to go. I tried the Loaded Capastrami Fries which were so delicious. The medium size was plenty for two people to share. We also ordered the Classic Italian, but they forgot to toast the bead as requested.

This isn't my first time with Capriotti's, but it is my first time at this location... and my first time venturing for take out food during this quarantine! I have to say, it's a shame that it's only take out or delivery st this time because this new building in Huntridge is phenomenal! The process was easy. I actually called ahead and asked what my options were, and the person that answered the phone was super helpful and polite. I ended up ordering on line and driving to pick up. The inside was super clean and I was greeted (6 feet away) by a nice young man who was expecting me. There was a very obvious sign for pick up orders (so that you wouldn't have to make contact with the workers). The sandwiches were perfect. Exactly what we were craving as it's been a few weeks of home cooking and rations lol.

I ordered a Classic Italian through Uber Eats, and it was just like I like it. I did call their shop, though to make sure the meats and the ingredients were all tucked inside. I hate how they're doing it at most of their Shops, is with all their meats hanging out of the roll..it's just very Yukky how your hands get all full of the dressings! It's just common sense? But it was pretty good. I should have ordered the larger size, as it was expensive with delivery and all, so what's a few more dollars? Their meats were thinly sliced compared to the Shop on Nellis blvd.? Which is good, they shouldn't be thick? Every Shop should follow suit though on every which way they build their sandwiches? It's a chain restaurant! I like it thinly sliced, like Subway does it. But for that matter, it's not enough meats either? It was still acceptable though...but this Chain has a lot more to learn. They think their customers don't notice anything? Wrong.... Just add 1 more slice of each meat, and you're good!

Cameron the manager looked out for me, uber eats sucks so instead of giving uber my Cold sandwich she said she would remake it for me :) Thanks cameron i hope uber is on time!

Waited about 15 minutes before someone would acknowledge me. When I said I wanted to place an order they told me 30 minutes... Would have appreciated knowing that before I stood there ignored for 15 minutes.

We were in this location last night. First of all make sure you have your doors locked and look around before you walk. It is a very very bad shopping center I didn't even have a clue it was so big. Homeless everywhere a really shady sketchy people standing by the doors of all the stores that are open begging for money and watching you get in and out of your car with hoodies over their head watching you very shady We go into the store to order and clearly they're rushing to clean to get done to leave and mind you we placed our order at 6:12 PM the order was taken by a gentleman by the name of Aaron seemed pretty nice took our order and explained if we want it bottle soda or juice how much it cost We made it very clear we wanted a very light and I repeat light coding of mayo across the sandwiches just a little bit for the taste with fried onions mushrooms and sweet peppers cooked in he said not a problem we can do that for you OK so then he proceeds to hand me the receipt circling his name and to do a survey trust and believe me he doesn't want me to do the survey We've been to numerous numerous capriottl's Throughout the Las Vegas area and this is one of two is probably the worst ones we've ever been to it usually takes about 10 minutes to cook the sandwich sandwich was done before we even got to the table and sat down OK I'll give them that for speedy service until we open the sandwiches We open the sandwiches and they seemed like they were extremely white in color the meat was not brown so we thought maybe it was the cheese until we been in and we found out that it was saturated in mayonnaise so much so that we could scrape it off and we went to the counter and showed the girl and she must seriously think we're stupid she stated that the mayonnaise comes out of the machine and they have no control over how much comes out and that she could not make her sandwich over because it was what we ordered are you seriously kidding me with that answer when you can see the spatula that wipes to mayonnaise on smears it across the roll and grill is right there!!! Mind you again they were so busy with trying to get cleaned up to leave the chairs were up on the tables and they were already stocking stuff from the cold been to put it into the walk-in or wherever I'm sure they were gonna put it. It was absolutely disgusting we did not even finish our sandwiches threw them away and we took pictures to show everybody I will be calling to Call to general manager or district manager I don't care which one This is unacceptable answers does she seriously think people are stupid how things are made when we go there as much as we do I'd love to show you my bank account and show you that we always go to the Flamingo indicator location next to the McDonald's absolutely a much better location this is a disgrace look at the photo below this is nasty and she was just downright an idiot to be working there again do not recommend this place did decor inside it's nice outside you take your life in your hands to go inside and leave and clearly they like to serve slop

Food is awesome! Not your regular sandwiches or subs! This location happens to have fries and specialty fries!!! GRAVY was just the ingredient The Bobbie was missing! Thank you!

We ordered capriotti's for delivery. Our order was placed online at 11:24am with an estimated delivery time of 12:11. At 12:15 I called the store because the order tracking that was emailed to me was not updating, I was told our order was done but had not been picked up by a delivery driver. It would have been nice if the shop had called to tell me it would be delayed so that we could have someone go pick up lunch. After I hung up I received notification that a driver had been assigned to our order so we did not bother sending someone to get the food. It gave us an estimated drop off time of 12:35 which also came and went. By 12:55 our food had finally shown up, with 5 minutes left on our lunch hour. Luckily the order was right and the food was good, as I said I just wish we would have been updated that we were not going to receive our food on time.

Grossly overrated and overpriced. $11.83 for a Wagyu Roast Beef small sub? A bun. a pile of lettuce and tomatoes, and a stingy few small slices of meat. Nothing ventured, nothing gained? In this case nothing gained!

I tent to eat here several times a year, the service, food, and quality has tanked. My recent experience was placing an order online for a Wagyu sandwich. After 30 minutes of placing my order I stoped by for pickup. The two person crew (zero customer service by the way) was talking in an empty restaurant. My order had not been made, they "forgot". I waited another 10 minutes for my order. Once home, my order was completely wrong, not cut, and missing items. I tried calling and the young guy there answered with a simple "hello".....? Just horrible. Avoid this restaurant and eat elsewhere.

For starters the location is not in the best area however our order was the best we've tried at any Capriotti's location EVER!!!!!! I was completely mind blown with how delicious savory warm and well put together they were . We asked for spicy in the Philly and ajen understood the assignment! Not sure if her name is Jen ! We ordered 2 sandwiches around 7:45 Friday sept 8th . She was working the front and kitchen all on her own will her colleague was on break and although got really busy she made the food at the highest standard! I want to reiterate that. This has been my best Capriotti's experience ever thanks to her ! Very nice pleasant fast and absolutely great food ! Please give her a raise!!!

I have never had a blander tuna fish sandwich than the one I received from Capriotti's today. I had to force myself to finish it. The tomatoes looked sickly and translucent and the tuna had zero flavor. I bet the food on the Starship Enterprise tastes better. Oh, and apparently they don't know the difference between tomato bisque and chicken soup. Just when you're looking forward to satisfying a craving...

EXCEPTIONAL as always!!!!! This is my go-to spot every chance I get. The staff are killing it here, always putting out the very best of my favorites. This is how you inspire customer loyalty!! 5 stars doesn't begin to cover the service my crew and I get. Hands down the best sandwiches in the valley without a doubt. I'm not sure who picked the manager when this store opened but, well played my friend, well played indeed. The store is spotless and every one of the employees looks and acts like they could be running the store. I love this Capriotti's. Don't change a thing!!

I found a shard of glass in my sandwich. Luckily I bit it before swallowing. We threw our entire order in the trash. I notified Capriottis through the feedback form I was emailed but they haven't gotten back to me.

Best sandwich shop in the world not just Vegas... From world. Get the 18 inch or two cause it's worth it

Before I begin this review, I admit...Capriotti's USED to be my favorite sandwich shop. BAR NONE. I've been one of their "CapAddicts" frequent diner club members for some time now. Not anymore. Not since Capriotti's made some crazy stupid changes to their menu offerings. In the past, I could always count on Capriotti's to serve the freshest, high-quality ingredients (especially their in-house roasted turkey and roast beef) rather than those typically highly processed, chemically injected, lower-grade meats found at other sandwich shops. I always knew when I bit into a Capriotti's sandwich it would ALWAYS taste HOME-MADE and SPECIAL. Because it was. Better than all of those qualities was the reasonable PRICE Capriotti's charged for their sandwiches. Sure, they were always slightly higher than Subway or other competitors, but that was because of their higher quality ingredients. But things recently have changed since Capriotti's gave their menu a make-over (adding some new items), and pricing themselves out of the market! The other day, I stepped in a Capriotti's to order my favorite sandwich: a medium pulled turkey AND roast beef combo, with coleslaw and thousand island dressing. Yes, I always knew adding a few ounces of roast beef to the sandwich would increase the price a little. Even so, that specific sandwich would normally cost $9.75+/-. But it was worth it. So, when the clerk quoted the price for the SAME sandwich this time, she asked for $21.50! WTF!? Of course, I shook my head in disbelief and walked out. No sandwich is worth that kind of money...ESPECIALLY in this economy! Turns out, Capriotti's no longer offers their traditional, their home-cooked, delicious roast beef anymore. Instead, for whatever reason, they've gone chichi on their meat offerings and ONLY offer "Wagyu" beef, which only comes from select, coddled, cows. Sure, Wagyu may be tasty...but at $70/pound?! What was wrong with the wonderful beef Capriotti's USED to serve!? Did Capriotti's customers have ANYTHING to say about this exorbitant menu item change? Did some focus group admit to WANTING to pay 200%+ MORE for their sandwiches just to taste 2 slices of some UBER beef? Well, I know I didn't. And frankly, I don't believe most customers are fawning over the idea of Wagyu beef, either. The other roast beef was fantastic just the way it was...because of its home-cooked goodness! In summary, because I can no longer enjoy my favorite sandwich at Capriotti's without a 200%+/- markup (and, let's be honest, it's painfully honest that Capriotti's is just trying to increase their average check size during a lackluster economy), I've made the permanent decision to shop elsewhere for sandwiches in the future. While I USED to be one of Capriotti's "CapAddicts," I now to choose to be a "Cap-a-PHOBE! lol. Too bad, Caps...you guys REALLY blew it.

I'm a big fan of Capriottis was very excited when I found out a location was going to open literally walking distance from my house. Hands down the WORST LOCATION IN TOWN! I have been there a total of 3 times and don't have anything good to say about this location. The staff has been rude, unprofessional, and dirty while making food. The very last time I went I had to get a refund because of what I witnessed the cook doing while making my sandwich. Very upsetting!

My name is Rhonda and I ordered from the sandwich shop through the Grubhub app, and instead of somehow contacting me, they made a call on their own! I ordered their famous Capastrame sandwich, which is amazing under most circumstances, but when they ran out of pastrami, instead of calling me, they sent me a plain Wagyu beef sub so basically they sent me a giant sub filled with greasy meat no vegetables no cheese nothing. Worst experience worst sandwich totally unprofessional and then of course GrubHub does absolutely nothing except for give me the price of the sandwich back not try and fix it. Get me the right food from a different Capriotti's which there's one on every friggin corner, or even give me enough money to order a different sub! Whoever left the people in charge on March 6 to make decisions, wrong choice I give this place -3 stars all because of that. My husband is a disabled vet and sometimes I can't leave the house tonight was one of them. Thanks guys dinner was great.!NOT!

When we went there a couple of weeks ago, I had a pretty negative experience. The guy at the register was also helping someone on the phone so we had to wait a while before we could order our food. The menu itself is pretty confusing. I was almost charged $20 for a sandwich meal, absurd! Then to top it all off, when I was eating my fries, I inadvertently ate a moldy piece of fry that was served to me. It was disgusting! I will never go back to that location.

Don't believe the hype. I've been looking for a classic Italian sub since I moved to vegas, saw that this place had good ratings and was very underwhelmed. The bread was the best part, nice and soft. The meat was flavorless and there was barely anything else on it besides meat. I actually enjoy jersey mikes more than this. I guess the search continues...

Checked this joint out 2day, me & my wife ordered a chicken philly cheese sandwiches, I had the coke slaw w/ barbecue sauce, she had a regular chicken philly w/ xtra onions & peppers. All I can say is WOW!!! I'm from New Orleans where all our spots are exclusive, so for me to experience Las Vegas owned, it was absolutely terrific!!!

One Word: CAPASTRAMI The Capastrami alone is worth the visit, but they have other delicious sandwiches as well, like the Bobbie and the Slaw-be-Joe, etc... I am thrilled that they have opened a location on Charleston at Maryland Parkway. I ordered dinner from them last night and they didn't disappoint! Their meat is prepared in house. They roast Their own turkey! Their pastrami is so tender! They bake their own bread and their chips and drinks and desserts are yummy. Go there! You won't be disappointed! I promise!

Ok finally we got a capriotti's downtown. Welcome to the Huntridge. What can I say! if you had a Capriati's you know their sandwiches are good if you haven't had a capriotti's sandwich I think it's time to try one. I love the capastrami, the cheese steak, The grilled Italian . And let's not forget the Bobby.

I came here to enjoy a tasty sandwich and show my buddies how good capriottis was. I check and they wouldn't close for an hour but when I got they it was already closed. I was heart broken to say the least and looked like an idiot in front of my friends. Frown face.

Best steak sandwich I ever had. I'm from Philadelphia. Better than my home made sandwiches. I had 18" Angus steak sandwich. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Capriotti's is always a good choice. ***I'm not going to leave some three page essay on what I liked and did not like about this place. No one cares. If I gave it one or two stars then I'd give an explanation.***

I know it's 115 outside today so keeping a building cool may be difficult but this place is 93 degrees inside! The workers are all sweating & honestly very unappealing & unappetizing environment. I won't be back this has me concerned about food safety. How can it be good when so hot. Seems like they are out of items too or maybe just not safe to use. **OWNER** please turn your air down to a reasonable temperature, this is ridiculous work environment.

Literally did not follow any of my instruction on Ubereats asked for no cheese and Mayo and loaded with cheese and Mayo and received a smaller size of sandwich than ordered and did not receive my fries.

Just dined here and they got my order wrong - usually wouldn't really bother me but I ordered the veggie Turkey and they gave me the regular which I can't eat. I always emphasize that I'm ordering the VEGGIE version and even had a whole conversation about their vegan meats and my partner ordered the vegan meat as well. Super annoying that I had to drive all the way home and realize I couldn't eat the food. Moral of the story: if you're coming here for their veggie meats I guess triple check that they rang it in correctly.

I like this sandwich shop so much I had to write a review. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Donald. The food is fresh every time and the menu options are delicious. The salads are great combinations of mixed greens and toppings that REALLY go together, and the sandwiches, like the Capastrami, are yummy! No matter what time of day I order, my freshly made food is never more than a 15 minute wait. I am glad I live near the Capriotti's Sandwich Shop on W. Charleston, Las Vegas.

Came here on my 30 min lunch break and went back to work quite dissatisfied. Called in my order beforehand to save time, but when I got there they had messed up my order and forgot to make one of the sandwiches. So I had to waste another 5-10 min of my already limited time waiting for that. Once I got back to work and started to eat, I realized one of the sandwiches I received was the wrong size. Tried to call in to see about getting possible credit and was told that I would need to bring the sandwich back to make a new one. I explained that I couldn't do that because of having to return to work soon and got placed on hold to speak with the general manager. Waited for 15 min, even extended my break, and never got through. I had to hang up and return to work still hungry and shorted some cash after that.

My order was right but the way the took his gloves off messing with his hair infront of the food and than putting another gloved on like nothing .
