I just left the restaurant and I was confused on how my geak sandwich came out before my Bobby sandwich as I got onto the 15 freeway from the 215. I opened it, and I'm already about 10 minutes away and the cheese on my cheesesteak is not melted? The sandwich is iced cold. And for some reason, it's soaking. Wet, I've been going to caparates for many years. Never had a sandwich that bad. Location was nice. People were nice but the food I don't know what happened. For the price, it should be on point two sandwiches, forty bucks.And it was ice cold and soaking.Wet never had that from caparates before.I will tell you that

Waited an hour for my order, never got my food, and my full credit card info was written down on paper — a huge security risk. I ordered at 1:41 PM (20–30 min estimate) and gave extra time. By 2:37 PM, my food still wasn’t ready. When I asked how much longer, I was told my “ticket was lost.” I requested a refund, and the GM (“Teyvon”) said he threw the sandwiches away because I asked for my money back. The worst part: to issue the refund, staff wrote down my full credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code on paper and told me to leave it with them — unsecured. I refused and took it with me, as there was no shred bin in sight. This violates PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards), may breach Nevada’s Security of Personal Information Law (NRS 603A), and could be considered an “unfair practice” under the Federal Trade Commission Act. I will be reporting this to the Nevada Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau, the FTC, my card issuer, and Capriotti’s corporate office so this dangerous practice is addressed immediately. I’m deleting the app, will not return, and strongly advise others to be cautious when paying here until these practices are corrected.

I went there for lunch for the first time, the staff were nice and welcoming, however not the best experience with the food. First my sandwich had too much mayo, wasn’t given the au jus sauce that was supposed to come with the sandwich and when we requested for the sauce it tasted so salty. You’re better off going across the street for better food options.

Worst costumer service. My husband and I ordered a sandwich. We ate it in the car because we were waiting for our kids to get done from their activity. We waited in the parking lot while eating. My husband went in to use the restroom and everything was fine. Then when I tried to go, a male employee looked at me, stopped me and told me the restrooms were out of order. I told him my husband had just used the restroom and he said “I don’t know your husband”. Mind you we had just gotten a sandwich. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. They should have warn people that they aren’t allowed to use their restroom at the time people order. This was not a good experience at all.

I went here because I saw they had fries. The one closest to me doesn't do fries so I came here because they did. The peppers had the butts/stem parts in the sandwich. I don't know if they chop them or if the restaurant cuts them. I appreciate that they're trying to fill the bread more fully, but the sandwich was unmanageable. There was so much I kept dropping stuff ony short and table. Make the bread a bit wider to compensate for all the meat. Also probably something that restaurant has no control over. I can say with absolute certainty that they are indeed filling it withore meat exactly as advertised.

I wanted to give this location NO STARS after my experience today, but it would not allow me to post without giving at least 1 star. I purchased a small turkey sub today. However, I could not eat my sandwich because it had a large bone in the piece I started eating. I did not take a chance on the rest. I called to tell what happened and I received an apology. NOT ENOUGH! This is so dangerous! I could have choked or been seriously injured by the carelessness of the crew that prepared the turkey today. They OBVIOUSLY did not take the time or put forth the effort to ensure that their customers can safely enjoy their sandwich. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A HAND PULLED TURKEY SUB, IT MAY JUST HAVE BONES INSIDE!!!

First time trying Capriotti's and it will definitely be the last. It was a mess from start to finish, where to begin... First off the sandwich sizes -- 4, 8, 10, 18. Who came up with these? I ordered inside at the counter, and got two sandwiches to-go, an 8 inch and 10 inch. Most importantly, I wanted two waters as we had been traveling and needed some hydration. Their standard in-store water cups are the puny 6 oz plastic dixie cups. But since I was taking them to-go, I needed lids for the car and thus asked if I could have a regular cup for the water so it would have a lid. At which point, the employee insisted that if I wanted a regular cup I would need to pay for a fountain drink regardless if it was for water. I absolutely cannot stand when stores try to charge for tap water. My other thought was, what if I ordered this through the drive-thru? Would you still charge me for water? Not to mention, a regular fountain drink is nearly $3, so for that I could've just gone to a gas station and gotten Fiji water or another fancy bottled water. He continued to insist that I would need to pay, so I finally succumbed because it had been a long day. However, in addition to the sandwiches I also got bags of chips and a side of fries. And now that I was being charged for a fountain drink, you'd think the register would automatically make it a combo meal (since they offer those). But NOPE. I had to ask if they could ring it up as a combo since I literally was getting everything that comes with a combo. Thankfully I said something and ended up saving a couple dollars, but the total still came out to over $40 for two sandwiches, two sides and two tap waters. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF, when I got to the fountain machine to fill up the waters, THEY WERE OUT OF ICE. Overall, an absolutely terrible experience and rest assured I will never step foot in a Capriotti's again.

Tremendously irritated by this location. I placed an order for pick up at 1:50pm on the particular day of my visit. 4 total sandwiches with no special requests. At 2:30pm they still were not done. What is the point of ordering ahead of time? Never returning to this location again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Out of town guests wanted "subs" before heading to the Aliante pool this afternoon. Placed an online order for pickup. The app was easy to meander through. Picked up the order at agreed time it was ready and correct (checked by team member against what I had on my app). The sandwiches were the typical good products that I've gotten before. I like the customizing features on the app and it made for sandwiches exactly like the customers wanted. 'Nuff said about the food, service was good, pleasant team members. I would have given them the fifth star except they said they couldn't redo the receipt to give me my military discount on an online order nor could they give me a free sub promo since I ordered from the app first and not the promo... minor details, but I would have appreciated it if they could have made the changes. Sorry, no pictures, but we all know what their subs look like.

Our family has always loved Capriotti's Sandwiches--not just for the delicious food but for the consistently great customer service. Every visit feels like a treat, and my personal favorite is the Capistrami--it's absolutely amazing. While everyone at this location has always been kind, we especially enjoyed visiting when Landon, one of the shift supervisors, was working. He always greeted us with a smile, remembered all of our names (even our kids!), and truly went above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed. That kind of service is rare, and it made this location feel like a neighborhood staple. We were surprised and disappointed to find out this afternoon that Landon was let go after a single customer complaint. If that's true, it's disheartening. This location is always busy when we stop in, which speaks to how much people love it--but also means that wait times can naturally happen. We've always been understanding of that. It's hard not to feel torn about returning when such a valued team member was dismissed so quickly. People like Landon are the reason many of us keep coming back. We hope Capriotti's reconsiders how they handle situations like this--because great food deserves equally great people behind the counter, and Landon was one of them.

I see a review was done just yesterday from a Jacob M, check it out! (Mahalo Jacob! I feel ya!) Sadly, I couldn't agree more. Capastrami is usually my favorite, but sadly it isn't up to the standards it used to be. It's all slaw. Not to mention, no added peppers which I ordered. 1 add, that's all. Nope! I order this the same way at every one of the different shops I've visited, so maybe it's just this location! Don't get me wrong! I'm not hating on the Capastrami or these sandwich joints, by any means. However, I'll probably just take my sandwich craving elsewhere! You should too! The one on Azure Road is pretty decent.

Enjoyed this restaurant for a product taste testing... clean big in size and nice park across to street where u can also enjoy your meal... should've known there was a body of water close by because when I got to front door there was a duck waiting by it. Got to try 5 possibly new sandwiches that may roll out during 3rd quarter of this year

We decided to stop by to grab lunch before heading to the pool. We ordered one sandwich and a kids grilled cheese along with drinks. Well we went to get something to drink from the soda machines and there was no carbonation. I let the cashier know and he said it would get fixed. 30 minutes for our order and 50 minutes of waiting for the carbonation to be fixed and never happened. We even watched other customers that came in after us tell them the same thing. We counted a total of 6 people and they never fixed it while we were there. This was Saturday, August 9th. The store was slow so I don't understand how this issue couldn't be addressed. The least they could do was offer customers the bottled drinks for the inconvenience. So coming in from over 100 degree weather and trying to eat a sandwich with nothing to quench your thirst was beyond disappointing.

Had the Bobbie (Thanksgiving in a sandwich), the Capristrami, and the Impossible Philly Cheesesteak. The Bobbie was served cold but was tasty. I think this would be much better warmed up. 8/10 The Capristrami was quite good. 9/10 The Impossible Philly Cheesesteak is really good. Can hardly tell it's vegan. 10/10. Place was clean enough. Food hit the spot. Service was fine.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE at the nature park location !!! how are you offering vegetarian options but refuse to let the customer know what is the turkey made with? Both the cashier and lady making sandwiches said "I don't know" She also refused to go and look at the ingredients of the "vegetarian" turkey stating "we can't show the packaging" wtf? When the cashier asked another employee for help, they said "I'm on break" this was my first time walking in this place, u will never return ! Thanks for the bad vibes!

Never going back. I order 1 and 1/2 of a cold sandwiches. They had me wait for a long time while they serve 2 families that came after me. I ask the manager why was I skipped, she acted like that was normal. Poor representative of the company. Also one of the sandwiches had a piece of plastic in it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I come to this Caprioti's shop, I remember it's only spelled with 1 'p' lol. I came here to get a Capastrami with extra onions and coleslaw. The girl at the front counter was super friendly when she took my order. I had a bunch of questions about what she liked and didn't like and she gave me her honest opinions, which I am grateful for. Nothing worse than being pitched things that really aren't that great. I sat and waited for my food and the atmosphere of this location is super nice. The park to the left offers a great view of the glorious patch of nature we have here in Aliante!

The last three times we have ordered from this location they have messed up our order it's sad when you can't make a sandwich at a sub shop! no one cares about the work they do anymore only about likes and reviews on social media I give this a thumbs down x three and if it was an option I would write this in cursive! they always mess up my sandwiches..doesnt matter what I order..tipped them $20.00..got home..wrong sandwiches..$19.99 x5..watery Dr. Pepper (recharge your fountain drink machine)...$108.32 + $20.00 tip...Total $128.32..no more business from me..I do not recommend! btw if you like cole slaw youll be happy..even though the subs were ordered pastrami and cheese only..no sauce..no nothing else..they were loaded with coleslaw..more slaw than pastrami..we fed some of the meat we fished out to the dog..threw the rest outside for the birds and critters..we went and got pizza for lunch instead..btw..I suspect any good reviews for this location are shills or relatives

Walked in wasn't greeted, next customer walks in and was greeted hi how are you. Lady walks in from the back to help them right away. Didn't get that special treatment. May be has a lot to do with ethnicity. oh well hopefully my food is better than the service. Also paid and never got a receipt. Also people ordering after us getting their food before us. Thank you for the awesome service greatly appreciate it. Keep up the great service.

This is one of our go to places for a sandwich! We are in love with the capastrami!I love the sweet and salty combo of the pastrami with the coleslaw. I usually get mine with no cheese and light Russian dressing.

I regularly visit the location on Nature Park Drive as I live very near.  Today, our Capastrami sandwich had a long hair embedded in the sandwich.  This was so totally disgusting and dirty.  We ended up dumping the rest of the sandwich.  I called the location and they agreed to refund the amount paid for that sandwich.  I won't be visiting this location again.

Mood - dinner Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. Had a couple of questions that were answered with ease. You order at the front counter, find seating, and wait for your order to be called. Opted for the Bobby ( of course), and the cheesesteak sandwich. Neither disappointed in the slightest. Something about that Bobby gets me everytime. Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Everything was very clean. Would recommend- pricing is reasonable Location is Aliante Pkwy/ 215 - ample parking

I was at Capriotti's on Nature Park Drive earlier. Just wanted a drink. Not real thrilled with the .30 "tech convenience fee" they are now adding to all totals. That .30 is a ten percent mark up on my order. It is not the worst, yet I'm VERY tired of companies doing this now. Total Ripoff!!!

July 25, 2022 at 10:30am. This location needs to fix the attitudes of the individuals working for them, or fire them and get new people. I was the only person inside and had bought and paid for 2 sandwiches online. When I came in they only handed me 1 sandwich and when questioned about the second sandwhich they say "you didn't pay for another one." I literally had the receipt on my phone, the transaction just happened a couple minutes ago. Every single employee then argued with me and gave me attitude till they finally gave in and checked their system and saw that they were wrong. They then purposely took there sweet time making the sandwich. As a franchise owner this is unacceptable, I would not want this type of behavior in my store.

I've been going to this location for a while now and I finally decided to write a review because they have definitely improved their customer service. I popped in for lunch today and I was promptly greeted, not just by one person but the entire staff! Not a weak "welcome" but a loud and exciting "WELCOME!". They proceeded to do this with all customers entering after me. The customer before me dropped a tip in the jar before leaving the counter and boom, the counter person hollers "TIP MONEY!" then the entire staff behind her including herself exclaim, "THANK YOU!" Nice! The counter person took my order, thanked me and offered a deal to complete an online survey...I added a tip to my receipt and I got the same reaction as the person before me. I think this was a great thing because everyone after me proceeded to tip them too! Nice chain reaction for them. I ordered the soup & salad from the take 2 menu. I got the black & blue with a tomato bisque. I was really hoping for the chowder which they didn't have today but I always enjoy the tomato bisque. I waited for about 5 minutes before my name was called and I was thanked as I left. I didn't dine-in but I enjoyed my food as always. Salad was fresh and I like the portion sizes. Will definitely go again and hopefully receive the same service as I did today.

While visiting family we were excited to try this sandwich spot. The service was good, and they have a lot of options, including vegetarian with fake meats. Half of the floor was super sticky, and seemed like soda had exploded all over. We got our sandwiches to go, and they didn't take long...but the reason for my really poor rating is because my Chicken Chipotle Crunch had a bone in it on my FIRST bite...not what you ever expect in a sandwich! While the sandwich tasted good, I was chewing every bit so thoroughly to make sure I didn't swallow a bone.

Best capriottis this side of the i15, the Manager AL accommodated us (me and my wife) and took care of a food and service issue, we had a week ago. They earned my business and have a long time returning customer now. He should be praised because he runs a tight ship in this location and the ambiance is fabulous. I love the atmosphere as well. I'm a tourist from California. Since I was staying in Las Vegas for a week feeling hungry and wanted a sandwich, I went and searched for a sandwich shop then Capriotti's came up nearby in my search so here I was for the first time to order the Philly cheesesteak and I was quite disappointed to discover that they forgot to give me my side of lettuce and tomatoes. The sandwich is somewhat good I still prefer Jersey Mike's subs or even Subway. The Philly cheesesteak was not cooked the way I expected. Made very sloppy. Spending about $20 for a xlarge sandwich missing ingredients is not worth it, plus I left a tip in their credit card machine. It should have been worth it.

When the cashier and customer are wearing masks and when there's a plexiglass window between the two, you cannot have music imposing into the conversation and expect us to communicate. I could not understand anything the cashier was saying and it wasn't his fault. It's because for some reason management believes that we can speak through three mediums while the music is blasting and still hear each other. Please turn down (or off) the music to a level that would allow us to communicate easier with the cashiers. The sandwich itself was tasty.

My husband and visited this location today for lunch. The bread was NOT fresh and both sandwiches were super dry. Very disappointing. We would have taken both back but we had an appointment. Fast forward... I reached out to customer service as directed, and was treated like i did something wrong. Very poor customer service!!!

So disappointing and not worth the money. Not sure if it's the location or the delivery service but the bag was crunched up upon delivery and the sandwich looked a wreck. The service was speedy and now I know it's because they literally threw it together and shot it here in a sling shot. Last time I'll ever order from here.

It's incomprehensible to me how one single store that sells not much other than sandwiches can be so incompetent in both product and service. I'd say at this point, the staff has to be actively trying to function so terribly at basic services. Waited 1.5 hours for one sandwich and a bag of chips. One. Medium. Sandwich, 1.5 hours. I can't even image how it can take that long to make a sandwich. The staff has an entitled attitude of "how dare you want me to do my job"? And can't even respond to basic orders. It's truly like speaking any kind of words is challenging for them. I really don't get it. Again, it's sort of unbelievable that such a simple concept can be messed up so much. If you gave me the food free, I wouldn't return.

Just ate here today and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness or lack of at this restaurant. We ate at the one on Nature Park Drive in north Las Vegas. My husband used a napkin to clean the bench because there were so many crumbs on the bench. The napkin turned black with how dirty it was. Also most of the tables were dirty. There were quite a bit of employees and the place wasn't busy. Also the trash can was overflowing. It will be some time before we eat here again, if we ever do as I was disgusted with the filthiness of this place.

this location used to be pretty good but lately the sandwiches haven't been as good, even though i order the same way every time at every location. this time, the peppers tasted old and had no flavor. the meat is for some reason grounded instead of shredded? and how can a sandwich be so dry but so soggy at the same time? i will never make the poor decision of eating here again and will always take the longer drive to pops where i know service and food will always be 10/10

Haven't even ate my food yet, placed a order online because i just got off work i really didn't want to wait for it to be cooked. When i walked in i was greeted by a nice lady, other cooks just looked at me, told her i was there for my pick up she looks at the other kid and all 3 employees in the store failed to realize there is a online order, 20 minutes later my food is still not cooked, they come out to tell me they have no ssg for the sandwich that i ordered now i have to choose a different sandwich and wait even longer for it to be made, i placed the order online so i didnt have to wait............ almost 30 minutes for food i ordered for 20 minutes before i got there i should have got delivery if i wanted to wait this long

I ordered on line, went inside the store and the young lady had gloves on sweeping the floor. As I approached the cash register, she put up the broom and dust pan. She rang up my meal, gave me my change with the same gloves on. Then proceed to the food prep station and assisted with packaging my sandwich. I asked everyone working at the store, is this the norm. No changing of gloves, after sweeping floor and making customer change from the cash register and proceeding to food prep station to help bag up the food. Her response was " Do you want another Sandwich". Naw, I just want you to change gloves when you are around food prep away. I will never eat at this location again.

It was all bread! I paid over $75 for 3 sandwiches I threw the bread away and ate what little filling their was in half of it. No wonder we have so much obesity!!!' Plus when you pay that much you expect something in between the bread!! I had door dash delivery, maybe that's why they cheated us. I also said no salt or pepper or onions and it was a salt lick cube!!! I don't mind paying for good food!! That was pathetic!!! I'll stay with FIREHOUSE subs!!

Did an order online went in to pick up my order and the lazy employees just have a deer in headlight look. It's not rocket science to make a sandwich. I was fully charged for my order and the employees did nothing to resolve the issue. I won't ever order from an establishment that employees lazy people with no customer service. What a waste of a place. No wonder why the review are so bad!

Love the food. Question the health rating. This time a bread clip in my cheesesteak. Last time plastic wrap in my Bobbie. Not sure will be back. Frustrating.
