great experience here and great sandwich. got a free sub offer—so i checked it out with a 5” tuna half sub. packed with pure tuna, no annoying bits of celery or peppers, just fresh, delicious, unadulterated tuna. sub was made exactly as i ordered; asked for a bunch of extras and got generous portions. vegetables were crispy and fresh. bread is wonderfully fresh, but tends to get soggy within the hour — sandwiches are eat-now, not pack-for-laters. MUST say thank you to the underrated star of my experience, Tisha, for her wonderful management, holding the fort down on what seemed like a very busy day. she was alone at the register but unruffled by the lines and belligerent customer right before me. she soothed / calmed the angry guy down and got him taken care of — he walked out smiling. her confidence and the way she handles her customers and her store makes ME confident to come back here to eat.

The crew here is very friendly and efficient. My food is always correct and fresh! Best Capriotti’s in the area.

We eat here often and never had an issue. Open on thanksgiving day ordered an Italian and it was as usual amazing. Staff greeted us with a friendly welcome. We have preordered in the past and had issues but never an issue when we go down and order. This location can get busy.

I would highly recommend hitting a different Capriotti’s other than this one. I did an online order, showed up 20 minutes after ordering it and when I got there they had just started making the sandwiches. When they gave me my food, they had clearly missed the soup bowl when they poured it in and it was all over the side of the bowl and then the bag and sandwiches after they put them in there. The sandwiches were the worst Ives had from Capriotties, the ingredients were everywhere when I opened them, and the inside of the store was just chaotic when I was in there

Singing up online was a pain and I never even got my discount! Food was good.

Horrible service at this location. I made an online order for 11:15 pick up. Upon entering the establishment no one from the staff greeted me so I just stood there for approximately 2-3 for someone to acknowledge me when another customer entered. Someone promptly greeted her and asked how they could help which they they went and retrieved her food and checked her out. Then finally one of the staff asked about my order and grabbed my sandwich which had been sitting on the shelf since I walked in. Train your staff better.

Coming to this location for lunch and dinner is like day and night. During the day is horrible. The Spanish lady with the glasses is terrible with customer service. The food is barely seasoned and most of the time sloppily thrown together. I came here tonight and it’s completely opposite. The young lady with the tattoos was very pleasant and helpful taking my order. She smiled and assisted me as a cashier should. She even prepared my sandwich for me, which was excellent, full of flavor and neatly presented. Save yourself some time and go here after 6pm your experience will be 100% better!!!!

I'm so disappointed with Caps sandwiches. It had been over a year since I visited a store because there isn't one near my work, but I had picked 2 up on the way to a friend's house on this occasion. The bread is about HALF the size that they used to be. For a $10 sandwich, it's way overpriced. I understand about inflation, but this is crazy! I don't know if all the Caps locations bread is like this, but I won't be back to this location.

I was in Las Vegas to close up my shop, but it was kind of early and not much was open for non breakfast food when I was in the area, so in came Capriotti's Sandwich Shop to save the day. I came here around 10AM on a Thursday and the place was completely empty inside. I looked over the menu, placed an order for a Chicken Chipotle Crunch sub, paid, and then stood around waiting for around ten minutes to actually get my sandwich. Although I didn't love waiting ten minutes when a place was completely empty, I was starving so I was patient and eventually got my sandwich and snuck off to my car to eat it like a hermit. The Chicken Chipotle Crunch sub was packed with "premium" chicken, American cheese, lettuce, crispy cheddar onions, and chipotle ranch dressing. The sandwich itself is pretty solid, though I struggle to place Capriotti's Sandwich Shop that far ahead of Subway these days, it still kind of just tastes like a fast food style sub, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Overall, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a decent enough lunch spot and somewhere where you are going to get a solid enough sub. Although not the fastest, my food was solid and I was happy enough just to be able to get a sandwich pre-10AM and fill my stomach up. Decent enough.

I had to stop in the Albertson's the other day to use their DMV kiosk and was craving Capriotti's this day & saw this store when I pulled into the shopping plaza so I decided to hit this location instead of one closer to home. I was greeted upon entrance into the store but a friendly, happy young girl. I was asked "pick up or placing an order?" Told them placing an order & they told me to hold on. Per my receipt a Justin was who took my order & rang me up. I was disappointed & slightly disgusted that he came over to the register still wearing his food handling gloves & was ringing me up but using his knuckles as if he didn't want to dirty his gloves that he had been touching food with. He was struggling & I said "you should just take the gloves off" but he didn't & continue to use his knuckles. He seemed new as he didn't know how to ring in a Ham & Cheese and he didn't even ask me what I wanted on the sub or go over the ingredients that it comes with so I had to say something to him about this. It seemed that the friendly young lady who greeted me may have been the one in charge this day (12/31/2024 @ 2pm) so I was surprised that herself nor anyone else didn't tell him to take his gloves off while he rang me up. Handling food & the cash register/money transaction one should wash their hands before and after to help prevent in getting customers sick and cross contaminating. My ham & cheese sub lacked its usually tasty taste to it, not sure if it was due to the small amount of mayo on it or the spices? I got my friend a steak & cheese and tasted a little of that & that was delicious. I hate how each Capriotti's is always a hit or miss and this is normally my favorite sub place in town, my go to!

Great sandwiches! I am addicted to the house made bread that they use on their sandwiches. My favorite is the capistrami.

Maybe a sign if the times, but not the Capriottis We're used to. WHERE'S the meat? Tarriffs on turkey, roast beef, and fixins???

Walked in and the guy said we're pretty busy, there were three workers and four people waiting for food. Horrible way to conduct business if the first thing out of an employees mouth is "hey I can't do my job, you're going to want to go somewhere else." I just stood there thinking they were still going to take my order, but I guess the impression was service refused so I just walked out.

I have been a fan of Capriotti's for over 30 years. But, there seems to be a decline in quality and quantity / size over the last couple of years. I usually order online for pickup, and I'm missing something almost every time. Today, I got a chicken cheese steak, and it was cold, it wasn't nearly as hearty and the meat was tough. I didn't want to have to drive all the way back, so I sucked it up. But it was so disappointing, as I had been craving this sandwich. Since this is the 4th time we have had an issue, I'm probably not going back unless there is improvement. Please bring back the old school quality and service!

Customer service here is the definition of unprofessional. I watched a customer whose order was made the wrong way receive attitude from the young lady making it at 1:50pm. Not sure what her name is otherwise I would make sure her managers knew. She was incredibly rude to the cashier, her co-worker for getting the order wrong and started raising her voice at him--- making the whole situation feel even worse and uncomfortable for other customers waiting for their order to be made. Then, she said "you should hope that someone orders a sandwich exactly like this one, so we don't waste it" after it's already been opened and touched by the previous customer definitely am not coming back to this location. I felt embarrassed for both the co-worker and the customer. I know this isn't a 5-star restaurant but there should always be a level of professionalism and respect, regardless of where you work. Management-- you should address this.

The Italian sub sandwich I ordered today ..was the worst I have ever ever eatten.. The tomato's were old & mushy.. the onions old. It was made with no care.. just threw the meat on the roll..I asked for extra hot pepper slaw.. they just sloped it on top. Had to throw away it was disgusting.. The staff was also not very friendly either.. I stopped over at Tropical smoothie.. They were so friendly & nice .. You should take some guest service tips from them If I could have given a minus 10 .. I would have..

I felt like having Capriotti's today but, was a bit disappointed how small the rolls are yet a large sandwich is $21...I remember the rolls being a lot bigger and being a lot more full and I could get a large cut it in 1/2 and eat on it for a Couple days, I would say they either need to invest in larger rolls or cut down their prices, I think I will stick with firehouse subs since they are less expensive and they fill their sandwiches and you get what you actually pay for

Dang, have I spent a lot of late nights here. This Nevada-based food chain is passionate about one meat, in particular, turkey! I read up, and the founders wanted to create a sandwich for "real turkey lovers". Their most popular item, The Bobbie is a Thanksgiving-inspired dish, filled with stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by this odd but delicious combination and certainly would recommend ordering it toasted. Another one of my favorites is their Philly Cheese Steak, which has recently gained traction online. I've tried almost every kind of Philly Cheese Steak they have to offer, and still have trouble picking one to be my favorite. The cheese and steak really do become one. I recently found out that in 2015, the Las Vegas Review Journal awarded Capriotti's as Best Fast Food Restaurant in Las Vegas! It's not too late to join the "I liked it before it was cool" train so visit Capriotti's before they become mainstream across the US!

Food is great it's just who ever is at the cashier has bad listening skills can't be the noise around the area I repeated 3 to 4 times.

Ordered the balsamic salad witch chicken. I don't understand how you send out an order looking at what you just prepared. The chicken was clearly raw and undercooked. Incredibly dangerous. Don't bother with this location.

I've never had a bad meal at Capriottis until today. It looks like someone took an object and smashed the inside of the sandwich. Barely any meat or slaw. The salad was just as bad. Never going back to this location again.

Look at this shit. What happened to this place? I'm done with them. No meat in the sandwich. The staff was rude. It used to be good. Too bad. Hopefully it's just this shitty location. I ordered 2 cap sandwiches 18inches, one of the sandwiches wasn't wrapped well and it fell. The other half was still in the bag, I opened it, it was just packed with COLE SLAW and there was barely meat in it!!! I called the store, spoke with a manager name Brian explained the situation. He didn't listen nor try to resolve the issue. He basically called my issues a "LIE". I will never order from this location EVER again!!!

This particular store has REALLY gone downhill. The staff is nice and pleasant, the store is clean but the food is really lacking. There's barely any sauce on the meatball subs, hardly any cheese on the cheesesteak, I ordered take out For a specific time, when I arrived to get it, the food was cold, so clearly it's not good to order ahead. I had to Dr the subs with my own condiments to make them edible. This is the 2nd time this store has been crappy, I'm switching stores.

EVERY SINGLE TIME - I place an order on the app for curbside. 25 minute pick up time. It's mud afternoon. Not lunch rush hour. Ok. I arrive and get told another 10 minutes. Are you kidding me???? Done. I'm done with this place. I can drive to Ike's in 8 minutes with way better bread and service. I strongly suggest you do the same.

This is a five star store. Food is consistently good, and customer service is always stellar. Today I was taken care of Laura. She was super courteous, genuine, and efficient. Can't ask for more. Thanks Laura!

Sometimes you just crave Capriotti's and if you know you know. We call it the Thanksgiving sandwich, but it's The Bobbie. Can't get enough of this incredible mix of flavors and texture! Love the Cole Turkey and Capistrami as well! You really can't go wrong. Friendly staff.

The floor was so sticky everywhere that it was literally pulling my shoes off my feet. When I mentioned it to the young lady working she gave me a withering look of hate. Don't think I'll be coming back to a capriottis ever

I got the Bobbie to go for tomorrows lunch. It's a must have sandwich. Turkey, cranberry, stuffing and Mayo. Got to try it out. The philly's are excellent also.

Wow. If you're gonna abandon your place like this you should just close it down. Drinks on styrofoam cups still? Really? And the decor is just dismal. Basically a dump. Avoid!!

Due to COVID and keeping food socially distanced (individually packaged) as well as employees keeping social distancing my company has been catering in food. I was given the fun honor of ordering for between 10 and 30 people a week. I enjoy sandwiches at Caprioti's, but I had not ordered catering here before so I was hoping for a miracle. I decided to use the website ezcater.com. I was pleasantly surprised that that the office was happy and everything was packaged to perfection. I have ordered from there for 3 weeks in a row and may continue next week. I really appreciate restaurants like yours in this crazy time. I highly recommend them for a sandwich and for catering!

I ordered online and gave special instructions about my order. I gave a tip hoping they would see my request. They didn't. What's the point of having a "notes" box and giving a tip if they can't read the note and follow simple instructions?? So lazy and very disappointing.

The girlfriend and myself have been going around our area, trying the Philly Cheese Steaks at all the various sandwich shops. I am not a food expert, I have never been to Pennsylvania, I do not claim to know what the perfect cheese steak is supposed to taste like. I can and will say however, that these guys have the best one I have tried, so far. Reasonably priced, had the proper ingredients, service was good!

The Daniel. S 2016 National Calendar Day 25 Review Challenge: Review 8/25 Today is one of the National Calendar Days that I am celebrating and yelping in 2016. It is National Hoagie Day. This National Calendar Day celebrates the hoagie which is a regional name for the hero, sub, or zeppelin. Where would I enjoy a hoagie after work? My investigative Internet search led me to Capriotti's. I got in my car and made a beeline down Eastern Avenue to the Capriotti's at the northwest corner of Warm Springs Road in the Albertson's - anchored shopping center. National Hoagie Day marks the first time ever that I dined in a Capriotti's. Isn't that something that I lived in Las Vegas for close to 12 years and haven't dined in a Capriotti's? And isn't it something how celebrating some of the National Calendar Days leads people to new places, foods, and experiences? Now that National Hoagie Day led me here, I will report on my experience at the Eastern and Warm Springs Capriotti's. This appears to be one of the older Capriotti's. If I am not mistaken, the oldest Capriotti's is off Sahara Avenue near the Strip. This certainly is a small Capriotti's. When I looked to the right there was the counter, paper menus, and overhead menu. When I looked to the left there was the imitation brick wall in back of a long skinny row table, eleven stools, a refrigerator, Pepsi fountain, and Wise potato chip rack. When I looked straight ahead the skinny public area dead-ended at a wall minus rest rooms. Restrooms are nonexistent. When I looked down, my smartphone was installing the Capriotti's app. If I were to turn into a Capriotti's fan, the app would reward me with a complimentary hoagie, or as we call it in this part of the country a sub, after nine purchases. Instantaneously, it rewarded me $2 off my purchase for joining. Prior to stepping foot inside this Capriotti's, I read all this positive praise for their Bobbie sandwich. Wikipedia stated that in 2009 AOL voted the Bobbie as the best sandwich in America ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capriotti%27s) and people have rated it highly. The upshot was that the Bobbie was the Star of National Hoagie Day 2016. When I walked inside I picked up a paper menu to look at the options. I chose the small hoagie (sub) for $7.29. If this 9 inch hoagie (sub) is considered small, I'd love to see their large one. Ordering it could be slightly confusing. There is a want for an "order here" sign. Upon ordering the young women working here were friendly and one of them explained the Capriotti's app to me as it gave me my first discount. The young woman also let me know that the app also rewards me on my Birthday. During my visit, it was apparent that the Pepsi soda fountain could use repair. When I poured the Dr. Pepper the handle would get stuck. Come to think of it, how come Pepsi doesn't have a Freestyle machine? The Bobbie was ready in a few minutes. The paper wrapping it came in is an attractive touch. It felt like I was opening my Christmas present when it was a National Hoagie Day present. Ideally the Bobbie celebrates Thanksgiving. Between the long pieces of bread is a valley of stuffing, pushed turkey, cranberry sauce, and mayonnaise. This was a cold sandwich. And it was a loaded sandwich where the stuffing overflowed out of the valley of bread onto the paper below. With the exception of once biting into a bone, the Bobbie was delectable. If there is a National Bandwagon Day count me out. I simply tell it how I see it. The way I see it is that the Bobbie is good at the same time it is not on the top tier. I prefer the hoagies (subs) that I have chowed down in Firehouse Subs over the Bobbie. If there is a return visit to Capriotti's, the Capastrami and Slaw Be Jo are my first choices.

Ordered online for curbside. Checked 'remove onions' and added comments for no onions. Picked up with onions and handed a pen to sign a receipt I already paid online. I chose curbside to avoid touching the door or signing the credit card. They normally take forever for the orders to be ready but this time it must have sat around for my cheesesteak cuz it was cold.

I utilize Capriotti's app frequently for sami's. I luv their products but I continuously run into issues with the Warm Springs location. Don't get me wrong...I realize we have a Pandemic going on. However, Pandemic seems to have wiped the terms "customer service" off the minds of the employees. I ordered 2 Sami's via the capriotti's app. Time for completion = 15 mins. 20 mins later when I show up only ONE Sami done. Fine, I get it, you missed it. But I waited 10 more minutes for them to figure out what they missed. Additionally, knowing I was standing there waiting, the staff chose to chit chat back and forth...my semi-complete Sami just sitting there. For 5 minutes I watched in wonder as they spoke about their night to come, answered newly arrived calls, etc. Finally...I spoke up. I explained the circumstances and they looked back with "deer in headlights" looks only to say...(not apologizing at all) we have other orders! Omg...my Capistrami is sitting there half done and that's your excuse? You do not see me standing there for 15 minutes??? Overall disappointed!!! I've been supporting my local SMB by using this company. Lesson learned?? Many other shops should appreciate my business moving forward.

This is the worst Capriotti's I've been to. They've messed up on the same order 3 times. They've messed up on different orders as well. The first time I went here I asked for a Wagyu cheesesteak and a Bobby. I got a Bobby and a meatball. When they remade the Wagyu they under cooked it to get their mistake fixed fast and skimped on the meat. The next time I went there I asked for a Wagyu cheesesteak and a Capastrami. When they handed it to me I noticed one was cold. I opened that one and it was a Bobby. I thought it was supposed to be the Capastrami, so they remade it. I got home and I had two Capastrami's. I called them, told them the mistake and they remade it. Got home again and it was a regular cheesesteak.

Remember when you'd crave Capriottis because it was so good? That's the only reason I stop by, because for years the sandwiches have been trash, and the service is even worse. The bread never seems all that fresh, I was chewing for days on my sandwich this afternoon, and that's all it really was, the amount of meat and veggies was pathetic. The large sandwich was $21 for what was essentially a long, skinny loaf of bread. The kids behind the counter seemed completely miserable. Calling customers names under their breath, slow, and could give 2 shits about customer service. I always considered Subway to be the bottom of the Sandwich barrel, but I would happily take one of their sandwiches at half the price over this shithole.

Came today for the first time, first we weren't greeted whatsoever when entering the shop. Then when we did order our order took 20 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. Upon eating our sandwiches my husband and I both thought the chicken on our sandwiches was super dry, he ordered the chicken Parmesan. There was very little marinara on his. Won't be coming back..

Capriotti's food is amazing but this location is a joke. months back they screwed up an eighty dollar order and acted annoyed with me when I asked them to make it correct. today they answer the phone saying we're busy. how hard is it to say thanks for calling Capriottis please hold. absolutely ignorant staff. if this was my shop I'd be ashamed. This location needs a revamp. TERRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time being disrespected. I'll drive further for better service.

The last time I went to Vegas was the first time I had Capriotti's. We had to go twice that weekend because it was so delicious. It's few and far between when you find a sandwich place that offers imitation meat for us vegetarian folk. The vegetarian philly cheesesteak sub is my favorite. The flavors are magical and the imitation meat they use is superb. The turkey sub is also very delicious, tastes a lot like a real turkey sandwich, comes with delicious veggies and served on a kaiser roll!

Horrible customer service... always so slow. Not sure why it takes so long to put turkey and Mayo on bread. 2 people that ordered larger sandwiches got their food before me. Then once my sandwich was made they just left it in the counter waiting while they took 3 yes 3 phone calls before handing me my sandwich. Never going back.

Worst location . Every time I come in their busy yelling at an employee . Never actually let me order my sandwich they walk away before I can customize it and make what ever they feel like. I asked if they had Apple Pay before they started no one acknowledged me at the register , make my food that I didn't want the way they made it and when I ask after they don't know if they have it. No sorry we don't ..... awesome

I like this location because its convenient to where I live and the people are nice but they just don't listen when you ask for something. Three times now I have passed through and asked them to cut my sandwich in half and wrap separately only to find out the did cut it in half but did not wrap it separately??? What is REALLY frustrating is they look you in the face and say sure no problem and still don't do it. Can't see providing a tip anymore when going in here and paying if I go back to this location as I don't get the service I ask for.

I was on my way to Einstein bagels, when I saw Capriotti's was open early. Obvious choice. The people here are always friendly, and frequently remember my usual order. Love these guys!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Our order was delivered by Grub Hub. Everything look good until I opened my salad that was missing the main course! Home made roast beef! When I called to ask what happened I was greeted with a rude women on the other end who basically said I was SOL because, they couldn't deliver and I would have to take it up with Grub Hub. Grub Hub did their part it was this shop that dropped the ball.

Placed an order to pick up at noon for a steak and cheese combo. Wife surprised me at 11:15 with lunch, so I called to cancel it. Manager told me the sandwich was already made and to come get it. I told him I wouldn't have taken it anyway since they made it more than 30 minutes before I asked. I was told that I had to go online to cancel it, but I checked out as a guest so there wasn't a way to cancel it online. Anyway, love Capriottis and I'll still eat there often, just not this location.

I'd just like to point out that I absolutely love Capriotti's; however, this location doesn't seem to be as consistent as their other locations around the valley. Maybe it was an off day for them? I'm not really sure. I ordered myself a large capistrami sandwich today ($14) and was surprised at how stingy they were with the hot pastrami -- definitely not worth the price you paid for. I guess not an extreme deal breaker, but I probably will not be back at this location despite how close it is to home. Employees were friendly and service was quick -- I mean, there was no line when I came in so it had to be. The next time I want generous portions which Capriotti's has always been known for, I'm just going to continue trekking out to their other location between Eastern and Sunridge. /hangry/

The store hours on the door states that they close at 10pm. The grill was closed when we arrived at 9:30. Now after looking here on this yelp page it states that they close at 9. The girl working did not greet us we had to greet her. We love the food just wish there was consistency in the hours.

Wouldn't give any stars but have to. Rude and disrespectful staff on Friday night - Claudia and Martha named on the receipt need some courtesy lessons and the gentleman cooking this $15 cheese steak needs a new profession. I won't walk in this place again.

Capriotti's on warm springs and Eastern. Cody and George are the grill masters always hook it up with the best sandwiches, great service every time

I have been eating subs all over the world! I love them. They can be very nutritional, depending on what you get on them! :) MMMM YUM! The food at this location is awesome and get take out often to include last night. I had the Italian Sausage! Yum, So Delicious and good! However with that said, I think the inside "dining area" totally needs a makeover and face-lift. Looks very ghetto and I would never eat inside or recommend to anybody to dine in at this location! The staff "Guy" who rung us out was very professional, however the "female" who took our order seemed to be having a bad day and cranky! I definitely recommend the food! Its awesome, very filling, and delicious! If you are looking to dine in, I would find another location! God Speed! Jake Out For Now!

This place gets the order wrong every single time. I always wonder why I don't order from this spot, now I remember!

Worst experience ever! Put in my order online about half hour prior to picking up. When I got there she said my order was never recieved. I showed her my email receipt and she still insisted my order was not recieved. I told her that my credit card was debited so she had to have recieved it and she began shuffling through a bunch of papers and receipts and lo and behold she found it! No apologies or offer of maybe a free cookie was made just nothing. I stood there for about a half hour while my order was made and when it was done she just put the food on the counter and walked away. Poor customer service. I have been eating at this location for more then 10 years and never had an issue, EVER. this will be my last trip here...it was just very insulting esp since I order $70 worth of sandwhiches.

The absolute worst fucking service I've ever had. 6 employees on staff, couldn't find their ass with both hands!! Could not redeem cap rewards, because employees were unable to operate the register!!! Stood there for 10 mins before anyone even attempted to take my order. Store was dirty and employees were rude and so high, they were barely cognitive!!

Came here a few days ago and Anna whom I'm guessing is the manager was terribly rude. I can see why that location has such a low rating... with everything going on these days you would think she would take the beads out of her A@! and relax

The 1st time I went it was delicious the 2 times proceeding that it wasn't great. I asked for the California style I said no slaw and dressing just pastrami mustard pickles cheese and every time they kept putting the slaw & dressing and it was disgusting. The meat was very dry. Overall not good at all. By this time I was irritated wasting more money trying to get that 1st taste. I called the manager and they gave me a free sandwich we shall see what this taste like if it does not taste good or the meat is dry I'm gonna give them a one star
