Nice portions, VERY hospitable staff. My husband and I split a 12 inch “The Bobby” sub and fries, it was more than enough for both of us. My husband forgot to order the sandwich hot and they remade it hot for us with no problem. When the line showed down the woman working the counter came out to the dining area to chat with the customers and even learn two elderly customers by name, it was sweet 🥹. We didn’t realize they offer a free kid’s grilled cheese. The same woman made us aware and offered to make our baby a grilled cheese sandwich. The Bobby was unique (Thanksgiving dinner flavor) and delicious and the fries were crispy. I think the woman’s name was Joyce? We will definitely eat here again!

Its 01/14/2026. just called to place an order for a cheesesteak for lunch. it is 12:05 pm the person answerd the phone and told me any hot food will take two hours to prepare and refused to take my order. This is the second time i have called in the last two weeks and was refused service. its terrible. i hope someone from the franchise or management see this and take action. Rude customer service.

Tuesday was my 2nd visit. The 1st time I went, my sub was stuffed with meat, and everything was good. Yesterday, we placed our order and could barely hear the girl. When we got our subs, mine looked like a bag of lettuce. I had to scrape all that off. The tomato was on top of the sub, not even in it. There was hardly any steak on it. The sad part is that I looked at the people next to us, and their subs looked great. There was lots of meat hanging out of the roll. I'm very disappointed. I won't be back.

We are visiting our Auntie MJ and she suggested getting sandwiches from this store. We got 3 different sandwiches to take home; a classic cheesesteak, american wagyu slaw be jo, and a grilled chicken parmesan. The cheesesteak meat and bread were great, but taste was very peppery. Chicken parm was almost tasteless, Aunties wagyu was reported to be OK. Overall it would all rate as OK but pricey for what you get. Didn't know this was a chain location so maybe this shop needs a little polishing to bring it up some. When back again, would give store another try. Wife said staff was very nice and that the store was clean

If this place had really great bread, something crusty and chewy, it could be legendary, but the soft roll is kind of a let down. I got two subs, The Bobbie (Thanksgiving on a sub) and the Wagyu French Dip. Both were delicious, but like I said, the bread just doesn't hold up. I got the fries this visit, they must be new, and they were surprising awesome. They're like thin cut steak fries. Some sort of house dipping sauce would be nice, but they didn't offer anything, not even ketchup. The soda machine was out of ice, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they just stared at me blankly. One of them looked and confirmed it was indeed out of ice, but didn't fill it or offer to get ice for my drink. They're open till 10pm if you want a quick late night meal. Subs are a bit pricey. I got two small subs (8") fries and a drink, cost me an eye-popping $37.

Hubby had vegetarian cheese steak and I throughly enjoyed vegetables turkey sub. So happy to find such a great sandwich shop. Definitely our favorite place!

I had a sandwich that was not made as requested. When I spoke to the manager, Joy, her immediate response was, “how can I fix it”. That is genuine costumer service. Kudos to Joy.

The subs are actually quite good but the service is lacking. Hadn’t been in a while because the service was always poor every time I went in the past. Decided to give them another go and service is the same - employees are not friendly and don’t seem like they want to help you, I get it, customer service isn’t always fun. I also waited 20+ minutes for two subs. For $30 for two sandwiches I wish the service was a little better.

Very quick and efficient service!! Shop was also very clean with super fresh ingredients used to make our subs!!

We were short on time so decided to stop in. Only ones in the place and no workers behind the counter. After 5 mins I looked around and saw a woman working in the kitchen. She was talking to someone else. She turned to look at me, turned back around and walked away. She didn't say one word to us like " we'll be right there" nothing. After waiting 10 more mins with no service, we just left. We'll never go there again.

Ate here yesterday. Broken AC, so it's 83 and humid as a sauna in there. They had just mopped, and I kid you not it smelled like used toilet water. Watched a couple customers come in and walk back right out. If we weren't so hungry, we would not have stayed to eat. Food was mediocre. The meatball subs all fell apart. I ordered a cheese steak, it was okay, but I've had better. Other Capriotti's locations are better overall -- and they should really have a portable AC unit when it's 95* and 70% humidity outside.

Service is abismal. Asked after 20 minutes about my order of two BLTs and got the worst attitude from the woman running orders. She told me with much sass: "you see all those people who just came in? They were mobile orders. So they were ahead of you. So yea. I know."

It was actually hotter inside the restaurant than it was outside, and it was over 90 degrees outside. The takeout order was not correctly prepared. One sandwich was gloppy with 3 times too much coleslaw and no cheese. One was prepared with mostly dark meat turkey and no coleslaw. All in all a bad experience and we will not be back.

This place is awesome. A friend who lives nearby recommended Capriotti's for lunch. We were very pleasantly surprised. The menu is pretty big. Lots of sandwiches of various types to choose from. Everything is freshly made. And delicious. I got a simple chicken cheesesteak and it was great. The people working at the counter were crazy friendly and professional. We had a pretty large order and they go tit all done quite quickly. Even though we had a takeout order the place has a lot of tables and was not too noisy. Probably nice to eat in if you want to. When we're in the area again, this is definitely a must-go-back-to place!!

As a Doordasher, I have always had good experiences. I also had the opportunity to eat here and found the sandwiches to be really fresh and high quality.

Absolutely the worst cheesesteak I've ever had. Tried both the wagyu steak and classic and was so utterly disappointed. Basically bit into a salt ball on untoasted bread. With that being said, will be back tomorrow to try again.

I was familiar with the original Capriotti's in Newark, DE (friend of a friend's family business), but heard mixed reviews about them once they franchised in the 90s. We found a location near to where my buddy was moving in Annapolis, so I had to give this location a try. For me, there's nothing better on the menu than The Bobbie. Glad to see theres now the option to have The Bobbie served hot (vs the traditional cold), which I absolutely prefer. It's a Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich (to those who are unfamiliar), but they slow-roast real turkey so the taste is exceptionally good and authentic. So you've got turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a sub (served hot or cold) with a little mayo. It won "best sandwich" awards for a very good reason. And to be able to eat this anytime of year, not just the holidays, is awesome. BUT, the one thing these franchise locations can't duplicate: the bread. The original DE store had crispy Italian bread for sub rolls, and I've yet to encounter one that can even come close to that quality of bread. Like a bagel shop outside of NY/NJ, they'll say it's the water that makes it taste different and un-duplicatable. (Or do they just cheap out and get cheaper mass-produced rolls rather than ones from an Italian bread/bakery?) Either way, it detracts a bit from what could be an absolutely epic sandwich. Still, if you haven't tried one, you really must. Crusty bread or no, it's worth the trip. Oh, and get the "small"...that's a normal sized sub, cut in half, like you're used to. If you get any larger, expect to share or have leftovers!

The vegetarian cheese steak is sooo good and the fries are my favorite! I ate ALL of it!!

I cannot complain about their subs, but I can complain about their on-line ordering fee. I ordered 2 sandwiches on-line and paid on-line. Picked up my sandwiches and when I got home I tore the receipt off the bag and noted a $6.40 online ordering fee on a $25 order! Sorry, that's BS!

Horrible bc I only tried bc Firehouse subs closedNear by. What a mistake 1st the person that made my sub was smoking a cigarette outside. Sub barely has any meat. Very disappointing all around.

Well somehow my review got deleted even after the Calriotti customer service contacted me. I have eaten at multiple units of this chain. Including this one. In the past the sandwiches were fine. This time however the experience was horrible. We ordered the $23 cheese steak with mushrooms and onions. Sadly the sandwich was overcooked to the point the meat was tough, no real cheese left and honestly couldn't find the onions and mushrooms. They were not busy. Only one other table and he had been served. As someone who has owned sandwich stores the chain needs to look at the personnel. Be careful what you order.

I ordered a delivery salad from the Forest drive location. What was delivered was an absolute joke. A few hand fulls of lettuce and tomatoes with the equivalent of 3 slices of peppered ham doesn't seem like the "Italian meats" in the description. As well as I asked for no cheese because of dietary issues - it was covered in cheese and the wrong dressing was provided. $15 for this is a joke and your store should be embarrassed by this - after I removed the cheese this is what I was left with.

I was second in line, yet it still took almost 10 minutes to submit my order for cheesesteak. When I got home and tasted the cheesesteak, it was far below expectations, bore no resemblance to the picture, tasted bland and there was almost no cheese on it. I have had better results from most other delis even Subway has better cheesesteak than this, at a better price. Never again. This was the Kent Island location.

Bring back the Duos. Bobbie sub and a barbeque chicke. salad. That was welcome. . ..

We never pass up an opportunity to have a Bobbie. Hands down the best sandwich ever created! 10/10

I visited 3 days ago for the firat time. I was greeted by staff immediately but didn't know what I wanted. The place was empty so I had time to joke with who turned out to be the manager. I told her I didn't like a thick sub, too much bread, and she offered to gut the middle out. I had no clue this could be done. I ordered the 6" chicken and cheese. After paying I decided to sit and eat since the ambiance was nice. The meat was falling out of the sub as I ate. The sandwich was very good! The manager told me it'd been hard to keep staff at this location so maybe that's why all the bad reviews. I held back a star until my next visit. I want to see what service I get when the manager's not there

If I could give minus 1, I would. This used to be my go-to sandwich shop when shopping in Parole. Will never go again. Three total misses out of last 5 visits but I just kept telling myself, was just a bad day. When you pay over $20.00 for an Italian sub, it better be good. Lettuce, not shredded but put on in big "salad" chunk pieces, two tomatoes, onions very thickly sliced, meat and cheese layer was so thin you could barely make it out due to the chunky lettuce. We arrived home and ready to eat. The roll must have been day old as when we cut the sub, the roll crumbled. My sister and I were the only customers in the store at the time, just before noon. One "new employee" manning register and making sandwiches, one other woman who appeared to be the manager. I say "new" because she had problems navigating the register and entering the order and she did not know what went on the sub even with the picture cue card that hangs over the sandwich station. No salt, pepper, oregano, no seasonings of any kind. I've rambled enough. Will end with saying that was my last time patronizing Capriotti's. This visit was on 2/18/25.

I used to be a HUGE Capriotti's fan. Their subs (cheesesteak) used to be quite a lot of meat. The sandwich I got today had hardly any! I wouldn't have gotten more beef in a McDonalds kids cheeseburger -- NO KIDDING. It really has almost NONE on it. They were also out of tomatoes, but I chalked that up to the current environment we live in today -- shortages are one thing, but if you can put enough of the MAIN INGREDIENT on a sub, don't sell it! I won't be back. This is my second bad experience with this particular shop and them being super super cheap.

Manager ringing us up had a attitude and didn't really care about helping us. It was like we were troubling her to ask for food but The other staff was very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were really good better then local capriottis to me. Prices are definitely going up and the Turkey didn't have much on it for what you pay. Bread, cheese and lettuce isn't expensive so to pay 8 for a small amount of Turkey isn't great.

I love the food at Capriotti's -- they make great sandwiches and salads (but avoid the coleslaw)--however, the service at this location is consistently slow. The employees seem to ignore the customers for at least two minutes, almost like they are hoping that the customers leave. I try to use the online ordering service when I can because that is more reliable (though I usually give them an extra 5-10 minutes from the estimate because I've had to wait when I show up when the order is estimated to be ready. Overall, good food, but the service needs improvement.

I went here a couple months ago and we ordered online and I picked up. It wasn't until we were away that we noticed our order was wrong. We double checked the recipe and food and It was wrong. But I had gotten my salad but It had salad slime In It and was not edible. It was the nasty black wilted leaves. So I left feedback on their website and the manager got back to me and assured me It was a bad day (they also weren't wearing masks all the time or appropriately). She offered me a replacement meal and said It would be in a book behind the counter. I was hesitant and time went by. Today we tried again. Ana we entered and there was a family seated eating and two people waiting. We thought this would be quick. We come up to the counter and we were not greeted. Just looked at. I told her that I had spoken to a manager that said my name would be in the book for a replacement meal. She looked and said there's no one with that name in the book. My husband and I were upset. I come her because they have a vegan meat option. My husband ordered a sandwich and I passed being I was a bit dissatisfied but didn't want to say more. She was nice and took the order and we waited. Waited 15 minutes. Four people were making sandwiches and It seemed slow. While we waited we saw a man of a different color come in the restaurant and she greeted him with a good afternoon and how are you. I felt maybe she didn't treat us the same because of our color and that made me feel worse. She also went behind the sandwich line and chatted up the sandwich makers. And then When we were called for our Order we were standing pretty close and she yelled our name loudly. The man that handed her the sandwich also wasn't wearing his mask correctly over his nose. We felt silly and took our meal to go. I don't think i will be back. Not sure what's going on. The sandwich was okay. Meh.

How simple is a roast beef sandwich, a plain roast beef sandwich with Swiss cheese? it may have been overly complicated by the addition of onions. What was received? The whole works a full ride sub. Both myself and my daughter got the sandwich's which were not as we ordered. Here is my stance, it's a SANDWICH shop, you make SANDWICHES ! Attention to detail is critical at a sub shop, all in all it's grossly disappointing and i won't be back

Amanda is AMAZING. she takes such great care of me & knows my order by heart! Xavier has been wonderful from the day I stepped foot into Capriotti's which is why me and my fiancé continued to come and make Annapolis caps our go to store. joy the GM is a sweetheart and will make sure you are completly satisfied. if you have Amanda, Xavier or joy you are in great hands! shoutout to those three extremely hard loving workers

I ordered the classic cheese steak sand which. It was the saddest looking sandwich I've ever eaten. It was more bread than anything else, which is really annoying when you consider that it cost 14$.

Not impressed and won't be back. I ordered the Turkey and it was really dry. My husband ordered the wagu sandwich and liked it, but not for the premium price. Both of the fries were really salty and we could not eat them. The salad had more cabbage than lettuce. Given the prices, I don't see the store making it very long. The store could have been cleaned better. I could see things on the floor behind the counter and the hanging lights were pretty dusty. The store was completely empty and the two employees were not very busy.

First of all, the Bobbie. We order in bulk. Always a hit with company. Voted the best sandwich nationwide and would agree. Their cheesesteaks are usually good but it depends on who is making the sandwiches on a particular day. We are regularss and ordered a few mediums recently that came very lightly filled. It was as though they tried to stretch a small sub portion into a medium roll. The meat did not run the full length in either sandwich and it was fairly thin where it was placed. They have some other sandwiches which are a nice change from the same old selections at other places. Check out the Cole Turkey or the Capistrami. Yummy. I miss the tuna they used to have. Though our orders are not always perfect, what they get right is always good and we always look forward to our next visit. You will, too.

I really like subs, this place was just average, there are much better options around. The kicker though is the staff, one staff member went ballistic on another staff member for pretty much no reason. I found it entertaining while I was waiting, but most would probably say it's very unprofessional. Overall I'd say chances are very slim that I'll ever go back.

Great cheesesteaks and Italian subs. Probably other stuff too, but these are the items we always get. Done carryout here a dozen or more times. Always get the order correct, on-time and staff is friendly. Easy using the APP. Will continue to be a Repeat customer.

The sandwich are very good.you pay little more than WaWa sandwich but the sandwich is huge..only negative they have limited vegetarian option and those plant based turkey or beef.When I told the manager I don't eat those he made a delicious three cheese sandwitch

I am very happy about the Impossible Cheesesteak - vegetarians usually have so few choices at cheesesteak sub shops. But sadly they put such a meager amount of the impossible cheesesteak meat on the sub, it barely made a layer in the sub. The amount of fillings is so small, and they look tossed together like someone threw the toppings on from 10 feet away. For the prices they charge, what you get does not equal the cost. My husband got the regular cheesesteak and his was just as meager. Also they do not mark the outside of the sub wrappers, so if you have people who ordered similar things, you have to open them up and examine them closely to see whose sub is whose. I wish they would mark them!

Got takeout, the turkey sandwiches have a decent amount of lettuce but the turkey itself is very dry and bland, I had to add my own mayo + mustard + salt to make it worth eating

Walked in, cashier walked away from the register turning his back to me. Once he turned back toward me, I asked what the fasted food option would be and he said "both sides are pretty backed up about 25 minutes". After looking at the very pedestrian menu, I'm glad he forced the issue for me not to make a bad choice on food for lunch!!!

Joy is the absolute best! The staff is amazing and great food and customer service! The Bobbie is the best!

This place is always a MUST when I visit my dad. Friendly staff, great seating, best sandwiches made fresh. Today I had the Bobbie which is basically thanksgiving on a sub roll- pulled turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce mmmm. Paired with Vickie brand salt and vinegar chips mmm hmm. Plenty of parking, bathrooms and prices reasonable for how good the food is. Also has catering.

Worst cheesesteak I have EVER had! My mom and I both got cheesesteaks from there today and we immediately both looked at eat other and regretted spending 30$ on 2 awful sandwhiches. The meat tasted like rubber.
