Google
Server charged $23 for a beer that cost $19.27 including tax when I wanted to pay cash. When I realised and asked them they Then claimed the company do not pay them & they only get paid tips. Blatantly stole money from me and refused to refund. Disgusting company and I would stay clear

ILONKA Heisterkamp

Google
Could not get on the site to order, the guy working there came with an ipad and I ordered a blue moon beer. The guy did not ask me the amount of tip. I guess he gave himself the most tip he could get. Never again. I DO NOT recommend.totally not worth it. No atmosphere, just skip it.. total rip off

Trysten Ruhland

Google
Ridiculously overpriced, $15 for a draft beer is a robbery. Service is crap, all the online OTG ordering is extremely overpriced and makes ordering significantly more difficult. Why do I need to input all my data into an online site just to get a beer. This system is a de evolution.

Uriya Tenenbaum

Google
I have made an order of pizza and soda and when I saw the bartender I have politely asked if I can get the drink first. The guy immediately shouted "you made the order 5 min ago it takes time!!" He didn't even listen to my question. Absolute disgrace. They are so rude, definitely the first and last time here.. wouldn't even buy water from you!

David Scott

Google
Ordered a drink and some food. Finished the drink, 30 mins later I had to go find my waiter who was surfing on his phone, openly, infront of the bar. Asked if my food was ready and he took off across the airport to a different restraunt. I never saw him again. If it's going to be more than 30 mins to get food, you gotta let your customers know. If you don't like your job, get a different one. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Allan Kyle

Google
I know I am paying exorbitant prices at the airport. But why also rip me off? Seriously, why give me a joke of a salad? How expensive is lettuce? I am between shock and fury. Horrible horrible horrible.

Corbin Korsgard

Google
If you are fortunate enough to have Sylvester, fantastic service! Easily best service I've ever had in any airport!

Justin Snider

Google
Freaking awful bagel sandwich. 80% bagel, small sausage egg and cheese. Had to take off half the bagel. Bar is fine, but don't order food here! Staff is nice enough, kind of give off angsty 90s young adult TV show vibes.

Yelp
5 stars for the sushi. 1.5 stars for the wait. The good: I know what you're thinking, "airport sushi??" I had the same thought. But when I saw some of the reviews mentioning sushi and the fact that a platter was $30 where a burger was $28, it seemed like good value. Man, it was delicious! Better than market sushi for sure, like good Japanese restaurant quality. Props to the sushi chef who is clearly making the most of the situation. The bad Took over 35 mins for my order to arrive, so had approx 3 minutes to eat before boarding. The person behind me actually had to cancel their burger order (so it wasn't just the sushi taking a while) and ask for a refund because it took so long. Not clear from the iPad how to get help and who to ask to check up on your order. Concrete feature suggestion: add approx wait time to menu items. The servers were direct and relatively nice about it at least. Seemed like there was some other issue going on - like they were short staffed perhaps.

Yelp
This place has no soul. The company that runs it should be ashamed that they don't have real servers or bartenders. Skip this place and get food and drinks from a place that doesn't suck. This takes airports to an all new low even though the place isn't new.

Yelp
The airport experience at Newark is a unique one. Having been there before, I was intimately familiar. I grabbed a seat and ordered my sandwich and beer through the tablet. I'm all about the cost when traveling, but the prices at Newark will humble you. I for a BLT because I was cheaper and I got a beer cause it was the lowest price option. Both were okay. The seating arrangement is not desirable, as I have strangers in front of me and on both sides. Not the best dining experience.

Yelp
Well it is an airport... we only did a drink so cannot comment on food. Yuu order off the QR code and frankly it was quick. We did need to clean up the table but the airport is hopping!
google avatar

Bill A.

Yelp
Ordered a lobster sushi roll and a coffee before my flight using the QR ordering system. More than 30 minutes after ordering, someone comes to me and says I need to cancel my order and request a refund because they don't have someone available to actually prepare the food. And because of that, they also can't bring my coffee. But I was told I was welcome to reorder my coffee if I would like, but it would be an extended wait because they are understaffed. That was followed by an email saying someone would look into my cancellation request in the next week or so, and if they deem it valid, they will then process a refund for the $50 of food and drink I didn't receive. That refund, of course, will also take time, which means they are keeping my money while providing no service. And if they determine that not having someone to make food isn't a reasonable excuse, I will then be out $50, having received absolutely nothing beyond extreme frustration.

Yelp
Decided to have lunch before I boarded my flight. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a corona. Well the only thing I received was my beer. I waited and couldn't find anyone to ask about my order. Finally got in touch with someone right before I boarded. Hopefully they refund my pizza since I never got it!! Feeling hungry

Jake W.

Yelp
Burgers were good. Bllody Mary was tiny. Maybe 6 or 8 oz. Don't get it. Fat Tire beer was good
google avatar

Yelp
Only gets a star because it's a required field. The QR code system is terrible. The staff is nice, but there's no signage that helps. You understand how to order a flipping beer. The prices are absorbent - unacceptably high - do not go to this location.

Bruce W.

Yelp
Horible service, dry sandwich, they have coffee brought down from Starbucks that never showed up.
google avatar

Harout S.

Yelp
Awful experience. Was tricked into ordering from them due to the convenience of ordering through the tablet... but we never got our order after we paid and ended up boarding our flight with an empty stomach. Service is awful. Had a struggle while trying to get hold of a person, and once we did, we were told that they were out of what we had ordered, and we'd need to wait "at least 30 more minutes" for them to get it. Upon following up, we were told that they're out of the item and we'd have to wait "at least 30 more minutes" for them to get it. It was time to board, so they said they would refund us the money (and they only refunded a fraction of what we were charged.)
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered sushi roll and fries. Roll was decent, nothing to write home about. Came after 20 minutes or so. Don't know about the fries because apparently they "take longer since someone has to go to the kitchen to get them" and I have a flight to catch. Would only recommend eating here if you are stuck at the airport for more than an hour!

Yelp
I'm throwing 5 stars!! Wasn't even sat yet and LEE came around got my beer order, plugged in my phone, ordered some sushi and it came in 4 min!! Love the new terminal, great service, mad at United for changing my gate in the last 30 min before boarding- hard to run with a cast on- but all good! Beer Garden made my already 13 hr day better. Will be back!!

Yelp
I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. After over 15 minutes and no beer, I pressed the call attendant button,. This did nothing. After over 20 minutes, I flagged down one of the bartenders. My beer was soon brought to me. No comment, no I'm sorry it took so long. When you are in an airport waiting for you're connecting flight, 20+ minutes is a long time.

Yelp
Food: 1/5 Service: 0/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Decor & Style: 2/5 I feel bad for giving this rating of 1/5. I do it based off my experience of the day of service however I know (honestly, I HOPE) it's not like this on the other days... Okay so I came here the day after a hurricane and the service was the worst i've had in my life. Again, lets blame it on the hurricane and everyone called-in except for 1 server. Service was SLOW and it took 30 minutes to get my ONE beer (I won't even mention how long it took to get my pizza). I really just wish they just closed down period and had a sign that said "Due to hurricane we will be closed due to low-staffing." But guess what? They decided to keep one server on to serve 40 people. SMART, right? NO. I've been a restaurant manager in the past and I would've closed down the restaurant for the day. ONE STAR RATING for this place for POOR MANAGEMENT. Also, the food here sucks. Do I have credibility? I hope! I RARELY give out 1 stars. I hope management reads this. Next time i'm in Newark I will try my best to find a McDonald's or other fast food restaurants. If fast food isn't available I rather starve for 48 hours then to eat at CAPS. SMH. Writing this review makes me never want to enter Newark again.

Yelp
I order on the automated system a burger and no fires - salad instead. Wrong delivery and ask for correction - server asks like it is my fault the order is wrong - crazy post Covid world
google avatar

Tunisia D.

Yelp
I got charged $21.19 for a drink that I never even got. I am old fashioned and rather would speak to the bartenders directly. Don't waste your time! EDIT*** I added one star due to the swiftness and professionalism of Karol Hernandez. I will try this system out when I return to the airport!
google avatar

Don J.

Yelp
Poor service. Huge bar with many customers but very little staff. 20 minutes to get your drink. Customers have to go up and remind the staff about their order.
google avatar

Yelp
Wine came within a few minutes. Waited for 45 min for a sandwich. It was decent but not worth the wait. Do not come here. Do not come to the Newark airport.

Anita M.

Yelp
One star, only because the food was OK, and because Yelp won't let me leave half a star or lower. That being said... based on my experience with this eatery, I can only conclude that they are incredibly racist and sexist. I was at Newark Airport Terminal C twice within a week (11/3/21 and 11/8/21), and both times decided to grab dinner at CAPS Beer Garden. Both times, I ordered their beer (24oz) and wings special, because it's inexpensive for the product that you get. Sue me for wanting to save a few bucks, especially with how overpriced airport food is. Also I should note that we both ordered on iPads, and were out of the line of sight of the bar from where we were sitting. Both times, I flew with my partner (who is a white male, and his name suggests that he belongs to those demographics), but placed my order before he did. I am a woman of color, and my name suggests as much (obviously feminine name and clearly non-American/"foreign" last name). Both times, my beer came out, and they gave me a 16oz beer, rather than the 24oz advertised. When I called this out, they handed me an 8oz cup of beer to make up for the discrepancy in the size of the drink. However, my partner got his full 24oz on the first try, both times. Also, his order came out much more quickly than mine did, again both times. Why does a person with a name that presents as white and male get the entire product that he paid for (and with quicker service), but I, as a person whose name suggests that they were a woman of color, get shortchanged until I call them out? And they didn't even try to argue, presumably because they knew they were in the wrong. So. Women and people with "ethnic names," do not waste your time and money at this location. They will try to shortchange you - you better believe you'll be paying the same price as white men, while getting less product with worse service. Unless you call them out. Disgusting that people still operate this way in 2021, and think they're slick enough to get away with it if no one questions them. I know that these days many people like to dismiss anything having to do with the differential treatment that women and minorities receive as "wokeness" or "overly PC" or what have you, but I genuinely don't know what else to call this behavior but racist and sexist. What I do know, is that I will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment again, and I urge everyone else (especially women and people of color) to do the same. Photos: 1) both cups that they gave me, the emptier one being the one they gave me to make up for the amount of beer they originally shortchanged me (both were full when they handed them to me); 2) screenshot of the special as it appears on their menu; 3) the cup that they handed my partner (was full when they handed it to him); 4) comparison between the first cup they handed me and the cup they handed my partner (both were full when they handed them to us)

Yelp
Waited thirty minutes for my order that came out wrong. Don't come here, you might not get your food before your flight.

Yelp
I found myself at CAPS while waiting for a delayed flight in Terminal C in desperate need of a snack and a beverage. It's the typical OTG iPad setup, this time arranged around a long bar. Prices are high, contact with humans is limited, all that jazz. The menu here is a kind of Americanized pan-Asian bar food, and it comes out quickly. For a beer garden, selection is somewhat limited and mass market, but not a bad deal on Asian lagers. My kimchi hot dog was garnished with exactly one spicy and passably flavorful piece of cabbage, which admittedly covered the whole dawg though it was difficult to avoid eating the whole thing in one long bite. The meat was pretty good, but the pretzel bun and various sauces outshone it. Side salad forgettable. My boyfriend fared unexpectedly well with a salmon and rice dish topped with a fried egg; super flavorful from the mushrooms. Filling and healthy, not bad! If you're in Newark, you could do far worse.

Cassandra M.

Yelp
Their whole menu is sushi, but they stop making it at 7pm. They don't have that written anywhere, though. So we sat down and ordered sushi with their app menu, only to be told after they gave us drinks that they didn't have any sushi to give us and we'd be refunded. When we ordered something else, it took half an hour to arrive (which seems kinda silly in an airport), and my "avocado toast" wasn't toasted and was basically just a pile of greens on bread with no seasoning or dressing. Oh. And this, plus a single vodka cran, was all $60. Bitter, dry, exorbitantly expensive, and incredibly disappointing. I get that no one's happy to be stuck in an airport (myself included), but this was terrible. I should have gotten an egg salad at Hudson News.

Darren W.

Yelp
I hate FLO...ruining bar and restaurants throughout US airports...u hear me Houston. Took 10 minutes to get a beer and more than 30 to get a sandwich. Abandon FLO...too darn slow and a pain to pay. Staff is trying though.

Matt S.

Yelp
Drink service is fine, way overpriced but fine. Food service: don't bother, especially if you are in a hurry. It was not busy when I visited on a Thursday evening and somehow took 45 minutes from when I ordered a piece of pie and multiple check ins with the waitress to learn they were out and would I like something else. The replacement desert ( did not need to be cooked) took an additional 25 minutes. I would have cancelled if my plane wasn't 35 minutes late. Ambiance is nice for an airport but the service is impractically slow for anyone who wants food. Will not repeat.
google avatar

Sheng H.

Yelp
I love my experience here. I ordered wings and a beer through the tablet and I didn't have to interact with anyone. I love this! This is a must everywhere. Great job Newark airport!

Nathan H.

Yelp
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, waited 25 minutes. it was made incorrectly. I told them and they tried to get me to eat it. I told them to bring me what I ordered, 30 min later, it was still "coming". No one apologized or updated me on the status. The place was basically empty but somehow it takes 30 min to make a breakfast sandwich. When I complained they were like no one is even making your food, click a form to issue a refund.
google avatar

Sven R.

Yelp
Every single restaurant and bar in the C gate area of a Newark airport is controlled by the same company. Everything is ordered on iPads, staff are disengaged, you're supposed to tip up front (for what???) and the prices are out of control. Not to mention that they are encouraging humans to spend even more time on screens. Whatever you do AVOID EATING AT NEWARK. This is a greedy monopoly you don't need to support. Disgusting!
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
Since Newark started to revamp their restaurants, this is one of the restaurants that popped up as a result. It has many seats and a varied Asian/Sushi menu. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Buns and they were good. The kimchi that came with it was also good. Prices for everything were ridiculously high and their sushi sizes were really sad. I liked my meal, but I don't think price matches the quality or size.
google avatar

Meaghan G.

Yelp
I think it's important to take location into consideration. I didn't much, until we moved from NYC to Raleigh. We quickly learned that a Raleigh 4.5 star was closer to an NYC 3 star. (Things down south have gotten significantly better since then) But now when I rate businesses, I take their location into account. So yes, I give Caps Beer Garden a 4 star. For an airport location, I definitely would give this place 4 stars. Great play list, solid menu (although I do steer clear from airport sushi, sorry no offense, but I have my limits). I opted for the Cobb salad and at first, regretted my decision, but was pleasantly surprised once my meal arrived. The radishes were nice and fresh and the chicken had a good flavor to it. The Pinot Grigio hit the spot. Overpriced? Absolutely. Mind-blowingly out of this world? Definitely not. It's in an airport, and that's what you're going to get. But for what it's worth, it was a really good lunch spot to help me pass the time waiting for my next flight. But the staff was super friendly, and the quality of the food didn't disappoint and beats hitting the food court.

Yelp
My flight supposed to be at 3pm leaving New Jersey. So I figured I just grab something to eat at the airport. As I got there, I got delayed text due to crappy Buffalo weather! Aaaaaggghh... so I started looking around for restaurant. I knew I have to avoid Sansoi like a plague. I opt to choose for the restaurant closed to the gate. Good choice. Price of course pricey but standard airport food . They have all different kind of menu. Pizza, sushi, burger, vegetarian etc. they all look good. Though some still look like overpriced, mostly standard airport pricing. I opt to get food from appetizers menu. I saw Bo Ssam it's a pork shoulder that marinated all night with some asian spices and something else. Come with lettuce to wrap and kimchi. At first I was like kimchi??? Odd combo. But turned out to be good choice. It cut the fattiness and grease. Either I'm-so hungry or it's very delicious, I pretty much clean almost all the food.. I left maybe only a couple pcs. Tiny one. I polished all the kimchi. I'm so happy camper for a little bit until I gett notification for another 55 minutes delayed! Waaakkk. O yeah I also ordered miso soup. It is as expected for miso soup.

Vitor C.

Yelp
This is the WORST bar in the all the airport. The guy, attendant made me drink my beer, which aLao was HOT, in 3 minutes. Because he didn't wanna serve me because it was late. Find Another job or close this place
google avatar

Jen M.

Yelp
Easily the worst service and breakfast for $50. Additionally an incredible amount of waste (your meal arrives in to go packaging inside a huge paper bag with plastic ware) and my mimosa came with lip stick prints that weren't mine. Nearly zero human interaction from our server. As if that wasn't enough, coffee came luke warm and tasted like it had been made yesterday. It appears that no matter which restaurant in this terminal you choose, the food comes out of the same kitchen and the menus are the same no matter where decide to eat. Do not recommend. Chose a star because you can't choose no stars.

Alexsia V.

Yelp
I ordered fries waited 30+ minutes just for that!! They we're $10 and I still haven't received a refund. They guy bartender has a nasty attitude as well.

Yelp
Unbelievably insulting server- I'm posting reviews everywhere about this server at CAPS Beer Garden. We ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken salad. Chicken sandwich came in 15 minutes, waited another 5 minutes for chicken salad. Then approached server and gently asked how long it would be. She clearly heard me, didn't acknowledge me at all and someone else had to answer for her. Then after another 10 minutes, I told her I know it's not her fault and she's clearly working really hard, but when would my salad would be ready. I explained we have a flight right now. She rolled her eyes and said the food always takes 45 minutes. I asked why my other party got her sandwich in 15 minute and she said that was a mistake, it was someone else's order. I told her that makes no sense and she raised her voice and told me she's not here to argue with me and then said she'd get me a refund but the manager needs to come down. Waited 10 minutes, no manager. Asked her how long it would be, she yelled again and said "I told you" it takes awhile for the manager to come. I explained we have a flight now. We proceeded to argue, she was extremely unapologetic and angry. I asked for this server's name and she refused to give it to me. I asked her manager's name she said "Ahmaud" and walked away. Someone else finally gave me my salad and this server tried to get them to not give it to me because I was already refunded, which I wasn't. If I didn't get my salad before my flight I would literally be traveling back to Newark to sue in small claims court based entirely on her ridiculously horrible attitude. She is a somewhat darker complexioned latina, around 6 feet, tattoos on forearms, longish hair.

Yelp
I enjoyed the sushi and the Korean pork, not bad for airport food! I know not everyone is a fan of the self ordering pads, but as a frequent traveler I don't mind the convenience. wait staff is still attentive. So if you happen to be in the neighborhood of gate C130, I recommend it! And fyi, don't let the name confuse you, extensive sushi and Korean menu, enjoy the kimchi

Yelp
So why is it beer garden and not Biergarten? Weird, this is not a garden, it's an airport. I can't throw peanut shells on the floor so I call BS. But anyway, that's some corporate nonsense that has nothing to do with the service here. The bartenders were excellent, friendly and were great to interact with. The drinks were needlessly expensive. But since I am trapped in this airport for three hours I am glad I came here to spend an exorbitant amount of money on drinks that would have cost me nothing in the real world.

Lindsay T.

Yelp
I dined here on November 21st. After placing my order the app didn't seem to process my payment so I hit refresh. It then appeared my order went through twice. When I spoke to the manager she said that I would get a refund in 2-3 days. I realise now I should have insisted on a refund immediately because over two weeks later I'm still owed $32! Rip off and no way to get in touch with anyone to follow up/complain except the general Newark airport enquiries line. Ugh.

Joe D.

Yelp
Don't come here. I ordered a coffee from my seat and nothing came for 45 minutes. When I went to the bar to ask for a coffee, I was told it wasn't their problem. It's a racket to just charge your credit card and not serve you in time.

C M.

Yelp
Avoid this place unless you like not getting your order in time to board your flight. Placed our order which you have to place via your phone. Got a text message confirming the order but no estimate of how long it would take - that was the first red flag. It's an airport, people are waiting to board their flights. After 45 minutes with zero sign of food, I tried to find someone to ask. Nobody was at the restaurant except for one very cranky sushi chef. Finally tracked a server down who started yelling about how my order was someone else's issue. Except, there was no one else to ask. Finally found a very irate manager who kept trying to call the server that was supposedly retrieving our order. Got our order almost an hour after placing it and had to sprint to our gate as our flight was boarding.
google avatar

Jon T.

Yelp
Caps Beer Garden is a convenient place to stop for a drink before your flight. Not only do they have a huge beer selection (the best I've seen at any airport so far), but they also allow you to order everything through a convenient ipad interface at your seat. Prices weren't completely crazy, at least not compared to SF pricing. The only downside is that they don't really have any vegan options (just a few vegetarian options that might be veganizable.) We brought food into the airport from a restaurant in NYC and fortunately they didn't give us a hard time about eating it at the bar.
google avatar

Opal T.

Yelp
I don't mind using the iPads... At least I don't have to wait for a server to come find me. I don't got time for that. Plus, I always keep wet wipes with me, so I just wipe 'em down. Wary about the sushi, but the sautéed veggies were great. Great flavors. Like lo mein without the noodles. I would've been more experimental with my food, but I was just recovering from a stomach bug. I had time to sit and relax for 1.5 hrs before my flight (very rare). And right by my gate too. Airport winning.

Yelp
Just finished up having a few cold ones at this bar. I got to Newark Airport early & I had time to kill so when I saw that this bar was right next to my gate, I decided to try it out. Right away what I liked about this bar is that they have tv's hanging up by all the seating & the fact that it had the NBA Finals preview on. Each seat is also equipped with a touch screen iPad & you can place your orders on their while also paying right there as well. The iPads also ask you what flight you are on & give up updates about your flights status. This was very helpful for me because they informed me that my flight was moved up by 10minutes. Being that it was a beer garden, it had an ample amount of beers to choose from. Since my go to beer is Bud Light, I really had no clue what to get. What was helpful was that each beer had a picture, small description, & price next to it. I was able to pick out a few that I really enjoyed while I watched the television. Is it a bit pricey, yea, but that's what you get at an airport bar. My experience at this beer garden was a very positive one & if my flight gate is ever near it again I'll be sure to make a stop here!

Madi C.

Yelp
Service was very unfriendly, I got charged for two drinks instead of one and it took me 30 minutes to figure it out with the bartender. Drinks were strong though
google avatar

Rob B.

Yelp
Stopped and orered the lobster on the ipad. 2o minutes later the server said it was "86" course you pay before the order goes in. She stated she hoped it will be refunded. This Ipad order system, only benefits the vendor. It offers no service, it's horrible.

Yelp
So many people hating on this airport beer garden I had to chime in. Although I didn't dine, it was a welcomed experience. To those of you who are missing the human interaction and being doted over by your server, go to ANY other restaurant in the airport. Sometimes I don't want to talk to servers and go through the motions. I wanted to get some work done, drink a beer, and charge my phone. I happily did all of those things and didn't need to search for a server to get the check etc... I swiped my card and walked away. The staff, although in the background were very polite and helpful. After running out of the beer I ordered, the manager gave me a double sized brew at no extra charge. I would welcome these in airports all over.

Yelp
My wife and I swung by for a drink after lunch, so I can't vouch for their food, but I was pretty impressed by the drink offerings at Caps. I got a Victory Double IPA, which was one of many great craft beer offerings available. My wife first tried a sample of a Maine hard cider to see if she liked it (she did, - it was awesome) and then ordered a cider Margarita with it. This unique creation stole the show. It was well balanced, crisp and refreshing, without being overly sweet. I'm a big beer guy, but I was pretty tempted by that drink! Yes, the prices are high (beers are around $8-$11, and cocktails are around $14), but it's an airport bar. What're you gonna do? If I'm going to pay top dollar for a drink, at least I know I can get a great one here!

Yelp
We were rather excited as we walked into Caps, beautifully done with iPads for ordering food and wine/beer. And great views of the airport crowd walking by. My rose arrived Luke warm rather than chilled but the reason I'm giving it only one star is that when our vegetable noodles arrived mine had only noodles without any Veges as opposed to my husbands which looked like actual vegetable noodles. We would've never realized the difference if we had ordered different things. Very disappointed with the food

Yelp
Stopped by this place prior to our flight. It's pretty cool to have an iPad at each seat for ordering and entertaining. I wish the space between each seat was wider. Everything was pretty pricy. Oh well, I guess it's just like any other airport restaurants.

Yelp
Trekked what felt like the entire (huge!) airport before finding sushi here! Little did I know there was another sushi place a few steps away as well. I might have chosen the other as this place was super busy. They actually had a ton of seating though, and we managed to squeeze out way into two seats at the sushi bar, which is always ideal for sushi lovers! The place was a bit unusual, but I suppose that's just because it was more high tech than most restaurants I've seen. All ordering and asking for service was done via the iPad in front of every seat. I loved having the iPad to also use for personal needs as well. Also, I did think all the bottlecaps on the base of the bar was a super cool touch too! The service wasn't anything to brag about as the sushi chef never even spoke with us as it seemed he was more into arguing with his co-workers. The hostess (or whatever she was) seemed pretty friendly, but then I had to press the call button on iPad twice and wait a while for her to return. Perhaps they were just a bit on the busy side and never know if they were understaffed or whatever else, so I tend to forgive things like that. Overall, a good find at this airport if you have time to sit, unwind, and enjoy some delicious Asian cuisine. Definitely not meant for a quick rush, but this airport has plenty other options for that just a few steps from here anyway. The prices seemed high but to be expected in an airport and quality was really great.
