Capsule was hands-down my favorite meal in Paris. Michelin’s praise is well-earned. This small, modern restaurant delivers a sophisticated, top-notch experience from start to finish.
We had lunch with a friend who lives in Paris, and our whole table was thrilled. Every appetizer, entrée, and dessert was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The macchiatos were excellent, too–smooth and perfectly made.
The food is modern French, but refreshingly light—not heavy with cream, butter, or rich meats. The dishes featured vibrant vegetables, clean flavors, and a healthy balance that left us feeling satisfied, not stuffed. It’s refined, thoughtful cooking that still feels approachable.
Service was efficient and friendly. The kitchen ran a little slow, but the restaurant was packed (on a Tuesday!), and I was happily catching up with my friend, so we didn’t mind. The space buzzed with locals and just a few tourists, which made it feel all the more special.
Capsule hits that perfect balance: elegant but relaxed, modern yet warm. If I lived in Paris, this would absolutely be a go-to. We’re still talking about how incredible that lunch was.
Thank you, Capsule, for an unforgettable meal!
