Awesome little shop with all sorts of odds and ends. Easy to spend an hour browsing all of the weirdness that make this shop so cool. Tim ( Captain Bizzaro) has run this shop for thirty years and may be the coolest guy in all of Grand Rapids. VISIT HERE! You won't regret it.

This shop is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. The owner and staff are some of the most genuinely kind people you’ll ever encounter. Tim is passionate about this hidden gem and it truly shows. What doesn’t this place have? Is an easier question to answer! But I will say I’m always sending patch collectors here. :)

What a phenomenal place! Visited GR a few weeks ago with my boyfriend, and this was a highlight of the trip. The owner is super cool, there’s a great assortment of clothes from the 80s/90s, a cool VHS collection, and endless awesome tchotchkes to look through. Get your holiday shopping done here, and have a freaking blast doing it!

Giving this store five stars despite the last bit of my encounter with the owner. It left me feeling confused and honestly hurt and somewhat deterred from wanting to start a collection. I chatted with the owner and was extremely happy with our conversation. He gave me excellent advice saying that I should just start a shelf to figure out what it was I wanted to collect. I thought it was excellent advice because sometimes chosing is a hard thing to do and I can be very indecisive. I was with my partner and we were running late to a wedding, but I was going to stop by the following day after thinking on a few things…but when I waved goodbye on my way out the owner rudely said “oh thanks for supporting my small business—oh wait never mind you didn’t.” As I walked out the door. I just was in a time crunch and wanted to think about a few of the items but the tone really made me think twice. Despite this I highly recommend this place, it’s a unique little treasure trove great for collectors. Peace and love and good luck.

The owner is the most enthusiastic vintage and thrift owner. He knows the history of the items in his store. He really tries to help you find what you're looking for rather than simply trying to sell you any random ítem. You can tell he's very passionate.

Wonderful selection of Records, books (Especially Mad Magazine Novels), DVDs, Clothing, and VHSs (Especially Monty Python!). The owner is also super friendly! Defiantly Recommend!

Bizzaros is a great place for Christmas shopping for those blizzare family members. It's always a great seeing all the neat stuff on display. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly . A treasure trove for nostalgia. 🤘🤘🤘

Captain Harassment and his Bizzaro world is not a place to visit. At the second we stepped in this business my family and I were treated like thieves. The owner let one of us use their restroom but then proceeded to hover over the door and harass them for taking to long. They also followed us out after and said very sarcastically "well at least you got to take a dump" then proceeded to lecture us saying that my family member didn't leave the fan on or spray fragrance. My family member has IBS and was very embarrassed. The owner then replied to a previous review that a friend of theirs got robbed a year back and he tried to say we were trying to do the same to him. We just wanted to see your store of overpriced crap and you basically made us leave because of your preconceived prejudice. Get a camera if you're so scared of someone stealing. Also grow up and understand you have a street store that is open to the public. It is not illegal for us to just look around old man.... Read through the reviews and you will see this isn't the first time he has treated his customers like this.

Amazing owner; kind, welcoming and incredibly knowledgable! Curation is on point. Best spot to find original albums/records, vintage leather and denim jackets, period pieces, vintage toys, and props! Highly recommend you check it out and enjoy the great vibes and collections

Ummm...wow. So this flea market lives up to it's name. There is seriously some random stuff for sale...jewelry, clothes, toys, collectibles, records, housewares, books, you name it...it might be here. Also random paper mache figures...tucked away to freak you out. The sales person/owner was really nice and knowledgeable but left us to browse. The place does have a lot of stuff but it's well displayed. Go and take a gander to see if they have anything you've been hunting for.

Walked in to this establishment was not greeted or acknowledged by the 2 workers that was there... as i walked around there wasnt anything that caught my eye. As i walked out without spending money than i was acknowledged and asked if it was something i was looking for I explained that it wasnt anything that sparked my interest and than he yelled and screamed at me saying what ever.. There was no need for the rudeness i feel if my skin was lighter than i would have been treated with more respect even if i didnt spend any money. People dont spend any money in this worthless box of a flea market... the guy is a racist!!!!

Came here yesterday and I loved it! The owner Tim was super nice and let us stay an hour after closing. Will definitely come back!
