Let me begin by saying that I love Captain D's and I've eaten there several times, since, it opened in Posen, IL.
However, on Monday night, when I went to their location, all of the employees had their mask underneath their noses. When I asked the cashier to speak with the person that was fixing my food, to adjust his mask and place it over his nose, he looked out at me and continue fixing my food. I politely asked her if someone else could re-do my order.
She did as I asked, but the gentleman that stepped in to re-do my order, had just come in from the outside, with no mask on, never washed his hands, nor did he put on any gloves. He pulled his shirt up over his nose and begin to fix my food. It was the most disgusting thing I have seen in a while. Have these employees forgotten about the spread of COVID-19?
Also, it is very repulsive to see the employees that work the cash register and take the customer's payment(s), turn around, open your food, and breathe all over it, while they check your order. No handwashing, no gloves, hair flying everywhere...All of the employees (that work at the Posen location) need to be re-trained and monitored very closely. This is extremely unsanitary and needs to be corrected immediately. By the way, I did not eat the food!
