This is my go-to spot for oysters, gumbo, and fish! If you’ve never been, just know there’s usually a line—though that’s mostly for bar seating. There are a few tables outside the bar area, but not many. Also, all the seats are stools, so it’s not the most kid-friendly setup.
When they moved to a bigger space, I was excited! But honestly, they could have gone even bigger because it still fills up fast. Their prices for a dozen oysters are very reasonable, and the food is always on point. Some of my favorites are the Texas Mini (shrimp & fish) and the fried flounder—both are delicious! Plus, their micheladas are top-notch. Definitely worth a visit if you love fresh seafood and a laid-back atmosphere.
