Capt'n Chucky's Crab Cake Co

Walked in after seeing a soup sign in front of the store. Got to meet the 2 new owners as well as sample some complimentary wild shrimp made in house that were very tasty. Also took home teo frozen soups. A red maryland crab that was delicious and a cream of crab that we have yet to try. My wife is all-ready talking about going back. This time we may try some of there colossal lobster tails. Would definetly recomend

I had the pleasure of stopping in here recently. Even though they’re best known for their crab cakes and spreads, I decided to branch out and try the stromboli and the pound cake. Both were authentic, fresh, and generously portioned. The stromboli was flavorful and filling, and the pound cake has been a treat for my family—it’s lasted us over two weeks without losing quality. Highly recommend both the classics and their other assortments if you’re looking for something delicious and worth your money!

After asking if crab cake was fresh,I was told yes only to bring it home and it was frozen. I cooked it as written on box and it was grey, dry and tasteless! What has happened here with the quality? I used to go here weekly but not any more as I can go to Wegman’s or Marrazzo’s and get a more flavorful crab cake. The girl was very nice but not aware of her product at all. Sorry but change your ad from saying fresh to frozen!!!

The website said to order shrimp trays by 12/19 to guarantee orders, which is today. I called and they said they are no longer able to take orders but to 'have a nice day'. At the very least, it would have been helpful if the website was updated with this info.

Capt'n Chucky's in Yardley has, hands down, the best shrimp I've ever eaten. All of the food is awesome, the people friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my seafood! I just took their shrimp to a holiday party, and they were demolished in no time! You serve Capt'n Chucky's and you know you'll get raved reviews every time!

My fiance and I have been craving good fresh delicious Seafood and that is what we are about to indulge into tonight. I stopped in at Capt'n Chucky's Crab Cakes right in the heart of Yardley off of Main Street. Walked in the owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He explained to me what was in each crab cake and also told me a few little tricks about how to have them come out perfect. I believe us Yardley residents and other people are extremely lucky to have a place like this in town. It is unique, it's not every day you walk down the street and have a store that sells good high quality fresh seafood! Highly recommend! The Smith Island crab cakes are delicious very flavorful with nice lumps of fresh crab meat but not overbearing the seasonings are light but in my opinion taste just right! I also purchased the jumbo size shrimp and bought their homemade cocktail sauce the shrimp are Super Fresh nice and big and full of flavor if I close my eyes I would honestly think I was down south on the beach. The cocktail sauce is excellent to. They also have a wide variety of frozen fish scallops and other Seafood Delights.Ohh also, their stuffed mushrooms are very tasty. I also like how everything is prepared such as the crab cakes and the shrimp you just go home pop it in the oven at a temperature of 400 degrees for 15 minutes and Wallah a delicious crab cake awaits for you! Excellent experience. We will definitely return. Tried two crab cakes and will be back to try the others. You MUST grab a shrimp roll - WOW!!! That in itself is worth the visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to go there again.
