This is our second time visiting Caravan—our first was last May, and now we’re back. All I can say is that they have truly maintained their great service and high standards in taking care of their guests. The crew, Shiela and Suman, made sure all our needs were attended to. One unforgettable moment was when we ordered the four-cheese pizza. The taste was new to us, so we didn’t enjoy it as much. But then Barbara noticed and kindly offered us a different pizza, which we ended up loving. She was very attentive, and we really appreciated her kindness and observant nature. Overall, our Caravan experience remains top-rank. Highly recommended!

The location of Caravans by Habitas in AlUla is excellent, and the overall experience of staying in a caravan is unique and enjoyable. Housekeeping staff were very attentive, helpful, and fast with service. However, it was disappointing that there was no instant or in-room coffee available, effectively forcing guests to purchase coffee from the food truck outside. Maintenance staff also seemed unfamiliar with the caravan features, such as fully operating the windows or explaining useful options for guests.

It was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by stunning desert landscapes that feel unreal. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring and genuinely made everything feel special. There are so many activities to enjoy, you never get bored. A perfect blend of adventure, comfort and unique desert luxury. Highly recommend to anyone visiting AlUla!

Amazing spot in an amazing location. We stayed for two nights and service and location is awesome! Buggy transport is arranged on the premises, lovely local breakfast and caravans and views are great. Even for a tall foreigner the showers and beds were good! Would have loved to stay longer!

What an amazing experience . To basically wake up in the middle of the desert , but with all the amenities provided by the hotel. Saudi’s hospitality really stands out . Special thanks to the reception and to our best helper Adnan Niamat, always very kind with us.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey).A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

I have a great stay in the van. Staffs are responsive on requests. The van (room) is expectedly spacious and neat. We have the best breakfast in the Caravan food truck which I believe better than many of 5 stars hotels. I would name Amine ,Naveen and Shiella who are friendly and super helpful.
