Carbone's Pizza & Pub Minneapolis

Quite a disappointing experience tonight, 90% of the pizzas crust was burnt on the edges, and the bottom was hard and very crunchy with a slight burnt taste. Every other time I’ve gotten pizza here, the bottom crust is chewy and the edges will have a perfect crisp to it. There are no excuses to let a pizza like this make it out to a customer, really poor quality control.

Great place for pizza and many other types of food as well. Good beer selection, with some good seasonal rotators. The staff is all super friendly, hard working, and helpful. Even on really busy trivia nights (Thursday) they do a pretty good job of finding a spot to sit as quickly as possible. *Updated review. Happy hour still awesome and pizza still delicious*

Family friendly pizza, Italian, and American restaurant with a bar area, live music, and family dining area. Super friendly staff and good food. We started with the Italian toasted cheese bread, I also got a mango habanero cider, so good. And two of us at the table ordered their broasted chicken which is like a baked/roasted/broiled chicken which takes about 20 minutes. I couldn’t choose between white or dark meat so they recommended I got 4 pieces to try and have leftovers. I also got the salad and with mashed potatoes and I think turkey gravy. My sister in law got a turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes. My brother got the tri tip burger and my sister in law’s dad got another burger too. It was comfy and cozy and a great place for a meal. There’s a parking lot so easy to find parking.

A pineapple-on-it-pizza baked to perfection, a sausage and pepperoni pizza baked to perfection, the best buffalo wings I've ever had we ordered another lb they were so good. Could've eaten more of everything too, So we ordered dessert which is the best tiramisu ever. This is one of the only places there is never enough food because it's so good you can keep eating it past full stomach. Service is consistently great at every Carbone's I have been to. I think the atmosphere of this particular Carbone's is uniquely universal. They have quiet booths, family tables in the bar area (Where we parents need to be), and the patio. Which frequently has good live music emanating from it.

Besides being expensive, I think most places are now, it was amazing!!! I wish I could afford it more often. Obviously we had more than just the cheesy cheese bread, but that cheese is what I'm talking about!

the only really good part was trivia. the menu only has GF accessibility markers, no vegetarian or vegan. the waiter was unhelpful when asked for what options could be vegan. as a vegan, this is one of those places where you are getting fries or a side salad. i got breadsticks and they were dece but like. the trivia was fun though, but i credit that to the trivia mafia hosts than anything to do with this restaurant

Great pizza! Carbones is probably one of my favorite pizza places. I usually get their thin slice but decided to buy my staff the deep dish pizza which was amazing! Super delicious! I would definitely return! The shakes were delicious as well! I ordered the Oreo shake.

Dillon recommended the well done cajun wings and they were some of the best wings I’ve had. She also said the turkey hoagie was her favorite and I’m coming back for that for sure. She was so personable and we had a great time.
