I went here to get a birthday cake. The lady behind the counter was so sweet and wrote on the cake for me. The cake itself was very delicious. Lots of great baked goods, seafood cocktails, fresh juices and other Mexican dishes here that are cooked and ready to go. Very well priced produce too, super fresh.

Had a wonderful experience at Cardenas. Beatriz helped us with the Ceviche and was so very attentive and kind. She made our experience even better than we expected.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our food wasn’t even started when the Dasher arrived, despite the order being confirmed in the app. We spent TWO DAYS, all Friday and Saturday, calling the store repeatedly (over twenty times) to double-check the date and time because we had a bad feeling something would go wrong. Not once did anyone bother to pick up the phone. When the Dasher finally got there, the store claimed they “knew the time but not the date,” and then took ANOTHER full hour to prepare the food. This was catering for our WEDDING. Our guests arrived to find no food, had to stand around watching everything be set up, and the assistant we hired had to stay an additional hour, costing us even more money, solely because this store couldn’t manage the most basic responsibility. This was the only thing that went wrong on my wedding day, and it was entirely preventable if someone, anyone, had cared enough to answer the phone or check the app. The level of incompetence is astounding. I would NEVER recommend ordering catering from this location, especially through DoorDash. It’s painfully clear the store doesn’t even look at the app, let alone respect confirmed orders. This was an utterly infuriating and deeply disappointing experience.

I dread going to the stores during the holidays, however my experience at Cardenas Market on Meadows was excellent. As I entered the store, it was clean no trash and everything was well stocked. The customers service was the best I had in years. Dennis, a wonderful gentleman from Cuba assisted me in finding the items I needed. When I approached him, he greeted me with a beautiful smile, when I asked him for the item that I was looking for, he walked me to the item gave it to me in my hand. He then asked me if he could assist me with anything else. Wow! After this experience I’m going to drive 15 minutes extra to come to this store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the Cardenas crew and all of the selections that they have. Always a wonderful experience. Alexandro, one of the managers, has helped me a few times with getting to know new things to try. Love this store!

We’re from out of state and love coming to Cardenas. Beatrice was giving out tamal samples. We stopped and tried them because she was so nice and welcoming. They were delicious, we ended up bringing some with us

Went to store 30 which is my favorite Cardenas to shop at. They always have fresh vegetables and meats for our meals. The costumer service is great. Want to give a shout out to Erika who always makes us feel welcomed thank you for the amazing customer service

Our all time favorite Mexican grocery store in this area! Deli is great for quick - on the go items for dinner - nice atmosphere for grabbing a quick lunch. Service is helpful and kind, even for those of us that don't speak Spanish fluently. Highly recommend Cardenas Market!

Lots of delicious options at this market - it's not just a random grocery store. We stopped here as a family because my husband raved about this place and it did not disappoint. There's lots of great snacks and unique flavors of old favorites like Lays chips. They also had chicharrones as big as my kids, no seriously, it's huge. Lol. Worth a visit, and lots of fresh and local options available and great for lunch too! Highly recommend.

While looking for Bauducco Toast, Original, Cardenas Markets was one of the few stores in Las Vegas that had the item! This Cardenas Markets location is off of the 95N Valley View/Decatur exit. There is spacious amount of parking available! This store is huge! There is so many offerings inside Cardenas Markets from meats, chips, snacks, soda, drinks, and so much more! I did end up finding the Bauducco Toast Original in stock at this Cardenas Markets location. While shopping here, I did end up purchasing some of their homemade guacamole and fresh chips here! The guacamole and chips here are AMAZING!!! The guacamole was slightly spicy, but it was delicious! The chips were freshly fried. It was so good! The store was well-cleaned when I had visited and stocked! The isles are wide and it's pretty easy to shop around in the store! The team members are friendly here too! Since it was my first time in Cardenas, there were several team members that had reached out to me and asked if I needed any help! Hopefully we'll get a Cardenas Markets in Northwest, Centennial Hills area!

One of my fav Latino markets in Las Vegas They make fresh pressed juices, fresh tortillas, have a hot bar and a grab and go cold section that I use most days I need to get dinner together for guests or when hosting a party Honestly though, not a fan of their tamales Disappointed in whoever made that recipe They don't even taste factory made The lady outside selling from her car has way better homemade tamales

Whenever I go to buy breakfast, Mrs. Beatriz is super attentive and hardworking. I really like that she serves me because she explains the food to me very well.

Still a favorite favorite store of mine. Beautiful decor. They now have a self-serve tamale bar.

Cardena's charges almost $9 for Eg 24 oz. Milk Bone Dog Bisquits, on its Amazon Delivery. Vs this identical product and size sells at most retailers including Amazon Fresh, and Amazon for under $4.

Las ultimas dos veces que fui a mis compras. 1)calidad de productos excellent como sempre. 2) precios perctos. 3) mis ultimas vicitas desepcionantes con una musica regeton a un volumen fastidioso Cardenas perdio su identical y esencia. Estoy tratando de hablar por los ultimos 5 dias con customer service una o dos veces por dia no contestan solo cuelgan.​ 4)no regreso Duncan mas. 5)justo cruzando la called abrieron una buena tienda que se llama glaciers market ( no estoy seguro drl nombre) Attention .

This market is very close to my home. I love the fresh bakery goods, tamales and the vegetables are very fresh.

Terrible not cashier restrooms the doors you cannot lock the doors don't work no soap no paper toilet restroom a really really bad conditions employee is going inside and they cannot wash their hands because it's not so pedal so they go from the restroom to the food court with a washing hands with soap. Disgusting.

Being new to the area I went to Cardenas for their Friday Carne Asada Burrito Special $6.00. I arrived around 2:00pm and ordered 2 to take home and was told that there was no more carne asada and nor were there beans. I'm thinking what?!?!?! What Mexican store runs out of beans and their burrito meat of the day? That turned me off big time especially after recently discovering La Bonita Supermarket and in comparing the two places for burritos - La Bonita wins hands down. I won't be coming back to Cardenas as it was a bit out of my way.

Cardenas is a Mexican staple grocery store in Las Vegas. It's a massive store with the most essential produce, poultry, dairy products, desserts, and so much more. I've shopped at this location for years. I recently visited to buy a watermelon. They have a huge selection of both seedless and seeded watermelon. Some are from the USA and other from Mexico. I was so happy with the quality of the watermelon I don't know why I've wasted money elsewhere. I also purchased limes which were nestled between an array of fresh produce. If you're looking to make aguas chiles and you need purple onion -- they've got it. If you're looking for fresh tortillas -- they've got it. My favorite part about the store is that it's a welcoming environment to people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. It's truly a melting pot. I encourage you to go and get a fresh tub of guacamole, a bag of their house made tortilla chips, an icy horchata, and enjoy it ...!

I needed to grab a disposable cooler and this was the place. They had a couple of sizes, but the issue is that they put them on top of the beer fridge section. I'm 6 ft tall and I had trouble getting one down. Once that was accomplished, self checkout was available with a nice attendant to help.

Very clean! They have a great selection of bottled hot sauce, and they carry varieties that cannot be found anywhere else. The bakery good are fresh, and the homemade corn tortillas are delicious. We intend to go back for Taco Tuesday.

Everything you need for taco bar is all here and is fresh including the tortillas, freshly made!!!! Reasonable prices and don't forget the bakery, they have so much to choose from! And lastly their diner inside is really great especially the drinks- cucumber lime juice is delicious

Convenience is always great but I enjoy their fresh bakery and house cooked chicken. It feels like good wholesome food, not gmo, preservative like other places. They sell groceries. The music is great. The people know how to serve, always kind.

A great supermarket for hot meals, prepared foods and overall grocery items. Love that you can get fresh tortillas and salad here. Also am a fan of the aguas Fresca fan and will definitely be a regular here.

Real Mexican food around the corner! Very clean and nice store. You can have food to eat there or take home...it will be delicious

No one answers the phone and employees don't know the details about any events going on probably because management doesn't tell them. Store was clean and presentable but I think that is the bare minimum. I did not try any of the food but I went in the evening and there was a good amount of bolillo and pan dulce left. At another Cardenas Market location, these would have been sold out by this time. Not sure if it was restocked earlier in the afternoon or if people did not want those items for whatever reason. It was also hard finding an employee to talk to if you needed help.

Hice una compra de 303.00 el día Miércoles 7 de Mayo y dejé mi chicharrón con la cajera de nombre Ana, no puede ser posible que nunca tienen gente para embolsar las cosas de uno, entonces se quedó mi chicharrón ahí y llamé el jueves en la mañana y la persona de nombre María, que tomo mi llamada dijo que no deje nada que desafortunadamente no pueden hacer nada, después que le pregunté su nombre y me colgó el teléfono, esto pasó el día Jueves 8 de Mayo a las 9:05 de la mañana. Por favor la gente que está encargada de sus supervisores hagan algo, si uno se lleva un centavo sin pagar, lo meten a la cárcel, pero ellos si pueden robar????

I wanted to try this large market with a taqueria that's prominent here in Las Vegas. The offerings were sparse but I muddled through with what they had to offer. I ordered their three taco combination plate with rice and beans and a mango aqua fresca. For the tacos, I wanted birria but they didn't have any, so I settled for cabeza and al pastor. Of course they had chile relleno, so I ordered a to go combination with just rice no beans. I'm glad that the go order had no beans because the taco order with the beans were very dry. The beans could have used some butter or cheese or simply watered down a little. When I got to the next snack of chile relleno, oh boy, I've been lucky, they were great(but then I'm biased, I love chile relleno). The rice was your typical rice done with the correct rice(long grain), but very good. Now I have another taqueria to visit in Las Vegas that I can guaranteed great food.

Alex Sandoval was a very helpful and friendly staff member who happily assisted me when I needed help. It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back many more times.

We come here for a monthly fill up on our essentials for cooking, many ingredients are hard to find at your typical stores . We love the coconut water deals here since theyre better the other stores . service is always amazing and fast.

A rude older woman at self check out wouldn't let me and my friend return back inside of the store because we had checked out. So make sure you get everything you need in one go... you WILL NOT be allowed to remember. she shouted at us in Spanish and didn't understand what we said back to her. So it was just her way or the highway because we couldn't understand her. I've never heard of a store doing this...

I stopped by on 08/13 to buy some pork al pastor. When I got home I started cooking the meat, didn't look good it had to much juice and spices but then I noticed lots of chunks of sausages and the ad reads "pork meat al pastor". I couldn't distinguish what else was in there. Looks like a very fine ground stuff. I used to like Cardenas but seemed to me like they've put all kinds of meat waste. I don't think is fair. They used to be better. God knows what other stuff you could find in their chorizo and longaniza

Great selection of produce, meats, cheese, cream also inexpensive. Love their freshly made tortillas, salsa, guacamole! Check out the dine in section where they sell tacos, plates, burritos. Their birria, pork and the chicharron

On July 5th I was in the self checkout line. I purchased $48.22 worth of food items and a $25 gift card for a total of $73.22. When I went to pay with my credit card the entire transaction shut down the register. The manager said that I wouldn't be charged that the transaction was declined. So I went through the regular line and I paid $48.22 for my food and $25 cash for the gift card imagine my surprise when I got home and checked my statement balance and I was not only charged $48.22 but I was also charged for the original transaction declined transaction of $73.22 that the manager said that was declined. so now I'm contacting my credit card company and disputing the transaction that their manager with the dreadlocks said I didn't have to worry about that the transaction was declined. He went to the back office personally and checked supposedly Clearly, he didn't know what he was talking about. I'd be very careful shopping at the store. So now I have to dispute the $73.22 that the dreadlocks manager said I didn't have to worry about that that transaction had been declined. Completely frustrating. Please tell me the truth. If you don't know what you're doing. Just tell me the truth. Well I call as asked and no answer I left a message and guess what NO one called me back very sad and terrible customer service

This is the place to go to if you are looking for all the ingredients to make Mexican dishes. Prices are very reasonable.

This review if for the location on Eastern and Bonanza. I had to stop by for a last minute item (hopping things will be different) same thing, Only self checkout available again, not even the quick lane was open. This business does not know its clientele or totally doesn't care. Several people were struggling with self checkout The lady managing the self checkout seemed so frustrated and visibly stressed ( trying to manage all the chaos). Anyways this time it's on me.. I should've never gone back!! There are so many Mexican/Latino super markets, go to one that' cares about their employees, customers and community, not Cardenas for sure.

Honestly my go to market! The fruit is for the most part always ripe and they always have all the ingredients I need when I'm looking to cook my Peruvian recipes, they have have a little section for Peruvian items! The restaurant they have inside is also very delicious and the service is always friendly.

What's not to love about this place!? Reasonably priced food both cooked and frozen. If you want to make fresh salsa and carnitas they've got what you need here in a neat and organized fashion. With tons of parking and lots of shopping carts available this is an ideal spot to get your authentic Mexican food on without breaking the bank. Sometimes you just need to get away off the strip to find a little value in this place provides it! Si, si, si!

Disgusting place. So if u want ugly little construction workers catcalling your young daughters while your back is turned come here. No security guards in sight. However don't confuse the cashiers with stealing a potato cause they'll have them on you. On to the food court...they make you order food, bunch of middle-aged grumpy workers yelling at you "what are you ordering?!" Then you tell them, food is ready then they're like "go and pay first!" So your food gets cold bc there's a long line of people paying! You also have the jewelry and pots guys in the entrance hounding you as u come into the store. No thanks Cardenas keep your fattening, artery clogging food!

Not only do I come to shop for groceries but they have a restaurant inside. Seriously the hot food is my favorite thing about Cardenas. They have a great chicken meal 8-12 pieces that comes with rice, corn, chicken and tortillas. The service is good and they are friendly to the customers. Check out the bakery when you stop by. I have seen some great looking cakes and they are yummy and not that expensive. Definitely a 5 star

My friend and I went shopping here after we had our brunch nearby. He ordered some thing from their deli/restaurant, which was a meal deal that could be shared. We also got jamaica. He couldn't read enough about the food. He wanted to go back and get some more from the store. The Micah was very good as well. We had amazing customer service. The prices for produce are reasonable. However, they don't have anything organic. So if you're looking for organic, you won't find it here.

The pre cooked food is delicious and the service is great. The store is clean. Produce is nice and the bakery goods are fresh and delicious.

Acabo de recibir un combo familiar de pollo asado, lo cual ordene por Postmates. Escogí el combo de 8 piernas pero recibí solo 4. Ya me falta comido por mi familia y no contestan su teléfono, Cardenas (Meadows Lane). Me gusta mucho la comida de la cocina pero este error me cuesta, sin manera de recuperarme.

I waited 45minutes in line to buy pork skins and then had to wait in another line that look to be another 45 min wait so I just left the store that I would have spent at least 70 dollars with nothing due to frustration

If i could do zero stars I would! The service is horrible at the self checkout, i've been here many time and had the same problem with the same employee every single time she's working. I literally just left the store and while checking out I called her over because I was not confident that i picked the correct type of lime, when she saw that i was calling her over she rolled her eyes and came over to "help" with a real nasty attitude towards me. An employee should be welcoming and helpful not rude and dismissive! Mind you this isn't even the first encounter i've had with with older lady another time she was literally shouting at me like if i was her child just because i was lifting up my bags and the sensor came on after i was done paying! Store management should definitely do something about her attitude towards customers (she an older lady maybe mid 50s with black hair and emotional problems).

They need to drop the "fresh" from their "always fresh always authentic" slogan. The produce section is always rough, you will ALWAYS see ROTTING, MOLDY, DECAYING produce. The sweet bread bakery bread is stale and old. Don't know what's up with security but was I was pulled aside and told I could not wear my backpack inside, perfectly fine perfectly reasonable so I left it in the car, except ever since I've noticed MULTIPLE people wearing bags and backpacks inside the store every single visit??? The self checkout lady will watch over you like a hawk but then get visibly annoyed if the faulty self checkout machines fails and you need help ??? I would love to use a regular register if they weren't always packed full and if maybe they had some English speakers besides their one token black hire. If you're not Mexican the cashiers are cold, no greetings, no acknowledgment. 1 star for the cheap produce though. If you dig through the rotten mushy mess you might find something edible!

I don't endorse too many food products, but I ordered this $21.99 family meal (Asada street Tacos) from Cardenas Market. This was so incredibly delicious and economical. Definitely will be ordering again. Great for parties or office get togethers.

Every time Igo in everyone looks angry in the first place in the juice place they lady was really rude and disrespectful she made me feel like she was bothered by me this was on May 27th afternoon in the second place the casher lady yelled at me witch I say it's vary disrespectful tjis was on May 31st afternoon and you don't yell at a mother on the other hand vegetables and fruits are ok most of the time I'd say management should talk to employees because the service is bad

Well what can I say, I come here a lot Saturday mornings for the menudo and today an older lady in the back served me a bowl of mostly liquid and not enough meat Broke my heart, I'm not the type to complain because I know they work hard but I payed over 20$ for my order and got nothing but soup. I hope they straighten her out 1/21/23 9:30 am
