Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our food wasn’t even started when the Dasher arrived, despite the order being confirmed in the app. We spent TWO DAYS, all Friday and Saturday, calling the store repeatedly (over twenty times) to double-check the date and time because we had a bad feeling something would go wrong. Not once did anyone bother to pick up the phone.
When the Dasher finally got there, the store claimed they “knew the time but not the date,” and then took ANOTHER full hour to prepare the food. This was catering for our WEDDING. Our guests arrived to find no food, had to stand around watching everything be set up, and the assistant we hired had to stay an additional hour, costing us even more money, solely because this store couldn’t manage the most basic responsibility.
This was the only thing that went wrong on my wedding day, and it was entirely preventable if someone, anyone, had cared enough to answer the phone or check the app. The level of incompetence is astounding.
I would NEVER recommend ordering catering from this location, especially through DoorDash. It’s painfully clear the store doesn’t even look at the app, let alone respect confirmed orders. This was an utterly infuriating and deeply disappointing experience.
