"Across from Flying Biscuit at the corner of 10th and Piedmont, Caribou Coffee opens at 6 a.m. for eco-friendly coffee and pastries. A great spot to watch the runners head toward personal victory." - Beth McKibben

I ordered a lavender matcha with oat milk. It was a good drink! The shop is adorable with cute merchandise. Service was nice and bathrooms clean and available to customers.

I live in the midtown area and Caribou is a favorite of mine so I stop here often for a drink/snack. I hope they never take the just egg vegan flatbread off the menu because it is SO good anytime of the day. They have great tea/lemonade options and seasonal summer drinks that are cool and refreshing. Definitely a good place for dairy-free/vegan drinks as you can substitute dairy-free milks and can even avoid the upcharge by ordering on the app. The only vegan sandwich is the just egg flatbread but it’s SO good, I get it every time. Sometimes it is out of stock though, especially on the weekends, which is kind of frustrating as they should have enough to meet demand. Also, most of the staff are nice but I have encountered 1 or 2 baristas which are not very friendly and act like they’re doing you a favor to give you any service. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice, it’s a small place so not a ton of indoor seating but they have a few shaded tables outside too (if it’s actually cool enough lol). Clean gender-neutral and accessible bathrooms available to customers if you ask for the PIN. Small parking lot, they do have a 2-bike rack outside, and no stairs or steps with a handicap spot in the parking lot so it seems wheelchair accessible. Definitely 5 stars for the food and drink but keep in mind the small size during busy times and the occasional unfriendly service from the baristas.

Google
I just found this place by coincidence. Liked the location and the environment. Tried an strawberry’s fruit shaker drink for 5,99. Tasted nice, but I got disappointed because more than the half’s drink was crushed ice. Really overpriced in my opinion.

Every time I go here the cutie with the dreads is so nice. He always makes my coffee sweet just like him. The entire restaurant is a vibe and the other employees are so cool and friendly

I lived in Atlanta from 1996-2009 and service was good. Not anymore. Sad but true. Bagel served but no coffee. I had to get a refund because it took longer to get coffee than to eat a bagel and wait 5 minutes

Google
It is a nice place but the servers seem badly depressed. I am not sure what the reason is. The batista refused to acknowledge or offer any greetings or thanks or anything. Very awkward for a coffee shop. Coffee shops are the third place and v important for social skills! I would go there or recommend this place only as the last option.

I’ve never been here before, I live in Woodstock I don’t think we have any around where I live. I was door dashing down here and saw it & decided to give it a try and omg best vanilla white mocha latte with caramel swirl I’ve ever had in my entire life. Cashier was so so so sweet, I wish I caught her name. I legit might drive the hour all the way down here just for this latte again. 10/10 recommend

Came here on a beautiful Saturday morning and I loved it. My cousin had a breakfast sandwich and we both had cold coffee blends. I can't remember what I ordered but it was so delicious I asked the cashier what her name was because she recommended it. Thank you to Tie because she was so hospitable and made my trip to Atlanta that much more pleasant. She was a sweetheart, all smiles and genuine. The place is also very quaint with chill vibes. Not very bright and not dark, it was cozy, quiet and perfect. It also has an outside dining area. People come here to chill, study, enjoy some quiet time alone and a good overall experience with a tight team and delicious coffee. I appreciated their cleanliness as well. I'm glad The Flying Biscuit was too busy because I never would have known how good this place really is. It is definitely a much more intimate spot. I highly recommend Caribou Coffee to anyone visiting Atlanta. Ask for Tie she adds a positive spark to your day. 4.5 stars because their sandwiches don't really come with any sides and will never satisfy me because I need much bigger food portions when I eat. Can't wait to come back when I'm back in town.

Yelp
Solid coffee place! I have placed orders in the all and picked up from here several times and my order is always amazing! The staff is always really nice and my order is always on time. Solid coffee place if you're looking for chain vibe with nothing crazy and reasonably priced!

Cam S.

Yelp
Small shop at the rainbow cross walk that never fails to deliver great drinks. The new fruit shakers with oatmilk are delicious! Service has always been fast & friendly

Anon Y.

Yelp
When I went the person at the counter ignored me as if she refused to take my order. I gave her eye contact without making a sound until she acknowledged my presence. Very disrespectful and discouraging. Another time I went and the guy was really nice. I also like the quizzes they have on the board and their fireplace. The thing is... I like to be respected at all times when I spend my good money. Coffee is "okay" but not worth having crappy service

Sofia L.

Yelp
Came at around 8:30 AM on a Sunday morning and was quite empty and quiet! Received our drinks very quickly and sat next to outlets to do some work on laptops. Bathroom could be cleaner, but appreciative that there was one in general. Around 9:30, the place became a lot more crowded, but workers still seemed pretty on top of their game. Small parking lot, so get here early if you want a chance to park!

Rod H.

Yelp
The service was good, and I quite liked the flatbread breakfast sandwich. But the drip coffee ... jeez. It seems like Atlanta has one flavor of coffee: bitter. That said, I'd give this place another try but avoid the coffee entirely.

Angela G.

Yelp
I tried their latte, it was really nice coffee with the perfect balance of milk. The staff was also pretty friendly and there was quite a bit of seating.

Susanna H.

Yelp
Caribou Coffee offers visitors a welcoming atmosphere with engaging employees and a large, exciting menu to explore. There is ample parking and just enough seating options for everyone. This restaurant has a chance to improve efficiency. There is a lot of confusion when picking up your order because the items are not labeled and baristas don't announce what they are putting on the pick up counter. Pay close attention when you visit, or you'll miss your chance to get the tasty treats you've been waiting for.

Sarah B.

Yelp
I have been spoiled by high quality nitro coffee. So far the one sold at Caribou is the best I have found. It's decent and I would get it again. The service was efficient- long line on a Sat morning that went very quickly. Lots of activity on this corner in the morning- fun!!

Austin S.

Yelp
First time trying Caribou Coffee, great food and coffee, and customer service! Definitely recommend checking them out

Avi R.

Yelp
A place you wanna stop by after a long walk in Piedmont park. Decent coffee place. Wish they didnt discontinue the boba option. Matcha latte was very refreshing. No dine in due to covid. Friendly customer service and great drinks!

Kevin C.

Yelp
After walking through Piedmont Park this past Sunday, my walking partner wanted to stop here for a coffee, and I got a complimentary cup of water. He said that the coffee tasted good. (I don't do coffee anymore ... no one should ever see me on caffeine again ... ever!). The water tasted good, and didn't have any nasty aftertaste. The employees were friendly and quick. This place is cozy, with a woods-y lodge-y theme with lots of wooden everything. The men's restroom (you need the code to get in there) is clean! Caribou Coffee is a place that practically begs people to sit and stay a while ... a long while. Nope, we didn't stay very long - just long enough to quench our thirst, and then we moved on. Warning: The small parking lot that is right next to Caribou Coffee has about 20 parking spaces, and the lot is shared with all of the other surrounding businesses. If you park here, make sure you pay! When we left Caribou, we walked through the parking lot to continue our walking tour, and I noticed (and took pics of) two cars that got new boots for their owners to enjoy! The lot owner wants his money. 8-/

Yelp
This remains a solid spot for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It seems a bit pricey, but it is a convenient spot in midtown and always delivers on what it intends to do. The bagel breakfast sandwich is so tasty!

Matthew B.

Yelp
This was a horrible coffee shop for the most part. They were out of just about everything that we wanted. Their coffee was like water. The only thing decent was the bagels we got were pretty good.

Jamarcus T.

Yelp
Y'know, i've driven past this Caribou Coffee location very likely hundreds of time, but it took a Monday morning breakfast run to stop in. We were unsure what we were going to get, but decided on bagels and beverages. I decided on their Blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese ($1.35), and I also got a small cup of their Citron Green tea (about $2.25). The blueberry bagel, which is kinda my go to bagel, had okay flavor, but wasn't really heavy handed on the blueberry flavor. The green tea wasn't bad, but didn't taste like much more than your standard green tea to me, although honorable mention goes to their coffee, as I was told the cup of Joe was delicious. Customer service was very friendly and energized, and there was plenty of seating on a Monday morning. There's also outside seating too if you'd like to sit there, and Caribou is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your dogs and have a seat outside. Located at the corner of 10th street and piedmont, Caribou is literally right across the street from the Flying Biscuit for reference. There's parking here, though this average sized lot is shared. Getting out on either 10th street or piedmont is easy depending on the time of day and whether or not you have the traffic light, but it's not too terrible in either direction. At the end of the day, Caribou Coffee is just okay. I've definitely had better, but i've had a bit worse as well. A-okay in my book!

David S.

Yelp
Perfect location for something that will satisfy pretty much anyone's taste buds. My friend loves the Spicy White Mocha and I love the chocolate covered espresso beans. Put those two items together and you my friend just might be onto something. If you've got a little appetite they even sport a Winter "Waffle" Land with their signature Maple Waffle Sandwich and while I didn't get to experience it myself it looks and smells scrumptious. They advertise that all of their eggs are from cage free hens so that matters. I guess according to the location their bathrooms are locked with a code. The overall store atmosphere is nice though and I really love the furniture and the nice wooden farm tables along with dining chairs. Really makes you feel at home. It started to rain as we walked in but a little rain never spoiled our parade!

B G.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town. Such a pleasant surprise, my turtle mocha was perfect & delicious! Love that they have non-dairy options. Excellent customer services

Shaji K.

Yelp
Don't get the opportunity for Caribou coffee back home, so jumped at the chance in Atlanta. Seating both outside and inside but needed to get a drink to go... Considering the hot day, had to try the Turtle Mocha ($5) cold. An insanely rich choclate flavor with a hint of coffee towards the back end. Easy to drink and incredibly flavorful. Also had a hankering for some food, yet didn't really see any pastries that were worth getting. Not much else to say here, a nice coffee spot to stay or to go. Service is quick and friendly.

Marlon B.

Yelp
If you're here on a summer day, I highly recommend the Chill-Vile section of the menu. The Mocktails are great. Service on food is kind of slow, but it was packed so that is to be expected. All in all, great place for a quick bite.

Kevin W.

Yelp
Nice coffee spot. I got a seasonal drink. I believe it was a white mocha pumpkin coffee. Tasted great. This place always has seats and an area for groups to sit together.

Sydney B.

Yelp
Absolute fucking bullshit company will never spend my money here. Parked my car for 5 minutes and got booted because you're not "allowed to leave your car on the premises unless you're in it". $75 later for some probably suck ass coffee. Your business sucks and i hope y'all go bankrupt

Johnathan R.

Yelp
My fiancée and I come here all the time, and she orders the mint condition. Chai, Tiah, Dylan, Darriel, Kiena, Cassia, and Josh are the bomb! Be sure to get in on this place!

Keizzel C.

Yelp
Solid chain coffee shop in the area. Parking in the front is limited but there is parking in the surrounding area (might have to pay). This location is clean, has seating indoors and outdoors, and has friendly and quick service. You do need the code to get into the restrooms on the right. Tried the white mocha and it was pretty good. Was a little on the milkier side of things but on a hot day it was a perfect cooler. They looked like they had some tasty treats near the register but sadly I just came from brunch so I had no space to try them.

Abena R.

Yelp
Stopped by for some coffee while we waited in line for food at the flying biscuit across the street. The area is busting with brunch people and it's awesome. There's a private parking lot, a garage down the street, and few street parking. The mocha was so good it woke me up after a long weekend! The staff were nice and accokmodated my requests.

Kennedi L.

Yelp
Not much parking space. They have a nice outside seating area for you to enjoy your beverage. Pets are welcomed outside. Located down the street from Piedmont Park. The staff is always so nice when I visit. I order the Chai tea hot. Great choice for me when I don't want coffee.

Ashley B.

Yelp
Great coffee. I had the cold brew with Carmel. Great environment for studying or quick meet ups. Parking is limited.Staff was very inviting and personable.

Yelp
It was like the tale of two coffee houses. From one day to another the experience varied so drastically I can only manage to land right in the middle with a 3 star rating. Day 1 - It was an early morning as we headed out to work an event. We needed some fuel and skipped over the Starbucks that was available at the hotel for something a little more local. We walked over a few blocks to Caribou. When we came in, there wasn't a super long line. The place was clean, and while it didn't feel "super small time coffee shop" (I mean, they aren't) - it did feel a little less commercial than say a Dunkin Doughnuts. We decided on the Creamy Cold Press Iced Coffee. I got mine with milk chocolate. AMAZING! It was more like a milkshake, but it was creamy, sweet, and ice cold. Delicious really....and I finished that medium in no time, wishing I had ordered a large instead. Day 2 - Still feeling the regret of not getting a large - we came back to Caribou after breakfast across the street. We needed some fuel for the road as we were headed to Stone Mountain. The staff wasn't as pleasant as the day before (not rude, just didn't seem on top of their game - that was evident by the coffee they made) and the coffee was horrible. SUPER watered down - and the gentlemen asked me to taste it because he wasn't sure if he had put milk chocolate or raspberry (or some other fruit?) in my coffee. HUH? How do you not remember? Those two are VERY different. Now, when I took that first sip, it was like my world collapsed. This creamy, deliciousness I had just a day prior was no where to be found. Instead it was super watered down coffee - with a hint of chocolate. No raspberry flavor - but certainly not what I had the day before. I didn't want to be "that guy" so I took the coffee with me - and ended up not even drinking a quarter of it. We didn't go back on Day 3. The shop itself is nice and I could see myself cracking open a laptop here to work. They have a massive chalk board and each day ask you a questions like "What would you do with a million dollars?" - then everyone writes in their responses. Pretty neat. At least I will always have me memories of that first Cold Creamy Press....I'll never forget you.

Yelp
Wonderful coffee shop in Atlanta. Midtown location is a lot more friendly than 14th street. Wonderful smoothies great service. Employees make you feel at home and they try and remember your name if your a regular!

Rebecca R.

Yelp
I ordered an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and it was warm and delicious! The coffee was great too. Check this cute little coffee shop out!

Alex N.

Yelp
A cute little coffee shop in midtown. It's located by the park so it's convenient to stop by to grab a coffee or tea. The staff here were really friendly and genuine from my personal experience. We were warned of what pastries to get and which to avoid because they've been sitting and drying out. That was extremely thoughtful and really shows how much they care about their clientele and the quality of their establishment.

Kilian S.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town, decided to drop in to caribou coffee. Store has a welcoming design, employees were very helpful and receptive. The coffee was incredible, we were coming back for more daily!!

Lindsey H.

Yelp
I basically come here every single day. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the coffee is delicious. This is my second home.

Trevor L.

Yelp
Nice location but some of the slowest staff and workers I have ever seen. Took almost 25 minutes in an empty store to get our 2 drinks. That and the rude staff make me less inclined to return here or recommend it to others. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to the Starbucks reserve a few blocks up. Also seemed overpriced for a caribou at this location

Jamie P.

Yelp
Conventiently located near the park, this is a pretty good spot to grab a quick coffee or snack. My blended mocha was very good (yes that is as close as I come to coffee, lots of sugar and milk lol). My order came pretty quickly too. Also try the monkey bread, mmmm..

Catherine T.

Yelp
Super convenient location by the park and walkable from my house. Always yummy drinks, the only con about this place is the employees. Honestly it can go either way... they are either super welcoming and friendly OR they are completely annoyed that you are bugging them by walking in the door abd ordering a drink. And how dare you ask a question! I am here maybe a couple times a month and always hope the friendly employees are working that day... usually about half of the time... sigh. :( Note: A hello and a smile go a long way. :)

Chris L.

Yelp
It used to be one of the best coffee shop in town with authentic taste of coffee but for the last two times the quality was not good at all. Though the ambience was good and the service was great.

Cassidy P.

Yelp
I have to give a little love to my local Caribou. It's an easy go-to place to do work and get a nice, cheap cup of coffee or tea (small coffee $1.75, small tea $2.09--lots of non-caffeinated things to choose from, but no English Breakfast Tea, oddly). Also, the people who work there are very nice. I will say that their rewards card thing is super confusing; I never know when or why I get something and you have to remember to tell the person checking you out that you want a monthly special (it isn't automatically applied). I don't like that. But, there's lots of work space, welcoming/unpretentious atmosphere, plentiful plugs, clean bathrooms, and good wifi. Also, decent banana bread (not too heavy/dense) at a good price (I think $2.50?) and they can warm it up for you. I like! Overall, a good solid place to get work done, so, four stars!

Ali R.

Yelp
Horrible place is so slow and they make you wait until they feel like taking your order older guy that works in morning attitude problem guess that why everyone choose Starbucks

Deidra Q.

Yelp
My coffee was amazing. The guy had a lot of sense of humor and he made me a really good drink. I was visiting the city and I didn't know exactly where to get a great coffee drink from and I'm happy I chose this place. I will definitely come back again.

Rochelle W.

Yelp
Not too happy about what this coffee shop has to offer. I came into work today very hungry excited to have a cup of tea along with a pastry however there were no pastry options. I decided on a bagel and there were no options to go with the basil seeing as though I am vegan and I don't eat cream cheese they had nothing else no jams no butter is nothing. Location is great if you are in the Midtown area however not a great location for food options.

Lana S.

Yelp
Always fast, friendly, yummy, impeccable service. They remember my order after 2 times, always give Lexy a big cup of water. Couldnt ask for more! I will always go to this Caribou over Starbucks unless Lexy has to walk the whole way :/

LeeAnn M.

Yelp
I have given this place many chances and tried different drinks thinking maybe what I'm ordering is complicated or something....Not once have I had a correct order. The first time I ordered ever I used the app because I didn't want to look stupid in the store since I had never been before. I ordered a Large Mint Condition Mocha, Double Moose It, Non-Fat milk, Dark & White Chocolate, Extra Mint, and with how it comes with the whip & mints. If they don't want people to customize things they shouldn't actually have each one of these as separate line items to customize. When I showed up the label read No Mint and Whip and only a single extra shot. It also showed milk chocolate. So I pointed out to the girl that this was not what I ordered. Her response to me that she doesn't know how the app works. Ummmmm it's not what I ordered so fix it! She says she can't fix it because that is how the order came to her and the manager isn't there to authorize redoing the beverage. So I made extra for things I didn't actually get. I was so irritated and just left with what they gave me which was of course way too sweet because it didn't have enough espresso. I've tried again with just ordering an iced mocha with an extra two shots of espresso and they couldn't even get that right...I give up!

Gina M.

Yelp
This is my little spot to hit everytime I get my nails done next door. There's always something new or interesting on the drink menu. Last time there was Cookies and creme drink. I really like to get a white hot chocolate from here. It's creamy and smooth. Their sandwiches are also tasty. They have more food available than what is on the display in the glass containers. They also offer a tiny discount if you answer their question that's usually in the board behind the cashier. For seating: there are your typical tables and chairs but they do have some comfy leather armchairs as well. There's also a random chalkboard that usually has some phrase or question that everyone can write on which is cool and sometimes funny. Parking: sucks here. This area outside is so cramped. There are too many businesses in the area and not enough spaces. Either street parking or there is a parking garage down the road. This is a spot you should walk or bike too or take an Uber or Lyft. It's down the street from piedmont park, so bike parking and dedicated bike paths are all around the area, which is a plus.

Shelly H.

Yelp
This Caribou has been good to me. Right off the corner of 10th and Piedmont and a couple blocks from my apartment, this has become my go to coffee spot. The staff is always extremely friendly and laid back, and the wifi is good here for working or studying. Despite the small parking lot, I've never had an issue with finding a spot. Seems like Caribous are becoming endangered, but hopefully this one stays open for a while.

Brandon B.

Yelp
Best coffee I've ever had. Not much to elaborate on. Starbucks has nothing on this place. From the first sip my immediate reaction was disbelief that coffee can taste so good. Anytime I see this place somewhere I will be grabbing a cup regardless if I was looking for coffee or not. I had the campfire mocha.

Melody Z.

Yelp
Ordered a cup of macchiato today and it tasted so weird. I have to say that is Worse macchiato I have never ever had in my life!

Aaron F.

Yelp
If they weren't right next to my job I'd go to Starbucks. There's this man with a snide attitude every time I go in there. Specifically one time I tried ordering a frozen coffee. He didn't seem to understand what frozen meant, so I said a frappuccino. He said "You mean our coolers?" With an attitude as if I was an idiot for not knowing. I don't have enough time in my life to keep up with that you call every item on the menu, you know what I mean, stop trying to correct me with your weird coffee superiority complex.

Brad B.

Yelp
I am a fan of Caribou Coffee. It is a nice change of pace to that Star place everyone loves so much. This particular Caribou is located in a small strip at the corner of 10th and Piedmont. It is in my neighborhood, so I frequent this place. The coffee here is great. Whether you are getting a dark chocolate mocha or a traditional cup of coffee, I have enjoyed every drink I have ever gotten here. The service has always been great too. The staff is not disingenuous and all seem to be really nice people. My knock on this place is the actual, physical shop. The seating sucks. The layout is bad too. They really need to give this joint a facelift, because they have everything else going for them. I will continue giving my business to Caribou because they treat you well and it is convenient. But I would give it a lot more if it were a place that was enjoyable and comfortable to spend some time. That's my word and I'm sticking to it.

Melissa S.

Yelp
My favorite coffee shop and this location might have just become my favorite!!! The staff is super friendly and RAYA !!! Is amazing was willing to answer my 10+ questions each time with a smile ! Even though yes I'm one of those and got the same thing I always get a caramel cooler. Definitely will be coming back to this location

Jan-Michael C.

Yelp
I came here on a Friday afternoon to do some coding. First of all, it's slightly warm. I'm not sure if it's always like this or if the A/C is broken, but it's probably about 83/84 degrees in here. The baristas are very friendly. It's nice. It's pleasant service-wise. I got a small mocha and a chocolate covered graham cracker. It cost me $5. So, I'd consider this place a pretty cheap place to have a change of scenery when you're working on your computer all day. It's a good crowd, mixed. There were lots of available seats. So, you can reliably come here on a weekday and trust that you'll be able to find a spot to work.

Michael W.

Yelp
Now serving lukewarm coffee, (if your order decaf of the day), and TOTALLY USELESS INTERNET! It goes down about every 90 seconds. This is my third time trying to post. Such a shame! I have lived walking distance away for 18 years but if you cant get good coffee and decent Internet I gotta give up on this place.
