Google
Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. They were on their phones and ignored me and another customer for nearly a minute before acknowledging us. I asked for a small hot mocha, and they said they could only make large sizes because of the cups. When I asked how many shots were in a large, the cashier admitted she had no clue and turned to another staff member, who was also on their phone, without getting an answer. I suggested ordering a small and having it put in a large cup, but she dismissed me with a “huh? Nope” before going right back to her phone. At that point, I left and went to Kabod instead. This place needs to do better.

Google
NO receipt offered- When asked for one I was told I could take a picture of the screen. No napkins and was refused a straw with my iced drink. They had straws but said they only give those out with blended drinks. I had to go to the other coffee shop across the hall to pick up some napkins and a straw. I also ordered a large coffee and was given a medium -- when I asked about it she took it back and said she would put it in a large cup. really??? I would avoid this place until management gets their act together and keeps this place stocked. Pay attention to all the little hand written notes.

I got ice cream from the coffee shop on my way from Cincinnati and it’s delicious the chocolate is rich and creamy mine is melted because of the drive home but it was served perfectly

Google
The male working here is fantastic. But the colored hair girl is super inconsistent. Every time I order from her it’s inconsistent. Everyone else is fantastic. Unfortunately they lost my business after this. I come here every day.

Jessica G.

Google
Asked for their honey lavender espresso shaker & pretty sure they served me black pour over coffee with milk & syrup. The coffee was so bitter and had a bad after taste.

Google
Stopped here last week on Thanksgiving morning and couldn't have been more impressed with the good energy and level of service from the baristas. The person working at the register was so pleasant and the rest of the team turning out drinks so fast. I was a hot mess express trying to manage my luggage and my hangover, and when I got my drink I immediately dropped it and it spilled all over the floor. They said not to worry and made me another one for free. The kindness was so appreciated and the coffee was the thread that held the day together. Thank you Caribou Coffee!

Matt H.

Google
If they got friends in line behind you they'll skip you to help them. Half the time I have ordered something they are out of those options. Just not a great Caribou and I would recommend going to one of the other coffee shops in the airport.

Google
After a super early flight arriving back to DIA, I was excited to get my favorite drink at Caribou. There’s none local to me anymore, as they have shut them all down close by, so when I went up to order, I was pretty sad that they only had white chocolate as a chocolate option for iced/blended drinks. It surprises me that 2/3 of the chocolate options were unavailable, in a busy airport, on a Monday morning. It may have been a blessing though, because the drink my husband got was $9. Airports are generally higher, but holy smokes. There’s other Caribou’s in the concourse levels, but since we left security as an arrival, not a departure, we weren’t able to check them out. Caribou has some great options.. just stinks when you can’t try them because they don’t carry the products.

Yelp
Great coffee, great service, and I got my drink fast! I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for coffee before your flight!!

Yelp
Arrived on an early morning flight. Lines in the terminal were too long, but I have regrets that I didn't stop and wait. Caribou was meh, options are Starbucks-esque but not as many and not as good.
google avatar

Kelse S.

Yelp
The kindest staff member working behind the counter! I had a long travel day and this really helped for an afternoon pick me up. It's located on the second floor with the rest of the restaurants in the terminal. I ordered a skinny iced vanilla latte and it really hit the spot. They have baked items as well if you're hungry and want a snack. Coffee was delicious and the service was quick!

Yelp
We don't have an official Caribou Coffee in Omaha where I'm from, so I was so jazzed on a business trip recently when I found a true-blue Caribou! I was on a crack of dawn flight so it was like a beacon calling to me from the C gates at Denver International Airport. The staff was lovely for it being so early, too. Yes this is located in an airport so there's not a lot of "ambiance" but their cheery attitude definitely brightened up the morning. The Dark Chocolate Turtle Latte I got put a spring in my step, both in caffeine and sugar content. Highly recommend if you like a sweet drink, but not too sweet. I've had the regular milk chocolate mocha and it is a lot more treacly, so I opted for the dark. Aside from choosing your type of mocha, you can pretty much get any latte hot, iced, or blended, so whichever style you take your drink, they can most likely do it. So if you find yourself at the Denver airport and need a little coffee boost, skip Dunkin' (they are everywhere) and hit Caribou for sure!

Yelp
Just needed to come and check out Caribou Coffee since it is a Denver native coffee company. I chose a fun drink - their Iced Honey Lavender Latte...delish! Service was fast and the latte was well made. The drink had a nice balance of overall coffee flavor and syrup flavoring. There are some seats nearby the kiosk that give the place a sort of coffee house vibe.
google avatar

Yelp
First time with this chain. Delicious Raspberry Iced Green Tea with Bubbles. Good selection of drinks and goodies. Easy to get to on second floor. Staff cheerful. Seating plentiful.
google avatar

Sunil R.

Yelp
This is located in a food court right by Jamba which is my usual stop but decided to try Caribou for a change instead. Not a lot of food options here...picked up a salad which was just OK.

Yelp
I treated myself to a caramel latte because I'm having a long day. Leaving Seattle being a tourist all day not having a direct flight to Orlando absolutely blows so I deserve this haha. The staff was very friendly and my drink came out fast. There was no wait probably because it is late already.
google avatar

Yelp
I was looking for a coffee place and this one had the shortest line. I got a pastry and coffee for $13. The coffee hit the spot it was tasty and very strong. I mean with airport prices not much I can do with a lot of options. I definitely come here again.

Yelp
The fact that Caribou Cafe is the ONLY place one can get coffee at the Denver Airport past 8pm deserves recognition. As soon as I learned my flight got delayed and would get me back to my home airport LAX 1.5 hrs later than planned. I thought coffee ! Coffee please ! As still have to drive home. Found Caribou by chance and was happy to buy their largest coffee with 2 shots of espresso, so I'd have a chance at driving home! Also, got a pastry, maybe it was a day old but still good ! Lastly, received good and fast service. When I'm in Denver Int. early evening. I won't even bother going to other coffee outlets because Caribou will be the only one open late (they close at 9pm). Thanks Caribou ! For staying open well past your completion!

Yelp
I didn't have much time between flights, so I chose Caribou Coffee for a quick stop since there wasn't a line. It was alright, but not great. I tried a blended coffee and a fruit shaker. The fruit shaker was way too sweet and was fine for a few sips, but not something I'd order again. The blended coffee honestly tasted like it was made with old coffee--definitely not fresh. I know it's an airport coffee shop, so I didn't expect much, but for a quick grab, it wasn't the best experience.
google avatar

Tori B.

Yelp
Stopped by to grab a little pick me up before my early morning flight. Super friendly service. I tried the peach fruit shaker (sounded fresh and fruity) and while it is peach flavored and there is no doubting that, it was incredibly sweet. Too sweet. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to drink this. Might stick to the water. My friend ordered the strawberry shaker and also said it was way too sweet. But she said the cranberry scone is delicious (albeit comically large). Great stop at the airport if you have a sweet tooth and really want to exploit that, but it wasn't quite for me!
google avatar

Ann L.

Yelp
There was no line here which was great as the other coffee places in the middle of the concourse were super crowded. I went with a cold press vanilla iced coffee and it was good! It is airport pricing of course but nothing to be done about that. Service was efficient. Just a heads up that they put orders on the counter by the concourse and call out the beverage type since they don't take names with the orders.

Yelp
Had some time in the Denver Airport so stopped by Caribou Coffee for a little caffeine. After reading reviews of the Turtle Mocha, I decided to treat myself and also got a slice of banana bread. There's a little sitting area next to the coffee stand so sat there. The Turtle Mocha tasted like sweetened condensed milk. I could not taste any mocha at all and drank only a few sips. The banana bread was good though and a very thick slice. The coffee stand is on the second level in Concourse B.
google avatar

Yelp
This family moves a lot of coffee. It's incredible. How many people come through. They've got their systems down. The lattes we had were a good. This is a venue that puts out good coffee.
google avatar

Anders Christofer C.

Yelp
Good coffe but so overpriced. I got a mint chocolate mocha. Too hot and to sugary... In any case it was nice and clean and has good seating.
google avatar

Tracy B.

Yelp
For being such a busy airport, Caribou had a small line and the ambience was quite calm. I was greeted with a smile and ordered a simple latte. I couldn't help but also order a Cranberry Lemon Scone since it looked so good in the case! All the goodies looked enticing and it was hard to choose.

Yelp
After passing the 16th Street Mall Caribou Coffee several times, I finally discovered Caribou Coffee on the last morning of our week-long vacation before flying out of Denver International Airport. I was very impressed with their drip coffee. However, when I was watching my brother drink the Turtle Mocha Caribou Cooler, I regretted not ordering it. Or so I thought. It just so happened that after passing through T.S.A., and riding the tram to Concourse C, there was a Caribou Coffee. This is a relatively small location that overlooks the runaways. Unlike some airport coffee outposts this one had a couple of tables including the one that we sat at overlooking the runaways. The Turtle Mocha Caribou Cooler was as tasty as it looked. Unlike the Starbucks Frapucinno, there was no sludge when I slurped into the lower levels of the large plastic cup. It was delectably drinkable to the last drop. I enjoyed this much more than the Frappuccino. It is a shame that Caribou is not in Las Vegas. Then again, it might be a good thing because I would be putting on more weight. I give Caribou Coffee 4 Stars. Just like their drip coffee, I am a fan of their Turtle Mocha Caribou Cooler.

Yelp
Oh how I miss Caribou!! When I arrive or leave Denver, best believe I make my pilgrimage here! The lattes, coffees, chais,, or pastries. I wish I had more options at home, but no. Around my neck of the woods is just Starbucks. I love Starbucks too but something about Cariobou satisfies my coffee cravings. Service is always great too. Just like the other restaurants here, you cant use your app for rewards. They are a little more expensive than the regular stores. Please come back to Maryland and Virginia!
google avatar

Nishi S.

Yelp
So I asked them non-dairy iced mocha latte and yet was served dairy dark chocolate in my drink. Wish people understand what vegan drink is. Ambience was great though.

Yelp
I have always wanted to try Caribou Coffee so I was excited to finally try it. The girl who took my order was really nice. I got a medium campfire mocha cooler with white chocolate drizzle and almond milk substitute. It was $7.80 +$0.62 tax = $8.42. I can tell you know it was not worth it because the blended drinks are so light in flavor. When I got my drink, it was all white. We were drinking it and I didn't taste any coffee. It tasted like a watered down vanilla frappe. I looked up the campfire mocha on the Caribou website which says there's espresso. So I went back to the barista and asked if there was any coffee in this drink. She said no so I showed her the website & offered to remake my drink. Another lady actually made my drink and the color came out right. I tasted the coffee but it was still pretty light in flavor overall. If you want a solid blended drink, go to Starbucks for their frappuccinos.

Yelp
I had a long layover in colorado & stumbled upon this place while walking to my next gate. This frozen matcha with delicious bite size snacks at the bottom was hella good. I've never had this one before but definitely don't want it to be my last either. 4 stars only because I wanted a fancy breakfast sandwich but this store only has pastries & drinks. The service was good though. The cashier recommended a place for me to check out if I had the time.
google avatar

Brad C.

Yelp
Delicious coffee. Was on my way to a Starbucks and stumbled across this place. Never tried it before. I got a blended turtle mocha. Wife got a vanilla cold expresso. Delicious coffee. Flavor is out of this world. Great coffee place to stop at if you're at DIA. At B terminal 2nd floor.
google avatar

Jessica E.

Yelp
Coffees were fine but the girl with all the clown makeup on was being extremely rude. I'm sure she could sell more coffee if she put her stank face away and dropped the tude. Maybe do a better job training your employees how to be kind and helpful not snotty and rude.
google avatar

Theresa C.

Yelp
Located in the C concourse. There are other coffee options in the area. Caribou was definitely a great choice. Piping hot mocha to start the day. Will definitely look for them in other locations.
google avatar

Kenn A.

Yelp
Great place for coffee. Have to stop every time I see one. In many airports. Service was very good. The chocolate croissant was extremely good. The blueberry scone, not too great.
google avatar

Pratiksha R.

Yelp
This was a busy place but worth the place. We tried their hot and cold both but hot was very delicious. It came along a tiny chocolate on the top.
google avatar

Yelp
Am I catching a flight here or the hot mess express? The Denver airport was a bit of a nightmare on a recent early-morning flight. I was there on a Wednesday when I thought things would be more chill with business travelers, but it seemed all the food and coffee counters were understaffed and slow-moving. I spent a solid half hour in line to get a mediocre specialty coffee that cost $7 before tip - the wait time made little sense because there were three people behind the counter and once I placed my order, my drink was up promptly. The hot spicy Mexican mocha with dark chocolate and coconut milk easily tasted like a generic (if dark) hot chocolate. I detected only a subtle hint of coffee flavor, not really sure why because I get similar drinks elsewhere without this issue. On the bright side, it was served at roughly the temperature of the sun so it stayed hot while I nursed it through the duration of my flight.

Yelp
When I'm at the Denver airport I love coming to caribou don't get me wrong I love my Starbucks but caribou has some great choices for coffee too I prefer there lavender flavor coffee here from over Starbucks any day! I have had a positive experience and the employees always have good Spanish music playing as they work good descent coffee shop service.
google avatar

Sowmya L.

Yelp
Did a quick transit stop here at Denver airport and this was the only coffee place we could see with a good amount of options. Their service is pretty quick and neat! Was really wanting to have something cold and tried their cold pressed! I tried the caramel and loved it! If you are trying the mocha they have so many chocolate flavors to pick from ! The mocha was not the best but was alright.
google avatar

Kirtana S.

Yelp
Perfect sweet coffee that is customizable before a long flight. I had quite the sugar crash and had a restful nap on the plane! Be cautious
google avatar

Dana M.

Yelp
Fast service and tasted like heaven in a cup. Looked very appealing and priced well. Couldn't have had a better slushie before a two hour flight!

Brian S.

Yelp
I go here often when flying but today was horrible service. My wife and I were in-line together and ordered two drinks and after waiting awhile, we asked about our second drink. They said well you only paid for one drink. At this point there was a long line and was not about to wait. They should had owned their mistake and just made our second drink. No customer service.
google avatar

Kylie H.

Yelp
Stopped by to grab a drink during my layover in Denver. They offer a variety of drinks but unfortunately, they were out of alternative milk (oat, almond & soy milk). I got an iced matcha vanilla latte and my boyfriend got an iced white chocolate mocha. Matcha latte was pretty sweet but tasty. White chocolate mocha, on the other hand, tasted very milky and the coffee taste was barely existent. I'd say it's an okay option for coffee but could be better!
google avatar

Rebekah L.

Yelp
As I was going over the map for the Denver International Airport, I could've sworn I saw a Starbucks location near the gate for our connecting flight. However, by the time my husband and I got off the plane--freezing our behinds off in 39 degree weather because SOMEBODY (AKA my husband) refused to bring a jacket and made me leave behind one of two sweaters so I could accommodate his clothes--we could not figure out where the heck it was located. So as we tried to navigate our way through Terminal B, we noticed Caribou Coffee with a long line of customers and figured we would give it a go. Caribou Coffee is located on the second floor near Gate 37 (for United Airlines/Terminal B). It's literally in the center of the second floor so you can't miss it but if you do it's next to Jamba Juice and close to Voo Doo Donuts. Don't let the long line of customers fool you either because this location has their operations on lock. Since I was not familiar with Caribou Coffee and did not want to delay the line of customers or the employees, I took a quick look at their website to see their menu. What is convenient about their website is that Caribou Coffee allows you to view menus for each location. Since pumpkin season is my favorite season (yes, I am that basic, let me live lol), I decided I'd go with the Pumpkin White Mocha Cooler. Since my husband was also hungry and trying to be healthy, I also picked up one of their Fresca Salads. The wait time for drink orders did take a little longer but I think it may have been because there was only one barista doing both mobile and walk-up orders. Even so, the barista was as quick as he could be given the amount of orders and was also very friendly to everyone that stopped by to grab their drinks. By the time my order was called, I walked up and thanked the barista who did the same and wished me a good day. By the time I got to my husband, he was happy to see that I had found him some food. As I took a sip of my Pumpkin White Mocha Cooler, I was a little disappointed because I could not taste the pumpkin or the white mocha. I cannot even say that I was able to taste the coffee either but I did get a bit of a tummy ache because it seems like the coffee beans used are higher in acidity, so just a word of caution for those that are sensitive. On the other hand, my husband seemed to like his salad as it had corn, jicama slaw, romaine lettuce, cotija cheese, and tomatoes along with a green dressing. He said that it was light, refreshing, and quite a lot of food considering the size. Overall, I would recommend Caribou Coffee if you're in the area and need some caffeine. It was a good place to get drinks, snacks, or even a bite to eat as they offer sandwiches and salads in addition to the typical breakfast or pastry fare. While I did not enjoy the coffee drink that I ordered, it could have either been an off day or a drink that is not as favored as I noticed a lot of people ordering the Turtle Mocha. Either way, still worth a try especially if you do not have a Caribou Coffee location near where you live.

Yelp
Had caribou for the first time and ordered a latte. It was rich and creamy with a memorable flavor. Of course the line was long, being in an airport, but it moved quickly. The staff were not too friendly, just so-so, put in my time and leave attitude.

Aj R.

Yelp
Charge extra and give ZERO rewards points. It's like they take you money and spit in your face. (The owners) employees were nice.
google avatar

Jeni O.

Yelp
Had long line but the young crew members working here was fast, efficient and accurate! Wonderful to see happy workers delivering delicious product quickly and correctly! Appreciate you
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
Great service and coffee. It's upstairs in B terminal. A quiet place to get out of the fray.
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
One airport travel challenge is to find a good cup of coffee, without an excessive time in line. During my recent flight out to MSP from RNO (with change of planes in DEN)., this Caribou Coffee only had one person ahead of me. My usual choice of black coffee was quite good, while the muffin top was just OK as it lacked the expected firmness. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, which is what anyone wants at an Airport.
google avatar

Kim W.

Yelp
Amazing coffee! I've always loved Caribou coffee shops! The barista was so nice! I loved the look of the coffee shop
google avatar

Alice Q.

Yelp
So this adorable Caribou Coffee CAR used to be a Starbucks Coffee Stand!! It is the first thing passengers see, going up the escalators arriving from their flights. Everything is under construction, so it's pretty helpful to see that you can awaken from drowsiness, into a cup of Joe here. It is mostly self service and very much standard as any other Caribou Coffee. There is half and half with regular whole milk on the very last car, with sugars and honeys. I got myself all the standard things I needed to make my strong coffee into a sweet little cup of delight.
google avatar

Jeff R.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years and never had a bad coffee, latte, or freeze. I really like the coffee here as it doesn't taste as bitter as what is poured at Starbucks. Service has always been prompt and friendly. The stand is located in the center hub of the B concourse on the upper level.
google avatar

Ajanaa J.

Yelp
A quick coffee fix during a layover. The line was long but they handled the rush really well, with only 4 people staffed. The drink was delicious. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend if at the airport. A plus is the seating available around the coffee stand.
google avatar

Franklin M.

Yelp
We always enjoy this coffee company's quality cup of brew. I don't like the layout of this airport and it's a bit difficult to locate the coffee and food stations around here. We flew through DEN twice and stopped by this coffee house twice because we like it so much.
google avatar

Kate M.

Yelp
Man, this coffee was great!! People working at this satellite location were efficient yet super friendly. Bravo to them for tackling the long lines quickly! I have not tried this coffee before and it was Sooooo delicious! Hubs got iced coffee and I took a sip- it was flavorful, bold and fresh. I had no regrets with my espresso drink, the vanilla/mocha. It was amazing and decadent. A small was the perfect size as it was on the rich side. The pastries (apple danish and a butterscotch scone) were fresh and super yummy. I hope they open a location in OC, Ca!
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
Located in the terminal. Long morning lines. It did move at a decent speed though. The line was a lot shorter then Starbucks. Eclipse, large - $2.50 - Made right when I ordered so I did not have to wait in queue.
google avatar

Erez Z.

Yelp
Great Coffee in the Airport. Service was really good and the food was very nice. A robust favour to the coffee. Oatmeal snack was very nice. Kind of simple. Almost something from a instant pack. So that was not a winner. Look out for the Caribou coming to your town for some good coffee.
google avatar

Kathryn E.

Yelp
I usually love caribou but this location doesn't deliver. The coffee was just ok. Not a large menu. I ordered the oatmeal, I usually love it but I think they made it with powdered milk and hot water. It wasn't very tasty. Staff were friendly and kind In spite of being busy.
