Caribou Coffee

Nice to try something different. I went with the Turtle Mocha based off other reviews, it was good. Worth a try.

The campfire mocha cooler is the most delicious blended coffee drink I have ever had!! Absolutely blows Starbucks out the water in flavor. I like it more than my McFrappe too so that means a lot. Friendly service and great flavors.

I would give them a zero if I could. These people are the most incompetent I have ever run across. I ordered my food and coffee then paid for it. Then I was told that they are out of my one vegetarian sandwich and they were unable to give a refund because the manager doesn’t get there Until 10 AM. I’ll be far far away by then.

Coffee tastes great. Unfortunately never received my food after many guests after me did. I went up to let them know and there was no apology or anything about the error. I just asked for a refund since my flight was boarding and they said "I can't do that but my manager can later" okay no problem, but no acknowledgement of anything is wild. The cashier was friendly and nice but the woman making the food had the sourest and unapproachable look on her face which is why I went back in the line to talk to the cashier again for my refund instead of asking her at the pick up window because I didn't want to deal with an upset person regarding my food (or lack thereof). On a second note, they had a trivia question for 10 cents off. "What email service does Microsoft own?" I say Outlook, the cashier says it's Hotmail. Hotmail was phased out into Outlook, so if you go to hotmail.com it will take you to OUTLOOK.

Good coffee and English muffin breakfast.

Can't open on time. Should be open at 5, girl shows up at 508 and tells me they open at 815. At 822 they are still setting up. Luckily there is a dunkin donut around the corner

Kammelia was warm, awesome and made everything perfectly. Some have mentioned the milk flavor. In order to avoid spoilage it appears they use powered milk. It's okay but it does add a ting to the flavor. It's still Caribou and it's great!

Just wanna give a huge shout-out to Ms. Shae (??) who made my coffee this am. She’s upbeat, she’s friend, she told e she got thrown a curveball this am but she was choosing to make the best of it. She told myself and other customers to have a successful and productive day and everyone walked away surprised and smiling, like we just had out pep talk for the day. What a gem! Give that woman a raise, seriously, she’s a keeper!

If you have loads of time, maybe go here. There were 3 people, one of whom appeared new -/ he needed assistance ringing up my order, working in a small & cramped space. I'm sure was no picnic for them. As a waiting customer the drinks were not made the order in which they were taken & the attitude very relaxed & unrushed/unbothered. I know you don't want the customer to see you anxious, frazzled, or harried in anyway but this was the complete opposite as it seemed like no one cared when the drinks or food came out. Like, "meh, they come out when they come out. Not a big deal." This attitude or at least appearance of the attitude left me with an unfavorable impression. The matcha drink was good, not great, and it did not taste as though the shot of espresso I requested made it into the drink but I didn't have time to confirm as I needed to make it to my gate in time for boarding. do have something positive to say. Thank you for having heavy cream & allowing that to be an option. Not many places do, so when I see that, it makes me very happy. Staff was nice, even if they had a laid back attitude.

I been here twice when I travel and they have been really good. The place is super busy but what isn't at DFW. I had the vanilla latte and it's was yummy. The staff is friendly but can get irritated because customers are sometimes buttheads. Really better than those other places and I recommend give them a try

You suck. You have NO BUSINESS being open at 8 am in an airport as busy as DFW. STAFF YOUR STORES OR SHUT THEM DOWN UNTIL PROPERLY STAFFED!!! Horrible service. Ten min wait in an airport. Understaffed outlet and overwhelmed workers equals absolutely painful horrendous customer care. I left without my drink and you are going to hear about it. Nasty signs telling people not to take napkins and straws. "Thank you, Management" wtf?!? What a joke!!! Management ?!? Hahahaha Horrible ambiance and who knows what the food because I didn't get mine. If you are in line reading this now, get out.

Perfect surprise walking to Gate B30. The service was awesome and my usually latte I order from other spots was perfect. There are a couple tables in the area and connecting to the the airport WiFi, I was able to catch-up on some email before boarding my flight. Make sure you stop by and give them a try.

Coffee was ok and service was terrible. There are many other options in this ginormous airport. Will never buy my coffee there again

Can I give a negative review? 1) dirty area 2) sullen employees who don't listen. Bagel with cream cheese is supposed to have CREAM CHEESE. 3) coffee tastes burnt. Of course, you only find this out after walking away and finding your gate 10 mins later. I won't comment on the ethnicity of the employees.
